Always wanted to try one of their lunch’s bottomless sets but I went their in the evening last week for a quick bite, had a Hangover Burger (that’s the burgers name somehow it appears to me 😅) I wouldn’t say was that tater but definitely was filling and kinda healthy, lovely place and hardworking staff. I even watched a good part of the live Volleyball game that was playing, had a real good time. Will definitely go back and try some tastier options. I would recommend it if you like western food.

Few point that reduced the star. 1. The cushion on the seat is so rundown as I'm the picture below and yet the management has no intention to replace it that shows they only want profit and no customer satisfaction. There can literally be something living inside that torn cushion and it's time for some much needed and long over due make-over. 2. Contactless menu but still relaying on waiter to take the order is just so lame. When technologies have enabled online ordering for faster and more efficient experience. Overall the food and drink was OK however will not be returning any time soon because the whole dining experience was just sad felt like I was in a rundown restaurant . Considering the price we pay for the food the dining experience should also be up to the mark. Such a huge let down.

How appropriate, it’s Black Friday 2023 and I’m having lunch at Fridays ?!? I started with a half order of Mozzarella Sticks with a marinara dip. Excellent ! For lunch I had the shrimp fajitas always a favorite of mine but as always I’m short on tortillas. I love strawberry lemonade so of course I tried their strawberry lemonade slushy. It was kind of a disappointment as it was just too much ice. Staff was super friendly and attentive. As always too full for all their delicious looking deserts. 😩

No Paper Menu Available. Its hard to see the dishes with a small phone. The drink is not bad. Just that too much ice for it. 1. Fish & Chips Totally flavourless, must dip with tartar sauce provided or even the chili sauce. The fish meat inside is not dory, is other kind of fish, the texture is not bad. The bread skin of the fish is not that cripsy and crunchy, easily falling off from the skin The fries are all cold and soft rather than hot and crunchy 2. Shrimp and Chicken Diablo Pasta The chicken and shrimp given are quite a lot. Both cooked.well. The texture and taste are perfect However, the pasta is quite normal than what I thought Service Quite fast, rapid response. Also heard staffs sing happy birthday song to the customers. Good to see that 🥰 Overall, 3 stars

The service was good. The waitress was attentive and accommodating to all requests. The food was meh. The potato skins had no flavor unfortunately, had to ask for salt. The burger was totally overcooked and as tough a hockey puck. Chain restaurants are supposed to be consistently consistent, this was very disappointing.

A nice place similar to other TGI's across the globe. Food is decent, prices are what yiu expect from TGI's. However please note that it can get very busy on Saturdays, and I noticed when that happened the level of service dropped.

Great service from the team including Ayaz and Fafiz. The team was not intimidating but was very attentive. Love the experience. Great brownie which I would highly recommend! The lunch set is also very much worth the money.

Don't go there. There are no waiters, only some new employees, who have no ideas about service ( turning around, when they see you) , a lot of kitchen stuff is having their break in the restaurant and they act as it would be their living room. Leading by example is working here in the most worst possible way. The two persons in charge are acting in the same way, just with more confidence and arrogance. We had two burgers, which were really nothing special and therefore overpriced.

Came as a party of 5. Probably our 10th visit. Garlic lamb racks were awesome. Cosy ambience. Located on the 6th floor and near to the multi level escalator. A good family oriented American diner.

Havent been here for sometimes. Ordered so much for just 2 of us. Totally forgot about the portion. They're having promo now, quite a good deal. Buy 1 free 1 meal, with purchase of any appetizer. We are so full! 👌

Enjoyed a lunch at TGIF despite the crowd and high noise levels. The food was good, portions big, relatively cheap, and the service was attentive. Didn't need to ask for a refill of our bottomless drinks. We were asked before our glass was empty. The restaurant was packed with large families. It's not exactly a place to go to if you want a quiet dining experience.

Beyond expectation service from Ms Nadiya. Nowadays it's very difficult to get a Staff like her. She should received a Recognition💯. Good food and if FRIDAYS have A Beef Sliders in your menu that would be great😊. Good music selection and environment❤️. Will be back for more👍.

Our server seemed to be in a bad mood that day so it ruined the mood for us too. He came over standing next to the table eager to take an order but not asking if we were ready. We said we needed 5 mins and he seemed unhappy that we needed more time to decide. Some of the food we wanted were also not available which is disappointing. I got the chicken quesadilla and it was so odd tasting/ bad I had to order a whole other dish. The buffalo tacos were very good and will definitely order that again. The fajitas were lacking a bit of flavour so would not order that again too. Overall, for the price you pay, this place was not worth it.

Had the cheeseburger and fries, chocolate brownie with ice cream and 2 pints of Carlsberg draft beer on Sunday 1 October was fantastic I enjoyed it so much. The staff and service was excellent so friendly and efficient and experienced nothing was too much trouble. The food was excellent the burger was juicy and cooked just right and the chips crispy and not greasy. The chocolate brownie was superb just melted in your mouth and the Carlsberg was awesome icy cold full of flavour and a good strength. I had to stop myself ordering everything all over again. Great value as well the bill total was 120 rm. Well done TGI Fridays it’s hard to find a restaurant as good as them these days and I have very high standards.

Worst TGIF !!! NY Steak was just bad. It was like biting into a tough leather. Salmon was dry and probably old. This TGIF location is Not recommend at all.

In my mind TGIF it's the best diner at noon and funky bar at night. At these place food was awful. Patties taste was like paper, unsalted, and whole burger was really bad. Bad TGIF, franchise must pay attention to the quality of food in this particular place!

Came in to have a quick pint. Waiter did not understand what’s “happy hour” and even found it amusing. Asked a second waiter and he gave me a confused face. Beer was RM15.50 good price, ice cold so that was good. Maybe should train the waiters better.

Ordered their Loaded Potato Skin, Shrimp and Chicken Diablo Pasta, Strawberry Mojito and Oreo@Cookie Milkshake. Personally I loved their Strawberry Mojito, very refreshing and it pairs well with all the heavy food served. The Loaded Potato Skin was served with sour cream which elevated the flavour, too bad there isn’t any cheese pull. The prawns in the pasta were so fresh and not really that jelak. The milkshake was adequately thick and it’s just a fun drink to me. Would come here again. The service was good and the environment is clean.

TGI Fridays in Suria KLCC is hands down one of my favorite places to dine in Kuala Lumpur. The atmosphere is always buzzing with excitement, and the service is outstanding. The menu offers a great selection of delicious food and drinks, with something to please everyone's taste buds. I particularly love their fries and beef ribs. The location is also unbeatable, right next to the iconic Petronas Twin Towers. Overall, TGI Fridays in Suria KLCC deserves a five-star review for its exceptional service, delicious food, and prime location.

Scan qr code to view their menu but still you have to order manually with their waiter/waitresses. saw the other table got the physical menu book which should be easier to read due to the size so u may try to request for it. they dont serve warm water to their patrons so they are less accommodating compared to their competitor C. do order their burger if you like dry AF burger. refer to pics. their nachos is ok though. service is fine too. will not visit again in near future...

Brought a guest to try out this eatery. Its been a long time since last visited TGIF. The vibe, service of the staff if ok attentive. Food quality wise is average. The steak is kinda chewy despite order rare.

Very bad service, never pay attention while taking order. The desert wait for 45 mins only served, dine more need to ask few times on what dessert we are ordering.

The best customer service! The people or staff here are really great since they ask you and pay attention to you if you need something. We ask for a birthday complimentary last minute and they were able to accommodate us and sing a song with the whole staff that are on duty that day, it was a nice experience! Also, A+ for the effort on their halloween decorations!
