Such a good burger. The Animal burger was like a 10x better Big Mac. The burger was beautifully charred, the sauce was just like the Big Macs but more of it and the salad very fresh. I also ordered the truffle fries which were hot, crispy, tasted amazing and the truffle mayo was excellent. Can't fault it.

Overrated burger. Meat lacked any sort of flavour, was sort of dry and the cheese didn’t taste like anything. Their “signature sauce” is sour, taste weird. The ketchup is too liquified and taste odd. If you’ve had Shack Shake, In and out or Five Guys even .. all have superior burgers. Additionally the burger couldn’t stay in one piece, was falling apart very quick.

Terrible. I specifically asked for no cheese on my burger as I’m intolerant and can’t eat it. The burger arrived and it was obvious they had tried to scrape off the cheese and there was still a lot left. Don’t come here with allergies. Staff to busy to help.

Real solid burger place if you are craving a burger while you shop in Pavillion! Tried the animal style and the tornado burger plus spicy cajun chips. Chips were fresh and crispy, quite thick! Beef for both burgers was juicy and flavoursome. There are self serve sauces and serviettes. Pricing was very reasonable

I honestly cannot remember when I’ve had such a good burger! When we ordered we were warned we’d have to wait a while.My daughter had ordered the kimchi fries and they came a bit earlier. They were delicious and such a hearty serving they were a meal in themselves. We were regretting ordering the burgers at that point. Then the burgers came. Stuffed as we were, we made ourselves sick finishing them. They were that good!

The animal style burger was tasty and the portion was big. The spiked burger was alright. Recommended for the animal style burger. Price wise is a bit pricey but worth it for the portion.

One of the best burgers in town. Freshly made and juicy. Love their fries. They have good vegetarian options. One good thing that I like about this branch is the sauces are self serve.

Basic Burger outlet on the 2nd floor of Pavillion Elite. The burgers are excellent all fresh ingridients and meet. Portion arre good prices reasonable. Really worth a visit if you grave halal burgers

[July 2023] Mostly external in a mall seating so won’t comment on that. The burger is good and succulent with great portion. Could really taste the truffle essence. The only sad part is the milkshakes were out of stock so couldn’t give it a try. The sauces are self-service and they seem to blend with the fries. Only nitpick is perhaps having it less oily would be better.

The size was kinda small. Paid around rm20 for a beef burger. But it was kinda delicious still. If you have a big appetite, I recommend getting the set.

We order The Shack burger for both Chicken and Beef. Burger and patty ok, original flavor French fries ok, just that the sweet potato fries very sweet….

I ordered a well done burger and I got the opposite. Makes me sick. Fries were also cold and stale. Very very soggy as well.

As always the best food,service and packaging. Last time I'd reduced one star bcoz some melted cheese from shack burger was leaked into the aluminium foil. But KGB has taken care of it this time and hence 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 back❤️. There is nothing to fault on the quality of food they always deliver. Havent seen such a huge portion meal! Hence it has fit into my "Brunch" Menu every month!! Thank you so much, KGB. The KGB burger has been my monthly cheat meal. The menu at KGB Burger offers a wide range of options, catering to all tastes. I opted for their signature KGB burger and it was hands down the most mouthwatering burger I've had in a while. The patty was perfectly cooked to medium-rare, juicy and packed with flavor. Each bite had a delightful mix of textures and the combination of toppings was heavenly. The attention to detail in terms of flavors is really commendable.
