👍 Overall the food is delicious. Love the dim sum here. Only the noodles is a little bit disappointing as the noodles is a little soggy. Personally i prefer chewy texture noodles. Ambience is great. Interior is beautiful and there is view over the KLCC park. Service is good too. People often mention good, service, great, Service, restaurant, dishes, delicious, dish, nice, Chinese,

Best Dim Sum I’ve ever had! And I’m a massive dim sum fan. Highly recommend their Crab Xiao Long Bao (there’s nothing “xiao” about it), the fried carrot cake, the lava bun, and they had this nestum aubergine (gosh I can’t remember what it’s called but it’s the best veg dish I’ve had), their signature prawn cheong fun is fantastic too! Service is top notched as well! Very pleased with our visit!

I would definitely come back!! Even though it’s a halal restaurant as a non-holal lover, the food here was above my expectations. The prawn dishes are so great. And nice and luxury interior of the restaurant would make people tempted to take nice pictures! Good photo spots

The restaurant served Halal food but this did not affect the quality of Chinese dishes served by the restaurant. If you wish to try some good high end Chinese dishes, this is a restaurant that you must come! Highly recommend the soup, fish, duck and sea cucumber! Their dim sum (siew mai and prawn dumpling) is my favourite!! Service, environment and food are excellent!

There’s nothing I can complain about this restaurant. Great food, ambience and service. Loving this place. Gonna be my new regular weekend brunch place. Their signature duck pancake is superb! I would recommend it. Dim sums are a must too.

Great entrance and dining experience. Located strategically in four seasons place. Well executed dishes with attention to detail. The char on each piece of carrot cake (i supposed it was deep fried before stir frying) was an extra step and effort I appreciate.

Yun House is the Chinese pork free restaurant in Four Seasons KL. The decor is nice and has a lovely view of KLCC park. Dim sum is served for lunch and it’s usually one of my favorite. But somehow this time the food was a bit off. We ordered the deep fried Aubergine with cereal and this was a tasty dish. The seafood noodle was too starchy. The vegetable (choy sum) was overcooked. The Szechuan soup was very spicy, quite unlike what we had before. All of us didn’t finish the soup. We actually wondered if they changed the chef. We also ordered fried prawn roll and this was delicious. Service was very slow. Hope that Yun House will improve up to their previous standards.

Admittedly I was skeptical of the raving reviews but my first visit turned out fairly impressive. There is a slight difference having dimsum here comparing to other Chinese restaurant franchises in Klang valley as the chef manages to bring out the original flavour of the ingredients used in each dish without using too much seasoning. At rm48 per piece their xiaolongbao might be shockingly expensive and off putting but the size of it justifies the price point. The soup is infused with rich crab essence with decent amount of meat. Siewmai was alright, but I must say it’s pretty impressive that it tastes exactly like pork. Shrimp dumpling stood out the most in my opinion as it was the most flavourful among the dimsum dishes I ordered. Reluctantly ordered beancurt skin roll as my friend likes fried dishes but was pleasantly surprised by the portion and texture. It’s not as oily and wet comparing to the other stores I’ve tried so far. (Oriental group restaurants, hawker stores etc) Personally find their bird nest tart too sweet to my liking but I did appreciate the perfect texture of the shell and fillings. Scallop dumpling is this weekends special. Tables are decently spaced out from each other. Overall, worth trying at least once if you happen to pass by. Ideal place for an occasional treat. Come here with an open mind and an empty belly! Ps: maybank credit card holders are entitled for 15 percent off.

Got ntg to complain! The food here is superb despite being halal. Of course hotel dimsum isn’t cheap. The best egg tart I’ve ever eaten. So so good! It’s a must order.

Excellent halal dim sum. Service is rather slow as one waiter has to serve many tables at the same time. Reservation is highly encouraged on weekends. Will come back to try the ala cart menu.

4/5 4 star for the one of the best siu mai and out standing dessert. Peking duck I couldn’t really taste the crispy skin and meat, as it sliced quite small and wrapped all in bread when serve. Other dim sum was just alright, I may say skin are all too thick and fillings not on point. Service was abit slow, may not have enough staff. Beautiful restaurant and view, need to work harder on the dishes quality.

It's one thing to do Chinese food well. It's another thing to do Chinese food well without using pork. Well-executed Cantonese cuisine with a creative use of high-quality ingredients. 1. Amuse-bouche of vinegar marinated fungus - crunchy, refreshing and appetising. A perfect way to start off the meal. 2. Signature wok-fried carrot cake - one of the best carrot cakes tasted. Texture of the cake was just right, cleverly complemented with crispy fried dough fritters and "har mai". Standout dish. 3. Cereal aubergine appetiser with cordyceps flower - deep-fried perfections playfully coated with cereal flakes. Not just for the kids to enjoy. 4. Har Gau (Prawn dumpling) - fresh, juicy and plump prawns stuffed inside skins that don't break apart easily. No complaints for one of the two core dishes of every dim sum restaurant. 5. Truffle mushroom turnip/chestnut dumpling - rich truffle taste with an interesting crunchy filling. Truffle-lovers will like this. 6. Wu Gok (Yam Puff) - one of the best yam puffs tasted. It may look just like an ordinary wu gok. But don't let looks fool you. So good you would not even realise you are eating vegetarian ham! Another standout dish. 7. Lobster broth dumpling - a must order if you are a fan of lobster. But the best part was surprisingly the lone scallop swimming in the broth, which was bursting in flavour. 8. Lau Sah Pau (Salted egg yolk custard bun) - personally the best dish today and best rendition of the dish in Malaysia. Would travel out of the way just for this. A less messy way to enjoy this is by tilting the pau upside down and poking a small hole in the middle with your chopstick to let it cool down. Otherwise, you will have to deal with the hot creamy yolky goodness that lie in ambush as you take your first bite. Needless to say, another standout dish. Nice view. Comfortable environment. Attentive service. No complaints there too.

The first thing you’ll notice stepping is the grand decor. We had a table next to the window and you can partially see KLCC. My family and I really enjoyed the food. My fav would be the beef brisket. Service was great too but it was slow. We had to wait over one hour for our food. Nevertheless they gave us free pancake and we had 20% taken of the bill was which an excellent gesture. Kudos to the team and we’ll definitely return!

Let me start by saying that this is not the place you go to for your weekly Sunday dim sum fix with your entire family, unless you are the real life version of Crazy Rich Asians. But it is worth a visit if you want to treat yourself with some unique dim sum e.g. foie gras spring rolls, lobster dumplings, avocado cream with coconut ice cream. You get the idea. Service is outstanding. The staff are extremely attentive and efficient, and proactive in recommending dishes. I celebrated a birthday here with a friend and there was a free slice of cake with happy birthday written on the plate and a candle to boot. Well done to the Yun House team for making our meal and memorable one.

An overrated dim sum place, to be frank the taste is just so-so nothing to be fancy about. The price is 4 times higher than normal dim sum. This would be my first and last time here.

Great chinese fine dining experience in KL, in the four seasons. Food is fragrant and well balanced. Outstanding dishes were the cereal aubergine and fried charcoal sesame balls. Restaurant is great for a date night if you are on date night try to get a table with a view! Service should be complimented, thank you for a great experience.

10/10 for the interiors, absolutely enjoyed the visit. Despite being disappointed with the stains on the table, I really appreciate the friendliness of the staffs. They have recommended lots of nice dishes to us. Being a tea lover, I absolutely love the selections they offer. I am quite surprised that halal dim sum can be this good, all the bites are filled with prawns. The best dish I had was steamed red brown rice roll (super tasty) and signature wok fried carrot cake (it is crispy on the outside and soft inside). Unfortunately, the seafood congee did not meet my expectation as it was too watery. We did not enjoy the roasted duck due to the hard meat and gamey (骚) taste. Will I visit again? I would say yes as I think this restaurant deserves another chance.

Simple Yet Delicious ❤️ First off, this review is on their food delivery and not dine-in nor stay. Service: We do miss the good old days where we used to WhatsApp them as their customer service was so cheerful and even followed up with us on how the meal was. Kind of reminded us of American Express service. However that was in the past. Today, everything was through their website. Packing: Unlike other hotels, Four Seasons used their own rider with a customised delivery box latched to his back, who was really chatty and pleasant to talk to and arrived with a credit card terminal for payment. This probably minimised unnecessary food mishaps which are oh-so-common. The food arrived in ordinary labelled plastic containers placed in a Four Seasons paper bag. Braised Ramen Noodles (RM 68) Taste: Famed for their Chinese Restaurant, Yun House, winning various awards in the past, we decided to give them a go for delivery. Simple as it looks, the Ramen had a nice texture to them. Though a little stingy with the seafood, it was extremely fresh and swimming in a delicious broth and garnished with crunchy vegetables. Simple yet absolutely mouth watering! All in all, delicious food with their own delivery. What more could one ask for? Our full review is on Instagram (@monk3yseendo)

One of the best dim sum restaurants in town. Delicious and fresh. All dim sum are served upon order. Staffs are attentive and friendly. Cozy environment. You may request to add on pieces of dim sum according to number of pax instead of the standard serving size (extra charged accordingly). If ordering dessert, would suggest to share among 2-3 cause it’s quite big portion for individual.

The dimsum (especially those with prawns) is so good. They are generous in terms of ingredients, of course it’s not cheap but it’s fair for the portion. The seafood porridge is so rich in flavor :)

After seeing rave review , finally got the opportunity to try the dim sum here. Booking was made 2 weeks in advance. Order the crystal prawn dumpling, chicken siew mai, prawn in beancurb skin, glutinous rice roll with prawn, half a roast duck and xo fry carrot cake. All the dishes were delicious and I would definitely visit them often.

Where do I begin... The service started off very slow but they picked up after. Every dish we ordered was splendid and beyond pleasant to our taste buds. I really wanna give them full ratings but UNFORTUNATELY, there was hair in my ramen dish *sighs. They took it off the bill and replaced with free desserts. I understand mistakes happen, but it was truly an embarrassing first impression of a new hotel that just opened in town.

As expected from a dim sum restaurant at a five star hotel, the atmosphere is perfect for a family lunch or hosting guests. The egg tarts were so yum! I also really liked the mushroom crystal dumplings, the carrot cake and the xiao long bao (which was not xiao at all). The siumai and the tofu skin roll is just standard, comparable with other places. Overall, a good experience and would recommend the place.

Great service by Anwar. All the food he recommended was really good!!! It was my mums bday and he sang a really nice bday song for her. I really loved the brinjal, char siew puff, siu mai. One constructive feedback would be for kitchen to prioritise kids meals. It was the last dish that was served and baby was so hungry!

We booked a table for a birthday lunch and they kindly offered us a corner table by the window with great views over the KLCC park. The service was smooth, really representative of a 5* hotel. Our teas were topped up regularly. Food was served at a good speed. Highlights for food include the roast garlic chicken and the scallop tofu dish. Dim sum were also good quality, although sadly we couldn’t try the xiao long bao as it had sold out for the day. They ended the meal with a surprise birthday cake which was a lovely touch.

The dimsun was delectable! Service acceptable, price reasonable. The only dish i didnt particularly enjoy was their 流沙包, the duckegg smell was a tad but too pungent for my liking but again, it's subjective. All in, a good place for a nice chinese meal

The location and service are five star at Yun House. The Halal Dim Sum we came for was pleasant: crystal shrimp dumpling filling was tasty, the skin a bit thick. Charcoal Lava Bun was good and the steamed rice rolls with beancurd was cooked to perfection, crispy and flavors balanced. The beef dumpling with Water Chesnut was a bit bland.

A friend recommended this place and since was around the area, gave it a try for lunch. Had dim sum and ordered: Xiao Long Bao Signature Wok - Fried Carrot Cake 👍 Signature Steamed Rice Roll - with prawns 👍 Steamed Bun with kelutut honey & barbeque chicken 👍 Phoenix Claw braised in abalone sauce 👍 Yum House Signature Duck Two Ways - wrap & wok friend duck breast with ginger & spring onion 👍 Mango pudding. Ambience was definitely a fine dining experience. Not much crowd but nice to sit over lunch for meal & chat. It's halal. Service was not up to my expectation for a hotel standard. Slow to take our order and some staff are not delicate enough to pour tea. The pouring had tea bubbles spilling off. The crew also seem to only pour the tea for one and not the other - my friend ended up pouring it herself 🤔. Reason why I'm giving it a 4-star rating is solely on the food. The service needs to be relooked with importance.

Hands down this is the best and most sophisticated Chinese restaurant in Kuala Lumpur. From the elegant decor the minute you step in, to the attentive poised staff and beautiful food, you sometimes forget to look out the window into the KLCC Park. This is the one restaurant to be seen in Kuala Lumpur, with its stream of Puan Sris, Datins and tai tais everywhere you look. Want to impress? Look no other venue in the heart of Kuala Lumpur, Yun House is the destination

Although it's a little on the pricey side, I have to say that everything was absolutely delicious. We got the window side seat and the view is beautiful as well, overlooking the KLCC fountain. The ambience is great as well with very attentive and professional staff.

Beautiful ambience with views of klcc Park. I like the decor and the big and comfy chairs. Excellent service, they take out the chairs for us, they gave us extra stools for our bags without asking, they even apportionate our meal for us when the lazy Susan was full. I like the Eggplant and oats dish and the meat appetizers Quite expensive. Fish alone cost rm500

  • 1/5 Chloe 1 year ago on Google
The food here is below standard. Simple dishes like spring rolls, rice rolls and beef are badly cooked. Ordered beef and turnip, the beef is dried and mashed, turnip is old. Shrimp rice roll is bad, shrimp is fresh but the rice roll breaks into pieces. Fried turnip cake is said to be signature, but not crispy and undercooked. Service is standard, waiters are attentive, but not smart enough if compare to other four seasons properties. They forgot to give chopsticks twice. Decor is modern with no view. I DO NOT recommend this place.

  • 5/5 JONATHAN T. 1 year ago on Google
Food is one word: Pricey. RM 20 to 40 per piece of dimsum. But I have to admit the flavours are wonderful. Paired with foie gra slice, caviar, abaloneyyy. Very interesting. Perhaps the best Yee Sang I had for this CNY, paired with avocado and ginger. Beautiful space. But I did feel the toilet was lacking and even a little dirty for 5 stars. Service was overall good but not 5 stars. I had to get my own bowls. Pour my own tea. Most of the time. Overall good time with the family.

Excellent dining. Chef Jimmie does a fantastic job at the four seasons. We had a few dim sum dishes such as the Siu mai which came with an abalone on top. The abalone was fresh and delicious 😋. The roast duck stole the limelight, crispy, succulent and tender. Every bite was delightful. The vegetable dish, seafood fried rice, salted egg prawn, fried yam was good too. The coconut pandan dessert with the nian gao was delectable too.

A gorgeous environment with delicious dim sum. You just have to ignore the price while eating. It's definitely expensive but the environment and service was great. My favourite item was the fried carrot cake and the paus. Their XLB was a little too large to be enjoyable and the Wu Gok was quite tasteless. Most of the other food was quite good but you can probably give their mooncakes a miss.

(Translated by Google) I went there because I was hit when I was looking for a nearby restaurant. The location is a bit confusing, but it is on the third floor of the Four Seasons Hotel. We visited around 14:00 without reservation, but were able to pass immediately. I didn't have any plans to ask for anything, and I didn't know what to ask for. I was a little scared, but everything I ordered was! It was delicious. Personally, seafood ramen was the most delicious! There is only a hotel restaurant, and it's about 240 ringgit for two people. It might be a little extravagant for lunch, but it was a good time. The toilet is beautiful!

Went to Yun House for a lunch celebration with colleagues and customers. Food are very good and tasted well, though quite expensive. The service was also very slow, too much waiting in between dishes. Would be great if the service speed can be improved further. Food quality wise is very good.

I came here for my birthday dinner and I had the best time. The quality of food was fantastic, tied with the beautiful brand new design aesthetic of the restaurant and the clientele, it was the perfect evening. I was pleasantly surprised to see that the price for a whole peking duck was so reasonably priced compared to other Chinese restaurants in Kuala Lumpur such as Chyna at the Hilton and Lai Po Heen at the Mandarin Oriental. I am very impressed with Yun House and I look forward to coming again.

Excellent venue. Dim sum and yee sang were good. The szechuan soup was a bit tasteless. Need to improve on that.
