Everything about this hotel was wonderful! The experience, the location, the service -- it was all top-notch. I came into town for a leisure trip, and my stay at the HolidayInn Hotel made the experience wonderful. From the very beginning, the check-in process was super quick and easy, special thanks to Ruby, and the first impression of the service was that the staff were professional and eager to help. The room was clean and comfortable, and the attention to detail in the room was impressive. They also cleaned and turned down the room every day, which I've noticed most hotels stopped doing. I also loved the location, like the name City Center, easy as a tourist to move around. I highly recommend this place!

I'm not usually a complainer when it comes to Holiday Inn Express. I think they usually provide great value and make for very comfortable stays. This one, however, I think has grown too much for it's own good. Rooms are rather expensive. The elevators take forever, as there are only 4 for several hundred rooms, plus office space. The breakfast was WAY overcrowded and unpleasant; food constantly running low/out, coffee machines broken, mess everywhere, no where to sit. Given the size of this hotel, they needed to bolster their promised amenities to deliver on the value the brand typically offers, and they just missed the mark. I would book somewhere else in KL next time, but I would stay at HIE in other cities. Location was good though. Rooms were nice and comfortable.

It is in the city center, and easy to access strategic places in the middle of the city. During business trips, the hotel provides comfort. Comfortable bed and soft pillows. Good desk lighting is very supportive of indoor work activities. The impression of the interior in the bedroom is modern, minimalist, but feels warm and cozy. Good view from the big window, we can see activity of the town, excited. The facilities inside are fits and efficient. Good breakfast menu, I enjoyed the taste. Also the restaurant area which although crowded at that time, but all guests can sit and eat comfortably. Room service is very good and regular replacement of drinking water, and friendliness of the staff. I was taken by him on foot to see the Petronas twin towers and back again to the hotel, very challenging ๐Ÿคฉ Thanks for the experience Holiday Inn Express...

Upon checking in, the front desk staff were helpful and cheerful. Especially Ruby who went the extra mile to secure front parking, right next to the security for our motorcycles. Rooms is clean and overlooking the city landscape. Good water pressure for shower and the air conditioning is quiet . The location is central and within walking distance to the malls. McDonald's and convenient store just next door. The bed and pillow were plush and very comfortable. Good spread of breakfast. Definitely on my list if coming to KL.

We stayed for 2 nights at this hotel, and the entire stay was awesome. All the staff are very helpful and they really try to accommodate your requests. The rooms are also clean and hygienic. However, they are not very spacious. There are also a convenience store and a grocery store on the next building, as well as a money changer store. This makes it very convenient for tourists like us. Overall, we enjoyed our entire stay and will definitely book this hotel again when we visit Kuala Lumpur again in the future.

Our stay here has exceeded our expectations. 1. The location of the hotel is excellent. All the top tourist spots and high end malls at the city center are within walking distance. It is also very near the monorail terminal and the Go KL bus stop. 2. Breakfast buffet is included in the published rate which is a big advantage to us. 3. Staff are always friendly and helpful. 4. The room is a good size for a couple, the bed is comfy, linens and towels are clean and spotless, the chairs and carpet doesn't have stains, complimentary toiletries are available at the reception. Overall we were very satisfied with our 5 days stay.

Superb hotel. Great location, room is super clean, great bed, superb pillow. The breakfast is just awesome, so many varieties. Front office staff greeted me very well during my check in. Not to forget they also have gym and laundry room. Really worth every penny that i spent. Will come? Yes yes yes absolutely.

Truly one of the best experiences. Strategically located right at the centre of the city, itโ€™s a very well managed and safe hotel. The rooms were smaller than usual Holiday Inn hotels that Iโ€™ve lived in; but comfortable and equipped with all the essentials. The extra bed was rolled out perfectly from the sofa and it was actually extremely comfortable. The breakfast spread was very good and the staff were friendly and courteous. They even provided us with Grab and Go snacks as we had to check out at an ungodly hour. The location is a major part of why this hotel made it a success. There are two Indian restaurants within the complex and two general stores and a McD within walking distance. Overall, an extremely pleasant stay. Must recommended!

Room was clean and comfortable. Bed was just as I like it with soft and not so soft pillows. Bathroom was small but functional. Breakfast was okay and usually quite busy...hectic. Hotel has plenty of eateries and places to grab a drink nearby and the local train is a five minute walk. I'd definitely come back.

Really this is one of the best hotels I've stayed in during my Southeast Asian travels. Rooms were comfy and clean. Staff was awesomely friendly. Showers super warm. Best of all, they're very close to all attractions. (I could even see the KL Tower from my room.) Oh, and the breakfast (included) was excellent. I was expecting a run-of-the-mill continental breakfast, but nope! You get eggs, a variety of breads, meats, (Chicken sausage, beef brisket slices, curry chicken) cereal, coffee (inc. cappuccino, latte, espresso, and reg coffee). If you leave hungry in the morning, its your fault.

Will keep it short, staff are very friendly. Our return flight was out of the โ€œoperating hoursโ€ for the hotel shuffle bus. We arranged a pickup with the front desk which was arranged. Room was ok, nothing special. Gym was handy & the rooftop bar is a nice touch. Decent value for your money & would book again. The guests in the room above us mustโ€™ve been checking out (early hours) on our first night & they made a hell of a noise! Nothing the hotel could do about that but worth noting that there may be some loose cannons who book at this hotel! Happy reading!

Excellent hotel. Hygienic and friendly. Gave four stars to service since they did not give me room on arrival even though we had booked the room from previous day and I was landing by early morning flight. Had to wait till 12 noon to get room and freshen up and was late to my office. The checkout was smooth. Location is on main city and all tourist places are near by and connected by public transport or walkable too. Staff was very courteous. The rooms are compact but decent for a single person stay. Bathroom is bit cramped and there is a single door that serves as a bathroom door and shower cubicle door which is little inconvenient. The complimentary stuff like toothpaste etc was provided only once though I stayed for a week. Towels also not changed though the coffee and tea were regularly replaced. Overall good experience and excellent location if you want to go around and explore the city.

I had to quarantine here for 10 days so I cannot review it like a normal hotel stay. The room I stayed in was nice and spacious. Facilities were good and modern. I was provided with 3 meals a day which was also quite good though slightly repetitive. The hotel and health ministry staff were efficient and friendly. I would definitely come back to stay/ recommend to others as it seems like a really decent place. Not sure about the value for money as I paid 150/night as per quarantine rate.

Two words: look elsewhere. I stayed there with my family (three of us) in June 2022 and it was such a bad experience. Room cards were faulty; they told us they were out of extra pillows in the entire hotel; toilet door did not shut well; they told us laundry was delayed so they could not give us bath towels for the entire day. We were due to depart early the morning after and could not shower even at 10pm after a full day out. When we approached reception, they gave us a curt reply as though it wasnโ€™t an issue that their guests had no bath towels. When we requested to speak with the manager, they said there was no manager on duty. When I said I would feedback by email, they suddenly said they could provide towels and passed us one. I guess to share amongst the three of us. (Edited to add that two more towels came finally at 10.30pm). No more Holiday Inn in the future.

Great Central location. Getting grab taxis from here was a breeze. There is a family mart and a mcdonalds right next door and all the main malls are in the neighbourhood. Rooms were not as spacious but didn't feel cramped. Amenities were of good quality and the staff was proactive and friendly. Breakfast was pretty much the same selection every morning with slight variations. But consistently good. The price for a city centre hotel and this level of service is excellent. Will stay again.

Amazing hotel, nice central location in Kuala Lumpur, nice rooms, good value and wonderful buffet. Set meals for lunch and dinner are also very nice. Very well made and incredibly cheap and filling. Only drawback is that the set meals take a long time to be cooked but it is worth it. Definitely book this hotel if staying in KL

7 days quarantine here, stayed in 1516 Not a good first impression, and be aware that they do not have trolley service and you will have to being your luggage to the rooms yourself. The price is a bit too much but that's out of our control. The room cleanliness is so-so but everything else is nicely prepared. A lot of basic amenities are prepared including a kettle and a fridge. The room size is quite comfortable for one or two person and i especially like the bathroom design. The cityscape view from the window is really nice. Services are well executed when requested within the scheduled time. Any request made before 12pm will be delivered in the evening. The food is actually pretty great! I especially love the breakfasts. Their food is usually flavorful and a little spicy, but you can request for any type of food excluded, which in my case is seafood. The plastic utensils are a little uncomfortable to use, thus i suggest bringing your own set of cutlery.

It serve its purpose of being in a good location and having a clean room & comfy bed to sleep at night. But for such a big property, their rooms esp their bathroom are relatively small, sharing room with someone in a twin bed setting would be an issue. Breakfast was disappointing, for the price I wasn't expecting sumptuous spread but I struggle to finish what was on the plate every time, the best they offer was the latte from the self-service machine. Usually I like staying on high floor but not so in this hotel as their elevator are so slow and their usage so high that even getting in and out of the lobby also require using the lift and there are only 4 of them serving so many rooms. I have stayed in HIE in many places and this was probably the cheapest I paid but I have also stay in better hotel in KL at the same price bracket.

I love this hotel! Itโ€™s within walking distance to BB area and since I enjoy walking, I have the benefit of sightseeing as wel. The hotel itself is strategically located and easy enough to find. Facilities provided are decent and the hotel is super accommodating especially to family traveling in group. Theyโ€™re easy to communicate with and best of all โ€”all the nearby Middle Eastern food at fair price!

I spent 3 nights in this hotel is 2 rooms. Space in the room is small, there is nothing for the luggage, so if you have a big baggage, you are forced to step over it. Airco works fine, room is tidy although the shades are dirty and damaged. Sockets are perfectly placed, you will have enough of them. Breakfast is very basic and most of the things are already cold, scrambled eggs are swimming in some kind of liquid. Juices are super artificial, like if they were made of a syrup. Tables in the restaurant are a bit dirty, staff does not really notice they should clean. In general it is a very average hotel, nothing stands out, and it is rather a 3 star than a 4 one, so next time, I will definitely go to a different one.

This hotel has a big issue about facilities. The room I lived in 1006 always broke. Every day when I get back the hotel, I need spend 20 to 30 minutes to call employees to fix the door every time. And the staff seems common about this situation. I just wanna say if you have another choice there is plenty better hotel than Holiday Inn Express in Kuala Lumpur. Make your better choice.

Just coming back to home country and doing quarantine at this hotel. Very bad service, very bad food, very bad wifi all about this hotel are very not only very but very very bad. They a dont know how to pleasure they guest. All service like online, becouse of what? Because they dont want to hear any complaint from us. They only wanna make money. What u will said when u need to quarantine, and they only serve for 12 bottle of 500ml mineral water for 14days? Where is KKM? Tell me how many water 1 person need to drinl for 1 day? But im assumed KKM didn't regarding this, or maybe they juat ignore. Ok. Overall about this hotel if you wanna stay on this hotel please think more then twice, very very bad experience to stay here this time.

I was sent to this hotel after returning from abroad for quarantine for 10 days. The check-in was so delayed that we had to wait in the bus for 4 hours without food and water before getting in the hotel which was about 1130pm. The food that was given throughout the hotel stay was tasteless and on day 6 I started to have diarrhoea after eating those food. They provided me with 24 bottles of 500mls water for 10 days. When I requested for a top up they said I had to pay. Cutlery given with food was low quality plastic, why not one set of stainless steel cutlery that the Person Under Surveillance (PUS) can use throughout the stay. Overall a very unsatisfactory stay at this place.

I would rate it as average. The room is really small and the toilet as well. Only suitable for one small person. Breakfast is included in the room package but unfortunately the choices are really limited. Many big groups of traveller from Vietnam and Thailand chooses this place due low room charges. Breakfast time can get really chaos as they don't usually practises hygiene and jump the line anytime they like. Very noisy as well. Overally, if just for business trip you may choose this hotel but not for holiday purposes.

Was in quarantine here for 14 days. I would not recommend this hotel to my worst enemy. 1. The room was very dirty on arrival - sheets were stained, carpets had crumbs and hair on it. Clearly the room was not properly sanitised. 2. On 2 occasions the hotel had no hot water for more than half the day 3. On 1 occasion the power cut in the middle of the night and the emergency lights turned on making it impossible to sleep. No one was contactable during this time. 4. Iโ€™m not going to mention too much about the meals.... but if you are gonna charge a premium to stay in a dirty hotel at a minimum please serve hot food. The food was always delivered to the rooms stone cold or slightly warm. No point to order from outside. They will let the food sit and when you get it it is soggy and cold. 5. Many times at early hours of the morning someone would come on the paging system and start shouting in bahasa. Yes itโ€™s quarantine. But as you are charging a premium there was no excuse for such a poor experience

Havoc/chaos at the reception counter. Too crowded even at late hour check in. Room was not well prepared. Have to fetch our own towels several times and finally got it at 2am๐Ÿ™„โ˜น๏ธ Pillows were too soft even it stated firm๐Ÿ˜“๐Ÿคฆโ€โ™€๏ธ. Services at the cafeteria was disappointing as the plates were not cleaned. Foods residue were all over the plate and these are becoming normal. Because the next days we came still we found unclean plates. The waitress, she didnโ€™t even bother to ask and simply clear our foods on the table even we havenโ€™t finished the meals. The coffee machine was a disaster. Guests have to wait in long line just to have one. Itโ€™s really frustrating morning! The in-house bulky luggage trolley was abandoned in the middle of the hallway. Should emergency happen, these will become an issue because the trolley obstructed the way.

I stayed at Holiday Inn Express during my Quarantine period after my return to KL for a period of 6 days. The Cleaning is sub standard and I found several strands of hair under the furshining. In room amenities like drinking water are subjected to charge. When i order something via what's app, it wasnt delivered, but I received invoice for that.

Back from EU and doing my quarantine period in Holiday Inn Express. Comfy and spacious but due to the ridiculous in house rules by RELA itself makes them a bit annoying. Ordered the halal foods at McD and rejected by RELA twice in a single day. First time food being rejected, because RELA will not received or collect any items earlier before 2pm. Second time, RELA will not accept outside items after 4.30pm. This happen in a single day. I bought the food twice and get rejected twice. Now, I'm missing to do the quarantine at Hotel istana. They are much better and worth it to stay there. Anyway 2 days left for my stay here in Holiday Inn. Holiday Inn is okay but not their guard servant. Thanks IHG.

The best HI express breakfast I've ever had. The selection of different Asian and western, hot and cold, savoury and sweet dishes is nearly on par with 5* Hotel. The only thing missing is a โ€˜cook to orderโ€™ egg station, but there hard boiled and scrambled eggs available. The breakfast are gets really busy until about 10am (closes at 10:30) so either come really early or at 10am. The rest of the hotel is pretty good and comfy too, with one area for improvement: the hot water temperature in the shower was low, I would say lukewarm. Unfortunately, this could not be rectified by maintenance during our visit.

I had stayed here from Aug 25, 2023 to Aug 27, 2023. The day I arrived, the reception was a bit overcrowded and I had to wait for longer than normal to meet with the receptionist at the fropnt desk. Ms. Ruby (Receptionist) was very nice and apologized for the delay. A very cheerful, helpful and pleasant person. The buffet breakfast was good. Malay, Chinese, Indian and English cuisine. It gets a bit crowded but there is seating further away from the buffet line. Everything during the stay was good, except the below; There were no face / hand towels in the fitness room. I had brought this to the attention of the receptionist on duty at front desk and she told me that housekeeping may have forgotten and she will do the needful. This was on Aug 26, 2023. On Aug 27, 2023 also I found that there were no towels in the fitness room. Checked with the receptionist on duty and he said that the hotel had discontinued keeping towels in the fitness room. I did tell him that the previous day I was told differently and his answer was that maybe she was not aware that the towels have been discontinued.

    - Room 5017 for me is superb..clean & the location of the hotel is great as well. - I really like the toilet tiles..as its easier to dried up rather than normal tiles. -Room is spacious & even carpeted, it does not have that "carpet smell". - I really enjoyed my stay here. Just that, if could have more TV channel/netflix..it would be a plus point. TQ

Buffet selection is limited and could be better for the price. Nevertheless, food quality is acceptable and location is great. The hotel is within walking distance to Pavilion KL, KLCC, and various other hot spots in KL. Parking is not easily accessible. However, there are other restaurants around the hotel that I would recommend other than the hotel buffet.

The outside appearance may look old, but the interior is quite modern and colorful. The room is pretty with basic amenity. Even staying on the 20th floor, you could hear the intermittent traffic noise from outside especially at nighttime. Good service at the reception. The breakfast leans more on local choices, with few western food except the bread parts. The traffic during breakfast is pretty high, maybe because it is Sunday. It is also intresting to see that the hotel allocates floor 15-20 to IHG members only, feel quite special. Overall, good experience at this great location.

I stayed at this hotel from July 10th to July 14th, 2023. During my check-in, I was warmly welcomed by Ruby, a very friendly staff member who provided me with detailed information about my stay. Despite the room being small, it was adequate for my needs. I have a habit of giving tips to the housekeeping team, and on this occasion, I was pleasantly surprised to receive a personalized thank-you note from one of the housekeepers. It truly touched my heart. The only drawback was the weak wifi connection. However, other than that, this hotel is a comfortable place to stay if you're visiting KL.

  • 3/5 Salman A. 9 months ago on Google
The hotel is a 3 star hotel with not much services like the 4/5 star hotel. The location is good, within walking distance to many parts of KL and the monorail is nearby. Hotel breakfast is acceptable, just a normal breakfast buffet. Nothing wow about it but still worth it if you really need breakfast in the morning. The room is small, for the price paid for, don't ask for more but for a decent stay, I think it's okay with it. It can be noisy, you can hear the traffic, my room is on the 17th floor btw, can be super noisy, traffic can be heard and I had some difficulties falling asleep. You can hear the door slamming from other units surrounding you, you can hear other people walking at the corridor. Room was clean, acceptable. There are signs of wear and tear but I think the hotel has to find ways to really improve tons of things. There is a small gym, laundry room and as there is no iron and ironing board inside the rooms hence has to be done at the laundry room which is a major setback and causing tons of major inconveniences. This is something the hotel has to look into, this is a very important part of staycation where iron and ironing board is a must to have inside the hotel room. Hotel service is good, front desk receptionist by the name of Ruby, she was extremely polite, professional and friendly, she handled our check-in well, really liked the way she presented herself and definitely many should learn from her. She deserves tons of recognition and promotion for her hardwork. She's definitely an asset to the organisation she's in. Keep it up Ruby, you are tremendous! Overall, I may consider coming again. The hotel has to make tons of changes in order to remain competitive, otherwise they'll keep getting bad reviews and losing genuine customers. Furthermore, before you book this hotel, look at the other reviews for your consideration. All these reviews are solely from my own personal honest experience. If you are looking for something cheap, decent, this hotel is for you. If you are Looking for something better, especially after reading my review, book somewhere else instead.

Today, our second night here, there is no hot water in the room. Contacted the reception, was told maintenance will check our room but more than half an hour no one came. Called the reception again, was informed the maintenance repaired it but there is still no hot water so they will check again with maintenance. Finally we were informed water pipe burst and the whole hotel has no hot water and need more time to repairโ€ฆ.. think twice about booking this hotel again.

Had good 5 days stay in the hotel. Front desk staff was supportive, polite and cordial. Thanks to Ms Rubi who guided and supported with quick room allotment, when I was tired after long travel. Affordable. Will stay again in the hotel which is at the city centre- Raja Chulan, away from crowded noisy Bukit bintang. Breakfast is there but no so great in variety and less staff to refill or clean, most days I missed many food items

Regarding the cleanliness, I have no words to say. It is perfect. Not even the room, entire hotel is super clean and brand-new feeling is there. Staff is friendly. Also they have a fair airport taxi service counter. On our first day, hot water was not available. It was a very bad first impression. We had to have a cold bath in the mid of the night. It is understandable that such an issue can occur. Even the hotel did not mention this issue when we checked in. Even the staff did not have any solution other than saying troubleshooting team is on the way. We had hot water from the second day onwards. We booked two rooms with a triple room. In the triple room, the third bed was just a mattress on the floor. It was disappointing. It was not mentioned in the description when booking. One of us had to be on the floor throughout the stay. Breakfast did not have a variety. Every day had the same menu. But the food was tasty. Had a variety from bread to rice. When we requested for toothpaste, reception said that they don't have a stock. Other than these issues, it was a nice stay of 4 days from November 2nd to 6th, 2023

What an absolute treat. The rooms are super clean and the housekeeping team really looks after their guests. Itโ€™s top notch service. Breakfasts are very good as well. Rubini at the reception is a great asset to this hotel. She knows how to truly make their guests feel welcome. The location is super central, walking distance to all KLCC attractions. Even the security staff show high levels of customer service. Thank you Holiday Inn - I would do it again.

Stayed here for 5D4N quarantine. Overall, I wouldn't mind staying here again, and the price was reasonable and affordable. On a side note, the hotel made a mistake and sent a private cab to fetch me from the airport to the hotel. A free upgrade I suppose? Pros: - They allow a list of food catering to your dietary restrictions. - The floor in the shower area is anti-slip material. The water heat and force are good. - They have a medical team dedicated to quarantine (I'm not sure if other Q hotels have it, this is my first time staying in Q hotels coming from overseas). - Food comes with a note that indicates its best before consumption time. - A rather quiet stay (I do not hear noise from my neighbor despite I am sure there's someone living in my next door). - The front desk and medical team is very patient at my queries and are ready to help. - Free PCR + pickup from the airport (some hotels charge you on this). - Located near Pavilion. - The tissue paper next to the basin was super soft. I am curious what brand it is. Cons: - The working desk is a bit small, and the working chair keeps making squeaky noises. - 90% of my meal is spicy in some way. - Only allow food delivery between 2-4pm, and will only deliver between 3-5pm. Food may turn cold/soggy between the waiting time. - The hallway is a bit dark as they only use minimum lighting. - There is no ventilation in the washroom, it just bugs me that particles from flushing remain in the same air as I breathe. - Only 12 bottles of Distilled Drinking Water (white caps) were provided. - Texture of the toilet rolls were a bit rough.

I got two twin beds and a sofa bed. The room was minimalise but comfortable. The bathroom had no door knob and cannot be locked. The room was not sound proof. You can do laundry job and ironing in the laundry room (level 2-5 I guess. Sorry I forgot). Breakfast was simple. You should have it fast and left your table fast as the space can be crowded easily. I think this inn is suitable for solo travellers.

At the hotel right now. Forced to pay for staying here even after testing negative. No bellboy services, requesting for something will take one day to respond. Food is basic don't expect anything, few of the items couldn't even eat cause it taste bad. At least the room was neat and comfortable.

Stayed here for 3 nights. With the amount I paid, I didn't expect much but this hotel just turn up the expectation notch. From the breakfast buffet till their super duper amazing pillows. It is a duck feathered pillow and it comes with firm and soft pillow. Bye to your neck pain. But the toilet is a bit cramped for a big size traveller and the room is not spacious but enough to have a good sleep. The service is nice.

Basic, clean and comfortable room. Good Bedlinen, pillows, duvet. Bedroom's furniture and fittings are well kept. Room feels clean and fresh. Great Job by housekeeping team maintaining top standards. 3 to 5 minutes walk to Raja Chulan monorail. +/- 10 minutes walk to Pavillion Mall rear entrance. Complain : Lift is always busy and longer than usual waiting time for lift. Stayed on February 2023.

i stay here for quarantine 5 days, im arrive at midnight, itโ€™s bad service since at airport, how come 1 car for 3 people, and i need to wait until 2 hours because i MUST wait for another person. also when arrived at hotel, i need WAIT for guy again to check documents, after checking etc, i asked the guy who give me the room key, to help me bring my stuff to my room, he told me thereโ€™s no service for that, OMG itโ€™s the worst hotel, i need bring all my stuff to my room alone, and also the guy give food directly there not delivery to the room. for food its worst also, i got oily food all day, the receptionist not friendly at all, when i call receptionist i need to WAIT her talk with her friend. ITS WORST HOTEL TO STAY

Slow internet speed, unresponsive counter service, the meals are totally disaster, poor choice for coffee and tea in the room.

Clean and tidy. The highlight is the location which has so many tourist spots in walkable distance. We got car parking too which add on flexibility in our trip planing. Breakfast was good even though more towards western. Helped us to check in early as room was available. Thank you for the great service.

Had a great stay here in one of the standard rooms. The bed is sheets and pillows are plush and comfortable, I felt like I was slipping into a cloud every night and didn't want to get out in the morning. Spacious rooms, good breakfast, good central and nice.

if im going to stay here for my holiday i would rate 5 stars, but for another point of view;hate it to see someone need quarintine here and nned to pay expensive stay, they should give cheaper option for those with low budget like students etc.

Good for location for budget travellers if you want to be close to the city centre. Ample eateries and near shopping malls like Pavillion, Lot 10 , Bukit Bintang and Jalan Alor

I feel so lucky that I stay here with Holiday inn express city center. Check in very smooth and super fast. Room is great, yes they need to do maintenance but clean and shower very warm and strong. Location : super good : near McDonald, Pop, Family Mart, supermarket. All staff very nice to me : reception, maid, security 4 days 3 night with them so smooth and perfect for me. Need to fix curtain and shower door.

The bad: Because my company reserved for me, I could not add fidelity points (weird, I have no motivation now to go again to Holiday Inn, I am actually in Lisbon now in another hotel). The room was super small, not a 3-star hotel standard, and the curtains were dirty. Not good. The good: The girl at the reception was very nice. She recommended me where to go to eat and allowed a friend of mine, not staying at the Hotel to have breakfast. They have good amenities, they give you shaving cream or toothpaste for example. The good and bad: Good news is they have washing machine for the clothes. It's 2 euros. The bad is that 2 shirts were ruined because they got stuck in the machine. Happened to me in 2 different days. I think is a 3-star hotel. Although the cheapest room at least (mine) was more like 2-star or less. The rest is Ok and good. Not 4 stars but not 2. 3 start hotel totally.

On here for quarantine. Room is comfortable for 1 week stay. Water pressure is good and decently sized washroom. Internet is fast and reliable. Staff was friendly and addresses our concerns promptly.

As a quarantine hotel, it was adequate and comfortable enough throughout the period. Only complain is the food, as I had some allergies but was not accommodated accurately.

So I was sent to this hotel to quarantine and oh my God when I first entered the room it had this horrible smell that I couldnโ€™t even stand and then there were bugs and ants all over the room I messaged them and they changed my room but the second room had the same issue and even my friends told me they are facing the same issue and the worst part is the food I donโ€™t know what to do I havenโ€™t eaten anything since I arrived yesterday except for an apple that they gave for breakfast just surviving on drinks. Terrible experience

This is my first visit post pandemic and I am glad to see that the hotel is doing well and the area is in recovery . I must mention again the degree to which the staff make sure that everything is comfortable. They are proactive in problem solving and helpful. The spa is excellent and the views are amazing.

I recently stayed here for 2 nights. Price, location, cleaniness, convenience are all very good. it was the service that rises above expectation. The check in reception tried its best to accommodate my early arrival. Haza is a standout example of making one feel comfortable while staying there. Her excellence in service attitude is enough reason to return to this hotel in future travels.
