My experiences with this clinic have always been very pleasant. Dr. Koay spends time explaining details of diagnosis and treatments as well as offering options, supporting patients in achieving the desired outcomes. Dr. Chan is a gem. The clinic assistants are always helpful, courteous and very responsive.

I suffered from severe dark under-eye circle for the longest time and finally met Dr Ann who is very experienced and skilled. She recommends the treatment based on individual client needs and issues. She is very honest and will not simply suggest a treatment or procedure if she thinks its not suitable for the client. After 5 treatments of panda eye and pico laser, I have seen vast improvement with my overall appearances and I am so confident with my looks that I have stopped wearing any make up for the last 2 months. I always look forward to seeing Dr Ann and her amazing team for their amazing service. I would 100% recommend O2 Klinik Signature (Bangsar) for aesthetic treatments or even for weight management and overall wellness.

Came across O2 earlier last year for mole removal and acne treatment and my past visits were great! My mole was right on my nose (obvious position) and the reassurance given for the treatment was really promising. It turned out great! Just want to share here that I went to this place for my cystic/hormonal acne under and around my jaw and it’s been cleared up now. I can see big improvement on the 1st month (I spent RM360 on the first visit and RM60 on the second visit after a month just to get the birth control as the medication). I would recommend to go here if you have similar acnes problem like me. 😍 My face is clean and clear now. Thank you so much for the doctor and the staff! I am now feeling more confident ❤️🥹

I had a wonderful experience at A Clinic. Dr. Winnie is very experienced and explained everything very clearly before the procedure. She performed a skin artesse face design on me and I am thrilled with the results. The clinic is very clean and comfortable, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Signed up a 5-session pico laser package and were attended by the professional and friendly Dr. Chan. I'm generally satisfied with the results after 5 sessions and happy with the services from the Dr and their beauticians. There was a miscommunication which was then resolved by them in a very professional way. Will definitely consider them again if I have any skin concerns in the future.

I am definitely a satisfied customer with o2 Clinic Bangsar. Dr.Chan is very knowledgeable and caring, she takes time with you and advise what is necessary. Her team are compassionate and helpful. As a volleyball player, we cant avoid playing under the sun. And now has to bear with the consequences. Treating hyperpigmentation is an ongoing process that requires continuous maintenance and it will never completely go away. Had been to many aesthetic clinics yet only with o2, my freckles and age spot reduce to almost hardly can be seen.

Had a good experience when a had my acne scar treatment. The beautician is very helpful and explained very detail regarding my skin concern . Will definitely come back here for next session. Deserve 10 stars.
