First impression, the restaurant looks pretty cozy with easy parking surrounding the restaurant. The place was recommended by my Italian friend and says this is one of the closest authentic Italian food in KL. Overall all the dishes tasted very nice, flavours not over powering. I particularly liked the pizza, the crust was crispy on the outside and nice chewy softness inside. Staff were friendly and attentive. Price wise a little bit on the higher side. Overall pleasant experience. Definitely worth a try. Tip: Must try their pizzas with their chili oil

The restaurant is much smaller than the Penang counterpart but was equally nicely decorated. Food however, was just average. While carbonara sticks to its authentic roots, the pizza was quite a letdown. Papardelle was also a far cry from what a normal Italian dish would deliver, and did not have the depth of flavour that you would usually expect from the dish, probably because wild boar was not used. To add on to that, service wasn't that good. It felt like the waiter was constantly trying to shoo us off as he was watching like a hawk everytime we were close to finishing our food and wanted to clear the table immediately. Probably won't be coming back.

Came for the lunch set which starts promptly at 12pm. Great value for money for under RM30 to get a carbonara (with duck bacon), sautéed spinach, and a drink. Very attentive service. Also had a slice of the pizza which featured some delicious bread. Speaking of bread, they in-house focaccia is one of the best that I've had.

Set lunch for only RM28. Definitely worth the visit. The food portion is huge and the quality of food is good. Parking a bit difficult to find but other than that is all good. Will come back to try other food on the menu

Small and cozy Italian restaurant with superb service. If your are craving for Italian food. Visit this restaurant for once and you decide if you want to come back again. I was here with one of their regular (he is only 6 yrs old, he insist we must have pizza here!). So you check this place and you decide for yourself!

The first and second picture illustrates the burrata. Average for me but my wife loves the combination of the cheese and tomatoes. The third and fourth are the Buffalina pizza and pesto spaghetti. Both are delicious; pizza ultra thin with very fresh ingredients…mmmm the sumptuous aroma of oven baked pizza! The pesto pasta is divine; pesto not overpowering but complimentary…the best pesto pasta I had before. Ordered the special; sirloin steak and the lamb rack…potion size was good but taste average to us.

Food is great and as authentic as it is in Italy. Waiters are attentive and friendly too. 1 slight hiccup was that I was told that there isn’t a cheaper alternative to the bottled water, but only to be offered filtered water by another server later. Go for the RM1 filtered water when you’re there, there’s absolutely no need to pay for RM20 glass bottled water shipped all the way from Italy that tastes exactly the same as the water we already have here.

Visited Via Pre after having it on my list for a while. Mixed feelings as the dishes were hit and miss. The service was good, and if you're a coffee lover, their coffee is a must-try – bold and strong, just the way I like it. What we had : Duck polpette Rm34 ❌️ * The duck meatballs were very dry, and the cheese fondue dip was disappointingly little . Not a great choice for a starter. Spaghetti pesto Rm58 🌟 * Absolutely love the spaghetti pesto! The rich, flavorful sauce combined with fresh, huge prawns and scallops makes it simply yummy. Veal Rolata Rm69 ❌️ * The meat was thin and dry, as you can see in the picture. Tasted better with meat sauce, but won't order it again. Coffee Rm11 🌟🌟 * The coffee was strong and satisfying! Total : Rm202

Hands down the best Italian restaurant in town! We've been coming to this restaurant since last year. My fiancé's brother visited us from Dubai and absolutely loved your tiramisu. He's been telling us how great the service was. We bring our friends to this restaurant from time to time to impress them. Everything on the menu is good, and we thank all the staff who work there. Kudos to the chef as well!

i would say hands down. Even with the excellent selection of Italian food available in KL, Via Pre stands out with its authentic food, homey and peaceful atmosphere and super friendly staff. Highly recommend any pizza and the seafood pesto pasta. Regardless if you are with a loved one, having a business meeting or getting take away for your evening alone at home, you can’t go wrong with Via Pre

nice cost place set amongst residential area. Convenient parking on this weekend for father’s day. Authentic italian food and options were good even for vegans like me . service was good and friendly. I like this place as it was homely and not pretentious and snobbish …. price was ok too but didn’t know the final bill as my sons were treating me for father’s day lunch. If you live in the area of Bukit Damansara area you should try this place … Oh Yes the vegan Ravioli was really good

The restaurant is located at a sleepy row of shops tucked inside a residential area in Damansara. Without waze, its impossible to locate it as you would never pass by it from the main road. Premise is clean and well maintained, staff is attentive. I went there passed lunch crowd, nearing the shop closing time. Shop closed at 3pm for break and will reopen for dinner time. The food was mediocre, pasta was not fully cooked so was a bit hard. I ordered the seafood pesto, scallop and prawns were fresh and juicy. The creme brulee was good, a refreshing sour lime taste. Parking is not an issue as its located at the back lane so you can park at the side of the road or an open area just beside the restaurant.

Been around since 2016, this no fuss restaurant is tucked in one of the corner shop lots in Damansara Heights, the owner is Italian and I would say there's a good control of quality and flavours. Overall it was an enjoyable meal, would come back and try their other dishes.

I had the rigatoni and it was perfectly cooked - al dente. Pizza was delicious! The staff are very friendly and accommodating. An open air environment for those concerned about air circulation during this pandemic times. Will come back again. Thanks Via Pre!!

Awesome experience, the first time I came here without booking, they don't have table for us. So book ur table. They have multiple selection of pasta, pizza, and salad. The pizza is the hero here, the chef able to use no pork ingredients to make amazing pizza. The owner even free our ladies wife with some alcohol free dessert. The owner is awesome

No words to describe the taste and atmosphere. I love the Italian songs kept running low in background. I highly recommend Buffalina. You must try Pasta Pesto and Veal Sausage. Lovely and friendly staffs. Will return to enjoy again with different dishes.

A good place to go to for gluten intolerants. They have a lot of pasta dishes and all you need to do is request for a gluten free option. I am yet to try their gluten free pizza

I used to like the food at Via Pre. So we decided to order Via Pre best’s Rigatoni Amatriciana and Linguine ai Frutti de Mare. The food quality was disappointing. Both pasta dishes were over cooked particularly the seafood which was not only overcooked, but also not fresh !

Good food, but if you're coming on weekends just book a table a day before. Had Quattro Staggioni and Risotto. The pizza is reeeeaallly good. Finished off with cappucino and I will be coming back to try on other things.

Was looking for a place to treat my sister for her birthday. We are just so in love with this place!!! Truly a hidden gem. Don't judge the exterior, non posh look. Everything is just so awesome.. The food tasted authentic and premium, relaxing ambience and friendly staffs. They ended our meal with complimentary chocolates!!!!! Left with a happy heart.. Will come back soon with our parents, they will enjoy the non busy/non commercial place :)

Real Italian with the option of turning meals gluten free. Weekdays during lunch time 1200h to 1500h they have a set menu option that includes main, side and some drinks or a pizza & beer for about RM30, you can add extra bits too and request them gluten free for abour RM5 more. Service was great and food was amazing. My celiac friend who had been eating almost the same meals for 2 weeks left very happy.

Cosy Italian restaurant with indoor and outdoor seating in a quiet residential area. Food is pretty authentic, although no pork is served.

I confess it was a very different service experience from the one in Penang. While the food is good l, tasty and pretty authentic, the service has a lot to desire if compared to the one in Penang. First, we walked in around 7:30pm and told they were fully booked later. Still, we got a table 5 minutes, and until 10pm not all tables were occupied. Then, we ordered 3 different bottles of wine from the menu cause they were out of each one. Eventually, I told them to point what they are sure they have stock. The most disappointing thing was at the9:50pm we asked if we could still have desert. We knew last call for the kitchen was 9:45pm, but we figured the tiramisu is already prepared and ready to serve anyway. 5 minutes later we got a no answer. So, we went for ice cream somewhere else. By the way, the appetizer mix was good, but the octopus already cut on to miniature pieces was over cooked.
