I'm not usually a fan of health screenings / checkups, but Dr Paul Yap has changed my overall perception. His professionalism, experience and personality made it easy get digest what to expect, and he definitely wasn't shy with being direct with any health concerns which I honestly appreciate; in my case was "boring" (meaning nothing of concern) but requires lifestyle adjustments. His professionalism was extended through recommendations against various add on screening, which in his professional opinion was unnecessary after a quick review of my previous results as he expected subtle to no change. The warding team were courteous and caring not just to me but to patients I had personally noted during my time of warding. All in all, I'm over the moon with the entire process and will definitely return for my regular reviews and onward recommendations to family and friends to Dr Paul Yap.

My mom do the ERCP Procedure with dr Paul & dr Ryan (his partner). And glad, she doesn't feel in so much pain after doing the procedure. In my experience as an Indonesian patients we can clearly understand what dr Paul is talking about through his malay accents. Dr Paul was a great doctor, after asking me my problems and check my previous records, immediately he assumed that my acid reflux probably is come from my stress. His explanation was good. Recommended. And I have nose problems, he immediately call a professional in nose, and arrange me directly go meet doctor tham. Dr Paul Yap is a very friendly and the cousultation feels comfortable. The endoscope procedures were performed under general anesthesia, so I didn't feel any pain or discomfort. Dr Paul is a friendly doctor I have ever met, he took time and patiently listens to my problems and concerns, he explained clearly and comfort me not to worry about the symptom I had, and without suggest me to do any extra test or endoscopy not like some doctors suggest to, but I insist to do the endoscopy. The whole procedure of endoscopy went thru smoothly and I didn’t feel any painful or discomfort. Dr. Paul is patient at listening to patient’s symptoms, he gives a detailed explanation of what is going on in my digestive system and why I should not be worrying of a serious condition or disease with my current symptoms. Though I may not require a medicated treatment but Dr. Paul gave advices on what I can do next which is very comforting. Thank you Dr.!

Excellent consultation. I felt he's one of the few doctors that discusses in detail. After discussing my symptoms, he gave a course of treatment to try. Hopefully it works. The only downside to the whole experience is the parking... Its atrocious.. Narrow ramps, no clear sign how to go to lower floor.. And the lifts come out in completely different places and go to different floors even though the numbers are the same. As an update : the medication I was given has improved my symptom by 60%. Hopefully I will continue to improve over the next 2 weeks

Dr Paul Yap is very friendly and one of the most informative doctor that I have ever met! He provides information that is very easy to understand. I had an endoscopy which is not a painful procedure (you’ll be asleep throughout) due to GERD attack last month. Dr Paul is very helpful and accommodative. He even shares his mobile phone number to his patients which I think is an uncommon practice, follows up and provides assurance if I have any questions. I do recommend to visit him for consultation.

The procedure were fast and thorough without pain. The doctor's diagnose, medication and recommendation easy to follow .

Dr yap did an excellent job, i went endoscopy procedures and it went smoothly. I experienced no pain and the whole process took less than half an hour. The procedure was quick and Dr yap made it easy and as seamless as possible. Also, he explained about my ulcer clearly and how to take care of it from there.

Dr Paul Yap is knowledgeable, practical and responsive. You will rarely get a Dr who is able and willing to address your concerns via Whatsapp (this also seems to be mentioned a lot by other reviewing patients under his care - because it is true). The best gastro in the game!
