Very limited seat for makcik pakcik, i came here at 8am and until 9:30 didnt get queue number yet. The nurse lost my appointment card and had the audacity to blame me for their mistake!! Slow system, its like a very old programming or something, computer lagging.

Good place to get treatment from the specialist at a government run hospital. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Although most of the doctors are still junior but they are being monitored by the senior specialist. The place is equipped with up to dates facilities and all are in the same premise.

1. If you complaint about parking spaces, for those that are capable can take MRT and get off at station HKL exit A , walk to SCACC for few minutes. 2. For neuro clinic, advisable to come 1 hour early from your appointment time. Take care everyone !

Parking is horrendous how can it be full house and at least have a connection from the children's wad cos I was told to park the next building which is a long walk and that caused delay in registration and for a warga emas this is senseless and a nightmare. Public hospitals often have long waiting times, this one too, for the same issue, i have like few appointments with months in gaps..if you need faster healthcare solutions, you may want to visit private ones…The urology clinic is on the third floor, opening at 8 am and they will start distributing queue number. However, the numbers only get to be called when it’s near 9am…Arrive early for a queue number, even with a 9 am appointment. Despite early arrival, don’t be surprised that queue order may vary due to some doctors visiting wards in the morning…

Came for appointment at SCACC HKL at Klinik Pembedahan plastik & reconstructive , I appreciate the Penyelia klinik , he arrived very early ，long before the schedule 8:00 oclock and started work before other staff arrive . Thank you very much for his working ethic.

Friendly staff at Oftalmologi yet the patients movement is improperly managed. It took the whole day for every appointment. 1 hour for registration and I don’t know how long to wait for the laser procedure. So far have been waiting for 3hours plus2 after dilution was completed for the next procedure 😔

Been to ENT a few apmst this year (2021). So far excellent svc . Specialist, Drs, nurses explain everything. So many consultations room, Waiting time between 15min-1/2hour. The only downside is parking.. always full n too small spaces. Come at least 1/2-1hour early b4 your apmt if ur driving on ur own. Try to avoid admission if you can, treatment was ok but the ward is mix gender ward. #so not comfortable

Me walked from Hkl to this place to get appointment n by 4:30pm closed...should change the timing...on website should be stated 4:30pm close not 5:00pm.When I chk at the information counter the person over there said close at 5pm. Visited klinik bedah mulut, referred from UTC Pudu Klinik. Got appointment in one month, xray in the same building, and then got my wisdom tooth extracted and then got the review appointment one week after. Waiting time vary from 30 mins to 2 hours. Doctors and staffs were all very kind and helpful with the explanation after the minor surgery.

HKL SACC G Floor Cafe Bought 1 Laksa & 1 Laksam back home for brunch, after whole morning seeking medical attention here. 1. NIL salt 2. Laksa no egg inside 3. The limau kasturi seller put whole thing inside without cutting. 4. Irk me & my mom when in actual fact the kuah for both laksa & laksam the same?!!They are supposed to be different! 5. Packed this from the G Floor, previously the upstairs store was DELICIOUS, sadly the vendor stopped selling.

Long waiting time at xray department. My husband waited 1 hour to submit the form, wait another 1 hour to get the number. Another 1 hour to do the oral x-ray. And 1 more hour to get the wet film. From 10am till 2pm in jabatan pengimejan diagnostik level 1. Only waited 2 hours to see doctor. So get prepared if doctor need any x-ray.

Experience of being warded at Institut Urologi for Prostate Cancer was 9/10. The facilities and equipment may be old but they are well maintained; the staff and doctors competent. The government needs to replace old and broken equipment like the MRI and CTScan as they are being operated 24/7 and will breakdown sooner rather than later.

Parking is far but the departments are very organised, mostly by floor. It is one of the newest buildings in HKL and I suggest to get someone to drop you there or take a Grab.

If possible avoid visiting on Friday. Despite the service hour until 12:15 before lunch break. The anesthesia department declared closed at 11am. I was requested to come back at 2:45pm. Take it or leave it.

Heated it up at home and to my surprise it was very very salty. I hope this is looked at please. Even the drinks are very very sweet.
