How to become more hospitable: First of all, great food & architecture. This place has all the ingredients to become a successful restaurant. Only, the service is leaking enormous. Some free advice to become more hospitable. Create more repeating guest, positive mouth to mouth marketing and improve your online reputation (and important for investors and owners increase the revenue 💰) 1. Never hand out the bill to guests when they did not ask for it. This makes the guest feel that they need to leave + you will lose money because they are likely to not order anything else after. 2. NEVER, but never let the guests pay for their food & drinks while they are still eating or drinking. This is very unusual. (When we where eating our main course the waiter passed by the table with a pin machine to let us pay. It was 21:15, I don’t think the place closes this early on a saturday, and even if it does, you first let the guests finish their food before collecting the payment. And if you are closing early always let the guests know through a “last drink call”. 3. Never serve out the food before the drinks. Most guests like to first receive their drinks before getting the food. Further, it looks unprofessional that the kitchen is faster than the bar. Hopefully these things will be changed in the future, this will increase the guest experience. Good luck🍀

The cafe is situated in this beautiful 3 storey shop house. Food was pretty decent. We are seated on the only table on the 3rd floor and service was rather slow. Get a bit noisy during mealtimes.

City dwellers and coffee shop enthusiasts, you'll want to check out this gem. With exceptional service, their all-day breakfast, especially the French toast, is an absolute delight, perfectly paired with their exceptional coffee. The cozy atmosphere and generous seating options, including an inviting outdoor area, create a haven for those who appreciate top-notch coffee shops in the heart of the city. Don't miss out!

I’m giving a 4/5 only because the price is a little bit higher than neighboring cafes. With that said, the food was delicious with big enough portions. I’ve had 2 pastas and drinks. And the coffee is not bad either. The staff were very nice and attentive. I didn’t wanna dine upstairs since I like being on the ground floor where I can work online without other people and they allowed me to stay there. Would I go back? Yes of course!

An old pre-war shophouse turn into a nicely decorated bakery cafe. Interior is simple and unique. Well ventilated and spacious. A cafe serving Asian fusion, Italian pasta and risotto including western cuisine. Price mid to high as with the portion served. Tasty and nicely served. Service is acceptable. Ambience and atmosphere is cozy and comfy. Good place just to hangout for dinner or just coffee after the hustle bustle of KL.

The food was great, the service was good, the atmosphere was fine. It's an old building that was redone quite well. It was cozy. Just the parking was a headache.

Vintage style but with a twist of modern take on the interior design, very Instagrammable spot. Very friendly staff and helped us by recommending the lunch set & strawberry dessert which was superb. Food came very fast, the portion look normal but is actually quite generous serving. Comes with a free ice lemon tea drink. You can opt to upgrade your drink to certain coffee with an additional rm 6. If you are lactose intolerance- good news they have oat milk option. The strawberry yogurt cake 🍰 was so good not too sour or sweet. Small and just nice if you have just wanna have a little dessert to end your meal. It’s quite pricey but food quality is definitely there. Highly recommended & will be back soon 😎

Stumbled upon this cafe while staying around the vicinity. To my surprise they do local fares like Nasi Lemak really well. The connoisseurs gonna bash me but I think this place has the best Kapitan Chicken Nasi Lemak!!!… The coffee here is also perfect, beautiful interior, toilet is clean, cosy place to have a nice meal. Spent about 112 rm for 2 pax

Had lunch in the cafe today and food taste average except Tom Yam pasta. Pasta can be improve in term of texture and sauce. You can skip if long queue. Price quite reasonable average rm 50 per pax

Let me first talk about the ambience and interiors first, which was - absolutely charming. Loved the architecture. Service was top notch too. The only letdown was the food, however i will revisit and see if that was an one off case. Recommended though.

This cafe has a very nice atmosphere to it. The food was great. The service was also fantastic. Price is between RM 16 to RM 50 depending on what you order, of course. Will definitely recommend it.

If driving, need to park a bit far. The food is very delicious. We ordered both mushrooms and tomato soup as appetizers, would prefer mushroom soup more. Salad and pasta are also delicious. Portion is big too

Its a really reallyyy beautiful cafe. Clean and pretty. Highly recommended if ur into aesthetics. Food was so-so. Coffee was good. Pls look into serving milk FOC. It would be nice also if the staff especially male staff to practice more caution while using the restroom if you know wht i mean, we had to clean up the toilet seats before use.

My second time dine in here. 5 stars for pesto salmon pasta. The best! But 2.5 stars for lamb chop as it was overcooked. But overall I would give 5 stars. Added photos for my 3rd times here..

Great food, environment and service. Cake options are the less cream type, so if you are a pound cake lover, you can give it a try! Pasta could be better if the clam is fresher. Overall is good!

Only here for cuppa coffee after lunching nearby. For coffee, ordered picollo latte.. Price and taste both gotta give only 3 stars. Ambiance is good and very IG feel. Floor Service is good but serving is slow.

It is a very pretty venue. Pastry was ok but I was very excited for truffle mushroom risotto but portion was very small and i could not smell truffle at all. Even though it was almost RM 50 after taxes. Big disappointment for food but coffee was good.

the food and the ambience is super duper nice!!!! i had a bachelorette luncheon there with my friends, the staffs are super helpful with setting up the table, serve us the lighters, as well they are very handful in taking our pictures. as for the food, we (4pax) ordered 1 main course, 2 pastas on sides— the portion were super generous and it was enough for us to shared! 😍 the best pasta is the one with the crab fuhhhh totally recommended if youre planning to have a special memorable event with your loved one 💗 gonna repeat the visit soon 😚😚 *but minus one point with the parking location needs to walk quite far like for 7mins to the nearby parking area. the rest are bomb!

The chicken in orange sauce was real delicious. The place is also cosy if one feels like spending lazy time reading a book there. However i do conquer with the other comments on the service. It can be improved by being attentive to the guests i.e., when they are ready to order and when they seek for the bill. Also the timing when serving the drinks and food also has to be improved. In my case, the food took so long that i almost finished my drink.

Walked by in the early morning and had a hot Americano here. Nice place. Comfortable environment. Coffee is fine. Staff are polite but not attentive enough. Room to improve.
