They have zero knowledge regarding massages. Got the worst massage today. And they don’t like feedbacks, receptionist seemed she’s less bothered about the bad service.

I went for 30 mins reflexology to destress during my Friday lunch break. My masseuse was Gita. The massage was amazing and super relaxing. She put on just the right amount of pressure and she was very attentive. Will definitely request for her the next time around.

Searched on google for massage nearby klcc, decided to try. Counter staff is friendly. Offer timing and alternative availability due to demand. Tried neck shoulder and head massage first, mentioned medium-soft and enjoyed it even though mine is tight in some areas. Continued with extra hour of foot reflexology, very relaxing and dozed off ahwile. Recommend 🙂👍🏼

NEVER the type to rate 1 star no matter what, but I’ve waited 4 days, still no WhatsApp from supervisor. Was told by female receptionist Anis, a supervisor will be reaching out to us for compensation. This outlet therapist named LISA stopped her massage halfway and stared into space, just hold body means massage? TERRIBLE. OUTRAGEOUS. BEWARE OF THERAPIST NAMED LISA. She did not look happy to do her job at all. Her colleague of smaller built could massage 10 times better than her. Tangmo on the other end deserves 4/5 stars, but too bad the whole first experience which costed hundreds spoiled the whole experience due to Lisa. NEVER AGAIN. 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼 AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Good technique, soothing. Ambiance is relaxing, I needed some deep tissue rub. Massage therapist will be assigned according to your preference, medium/hard strength. No hard sell.

Went to Erawan and my experience was amazing. Told them I am 5 months pregnant and choose aromatherapy massage, the therapist, Tangmo, had done an excellent job! Definitely will come back again next time :)

Came here 2 days in a row coz me and my visiting friends really like the service and massage here. Did the 60-minute reflexology. Definitely would keep coming back here.

I get weekly massages in Thailand but this place takes the cake. Bit pricier than others but worth it :)

Came here for a reflexology. 60 mins was around RM80+. Tu was my masseuse. Loved my massage, and Tu was so sweet. Just the right amount of pressure (I asked for a deep massage), and she gave me a quick shoulder/ back/ head massage at the end. For the location, cleanliness & service, I think the price is very reasonable and I would definitely come back again.

I went today and had the best massage ever! Tangmo, my masseur she was really good. I’m usually scared to try out new places since I’m very small and petite so whenever I get a massage, I’ll ended up leaving the place dissapointed. At first, I choose a medium pressure just to know how it feels but ended up going for hard pressure. She fixed all the knots area and the pain in my feet dissapeared once I’m done! She was super friendly as well and always smiles which made me feel comfortable the whole time. Deffo gonna come back again. The place is a bit pricey compared to other places but it was definitely worth it! If you’re thinking about going to this place, request for Tangmo!

Hit n miss wirh the level of service. Went there 2x only because they were the most affordable in the area (not cheap)

POV: The long bus ride on Aeroline from SG to KL is well worth it! Especially after that I am rewarded with the solid and yet gentle foot massage at Erawan Wellness Spa @ Avenue K! It's easy to make a reservation via Instagram DM. They reply pretty quickly. You can even reserve while you are in SG! Nice Zen music playing in the background and the masseuses are very polite and friendly. Tip: You get 10% discount if you sign up as Avenue K mall member and flash them your e-card. Excellent service and good price range. My favourite is their Herbal Body Massage and Foot Massage.

My second time to this place. Earlier I tried the foot reflexology and the therapist was good. This time I decided to try Thai aromatherapy and ms. Ann was very skillful and careful with her massage. Too good. Been to multiple places but this one is really the best. Will definitely come back again.

The centre was quiet with relaxing background music and pro staff ✨ I had a full body + facial Thai message; It's been a very long time since I've felt stress free like this. Recommended 👍🏽

Sadly the masseuse was bored 30 mins into my 2 hour massage today at 4:15pm(so the establishment can track my appointment down). Using one hand mostly grinding to a halt. During the one hour mark, i told her if she is okay maybe thinking about her issues outside work, not my place to ask but i was worried shes worried. After i told her her massage was getting too slow, her pressure mode was shifted to gear 5, and like luffy i was hurting and laughing in pain. After she throws her worries out. She went back to before. Shes actually very good except for the time she was on autopilot mode. I would totally have given her 5* if not for that 40 mins of endless brainless touch touch. I dont usually review for bad massage but in this case, its really bad. Hopefully she'll get some much needed off time as i am aware of the masseuse scheduling is demanding and long. Hope her outside issues is resolved after i left the establishment. 🥲

I loved the massage. It really was surprising to me because the mall was not very crowded. The masseur was amazing, my shoulder knots felt better. I will be back if I ever come back to KL.
