We went to Havana bar on the 3rd May around 10pm. If the management is reading this message, pls check who was the staff at the entrance. There were 1 male and 1 female Philippino staff. The were extremely rude to the customers. They either very proud for the place they are working or they want to ruined the business.. I have been to Havana bar for so many times.. I love this place. But for the incident happened last night, I will NOT go there anymore!!

Additionally, I observed that the staff can sometimes appear judgmental /rude towards Asians and may prioritize expatriate patrons over locals, which can be off-putting. Before writing this review, i have been here 3times (Mar, Oct 2022 & Jun 2023), this is the fourth time. "Please refrain from providing the standard response of apologizing for not meeting my expectations. Instead, I encourage you to focus on actively improving the experience for all patrons." I am not sure if i would like to return to Havana in the future!

Great atmosphere, grabbed a couple of beers here. Tiger and Heineken here on tap. Beers were cold enough but I think they could have been colder considering the weather.lots of people but there were seats when we walked in. Clean and tidy so it is a nice place.

This place is always busy and it's recommended to book for a big group to avoid disappointment. Get a seat up stairs on the balcony give you the view of the busy streets as night falls. Food in generous portion and great taste. Friendly staffs and attentive service. It's a great place to chill out with friends. Their grill tandoori chicken is so tender and juicy! The stuffed jalapeno is surprisingly not very spicy.

Loved the place. Absolutely amazing. Good Music, People playing Pool on one side, Some sports being played on the TV, Dance floor on the first floor, if that's your vibe then this is the place. It's a well thought place. Different vibes which barely or closely intersect with each other without disturbing each other. Drinks are expensive I think but then I guess it's just a Malaysia thing. But the rest, No problems at all. In a 3 day trip, I came here twice. So I would recommend the place highly.

So I have been going to Havana pretty much since I moved to Kuala Lumpur at the end of February. Not only do they have great food and atmosphere with always helpful and friendly staff, but they also have a great community of fellow expats to play pool and pub quizzes with 🫠 Recently they added new items to their menu so we decided to try out some of them and boy are they good! COD fish and chips, chicken curry chips and the Thai beef salad are just 👌👌👌 Compliments for the chef are due. As you can see from our plates, there was nothing left 🤭

Great vibes, good service and nice staff. Make sure you have a beer early evening outside so you could enjoy the daytime fun. Nachos plates for sharing is strongly recommended. Price for a jug of cocktails also very reasonable. Later the night if you feel like dancing go upstairs for more fun. Also a very safe bar thanks to the bouncers and management. Dog friendly downstairs so you could enjoy your drink with your fairy friend.

Sat outdoor and watched Australian football. Our group enjoyed 41 pints of Tiger with many tasty snacks. Service was friendly and prompt. Parking can be challenging in this area. Would return again. Recommended

the place is mostly crowded after 5pm. so sometimes the staff can forget the order. anyways some of them are really helpful and cheerful. food served ok. pool table available. music changed after 10pm.

A huge place with plenty of seats. Reservations are definitely recommended for peak seasons if youre going in group 3&above. Well look spacious interior and comfortable seating at top and ground flooor. Service is good and food prep time is reasonable despite on peak timings. The foods tastes great, pizza was delicous. Overall, recommended. Wil return again to try more on their menu.

Nice place for evening in town at KL. There are plenty of restro bars but Havana is the best for ambiance and its crowd.

My friend and I wanted to drop by there for a short drink after 11pm. The place was crowded, there was absolutely no social distancing at all. Next thing we knew, the manager on duty was shooing us latecomers out, telling us it's 15 minutes to 11.45pm and we'll have to leave. Wow. What a way to make us end our evening on a low note. Your staff should be better-trained at communicating with patrons instead of wanting to go home on time and can't wait to chase patrons out before closing time.

Tourist trap. 38 Rm for a pint of Guinness 😂. The board outside said happy hours all day for Guinness. However the bar man had no clue about it. Finally he checked with the manager and then realised it was on the board outside. But that's not the point their pint rates change everyday. The food was really good but overall experience was pretty lame. Go only if there is a good deal on the alcohol, can give it a skip otherwise.

Havana is one of the best bars in Changkat to go to. If you want a more quiet and not so crowded to have some drinks and play billiards then you should come here! Foods are fine and service is amazing especially from their Filipino staffs! They’re all very accommodating!

Great place with Great ambiance. I love the service here. Staff is polite and helpful. We ordered onion rings and chocolate muse cake(as we were vegetarian) and drinks which wer great. Overall really good experience. The dance floor was closed though, due to a private function happening.

Havana have 2 different point of view, first to enter upstairs club you need to be white color skin with blue eyes or have good connection with staffs or make sure you have reservation! but if you are not then they will keep you at entrance you need to pay fist and wait 30 min to get your bottle of drink then they will let you go up! but to be fair to Havana club the music is nice when you got in atmosphere is friendly and good place for you to dance and meet new people from every where.

Havana Bar &​ Grilled is located in Changkat​Bukit Bintang. This bar is so cool. The staffs are so helpful and friendly. And the cocktails are awesome!!

A great place to hang out with friends and it's good to see it's still going. Everything was great from the food to the service. They even did separate tabs for everyone so it was easy to pay at the end. (Lots of places struggle with this!) It's a shame it has to close at midnight but that's just the way things are right now. It's probably better for my hangover as well. Overall, I'd definitely recommend this place to anyone thinking of an overdue catch up with friends.

Nice ambience which is what the 2 stars is for. Overall experience was not that great. We kept ordering many cocktails and liquor but they all felt highly diluted and cocktails had more juice than the actual liquor. They did not want to sell is the wine bottles showing only the higher priced bottles were available. Not a great place if you are looking for proper drinks but can be considered only for a nice set up. Suggest trying Healy Mac's or Gridiron Bangsar for better drinks.

So this is my favorite bar in HCMC, I would go everyday just to say hello to the staff and play billiards and upstairs is a world class nightclub. The owner is an expat and gracious person. Go !

Buffalo wings and seafood salad are something to highlight as the both items was very delicious. The staff are so friendly and helpful. Their wine promo is affordable. First of all, love this place. I was expecting it to be quite loud or chaotic, but turns out it was all chill, comfortable, and welcoming. The staff were friendly and attentive and the menu was extensive with a variety of drinks (alcohol, non-alcohol) and food. Food and drinks were great and reasonably priced. The interior was of the 80s/90s vibe. Do note that the second floor is only open from Wednesday to Sunday. All in all, we had a great time there <3

Ordered a penne, mozzarella burger and some sharing platters. The pasta was beyond greasy and I couldn’t finish it because of the grease. My friend’s burger did not have mozzarella (see pic) and when we called the manager, he argued that their mozzarella was neon yellow?? We sent the order back for a pizza which had mozzarella and it was white. And they continued to argue. Mac Donald’s would’ve been better. At least the beer was fresh.

Fun spot. Great menu of mixed drinks. Had really good margaritas and mojitos. And, much to my surprise, pecan pie! Never would have expected to see that in Malaysia. Not saying it was as good as my grandmother's in Georgia, but it was pretty damn tasty!

Most of the bars do not have Happy Hour as it's a Public Holiday (Chinese New Year) but Havana Happy Hour promotion is always available! Loaded Potato Skin 6/10 (taste was pretty flat that day) Nachos with Beef Chili 10/10 (this dish has always been my fav.food from Havana!) The restaurant was ok where the atmosphere was good but noticed service was unattractive at times they force you in at the entrance but then it goes slow from there !!! The meals were overpriced but We expected that reading the previous reviews bar prices were stiff music need to pick the day ( Like the wood fired pizza ) overall an experience worth a try keeping in mind few items on the menu we not available including wedges in a bar ?beef salad was dry to our liking ☕️was good 😌

This is by far the best place on this street ! Classy crowd and less infested with the shady bukit bintang people ( I am sure you know what I am talking about ) Love the vibe of this place . It is jam packed on Saturdays and is a good spot to meet other people and talk ! They have a dance floor on top floor ! Do visit that If you like to groove!

I love the outdoor decor in Havana and we have been dancing in the upstairs couple of times before, so we decided to give it a go for dinner twice during MCO. The first night didn't have the best start, since an asian looking lady with a shaved head was very rude at the gate. However, on next neek when we dined here again, her indian counterpart was absolutely lovely and very accommodating so the level of service seems to be an unstable experience. Drinks were watery and because of that, too expensive. I don't mind paying even RM35-50 for a proper drink, but these certainly were not it. I had the lamb leg which was quite bland and had not been cooked long enough since it was not coming out of the bone easily, like it should and in KL standards also almost always does - malaysians know their food. The portion looked ugly and unambitious, which would be completely ok with a pub food price tag, but again not with these prices. Service was a bit slow too, since we had to always call someone to bring water, glass of redwine, my husband had to ask twice for his beer etc. Smoking is unfortunately allowed on the terrace. However, the thing that really put us both off, was the large number of obvious & rouchy escorts hanging and drinking with the old men in the bar - definitely not an environment where to have your romantic Saturday dinner...

Havana is probably one of the fave among the party goers, or just frequent patrons. It's a good place for a night of dancing as well. Can get very crowded on some or most Fridays & weekends. This is a really good spot. Absolutely lovely interior/exterior. Really comfortable setting for a drink / meal. Plus they had a lamb BBQ while we were there which was absolutely amazing. This was probably one of my fav places in KL. There are also screens if you're looking for somewhere to watch sports.

I liked the set up and the outside balcony just gives you a good view of all the revellers down the street. It is loud inside and you can get to dance and have a good time. I recommend seating outside if you prefer to have a conversation in a less loud place.

Good ambience. The service is prompt and friendly. The manager came to check on how we are doing. The vibe is casual and music is ok. On the downside, the very berry mojoto hardly had any alcohol and was sweet. The tandoori chicken skewers were really bland.

Food is good, portion are huge. Most people here are expat and if you want some true KL experience this one is not the place. Staff are judgemental to Asian and will mostly ignore you if you are local. Cocktail barely have any alcohol in it, i don't even feel anything after drinking it.( 1 glass of wine usually knock me out)
