I celebrated my wife's birthday at Atmosphere 360 for the dinner buffet. The buffet was alright but you go there for the view and its simply breath taking. Suggest people to go at least once to experience the rotating restaurant. The service was pretty good just that I thought the food could be better for a fine dining buffet. Oddly enough there were so many people having their birthdays on the same night as my wife, so you could hear multiple happy birthdays being sung by the staff. I am sure there is a better way to celebrate all the birthday boys and girls rather then going table by table and singing Happy Birthday.

I think the view is more beautiful at night than during the day. If you turn up slightly early for dinner, you can see the sunset. The buffet itself is not bad, but nothing to shout about. Lots of tourists so I was really surprised there wasn’t any ice kacang, or Nasi lemak. You can order your steak the way you like it plus the grilled lamb. Meat is slightly tough. The dining package is quite expensive but the view is stunning so I would recommend it. Traffic in the area can be quite heavy especially when it rains as Menara KL is located in the Central Business District.

Great view up at the revolving restaurant - if can go up early so you got a day view and a night view of the city of Kuala Lumpur. The ride up is fast and service was quite OK. The buffet spread is good but I felt the food quality was just OK but usually when when coming to a place like this, I don't expect too much on the food.

This self-rotating restaurant, boasting the highest altitude in Kuala Lumpur, falls short in several aspects. The unclean carpet, unprofessional and seemingly groggy foreign staff, and the non-rotating floor diminish the overall experience. Despite the promise of a "million-dollar view" of Kuala Lumpur, there's little else noteworthy. The limited food options, primarily Malay cuisine under the guise of "international cuisine," do not justify the RM248 price tag. Comparatively, one can find more diverse and higher-quality options at other buffets.

Such a great ambiance. We went for hi tea which is evening time 3.30-5.30 which was perfect time to get the entire KL city view. Along with tea we had buffet of desserts like various type of cakes, food like noodles, roti canai, chicken curry and some other dishes too. Red velvet cake was the one I like the most. But mainly it’s not about food, its about the 360 revolving restaurant with the perfect feel of sitting over the KL city.

Came here for dinner RM199 per pax. Deco/ special request/ windows seat are extra charges. Booking is fast and straight forward with upfront payment. Staff is helpful and fast in replying email. Singers and pianist are entertaining. But food quality is at the down side, nowhere near 5 star hotel taste. I hope they can upgrade to better quality. If the quality of food taste is raised, it will be perfect πŸ‘

I had my birthday celebration here together with my family. We were the earliest here, made a reservation few weeks earlier and originally we booked a normal table but we were upgraded to a VIP table. Their staff were so friendly and constanty giving service. We were also given welcome drinks. There are photographer on standby as well in case if you want a print out photo. Make sure you request to check the photo first prior printing. The lunch buffet consist of rice with dishes, pasta, noodles, soup, salad, beans and cheese, lots of desserts and ice/hot drinks. The view was breathtakingly beautiful, as we came for lunch we could see everything from the top. Special arrangements can be requested upon booking; birthday cake, balloons, flower etc. There is washroom available on the same floor.

Dining with style. Excellent experience while on top of KL Tower. Well maintain facilities. Highly skillful staff and patron. Nice dining area setup. Superb choice of food. Great music. And the best of all - the view! Experience 360 revolving view of our beautiful and vast Kuala Lumpur town. Never failed to amazed you. Highly recommended. Been here several times now. First with my girlfriend now wife. And then with my family. And now with my kids. The experience haven't change at all. But the standard is always on top. Kudos to all the chef and staff member for all their hardwork and passion towards their works. Well done and keep it up!

Seriously the buffet doesn’t worth the price. The price of buffet is only for the view of KL tower. The food is so so, and is too crowded. Nice view but when we visit the 360 is not moving, under maintenance. So we can only see 1 side view but no cheaper for the price. I think some other hotel with half the price have better food and service.

I went on a surprise lunch date to Atmosphere 360. The table was decorated with balloons, candles, and fake flowers. Due to repairs, the restaurant was not rotating, but we got to choose a seat in front of the KLCC view, which was also closer to the buffet area. We were welcomed with orange juice. The buffet selection was mostly local food, with a small variety of Western options. The buffet package also included tickets to the Sky Deck. Overall, it was a good experience, but not a place I would visit every day.

Many thanks to Atmosphere 360 for providing a safe environment to dine in. Recommend to come when the restaurant is about to open at 7pm, so you will get to enjoy the sunset view and also taking photos around before other guests. The added table decorations made for a romantic dinner (you have to make a special request). On the night of visit, we witnessed five birthday celebrations and one marriage proposal :) The red velvet cake is one of the best velvet cakes we ever tasted: soft, melt in your mouth, not overly sweet! The food exceeds expectations, the Asian and local food main course dishes are really delicious. You are required to wear mask when heading to the buffet area, so it's safe. We love their satay and the fresh food section is indeed fresh. Overall, compliance with SOP and hygienic practice from the restaurant and the guests made this a great dining option under the pandemic.

Decent food with an excellent view of the KL skyline. The service staff were very helpful and friendly. Do note that even with an advance booking, one would still need to lineup at the base of the tower.

Having dinner session at here. You will able to see the whole KL view at here. The view is better than viewing deck. There is many local food such as satay, nasi beriani, curry and so on (Satay recommended). Environment is very good at here since have the 360 degrees of KL view. Staffs are friendly. I feel a bit dizzy because of the floor will rotate slowly.

Only the view at night is spectacular, others are overrated. Went last night 16/10 for buffet dinner, but the menu was average. Restaurant was packed with guests, every 10min we will have crowds singing a happy birthday song. You cant enjoy your privacy here, seems like the restaurant is not wide enough but they still put tables and seats everywhere. Luckily we got free seats from our company.

Kuala Lumpur's signature rotating restaurant at 282m above ground level. Honestly the best buffet I've had the pleasure of visiting, in KL. We went for a romantic lunch and enjoyed a diverse selection of food; noodle bars, nasi, seafood, salads, curries, fruit platters and so many desserts! πŸœπŸ€πŸ›πŸ₯—πŸ¨ Although the lunchtime drinks were limited to tea, coffee and water. Served in an atmosphere with a panoramic, 360Β° view of Kuala Lumpur. Extraordinary and well worth the price! I measured a full rotation approximately every 90 minutes. Booking is essential and recommended days in advance, especially for dinner, which sells out quickly. Reservations are typically for up to 2.5 hours.

The experience in Atmosphere360 revolving restaurant is awesome. It's amazing and can have a spectacular view on the entire KL. Twin tower is well viewed from the revolving restaurant. The food is good and have quality with a wide variety. The management and service team provided excellent service. The crew members were very professional. Booking was easy and the customer care well managed my booking. Very comfortably helped. The view deck in the next floor have telescopes and can have a long sight magnification. All the places were neat and tidy. Worth for the money paid. Highly appreciable for maintaining the revolving restaurant in elegant manner. All over we had an amazing experience and very nice time.

Honestly, I would have given this place 5 stars, if not for a couple of unpleasant aspects. But first of all, the positive things. I was expecting to have to wait a long time to enter, but it took a surprisingly short waiting time. Staff were very efficient at seating us, and consistently clearing away the plates and refilling the water. There was a wide variety of foods, divided by main course station, desserts and fruits, salad and pasta bar, soups and noodles, coffee and drinks, all organized by short distances in the circle for lunch buffet. It wasn't too crowded, but social distancing was not actually enforced when people were taking their food, and that was a little worrying. There were also a couple of families who brought very young children, and the kids were running around, and crying, and making loud noises, and the parents did nothing to control them, and it made for a very unpleasant experience. The food was okay, not much to shout about. My favourite was the salad and pasta bar. If you are not someone who eats a lot, but wants to try everything, you could do what I did, and just take one spoon of everything just to sample. Even that would do more than enough to fill you up. The ticket for the lunch buffet cost RM95 per pax. There is a surcharge of RM25 if you would like to reserve a table near the window. In my opinion, that price is worth it for the view alone, the food is just a bonus. However, I would really recommend the dinner buffet, as there would be more options, and a glorious view of the brightly lit KL city. Price : $$$ Taste : 7/10 Ambience : 8/10 View : 10/10

Seafood was okay, but the beef and lamb dishes were hard to chew. Window seating is an extra cost. Diners have access to the Observation Deck. It was still better than simply paying to go up for sightseeing.

Amazing! It was one of the most unique dining experiences I've had. The food was good, but the service is even better. The waiters were friendly, attentive and helpful. The dinner is worth it, with the amazing views and atmosphere of the restaurant. I recommend visit at its opening time at 6.30pm to see the best of views during the day and night.

I did enjoy great view, and for the place moving 360 degree is really amazing. Food is great, especially the malaysian food. However, you can feel the old-fashioned decoration and furniture, it would be great if you did renovation to make this place more modern. This place has photographer, I came in hi-tea session at 28 sept 2023 and result of photo is really great. I request special arrangement, however the decoration did not come as I requested.

The food is okay, also have fresh oyster, steak, kebab and so on. The view is amazing. Despite of the wonderful experience, I was shocked to see the poor small prayer room in this mega tower at the ground floor……

If you are looking for a nice view of Kuala Lumpur or to impress your other half or a celebration, you will not regret this place. Perfect ambience for any moments. Food dishes are on average only. Now, on the negative side, you will experience a long queue starting from getting your restaurant tickets to getting into the elevator. The waiting area is warm and unpleasant. It is a rather long wait for the lift as well. Parking lots are limited as well.

Good food and hospitality They even celebrate special occasions like birthdays and anniversary with a special cake and song. Affordable prices

Great experience eating here. Food is plenty, they refill the dishes regularly. No steaks though. The seafood was overcooked to me. Only black coffee & tea are covered, you need to add an extra charge for juices or lattes etc. There is a lot of celebration here, the manager is very energetic & sings birthday songs to everyone celebrating. A bit rowdy during lunch. I know I easily get motion sicknesses from riding boats before, so expected to get motion sickness from here too. Especially when you get off from the buffet platform to your seat. They provide you cake for birthdays & anniversaries, please do ask them. Some tables were decorated with romantic balloons. Table situated quite near from another customer.

The food selection were varied and just right. It was good for us to come really early as it can get quite crowded in there. We had a really noisy crowd dine with us during our stay but it didn’t take away from our experience. It was my mum’s birthday and the staff really went out of their way to make it extra special. Thank you Atmosphere 360 πŸ’ž

Really great view! You can see the twin towers in front of your eyes. Definitely recommend for dinner. Really enjoyed the services as well. It's very organized and friendly. Food is so so. Sashimi is mediocre, salad spread is decent. limited options for cooked food and other international flavours.

Amazing view from this restaurant. The revolving restaurant above Kl tower is one of a kind with a great view of KL city and beyond. We came here for the experience and not much for the food. The service provided by this restaurant is excellent. We were able to get a table next to the window. We had a birthday boy in our party and the servers served the birthday guest a cake while singing him a birthday song. Our dirty plates were clear from our table immediately after we were done eating. We paid RM88 nett per adult for High Tea (3:30pm to 5:30pm) and a stop at the observation deck. Ticket to visit just the observation deck already RM40. We purchased the tickets online thru the restaurant website and paid with credit card. Online reservation was easy. There were plenty of choices of food, hot and cold items. The drinks that were included in our High Tea were coffee, tea, water and fruit punch. Vegetarian options are available. There was a noodle station even for the high tea. The view was the reason we came to this restaurant and it was speechless. See the pictures included here as I have taken so many pictures of the Kl view from the restaurant.

I came here for lunch buffet and I’m sorry, but the food is awful. I feel quite sick afterwards. And the restaurant is showing signs of aging. Incredibly, it looks exactly the same as 20 years ago. The only reason to come here is to see the view. If you request a window seat, it will cost RM25 extra. Next time, I’ll just buy a ticket to the sky deck instead. Oh, and i don’t recommend ordering any extra drinks. A coke costs more than RM17. It was my mistake not to ask the price first. I just didn’t expect it to cost that much.

Time to review!! Im here having hi tea with my girl. Buy promo buffet at klook. Easy to redeemed at customer service counter. Food taste is average πŸ€·β€β™€οΈ. Menu :- Mee hoon goreng/nasi goreng kicap/bubur kacang/bubur jagung/sweet tooth station (cake/ice cream)/tradisional kuih/ potato wedges/coffee and plain water. So we just paid for the view 🀭. Well the view is not clear cause our country is hazing. Other than atmosphere 360. Also have mini zoo, observation deck, upside down town,xD theater. Last but not least, why your toilet dont have water? πŸ˜… is it cause of too hight to supply. Only hand wash sink do have water. So neee to use pail to wash.🀭🀭 Hope my review help you guys.

Overall food is delicous but limited variety like other hotel can offer with same price. One of the most value is the atmosphere that u can not get from other place. Their manner is bad also.. it seem that they preferd to chase u away by taking up you utensil.. as i not aware that the lunch is finish at 230pm i aspect that they politely say us to leave the premis because of the want to prepared hi tea.. little disapointed with the service.. others than that the cover for chair also seem old and have stain there and there.. the decoration for hari raya also not take down.. very poor management ..

Typical touristy place, the food is so so. Not the best in the world. Buffet choices are limited and the taste needs tremendous improvement. I do enjoy the tempoyak ikan patin though. However, much improvements need to be done with the lack of space at buffet counters. I understand that space is a limitation at a revolving restaurant. Perhaps buffet via ordering would be a better option, where the customers order like a ordinary restaurant but its unlimited quantity like a buffet and that could help with the traffic jams around the satay area. I could not even walk in and get other foods because of the massive people waiting to get satay and steak. Foods run out relatively quick too. Its like a war zone...for that price paid, you won't get to enjoy the foods. There is a band, singing popular international songs. The sole consolation prizes are the awesome view and the friendly staff. Malaysian hospitality at its best. For a tower more than 20 years old, it still is relatable to today's time but a little of refurbishment to keep up the shine and glory would be wonderful.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting the KL Tower Atmosphere 360 restaurant for high tea on a Saturday afternoon at 3:30 pm. The highlight of this experience was undoubtedly the breathtaking panoramic view, offering guests a truly awe-inspiring feast for the eyes. I btw paid rm 100 per head for a Saturday high tea. However, I must admit that while the view was truly amazing, the decor and food selection left something to be desired. The carpets showed visible signs of wear and tear, with noticeable stains, and the tablecloth felt somewhat outdated – reminiscent of a quaint grandma’s house or the kind you might find in a hospitality school training room. It lacked the chic and classy ambiance I had anticipated. Moving on to the culinary offerings, the food seemed to fall more in line with what you’d expect from a mid-range establishment, rather than the premium experience that the KL Tower Atmosphere 360 restaurant promises. The variety of carbohydrate-based dishes was extensive, but the overall quality left room for improvement. The chicken rice was a bright spot, offering a commendable flavor. In contrast, the roti canai and dim sum left much to be desired in terms of taste and quality. The sandwiches were decent, and I was pleasantly surprised by the scones, which exceeded my expectations. In conclusion, the KL Tower Atmosphere 360 restaurant boasts an unparalleled view, but it could benefit from a decor upgrade, including the replacement of those aging carpets. The culinary experience also needs a boost in terms of quality to match the restaurant’s premium promise. On a more positive note, the service staff stood out for their friendliness and attentiveness, enhancing the overall experience. For those seeking a memorable dining experience with a view to match, a visit to the KL Tower Atmosphere 360 restaurant is worth considering. However, it’s important to set expectations accordingly, as there is room for improvement in both the ambiance and the food quality.

First time experiencing the atmosphere 360. The place is definitely expensive. Buffet style food with lots of options from local cuisines to western cuisine. There’s cold appetisers to start off, followed by mains of pastas, variety of rice, lamb/beef steak (made upon order), must try shawarma (build your own) the meat was juicy and tasty and finish off with nice desserts choices of cakes and ice cream. The environment and the view is definitely beautiful. The restaurant is continuously moving which may cause dizziness when you realise it and it makes you lose direction of your seats from the buffets. If I’m not mistaken it takes 1.5 hours to make a complete rotation. Overall, definitely a must visit place to experience the beauty of Malaysia from above and have good food at the same time.

Very unique and glad to dine in a spinning walkway in one of the highest tower in KL. Can enjoy amazing KL scenery. One round of the spin around 1 hour 30 minutes. However, a bit disappointment on the buffet food, the food lack of variety as compared to other hotels. The taste of the food was acceptable. Go and try the special experience.

A great way to see the city from above, the restaurant is located at 282m. We went for lunch. They only have the buffet option and the price per person is only slightly higher than the price to go to the observation deck on the floor above, plus we good a good amount of food out of it. The buffet itself was nothing special - some salad but not many fresh vegetables, very few of the mains were vegetarian, there was a noodle bar. Water is free but you pay for the rest of the drinks. It seemed like a lot of people went there to celebrate their special occassions which was cute. What I didn't enjoy is the whole staff singing happy birthday every 5 minutes, it kind of ruined the atmosphere after a while. They even sang happy birthday to the couple next to us who were celebrating their 25th year anniversary.

Good food.. I was surprised that the food is actually decent.. the atmosphere is quite alright.. but one thing that could ruin my experience is how old the place is.. the floor mat is dirty, the toilet just doesnt work..few times in my life that I didnt flush (not my fault), the air feels old also or maybe is the old couple beside me..

Parking is hard to find when we arrived for Lunch (12:30pm - 2:30pm) we opt for valet parking paying extra RM 15.00 (Sunday) Redeem our voucher smooth and immediately taken to the lift. The queue was not long and very quickly went up to Atmosphere 360Β° The view is superb. Crews were friendly and helpful. Food is nice but prawns and clams aren't that fresh. The rest were good but the durian dessert with pulut is the best. Will definitely come back again and recommended.

Come here only for the great views. It is a great place to hold a lunch or dinner with your friends and family overseeing the city landscape. The food is very ordinary. People who rave about the food here probably only have eaten mixed rice and instant noodles.

Booked a high-tea package for the weekend through Klook. Everything went smoothly from checking in to checking out. Friendly and helpful staff who helped us take pictures and clear away our dishes. There's a wide variety of choices ranging from fried rice, kuey teow, salad, fruits, keropok lekor, finger food, mushroom soup to of course cakes and ice cream. Check the website for their full menu. All of them met our expectations. Worth the price we paid. Also requested a birthday surprise for our friend - they delivered a slice of cake with a happy birthday message on it and sang the birthday song, which was a nice touch to our evening. Awesome experience overall. The only downside is the limited parking and expensive parking rate (paid RM16.50 for 3 hours). The night view would be mesmerising to look at I bet.

Decent experience. Food is hit or miss. Some items were great, some not so much
