Nice ambient, very private in office tower, and the staffs here are all very professional. the skin analysis is very details and help me to understand my skin better. If u are looking for a good place to jaga ur skin, you can should pay them a visit.

I was visiting Kuala Lumpur for a wedding and stayed at the Wyndham Grand Bangsar hotel. I had most of the day before the wedding free so decided pretty last minute to book a few facial spa services with the Tosia beauty salon there - a wave therapy and a non invasive face lift - and it was beyond excellent. First of all, not many beauty salons offer these kinds of services, which was pretty awesome. All staff members that I had were very friendly and professional. It was an awesome experience and I wish I lived in Kuala Lumpur so I could go more often!

This was the best overall skin spa experience I've ever had. The specialists were pleasant and good at what they do. The facilities were clean and calming. Booking was easy. My friend and I were very satisfied and relaxed for days afterwards. I’m planning to be back to this beauty salon next week when I’m in KL again.

Had a great experience here. Finding the location of the beauty salon in KL Gateway Mall is a bit tricky, but once inside, service was excellent. It was my first time doing this kind of anti aging skincare treatment (wave therapy, I guess…) and I'm hooked!!! skin was glowing and clean after. All of the facilities of this beauty salon are hygienic and staff were very professional

I love the facial spa treatments in this beauty salon. Been coming here for a few months and it never disappoints. The environment is clean, calm and has convenient access in Bangsar, KL Gateway. They provide a lot of guidance and skin assessment before your treatment. The masseuses are top notch and I look forward to coming every month.

Great customer service, nice vibe and amenities. The location of this beauty salon isn’t great, but I loved my non invasive face lift and body contouring. Ida is AMAZING. So knowledgeable and actually took time to find out my needs and provide a customized skin treatment. Def recommend Tosia.

I’ve been looking for a way to keep my face away from cosmetic products due to my lip condition, but without makeup, my skin tone isn’t balance and it looks yellow and dark at some spot. However, using L’Instant allows me to have my skin condition like already done my make up but got no cosmetic product on my face.
