Please make female customers feel comfortable by giving a good table if she is dining in alone. That’s a great gesture saying everyone can be comfortable while dining in at Chili’s. If you are a woman dining alone, I wouldn’t recommend this place at all. They gave me a table right at the entrance where all takeaway orders were piled up and table was so tight I couldn’t put my legs properly although it wasn’t that much crowded. I believe it’s because I was dining alone. I requested again that I’m feeling very uncomfortable, please give me a table inside, so I got a table inside, it was better but still 2nd least preferred tables site. While I was taking my selfie a guy working at cash or manager, kind of screamed at me, are you taking my picture? I said no, I’m taking selfie. It was so embarrassing. Why would I take your picture sir? There’s a way of talking to female customers. Service was slow but foods & drinks was amazing. Giving 2 stars even after such an uncomfortable experience because the man who served at last was very polite & I love Chili’s always. Hope my review comes to their attention and if I see a change next time to better service for solo diners like me, will change my review.

We came on a Friday evening & there’s not many people. The restaurant has an old bar vibe coz the furniture was quite old. The staffs are pleasant & the food was okay lah. Forgot the name of the food we bought, but i will definitely remember the taste of the chewy rib 😣. Comparing to TR, TGI, VS… this is by far the worst. Didn’t even finish it.

Ever since they updated the menu, the service and food went up as well. Just know one meal is good for sharing with two people (Asian problems). It was a good visit with the family after many moons of not coming here.

If you want to take pictures of good-looking food, then sure, come here and take all the pictures you want as most of the food presentation is pretty good. But it doesn't taste at all close to what it looks like. I would say it's almost bad if not terrible. You get a frontal view of the KLCC fountains, and the yellow light atmosphere in the restaurant is soothing. But the taste of the food is a major letdown, especially if you compare it with how it is priced.

Been here many times but never had a chance to write a review . Food is always yummy here at Chili’s . They serve kids meal which adults can order too . The restaurant is a bit compact and the tables are very near to each other and seriously you can’t have some private conversations there . And each seating is non spacious and we have to squeeze into our chairs . Food potion is getting smaller now and almost all of the food here are getting more saltier now . I would recommend their mushroom soup and mashed potato . Both are so yummy delicious . But the buffalo wings are too sour this round and seriously we can’t have it . And tasted so much of vinegar there . Overall everything is ok and price is not cheap yeah .

Like any other Chili's this one also have a nice decoration for and upbeat western food restaurant. Since it is in KLCC it is a crowd hit and almost all the time quite full of patrons. But during peak and busy period, their staff do put an effort so that the customers' table waiting time is quite minimal. Kudos to that. Their vast menu is complemented nicely by the selection of drinks. You just need to work up an appetite as all food on the menu is acceptable and loved by the majority of tourist customers. Ambiances and staff hospitality is great, so come on in and have a blast 👍

I had my dinner at Chillis during my visit to KLCC, and its decor and ambience were top-notch. Due to the high load of customers we had to wait for some time for our turn. Their menu was very detailed and offered multiple options. We opted for burgers as the main course and Molten Chocolate cake after it. The portion of meals is good, and quality and taste are exceptional. Overall, we had a good time here, and it is recommended to everyone.

Hmm.. I'm quite disappointed with Chili's this visit. Firstly the service is not very friendly.. As if they are forced to take orders. True enough.. They served wrong order later. Secondly the food I ordered, Texas Trio.. the meat is too hard. Not juicy at all. I thought it was just only mine. But, same goes to my other friends although different menu. The steak feels like a stick.. And my menu is not that cheap.. Doesn't worth the price. Thirdly.. Asking for few sauce is just troublesome. Totally different from Tony Romas (shud had gone there that day..) Fourth.. Asking for refills of my Iced Lemon Tea also can make your blood go upstairs.. Totally ruin our mood that day.. But when asking for the bill.. They were efficient. If I were to give stars.. Hmm, 1 🌟 is good enough from me..

Came here with my family at around 5:30pm on a Saturday. If you're Muslim during Ramadan, there will be a long queue for you. For non Muslims, just walk up to the front entrance and inform them you'll be dining now. There shouldn't be a wait. Food was good but our waiter had an attitude problem. It was my birthday so I requested for the free cake. They sang us happy birthday. I requested for some plates to share but only gave us 2 plates. When we asked for more, she rolled her eyes at us. Aside from that, food was kinda slow to come out but still acceptable. Overall delicious. Definitely on the pricier side.

ALL staffs service attitude very bad and rude included the Indian guy on duty manager. No staffs to serve customers ALL hide inside the kitchen and behind the cashier counter near the kitchen. Staff, Biby requested to change the dirty cutlery, immediately she shown angry face to us. Except the green colour cloth friendly supervisor, Cik Lisa. She has to cover the staffs to bring customers in, to serve customers, to settle bills. I requested to see the on duty Indian guy manager but he ignored me just asked Lisa came to attend us only.

Good experience overall. The spot we chose was near the window, it was a cold spot but can see the view outside and enjoy the lights outside. Price is a little high but hey it's Chili's. Service was accetable but can be a bit faster. Queue can be long at times, I suggest to call them 1st to check to see if reservation is needed.

Their buffalo wings were terrible. Dry, tough, tasteless and stale. They served it without its sauce and when I asked if they forgot to put the sauce, server just brought out just the buffalo sauce which was also not great and tasted just sour. To be fair however other food options may not be as bad

Been coming here for the past 22 years and still the best joint Avoid lunch or dinner time cause long queue unless you are not that hungry😅 Taste service atmosphere has been consistent for ever. One of my favourite restaurant for steaks. Tostada + beef queso is a must. Sharing w friends and family with good conversations combined with bottomless drinks is epic!

Worst steak ever. Very tough. I asked for medium well and they gave me medium rare. I can still see the blood oozing out of the steak. The fat didn't melt and its really tough. I feel like im eating raw meat. The meat doesn't melt in my mouth. For RM79.90, its really not worth it. The only thing that worth my star is the Long island tea. Its damn good. If you want to come here, try something else than the steak. This place used to be my favourite steak place but dang. I think they change chef and the steak went downhill.

I arrived 5 mins after they opened yet I had to wait 20 mins outside since they were only letting 1family enter at a time. The fajitas was a lot smaller than the pics, and came with 3 small tortillas. Around 1.5 serving I would say. The beef that came with the pasta was well done, thus making it abit tough. Mojito was nice, taste of alcohol wasnt strong. Ordered 3 items for 4 people and was quite enough.

It's been a while since I last ate here and I'm glad to say that the food quality is still great. Big portions and their burgers are hefty, so come with an appetite! I highly recommend the burgers, the patties are tender and juicy along with the sweet red onions and vegetables. There will be a line during the weekends so come early if you want to avoid the long wait. Staff are friendly (bonus: they will come and celebrate if it's your birthday when you're dining in 🎉)

I have to say that the quality had dropped significantly over the years. Ordered their southwestern grilled lamb and ultimate beef bacon burger. I order medium doneness and it was cooked as ordered, but the piece of lamb was very tough, chewy, and slightly under-seasoned. The mashed potatoes were the best thing on the plate. As for the burger, the patty was tough as well and it was also such a chore to chew. The patty itself seemed to lack seasoning and was rather dry, as were the bacon strips. The fries were great though. But... How can the main be overshadowed by the sides? Honestly won't come back again if I need a western food fix.

It's going downhill. The whole experience was lackluster. It's no different from eating at McDonalds than eating here. So packed with people and families it just overwhelmingly "in your face" kinda vibes. Was told to wait in line, that's okay, but once they got you in, the chaotic and sense of rushing is everywhere, it's either they are lack of staffs or the company decided to use every sq inch to add a seating. Servers didn't introduce themselves, nor give any suggestions, product knowledge is not the best. Come for the food, ordered pastas, tortilla set with beef and shrimps, and a T-bone steak, the pastas was good (not mind blowing, it's the type of pasta when you paid rather good amount of money for it), sauce is fine but they are using the cheap frozen half cook small shrimp and having the nerve to sell it as "shrimp scampi"??? 😆 I was about to laugh but yeah, probably Malaysian crowd was okay with that.. The tortilla sets was okay.. nothing fancy about it. Kinda a chewy tortilla too.. I most disappointed with the steak.. the cook (yeah, not a chef prepping steak like this), it was as plain as plain can be, they must have run out of salt and pepper at the back there, no taste of thyme or garlic butter from the meat at all. The only way to taste it was using the tiny compound butter that was like a size of 2 jellybean. The black pepper sauce? They need to learn how to make it ... Overall, I don't recommend this chilis anymore.

Disappointed with the food after reopening. The nachos was hard. The fajita was dry and flat taste. Made a complain to them but they said its normal the nachos was hard.

We went to chilis a few times and tonight I wanted to taste their fizah and chips which I was not impressed at all. The staff told me that it was frozen which probably explain why it was not good. On the other hand my wife ordered crispy chicken and she was happy with it.

My wife and I visited on our last night in Kuala Lumpur and we weren’t disappointed. The chips and dip are a great way to start, we both had the Tex Mex Chicken Fresh Bowl and shared some Tex Mex Cheese Poppers. The food was delicious and service was impeccable. Glad we visited and would again!

This restaurant is located under the Petronas towers (so you can't see them ^^) If you are lucky to get a table at the window, you can enjoy the view to the park during your lunch or dinner. This restaurant is a chain based in Taxas, with over 1600 restaurants worldwide. They serve American and Mexican cusine like burger, fries, nachos, fajitas, quesedilas etc. We ordered a triple dumper, fajita and the soup of the day. soup was chicken mushroom and it tasted great Make sure to repeat your order in detal, like everywhere else in Malaysia they can't remember what you've ordered and forget to bring or bring wrong food. Vegeterian options also available.

After waiting in line for almost 45 minutes, got a table and had to wait another 20-25 minutes just to get one beer and a glass of sprite. I had a late lunch with my friend at this western restaurant. Happy that no queue is require before getting a seat. The window view is spectacular, water fountain and greenery park just outside. Food portion is sufficient, but doesn't taste as per expectation.

Commenting based on my experience for more than 6th time being here. I had tried varies of selection here and overall the food were great. We love their mixed fajitas! The portion was big enough to fill your empty stomach. Beware don't over order as a result you will waste the food. About service, sometime the waiter doesn't even smile on you but maybe they were rushing as the restaurant always busy especially during dinner. Its ok for me as long they serve up your food pretty fast.

The Chicken chop was extremely hard and overcooked super hard to chew it or bite into it and just look at the sauce topping, they added it like pity while the price of one plate is crossing rm 30. The alfredo pasta tasted very simple and blant like trust me Ive had wayyy better for half the price, the burger bun was breaking all over after one bite not fresh at all, the fries come dry af with no sauce, its okay for a one time experience. Regarding the service, its not bad except the fact that we highlighted our concerns about the food to the waiter and he just shrugged it off mentioning that theyll try better next time.

Medium steak = rare, uncooked, no colourbon beef, squishy texture. Buffalo chicken are so sour which make troat feel uncomfortable. Quesaddila is nice.

Love the food here, especially the wrap. Free Flow selected drink, normally just the soft drink. You can get a free birthday cake and staffs will sing birthday song for you if you dine on your birthday, but sometimes can be noisy for others customer. Price wise definitely consider as mid to high tier, but the food is worth the price

Awesome place to have lunch or dinner with families and friends. The view of KLCC park is fantastic especially when there is water fountain show. The staff are friendly. If you celebrating birthday here, let them know. They will sing birthday song for you. And if you're lucky enough, they give you instax photo.

Chills never failed me whenever I go there and order, queueing didn't take time at all, I like the way they come and check and ask if the food is meeting the order we placed and our expectations or if you have any questions about the food, I ordered a well done rip eye but they gave me a medium rare and when I told them about the mistake they fixed it immediately. The drinks are awesome and the taste is really good, I like the paper made straws but you need not to keep it for too long in the glass.

This is one of the better Chili's outlet. The staff is efficient and friendly and food always comes on time. Food at Chili's is, of course, always great tasting. Rarely do they ever get it wrong. At times, they have great promos as well. This place is great for families (kids eat free) and large groups. Portions are pretty large so do not over order. The must try is their fajitas, eggrolls and for dessert, the molten chocolate cake.

I ordered the mushroom swiss burger and strawberry mojito. The taste is blunt. Patty is not fresh and tasteless.. Mojito is too sweet yet lack of rum. Requested for a bit of extra drop of rum but staff denied my request saying there’ll be charges of rm6 per shot. What the hell? Professionalism is there but Customer service is cold and no sense of warmth. Some staff should be trained further on basic art on customer service. What a shame!

I was declined from entering to dine in with my muslim friend during puasa and the manager who came to us was rude. My friend was pregnant and was so hungry but they declined us. My last with chilis klcc. Rude and bad service. Could have talked to us nicely.
