😐 Celebrated my birthday here. The decor was pretty nice. Food wasn’t too bad, although it was a tad too salty for my liking. Service was pretty much… non existent. Unless they were taking orders and serving. I felt like the staff here treated people based on how they’re dressed. Probably wouldn’t rev... People often mention restaurant, birthday, good,

This place doesn’t give complimentary birthday dessert.

I came here to celebrate a birthday. I ordered the eggplant parmigiana and was pleasantly surprised by its exquisite taste. The seafood risotto was also a culinary delight. However, the ravioli ricotta left much to be desired; it lacked flavor and the expected spinach essence, offering only a one-note cheese taste. When inquiring about the fresh squeezed juice, I was informed it was indeed made from fresh fruit, albeit it was served from a bottle. This may have been a misunderstanding on my part, but unfortunately, the taste did not meet expectations. Overall, the ambiance and dining experience were quite commendable. I look forward to returning specifically for their eggplant dish! Ambiance: 5/5 Price: 4/5 Taste: 4/5 Parking: 4/5 (mall parking) Staff: 4/5 (friendly)

Came here with friends from Canada. The ambience was great. There was no table water provided. You can either order water or drinks. Be careful when you order the water, the waiter would keep filling your glasses and by the time you pay the bill, there are several luxurious bottles of water on the bill. We ordered a black truffle spaghetti, the special dish with the night without checking the price first. The spaghetti tasted so so, not very strong truffle flavour but it costed RM155… not worthy at all. Personal thinking it is good to come here for special occasion. The food is too expensive for what it is.

Our twin teenagers' birthday was falling in the middle of our trip and they wanted Italian. We tried Natalina after someone recommended it. We were not disappointed. The staff was attentive, client focused, the food was very good. We had a pizza and pastas, all were very delicious. They have a very good selections of wines as well. The prices were on the higher end but we were celebrating our children's birthday while overseas, so we swallowed the bullet with no regrets.

My husband and I was so excited to try this famous restaurant to celebrate my birthday. We had to call their number to reserve a seat for us and there is no any information of what we will expect when we arrive. After arriving to the place there was a photoshoot setup behind our seat and it’s really disturbed us while we eat. The frequent flashes of light disrupted our meal and the ambiance, which should ideally offer a tranquil setting for enjoying both the cuisine and interior. Regrettably, we were unable to fully relish our meal, as the constant flashing lights caused discomfort and distraction. Consequently, we decided to leave promptly, taking some of our food with us. I kindly urge the restaurant manager with whom I spoke to consider this feedback seriously. Perhaps conducting future photoshoots outside the restaurant, where available tables are present, would be a more suitable solution or better yet please inform your customer that there will be some disturbances in the restaurant. We are not really happy about our experience.

First time here & I have fallen in luv with the food. We ordered the eggplant parmesan, which is baked layered eggplant with cheese..absolutely delicious. Next truffle mushroom pizza a "luxury" delight..woodfired of course, wagyu ribeye medium rare is magnificient and ended with a sinfully rich tiramisu..the best tiramisu we have ever tasted so far. Oh yeah, was told the Chef mom's also operate a famous Italian restaurant in Rome and that's how he got such delicious recipes from her mom!! Will definitely repeat coming here!

Great surprise this restaurant! We wanted to eat something not Asian tonight and we searched in Google . It had already 4.5 stars and then it was our option. Very quick service and customer orientated. We had a kid and they offered spaghetti bolognese even not having it in the menu. Food was pretty good and tasty. Dishes not so big but well elaborated and balanced. The only but could be that the pizza could be a bit more baked, that’s it. The waiter called Emma was very nice with us, asking for our stay in KL and even recommending places to go. She has been the nicer service person in KL so far.

Upon arriving at the restaurant, we were greeted with all smiles. Service was attentive. Food surpassed our expectations especially the seafood soup. As good as what we had in Italy. Would totally recommend the ravioli and papardelle. Food portion was just right! Definitely a come back for us.

Upper-class, Italian fine dining. Delicious and well-presented Italian dishes from pasta to tiramisu. Paired with an enormous selection of wines. 🍷 🍝 In the more expensive range, though worth it. Limited tables so recommend reserving your place hours in advance. On Level 3, in Avenue K.

Beautiful ambiance, amazing food, good service. Definitely worth the price, the portions were big too and we could not finish everything. Will definitely come back!

The food here is exceptionally delicious, especially the pasta. However, the Quattro Formaggi pizza didn't impress as much as at other places, it lacked the complex texture and taste of different cheeses in this dish. The tiramisu is outstanding. Yet, service could be more attentive; we felt somewhat forgotten in the inner part of the restaurant, struggling to get the staff's attention.

Natalina is situated inside Avenue K shopping mall, in level 3 above the mall. Pls call for reservation as they are usually full on weekends. We went on a Saturday night and the place was packed. The ambience is cozy. Service team is very friendly and helpful. We ordered eggplant parmigiana, lamb shank and burrata pizza. All are delicious, no complaints. Tiramisu is also nice but we prefer another version from a similar tier Italian restaurant. Just our personal preference. For drinks, we just ordered some coffee and water. The bill comes up to around 500 which is expected of restaurant at this location and level of service. I would say the food quality matches the price point. Parking is limited inside the building.

Overall experience was simply superb. Service: It was my wife’s birthday and we were hosting her cousins too, so it was 8 of us and everyone of us liked the place. I requested for a cake to be served suprisingly before we start dinner and William (floor manager) really took care of it like a ninja with real surprise to my wife. Laili (our table coordinator) took great effort to make sure we are served properly with at least 10 minutes pause between half the dishes served first. Food: See my photo for recommended dish Atmosphere: Insta worthy

👍👍 Good place with good halal food. The ambient is nice (with soothing music just like when I was visiting Spa) After ordering, we got bread and butter to snack on while waiting for food. I really liked their hospitality. Nowadays not many restaurants do this...so, thumbs up! No wrong orders, and the f...
