I’ve been giving chance to this branch for so many times, they never failed to surprise me. Their staff is lack of knowledge and training… Today i drive thru again the crispy chicken wrap, the food is cold! How can they serve cold food/not hot food to customer? This is very disgusting and I’m not going to visit this branch again. TQVM.

Ordered 9 pcs nuggets with new French Cheese sauce and Japanese Curry over driverthru (purposely go for that), end up NO SAUCE GIVEN 💔💔💔💔 I WANT THE SAUCESSSSS

Always my go to Mcd after work. Very fast and efficient. Workers are very attentive. As it cramps in KL, the small car waiting area for the drive thru was quite small. This is kinda good coz later the staff would need to rush order for the customer!

Parking: very limited and park roadside behind. Drive thru: very long queue. Self order kiosk: only 2, tablet service kind of troublesome, because you need to get up stairs looking for the tablet number and someone help to 'chup' the tablet. Waiting time: much much longer than expected until ice cream is melted. Also please double check you items, many order seems missed some item. Tablet: enough to seat, outdoor can be noisy due to kaki racing and rempit on main road. Sauce: banyak. Kakitangan: tak cukup.

Branch Manager should look up at their staffs here...they are slacky. Last time ordered for take away Sausage McMuffin & when reached home only to find out the sausage was missing. Today went for dine in somehow again the staffs are slacky... supposedly the foods & drinks I ordered ready for customer to collect and 2-3 staffs in the kitchen looks relaxed...none of them taking initiative to properly serve the foods & drinks on the tray & call the customer order number...make me wait for at least 10 mins even business is not busy. Very slacky.

Newly Made and it have ample space to seat.. only problem is parking u have park at road side.

At a less hectic section of Jalan Tun Razak. The limited space meant that the eating area was upstairs and it was quite a steep walk up. Definitely not for the elderly as going down was just as precarious. Food wise was typical Mc D and the parking is practically non existent. We were fortunate to walk there otherwise drive through is the better option.

Their burgers are always so tasty and satisfying. Plus, their fries are just the perfect amount of crispy. I could totally go for a Big Mac right now! 🍔😋

Take away and dine-in service very poor. They basically let us stand for 30+ minutes and give food to drive thru ones. If you own a car, better use that instead

The price from this branch seems a bit higher than other brancehes. But the environment is very clean and chill. Not many people when I visited at 7:30pm where I can get the seat easily.

Service : Slow and sometimes the staff would forget to bring your food to your table. So usually I'll just wait for my food at their counter and bring up to eat. This is especially in morning and they act like disillusioned. I like the environment : Fairly clean and comfortable Food quality is like standard. Standard like McD.

Parking is difficult. Dining place is at 1st floor, indoor n outdoor.

Worst outlet mcdonald in kl. My family order 10pcs chicken and we already said dont give wings.but when we received the food we got 4 pcs chicken wings...not customer friendly..and the chicken is not fresh(plus get chicken neck) euwww....
