I tried four burger joints in KL. Here are my findings. 1 Five guys. Many complain it is too expensive but the truth is that the portions are huge. The secret is for one person, just order the little burger and the small fries. It is more than enough. The portions are equivalent to a regular burger and large fries elsewhere. This will run you 40rm and then add a drink on top. 2 KGB. Upstairs from five guys at pavilion. The best price/taste ratio. I got the kgb spiked burger and a full basket cajun fries. Total 30rm and then add your drink. Portion of the fries was big slightly over fried. Burger was 10% smaller than the five guys little burger. Taste was great service was great. 3 Fuel shack. The worst of the lot. I got the cheese burger combo. Fries portion was small maybe 20% of the small fries at five guys. Mcdonalds fries are better. As for the burger I would rather have a ramly. Cost was about 23rm. Miserable rude cashier at the KLCC branch. 4 Woodfire at TTDI. Fantastic burger. I got the smoked beef burger for 24rm. Didn’t get fries there. Possibly my favorite of the lot if only they had a location in the center.

Not the normal juicy patty burger that you get. Went on a weekend and the patty is burnt to a crisp. 2 times! Just pity the ones that orders the take aways only to be disappointed when they want to eat it later

Good business. Aussie beef About RM30 or so for single layer of meat. Double layers of meat is nearly RM40.

Ordered blue cheese deluxe and it’s totally out of my expectation 🤤🤤🤤 Maybe because this is the only burger shop at the food count, high turnover rate that’s why the food higher quality. Top up around 5 ringgit can get 1 fries plus 1 drink, why not? Rm28 in total per pax. Now I know what to eat in KLCC 🤣 thank youuuuuuu

Just a really standard burger. Buns are fluffy and buttery. The veggie taste like coleslaw. I had the cheeseburger, and the beef patty was nice. Fries are freshly and nicely toasted, very similar to McD fries. The meal was a mix of ramly burger/fast food. Kinda pricey, in my opinion. Don't set your expectations too high.

Ordered cheeseburger. While waiting to collect my food, I saw them taking out raw burger meat with their hands(with glove) and then proceed to make cooked burgers. Cross contamination!!!! Touching raw meat and then Touching cooked customer food. Will not be coming back

Sorry but your staff is so dirty, Customer service is trash, bunch of bangala cheap hands pushing rude and dirty . I asked him for a drink with no ice , he took back my cup and started to pick ice cubes and put it back to bucket and served other customers from same bucket !!!! Hell no dude cup is used , I paid for a food non hygienic and did even eat it . For all tourists - try other spots .

Saturday night dinner, had the mini tower and the cheese fries. The mini tower is huge and I definitely made a mess while eating it, but it was juicy and flavourful. Love it. The cheese fries however, I would give it a miss next time. Good burger experience.

Cheeseburger is top-notch as usual, food is amazingly delish. Cashier was fast in taking my order, however the Cook/ another counter staff didn't even bother to call my number or give me signal that my meal's ready to take. Overall, delicious as usual. The patty's not dried, you can tell that salads were fresh and the buns were perfectly sizzled with butter. Yums! Eat your heart out, McD!

The burger left a strange aftertaste in my mouth. I felt it was some kind of weird buttery taste. Sauce is a bit too much and the buns are too soft. Fries are kinda dry.

one of the tastiest burger i have ever tried. the meat is soft and juicy and the bun taste so good, will definitely come back for more burgers!.

If you don’t worry about the calories, you should try the mini tower👍

Frozen patty, was ready in less than 30 seconds so basically not fresh was a bit disappointed would have gone to mcdonald instead.. Suggestion do fresh smash burgers will get you way more business

The chicken chili cheese fries were tasty and savory. But the Kimchi lamb burger was the best.

Worst burgers in my entire life. From the first bite. This is not an Aussie meat taste at all. Tastes like boiled frozen meat. Very bad quality, absolutely terrible taste. And LOTS of onion. Potatoes were not tasty at all, because fried in old oil. Even ketchup is bad. And the price is totally not worth it.

Small portion of fries and the burger itself was pretty boring and dry. It wasn't bad but I'd expect more from a RM28 burger. On the bright side, service was really fast.

PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COST !!!!.. The worst experience and expensive meal... I give up on feul shack few years back and wanted to give it a second try but its a total dissapointment ... The portion is not great, taste so so.. and attitude of the staff is very very bad... They dont even give any chili sauce.. and need to beg from them.... PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COST !!!!.. Burgers at chilis are far better .. not worth the money spends..

The taste was very good. The hamburger felt poorly ground as there were many pieces in the meat that were difficult to chew. And, the cashier could smile back when someone smile at him.

Buttery fluffy burger buns with juicy and tasty patties, freshly fried fries on the side (I had the beef version). Although the size can be bigger. KLCC pricing but overall a happy meal.
