Everything is so nice. Staff is cooperative & helpful. Location is good. There is mall at ground level. When you come first time don't get confused take escalators to the 1st floor, Reception is at right hand. Variety of vegetarian food is limited in breakfast. Apart from that all is good.

The location is great. The room is big and spacious. The buffet spread is lavish with Malay, Chinese, Cold Cuts, Indian, and whatnot. It will actually take you a bit of time to figure out what to eat. The staff is courteous and helpful. Warm cookies were given at the time of check-in. Nothing to complain about as such. Since the hotel is located inside the Intermark Mall, there are a lot of eating options, grocery store, and even a pharmacy store. Disliked · The extra tray charges (around 5 RM) for in-room dining should be waived off. Not everything has to be charged always. At least on moral and humanitarian grounds. Hence, the 4-stars rating.

Good hotel, value for money. Express check-in. Location is prime. Clean and spacious rooms. Well maintained. Toilets are clean. Have almost all amenities. You can also find food court and shopping mall at lower levels of this hotel.

It's truly a great hotel. Rooms are decent and spacious as a solo traveller or couple. Views from the room are great. The Washroom and Facilities are up to expectations as well. Being a vegetarian, I would say options are only good, I'd hope for more options as I ended up eating the same veggies for all the days I got to spend. Nevertheless, the options available were tasting okay. One of the best things is the strategic integration of the hotel and The Intermark mall. The check-in desks were in the middle of the mall on the first floor, and the lobby was just beside. The topmost 34th floor has a rooftop executive lounge with access to a balcony that gives you views of the graceful twin towers. The staff were polite and extremely friendly and helpful.

Really enjoyed staying here as the rooms were nice and spacious, and the service was always on point! Situated inside a mall, it was very convenient when we needed to grab a quick bite, something from the pharmacy, or grocery item. The hotel is nearby a metro station and is also an easy grab pick up/drop off location. The individuals that help guide pickup/dropoff traffic outside the hotel were also super helpful and makes sure your grab driver gets to you and you make it to your next destination. Thank you!

We are extremely pleased with everything staying at Double Tree by Hilton in KL the cleanliness, the hospitality, and the housekeeping department, The room was exceptional clean. The water pressure in the shower room was excellent. The breakfast here was abundant and many dishes were freshly prepared. It was a delight to see many choices of fresh fruits at the breakfast, and the plates were always re-filled when it ran out. The city view from the room was gorgeous and unforgettable. A small downside was the long lineup at the check-in counter. Unfortunately we were late meeting up with friends due to the wait at the lobby. Other than that, everything was top notch. I have to thank you for the very welcome decorations and the small treat in the room for our 40th wedding anniversary. A heartfelt appreciation to the manager and the staffs.

I found the double tree management they have trained thier staff how to deaf guests to using fear of covid 19. They have forced thier guests for their visitors pay by force.Or asking police clearance certificate. In my case my sister she was visit to my wife. She can't to return back to her hostel. She is a student and she already imune. the curfew time was already strated at 8:00pm night. We already informed duty manager name is Ganesh. Now is curfew time she cannot back to home we need to book room for her but he have strated behaves was so so rude like a total unfrofessional. he doesn't know how to deal with women. asked during curfew time for police clearance certificate and money to help them for booking instead of room rent.my sister spend 3 Hours alone out of hotel building because of money.what we agreed from them. I need justice please contact me. Note: there was an other guests and their visitors was stayed overnight without pay and any documents why. Because my wife and sister they was alone.Duty manager has some another intension.we need enquiry on it if you guys not replying me in within a week I will knock an another door for justice. There is no respect, ethicks, and hospitalities. Stayed at Doubletree over the weekend and we were upgraded to the executive room. As a gold member it was a nice touch. We were also given the executive privileges, unfortunately the lounge was not open. The canapes and drinks in the lounge was satisfactory. The team at the axis lounge was clearly over worked but they did their best. As for room service, i left a deposit on my credit card in my room, but when I ordered room service the person In the call asked about my mode of payment, as in to pay immediately. I told her I left a deposit and she said it's not enough. Then she called her superior to check and it was alright. It was an awkward call for me. Room wise. It was kept well. I like room 3313. It's slightly bigger than the other rooms. Breakfast was alright as well. Albeit it being quite crowded. all in all it was a satisfactory stay.

Really enjoyed my stay with my husband last weekend. The room was superb. It's really clean, spacious and comfortable. The bed was just perfect and it was really hard for us to leave the room once we've checked in cause it was too comfortable! It's attached to a mall, so it's convenient to just head downstairs to buy food or stuff we need. There's plenty of food nearby that's a walking distance too. Breakfast was a wide spread and service was too notch. Will definitely return for the amazing hospitality. Thank you for never disappointing, Hilton.

I accidentally left my gold ring. Realize after fee hours checkout, and I call the hotel. Receptionist told that she gonna check and call me back. Within 30minutes, i received call and good news that, i can take my ring at the receptionist. Everything is really smooth .staff really polite. Just my access card not work really well. Only one card can be use . And the escalator is not functioning. So need to use the lift to go to lobby. And the location is super busy .

The whole experience from check-in to check out really is impressive, The lobby seems to be small but the feel of being treated in the hotel was just awesome! Each staff gave the most friendly experience and made us feel welcome. Odelia the receptionist gave us a superb experience during check-in & explain very well on the Covid rules in the hotel. Azizi from the pool attendance really is friendly, he even made my kid laugh and gave them the excitement to play in the pool! Most of the concierge staff really made a good impression to me. Sadly I cant remember their names but all of them really is helpful! Room Experience was awesome! I had my anniversary here and the reservation team goes all out and provide flower petals for us as decoration. Kudos to the Housekeeping team as well to be able to make the room as clean and neat as possible.

First the rooms smell like mould and cigarettes. They showed us 4 rooms until there was one who did not smell that bad. The most important in a hotel is a good, clean room with a comfortable bed. If you only have room who stink of mould and cigarettes, you aren’t a good hotel. You can see the owners of the hotel don’t care anymore. The hotel is rundown and maintained very bad. Hilton most be ashamed of the hotel. Breakfast is great, the first time in Asia there was good bread at a breakfast. The staff acts friendly, but not all are good at there job. We had a wedding anniversary and they forgot to decorate the room like we agreed and we should have gotten a cake after dinner in the restaurant but they forgot, and shows up at our room door late at night when we where sleeping to deliver the cake they forgot. This hotel is more a 3 star hotel at best. There are better hotels for the same price in Kuala Lumpur.

It was a business trip, environment is clean, spacious, and comfortable. Restaurant offers delicious buffet lunch, really a nice choice for business or leisure trip. Hotel location is easy to access via public transport but with walking distance, for those who is driving the hotel parking entrance is curvy and not wide but parking lot is spacious.

Room sound proof system is not on par with Hilton brand. Could not get a good night sleep due to the noise next room. Housekeeping needs improvement as the bathroom shower gel and hair conditioner were empty when we checked in. Breakfast was good with a wide selection of Malaysian, Asian and Western food.

Decided to stay at Double Tree Hilton & Booked 2 deluxe suites for 3d2n from 23rd Oct to 25th Oct. The good: - The experience was very nice. The staff was very friendly & professional. - Checking in was a breeze in the executive lounge. - Hotel would check in with me periodically on how everything was which was very nice. - The breakfast was simply AMAZING. Even had in room dining service ordered 2 rice+seafood tomyam+mac & cheese and that was also amazing. The not so good: - The TVs can be laggy at times, some channels didn't load at all like the discovery channel. - The room floor was kinda uneven which was weird it felt like the cement screeding below the carpet was not done very well. - Weird feedback but wish there was a dedicated door to the bathroom area. - Valet parking was incredibly expensive not your typical per day charge. But again you can always self park which is ok I guess. Kinda expected more. - Hotel is linked to a shopping center so the money you pay and the overall feel when you first reach your destination isn't as grand as a standalone hotel. The bad: - After ordering and finishing our in room dining service, placed tray outside and contacted to collect. Tray was not collected from 8pm till next morning around 8am which was almost 12 hours sitting outside the door. Overall a 4/5 rating. Definitely worth a return stay.

Stayed 9/26-9/29/2023. The good: Nice hotel - conveniently located near KLCC. Lots of shops & eateries right downstairs, even a supermarket for everything you’d need. Breakfast buffet was awesome. The bad: Their concierge needs better training. 1st encounter-when walking up to check-in, there was no guest in line, yet 3 of them was just standing there chatting, no greetings, avoided contact. None of them was interested in doing their jobs. A trainee assisted in my check-in but she received conflicting instructions from 2 of her trainers. 1 of the trainers even tried to tell me my breakfast wasn’t included when my reservation clearly included breakfast. I had to correct him-the trainer, and he turned around and disappeared into the back office. No apologies. 2nd encounter-9/28 early afternoon. Due to the toilet in my room making loud leaking sound night after night, I finally recorded a video and went down to the concierge for assistance. Showed him the video, he said go back to your room and wait. Fine, I went back to the room and waited. And waited. And wait. NOTHING! No one came!! 90 minutes later, I called the operator, told her what had taken place. She immediately sent maintenance up to my room in less than 5 minutes. He fixed it in 3 minutes. Conclusion: Those concierge guys are all useless! Worst concierge staff I’ve ever seen. It’s unfortunate that they gave a bad rep. for all the other hard-working staff members and the Hilton brand.

Great service in this hotel. The staff and especially the executive lounge and restaurant staff know their job. I can mention “Bella” for being an exceptional great host, however other staff members, of whom I don’t have the names, are surely also worth noting. We have stayed here, left for Cameron Highlands, Penang, and returned for a second stay. Great lounge with a view. Pool is pleasant, gym relatively small for such big hotel however okay.

Rooms were a good size. Great amenities - gym, pool, there’s also a sauna and steam room within the gym change roooms (one each in male and female change rooms). Didn’t use the pool but it looked nice. The hotel is within a shopping complex which is convenient as there are plenty of dining options, shops, grocery store and pharmacies as well as a cute bookshop cafe. Unfortunately the prices of most of the dining options in this shopping centre are overpriced as I don’t think this shopping mall only gets traffic from hotel guests. A comfortable stay close to central KL.

You might want to improve on how your management conducts this first come first serve rule for the swimming pool facility. It would be good to learn from other hotels on how they conduct using proper bookings and time management to avoid people waiting for hours in line, risking their lives by getting infected with no proper ventilation and end up frustrated. I am also equally disappointed by the lack of courtesy of how your staff handles the enquiry from your guests.

5 star hotel. 5 star treatment. Tv has 26 channels. Room is clean and sanitised (if u believe the label). Parking is free and near the entrance to the hotel and mall. Bed is soft and comfortable. Complimentary cookies are nice. Front desk staffs are friendly. Even the chat response is fast. I have no complaint with the price I paid. Worth every cent.

I highly recommend this hotel. Service is A+, atmosphere of the hotel and room A+, cleanliness of the room A+. The front desk staff and other staffs are very friendly and polite. Plus there are shops selling coffee, a grocer supermarket and a food court which makes it so convenient. Overall I am very happy and pleased to have chosen this hotel.

Long queue to check in... Standing and waited for almost an hour (50mins) just to check-in. Can be improved and better managed... However, treated with warm delicious signature soft baked cookies! The hotel is nice and clean, staffs are friendly and polite. The food is good and well managed at all buffet sections. Added one more star since GM reacted on this for improvement. Thanks Mr.Stephen.

Nice stay I had nearly two years ago, despite the hotel being slightly run down. But I believe changes (read: refurbishments) were on the way as I saw signs and such. The hotel lobby is one of a kind. It is located in a mall, right around retail areas. Staffs were friendly and professional. Room looked a bit dated, but still provided me with a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. Since there's a mall with Jaya Grocers supermarket downstairs, you can easily get some supplies for your stay.

The management of the pool were really terrible. You should not let the guests to have a really long queue just to have a short 50 minutes session during this Pandemic time. They should go to other hotel and learn their SOP of handling the pool. And also the operation time are so were too short. You should open from 7.00am - 7.00pm (not 9.00am - 6.00pm) so all guest can enjoy the pool.

I have a pleasant staycation. The swimming pool staff and f&b staff was very helpful and friendly. We cant stay long hours at restaurant as per normal but, its ok. We try to adapt with the new norms. The challenge was to get the kids to eat during the allocated time. But the f&b staff was kind enough to offer the warm food for my cranky baby to my room. We felt safe because the hotel ensure all their staff and guest fully vaccinated and scheduled disinfection.

I love the hospitality of the hotel! They are very friendly and helpful. If you need time to check out late, they are more than glad to help. The breakfast is nice too. Though, during check took time since everyone can sleep at the hotel but it was a fast one. Would recommend this hotel to others! 😊

I was in a bad mood. My family came here to celebrate our wedding anniversary. I was misled at the front desk and caused me to pay more for the room. The transaction I saw on the Google line was different, and I asked for a replacement when I found it was a lot more expensive. Instead, I paid a higher price, and the front desk could not solve my problem. The impolite response made it wrong for us to choose to spend our wedding anniversary here.

first time here after opening for so long, the staff is well mannered and friendly, SOP all good, pleasant room cleanliness. Excellent desk i could work on, unfortunately my room has one faulty plug i could not utilize. Need to pay attention to small touches, one side of the reading light at the bed is faulty too, else they could have easily score a 5 star rating.

Not only is there a long queue to check-in, we have now been waiting close to 2 hours from 3pm for our rooms to be ready and it's still not. Easily the worst service I have received from a hotel, a 5-star one at that, thus far. I must say though that Rash from the front desk was very helpful and apologetic. This is a stark contrast to Lycan who was less helpful.

Pros: 1. Room is spacious and clean with a nice city view. 2. Shower water pressure is strong. 3. Complimentary cookies were nice (must request when checking in). 4. Wide breakfast spread and seating area has quite a big capacity. They managed the breakfast crowd quite well by allowing us to reserve slots during check in. 5. Complimentary parking. Cons: 1. Check in queue was long, took us about an hour but they did organize the queue well. Lobby was also a bit crowded during check in time. 2. During breakfast, our tables and food kept getting cleared when we were getting more food despite there being a "I'm Taken" sign on the table. The food weren't even touched yet so it doesn't even look like leftovers. That's so much food wastage as well as time wasted for us to go get our food again. 3. Lifts were full everytime it opened during check out time which is understandable especially with social distancing SOPs. However, all the lift doors were faulty and opened and closed multiple times at every floor.

Good hotel but the front desk is a little bit arrogant. Only talk to you when needed and didn't even talk in sincere way. But the hostess in the executive lounge which is Juju is very nice. Very friendly. Love the service. Cocktails are still not available but we had wine and the food platter is really good. 🥰❤️

We booked a 2D1N room with breakfast included for our staycation. It's my first stay at DoubleTree by Hilton, so I was surprised they gave us 2 warm cookies upon check in! (Cookie was very delicious too) Staff were helpful and friendly. The room was clean. The bed was super comfortable and sheets were soft. Had a great night's sleep. Toilet had everything included -- shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and face soap. Excellent location too. There's a mall below with restaurants like McD, Starbucks, etc. It's very easy to access the LRT too. Just a few minutes walk away. All in all, it was a very pleasant stay. I enjoyed my time here and would definitely come again.

I spent one day here while I was on business trip. The room was spacious. The view from the window on the skyscrapers was stunning. Room is cozy, at least for mine. Majority staff is friendly, except one chubby guy who never seems smiling, other staffs is helpful but they are too busy, many customers are checking in so it is understandable. The location of this hotel is INSIDE the Intermark shopping mall, so might need to aware. Overall i am happy with this staying. 😊

Location is good and service is fantastic. Not just the hotel staffs but also staffs working at the mall, security staffs etc. Very helpful especially when I have trouble looking for the correct carpark to the hotel. Hotel is located together with a shopping mall so it's really convenient to do some shopping, plenty of food options too if you don't fancy eating in the restaurant. Don't miss the hotel breakfast, it's nice 👍. Enjoy my stay here.

Pros: 1. Great location, 5 mins drive to centre of KL 2. Convenient parking 3. Seamless check in and out 4. Good Malay cuisine breakfast spread 5. Great service Cons: 1. Bathroom was a bit small 2. Indian and Chinese breakfast spread was very limited, and taste wise not that good

Waiting time to check in is considered short although is festive peak season. The room is big and clean. Free parking with unlimited ticket waiver. Worth a stay. The hotel is linked to a mall called intermark mall, hence able to access to foods and shops. Overall a good experience of staying there.

Already one of my favorite Hilton properties i have visited. Staff is friendly and helpful with excellent english. As a Hilton Honors Member you get plenty of appreciation and usually a generous upgrade. The rooms are still nice- meaning the design holds up and cleanliness is not an issue. In terms of amenities there is plenty. The gym is maybe a little bit outdated, and the pool could be bigger, but it is sufficient and there are even some spa facilities. Standing out is the absolutely incredible breakfast with lots of options and great quality. Usually i would rate this 4 stars! But considering the price point and value against other places, it is just to good off a deal- even if this market.

The good The bed was very soft and comfortable. The room we were given had so many issues but they are quick to address and resolve the issues. Staff is always very friendly and polite. Well trained and professional. The hotel manager Odelia, was kind enough to provide the resolution as well as provide some form compensation for our troubles. The bad Wasn't happy with the room facilities. There were always problems. Day 1 the electricity couldn't be turned on at midnight. Needed to call in the technician. Day 2 fridge wasn't cold. Sink wasn't draining properly. Shower head pressure was bad. We also came back and saw a loose slipper and a random tissue paper ( not ours) under the bed. Day 3 water heating takes 5-10 minutes to come on. And when it does come on, it's either very hot or very cold Water heating still couldn't be fixed despite the complaint. Down from 4 to 3 star.

Service is impeccable. We were served by Odelia at the reception who was very warm and welcoming. The welcome cookies were delicious as always. The rest of the staff were very welcoming and hospitable as well. Only downturn is the location, unfortunately it is one of the busiest road especially during peak hours. You'd need to schedule your time around so that you will not be caught in the jam.

Great location, excellent service, great rooms, great gym and pool, and amazing breakfast - coming from someone who never eats hotel breakfast. Their dry cleaning service is great and super quick as well. Excellent service. The room was clean and everything worked. The gym was spacious and the equipment are in great shape. Breakfast buffet spread was excellent

Service is impeccable. The welcome cookies were delicious as always. The rest of the staff were very welcoming and hospitable as well. The room was superb. It's really clean, spacious and comfortable. It's attached to a mall, so it's convenient to just head downstairs to buy food or stuff we need. There's plenty of food nearby that's a walking distance too.

Definitely does not live up to a five star hotel standard. Pros: Welcomed by warm cookies, which is a good gesture. Room is spacious. Cons: Was quite happy to see fruit and cake platter when entered the room as I just came here from a long trip. However when I was about to tear off the cling wrap of the cutlery, I noticed the fork was stained with food remains in chocolate shade. Also, there was visible dirt on the wall of the bathroom. Won't come back to this hotel.

This hotel is the epitome of convenience. There is a bus stop located just outside the premises and it makes it easy for you to plan your journey in and around KL itself. The room where we were staying was spacious and definitely value for money. The staffs are all well trained and so helpful to us during our stay. I would recommend Doubletree by Hilton for business travelers and family alike.

We went there for Christmas buffet and it was extremely crowded and due to system error and over booking, our table for 6 was occupied. We had to wait for about half hour to get a table. I'm very thankful to the manager, I'm sorry but I forgot your name, but you were really accommodating and despite getting scolded by many people that day,you kept calm. Thank you manager and I hope the management will see what a great guy you are whose an asset to Hilton. He's a Chinese guy with glasses. The food quality was tip top. The best place I've been so far for buffet!

Absolutely fantastic. World class, top notch service. Very central location. Hotel is well-facilitated and situates above a mall. You literally have access to everything at your doorstep. There are many restaurants under the hotel as well as hairdressers, spa and wellness services and basically everything you need at an arm's reach. If I come to KL again I will undoubtedly choose Hilton Doubletree.

Our stay for four nights at this lovely hotel had been wonderful. It’s a safe area with great location. There’s cookies and drink to welcome guests. Breakfast buffet offers a range of options. Food court and grocery store was just downstairs of the mall. Overall, we had had a pleasant experience staying at this hotel.

The hotel was of great quality located above a shopping mall so there's quite selection of place to eat as well as to buy personal necessities. The room was adequately spacious though selection of channel on for your entertainment were more stressed on news and sports with little option for movies. As for the breakfast selection were quite varied with major sector of Malaysian, Western and Chinese food. Though be advise that even you purchase twin bed room with two people occupants, the complimentary breakfast was only for one person so it was quite unfortunate and the cost for additional person was around RM 60-70 (don't quote me on this, it might differ).

Excellent stay. Decent Indian food at breakfast. The front desk team killed it. Warm smiles, always on their toes, to give a great customer experience. The fact that the hotel is in a mall with a great view of the Petronas towers is the icing on the cake

Love breakfast here ..... several choice to serve and kind staff will take good care of you. Location is super cool in the center of city and also a lot of restuarant and super market inside this building. Hotel side is quite old but all facility still working good.

Perfect hotel for vacation and business as it located not to near nor not too far from the city centre. You can expect a good night sleep as the hotel are not in the middle of the city. The room is very nice which include, a mini fridge. The bathroom is spacious and most importantly the bed is very comfy. There a bridge that you can use to take lrt to klcc and other places. The hotel is within the Intermark Mall. There's supermarket, food court, pharmacy and so on. Overall really love the hotel!

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at doubletree Hilton. Great service from lobby/concierge staff and housekeeping. Bed was comfy and I slept well. The hotel is also conveniently located inside a mall and beside a train station. Will definitely stay here again for our next trip.

Pleasant stay for three nights. Room, breakfast and lunch was great and satisfying. Was served by Ms Odelia for check in and check out. She was professional, friendly and fluent in English and bahasa and knows the needs of customers very well. Would stay again just for this level of customer service and hospitality

The staff was generally friendly, the room was clean and the view was great. Transportation was also conveniently located, and there were Starbucks and McDonald's in the building, as well as a market and convenience store, so it was convenient. As for the downside, the breakfast was not tasty, so I only used it on the first day while staying at the hotel for 3 days.

Came again today for a medical updates symposium. Arrived slightly late due to managing some cases in the clinic and Saturday’s KL hectic traffic. Upon my grand entrance 🤣refreshments was served earlier ( which was on time ) . The banquet staffs were so helpful ( a loud shout out to Ms Amirah and the rest of the banquet staffs on duty today ; 22/7/2023 around afternoon ) that quick to assist and offered timely help. Kudos and thanks again . 💪🏽 Plates, cups, coffee n tea bags nicely arranged . Utensils are clean . Not forget to mention the warm greetings and sweet smiles . Keep up the good work Ms Amirah , Banquet team and DTBH KL. May we see again in the near future

We stayed for only 1 night but it was an amazing experience. We booked a twin room but was upgraded and was given a King size room….all thanks to Ivan (Front Office). My room may not have the best view but Ivan really tried his best to fulfill my request and I was super happy 😍. Ms Rohana from Executive floor and her team also made us feel special. Very attentive and efficient…beautiful ladies, always smiling and ready to assist. Will definitely return again. Thank you Ivan (Front Office), Rohana and her team (Executive floor) , Cepi and Nick (Makan Kitchen)…for making our stay a great one!

Were treated more than diamond by Unish and Rosana. Unish was especially familiar with the room location and picked a good room for us. A late check out was granted and that was so gracious for our late night flight the next day. We could not be happier.

Stayed here for 6 night and was absolutely wonderful. This will definitely be my go to when visiting KL in the future. They know how to treat guests and make you feel special. I got the 5 star treatment here. The location is great. Everything needed is in the center the hotel is based in. Had a great night walking to the Patronos towers and discovery amazing food. I’ll be coming back here.

Best quality with incredibly rich breakfast serving 4 different country cuisine. No doubt that its luxury class hotel and has concerning staffs. Warmy welcome and same way bye. Built up over department stores, easy accest to mcdonalds and kfc restaurants. Approximately 1 km walking away to Petronas. I love it. I will be back again here.

I have stayed at many 5 stars hotels in KL alone and around the world. For apple-to-apple comparison, this hotel does not live up to expectations, one of the worst 5 stars in KL that I've been to. I was here for 5D4N. (1) No one was manning the concierge at G lobby as we had many luggages, informed the front desk staff later but did not bother, no empathy. (2) When at the Executive Lounge for cocktails, staff did not bother to seat us and ask us to find seats on our own and it was already full (we had to search for seats like a lunatic). When we went back to tell her, she was like "ohhhh.... why don't you wait here first then". (3) Staff at Makan restaurant are not attentive to clear the empty plates fast enough during breakfast buffet. There were stacks of plates piling up at the area we were sitting. The list goes on and on. Staff here has a "don't care" attitude. These are given services when at 5-star hotel, the service is really disappointing as compared to other competitors nearby. This will the last time for us. I am happy to spend my money elsewhere.

Been there for company annual dinner yesterday. Im a vegetarian. The service was top tier, they serve each and every dishes in a dedicated plates for me. The food are good and healthy because the taste is not strong. Visitor can enter parking from gate A, go to level B2. Rm5 per entry. Reasonable parking rate and there are more than enough parking lots.

We had the Deluxe Suite and it was spacious for a family of 3 or 4. Should you have an extended family, there's an option for roll-over bed prepped-up in the room. Service staff was all smiles and helpful - they are always ready to extend a helping hand. They were a little short of manpower over the pool on a weekday so our Poolside orders were not able to be addressed so soon. If you have hungry kids(especially after a swim) then you might need to plan ahead.

I had a good time staying for one week. People from the hotel are very nice and always willing to provide helps. Especially Hairul from Makan Kitchen, he is very thoughtful on service. Me and my friend feel thankful.

I just spent 2 weeks here running a corporate event for about 90 people. The service we received from staff at all levels was truly outstanding and contributed enormously to making our event a success. We loved the "can do" attitude, and the ability to solve problems (all created from our side!) flexibly and efficiently. Doubletree will absolutely be our first choice for future events in KL! Akso worth mentioning that the main restaurant, Makan Kitchen, is wonderful!

I had a fantastic stay at the Hilton hotel in Malaysia! The location couldn’t be better – it’s conveniently close to all the famous places you’d want to visit. The service was impeccable, and the amenities were top-notch. I highly recommend Hilton for a memorable stay in Malaysia!

I attended a meeting in their meeting hall. They offered innovative amenities like name cards with the WiFi password on the flip side. Sweets were a nice touch. The coffee break featured delicious food, coffee, and juice. Raisins and nuts were available on a high table. Parking was a bit of a hassle; you needed to validate at a nearby counter for a fixed rate entry and then go to their management office to pay. The smoking area was conveniently located one level down via an escalator.

The food was great. They even served us fresh fruits as welcome on our first day. Our stay here was great since there are food stalls and anything you wanna buy, it's like a mall.

  • 3/5 Hyder Y. 5 months ago on Google
The front desk lady staff during check-in just now, named Eloise or something, lacks a bit of communication skills and needs to work on having a warmer, more welcoming, and friendlier tone, as well as smiling more. Additionally, I was told that the room I wanted wasn't ready, so I had to switch to another one. If not, I would have had to wait another hour. So incompetent.

Our stay at this hotel was nothing short of perfection. We must mention the staff at DoubleTree KL for always serving with a smile on their face despite handling large crowds. The room was spacious and comfortable. The delicious breakfast buffet had a large variety spanning over a large area which helps guests choose and dine in their own privacy without having to feel stuffy. The location is pretty convenient and since it's situated in The Intermark mall guests have easy access to many restaurants and shops. We would definitely consider staying at DoubleTree By Hilton, Kuala Lumpur for our next visit to KL.

The room lighting is really bad. Ambient sucks. Not child-friendly. Cant even play with my kids because i cant barely see things. Cant even see my kids’ drawing. 500/day doesnt represent its worth. A staycation at hotel should feel fun and merry, but this gloomy room affects the mood. Frontdesk staff (those who handling check-ins) are not friendly and informative. Should ask staff to learn alot from other hotels.

Pretty good location, hotel sits on a shopping mall. Whenever you’re bored with the food, you can go to Nando’s/KFC or Maccies. Servers, staffs and cleaners are very kind and respectful. 11/10 would defo stay here again!

Excellent and extensive breakfast. The hotel is within a shopping centre so it's a walk to get into the lobby. Also a good executive club which can get very crowded. Club has good appetisers. Perhaps a little more monitoring of space as seating can be hard to find.

Nice room, very comfy bed but your water pressure is low, especially the shower. Your hot water was close to zero. We stayed on the 33rd floor, so maybe water pump issue? I don't know. The Makan Restaurant has its own issue which I have mentioned in another review but breakfast this morning was better (special mention to the staff overlooking breakfast, thank you), although it could be improved on, especially the spread. Room rate was high, understandable for the brand but overall, I would expect better in terms of facilities for that kind of price.

Our stay at Double Tree Hilton was truly worth it. The location of this hotel is inside 'Landmark Mall' which houses several eateries like McDonalds, KFC, Oriental Landmark etc. The mall is not too crowded and it was beautifully decorated for Christmas. The setting and the approach to this hotel is just perfect - not in a very crowded area of the city centre but at a walkable distance. Petronas Twin towers are just a 10 - 15 min. walk from here. We had booked a Mountain View room which was spacious, quiet and clean with all amenities in great working condition. The view from our room was truly spectacular with a beautiful view of the city and the mountains. Check in and check out were quite smooth and housekeeping services were great too. Unfortunately, we could not try their breakfast or other meals. Areas where they can improvise and hence the 4 stars: 1) There were a couple of extremely tiny black flying insects in our room and washroom. 2) The pillows provided were thick and not too comfortable. Pillows should be very soft and thin. Of course, they do provide different types of pillows upon request but it is subject to availability. 3) Weighing scale was not working. But, all in all, we had a memorable stay here. Will surely want to return to this hotel in the future.

Excellent location in KL Parking is usually available Staff is attentive & friendly Making a telephone booking for a restaurant (Makan Kitchen) in advance was "not simple" (Forgotten call back & time delay - the "Not My Job" Syndrome ?!?!). The food was Well Presented, Exceptionally Well Cooked in an Excellent Environment.

Had team buffet lunch with colleagues at Makan Kitchen. Good food, price is right. Place was packed but service was good. We had paper bags containing gifts for each of 14 attendees, initially placed them on the floor, but the staff proactively brought a stand where we could nicely place the goodie bags. Excellent!
