Absolutely loved myself a lot here. The room is enormous and has an amazing view! The gym was clean, well-stocked, and manned by professionals, and I enjoyed utilizing it. Accessibility to several tourist attractions is simple. The breakfast buffet was wonderful, with lots of options!  The swimming pool area was spotless and soothing.

The front counter staff was so helping and nice. The staff at executive lounge is also very warm and helpful. I didn't know there was a dress code to enter executive lounge, he explained to me very politely..i forgot to ask their name, the room is spacious and beautiful. I stayed in the executive suite with a lake view. The cleanliness, the view, the room are all superb. Definitely gonna stay again here soon

This hotel is situated in KL Sentral area and it's an absolute maze to find the parking. We checked in a bit late, but the staff at the reception was not courteous enough to help us out with our simple request for a simple plate. They wanted to charge RM5 just for the plate. Not to say we have ordered anything or taking the plate away. The receptionist was rude enough to just brush away our request. When we arrive at the room, we even noticed the drinking bottle was partially consumed and placed together with the new drinking water bottles. This is UNACCEPTABLE by the housekeeping team to just leave the bottle just like that. The shower area floor was just plain filthy, could not even step into the shower area at all to shower. Needed to use the tub which was so inconvenient. The room was okay, the bed was the only redeeming point of the stay. But it's not worth the money to stay here for sure.

Great hotel. The hotel follows the SOP well even to use the pool. The hotel decoration is just great and I just love the bathtub! I spent a lot of time in there relaxing. It's huge and great plumbing too. The staffs are super helpful and I wish spa was open but still closing due to Covid. Anyway, I had great time in Hilton KL.

Hilton KL is my go to and favorite hotel. It's perfect for families, couples, or individually. The service is impeccable all around (from concierge, to front desk, restaurant staff, house keeping, you name it). I particularly like the new feature of corresponding via text message. The staff are quick to respond and helpful. Thanks Hilton KL for always making the stay at your hotel so enjoyable and relaxing!

What a great value! We left feeling very satisfied. lovely room and good housekeeping. We absolutely loved the pool, so big with a great pool bar. The lobby area was beautiful and the breakfast was amazing. The staff were super friendly and very helpful. We love the hospitality that this hotel provides that makes you want to come back again. We have stayed at many Hilton hotels and this one I would rank as one of the best. It’s in a great location, centrally located and adjacent to the main KL Sentral train station for easy access to mass transit. Also, there is a large shopping mall adjacent to the train station with tons of shopping and restaurants. Our room was large and clean with a super comfortable bed and a fantastic view. The furniture was all in perfect condition, and the room had very little wear and tear, other than what would be normally acceptable. The staff was super professional, friendly, and helpful. We also enjoyed the really amazing buffet breakfast, that had plenty of food choices for all palates and tastes. The huge pool and gym with sauna were also impressive. We considered it a great value and a great experience, and we would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful Hotel good service and beautiful landscape with lake, I and my parents and my husband meet up in the hotel to celebrate 2024 Chinese New Year. Hope we have a good new year and all the best. Hope mom and dad have a good healthy condition and I can buy a house when I go back USA. We all love here and enjoy the breakfast and dinner. Very good 5 star hotel. We really love here.

I came here for afternoon high tea here yesterday at 2.30pm and the whole experience was extremely disappointing considering that this is a 5 star hotel with prestige. First off, the server that day was really dense, making several mistakes on our orders and she really doesn't seem to be able to connect the dots. When there are clearly 3 people at the table, she only brings two sets of tea and it's only when we had to remind her there's another person then only she brings an extra one. Later, when our fourth guest joined us, he asked for a latte. We didn't see that for 10 min, and when we checked with this server, she asked to confirm if it was a cappuccino to which we corrected her. Another 30 min go by and no coffee until we had to call another server for assistance to which he managed to have it out. Quality of the food here was equally disappointing, with the pastries being either really dry or really sweet. Plus, I was really surprised to see that the tea was served in the plastic tea sets that obviously came for free from your tea supplier. Very classy. Overall, I would never recommend anyone to come here for high tea. The price and prestige does not justify the quality of the experience at all. Compared to Ritz Carlton or the majestic hotel, this place is far below par. You're better off going to Starbucks than the Hilton for tea.

It is conveniently located next to the main station hub KL Sentral. Going about within the city and getting to the airport is a breeze! It has a resort-like meandering pool ideal for family and staycation guests. The King Deluxe Room we stayed has an unique design layout with the plush bathroom that opens wide to the bedroom creating a spacious flow. There are multiple USB points for our phone devices and even a bedside ‘Do Not Disturb’ button if you choose not to hang a card outside the door. We had a calming lake view. Buffet breakfast was assisted and served by the staffs during the pandemic. A neat idea. The standard local and continental breakfast choices were inviting complete with an array of coffees to choose from. The front office staff were very friendly and helpful which added a warm human touch to the hotel. Funny downsides: On close examination, the room items appear dated with an old LCD TV, a creaking tea cupboard and a wobbly kettle. In case you wonder where to switch off the ceiling light before you sleep, it’s the volume looking button at the side of the TV! Who would have guessed?

Highly recommend. My go-to hotel in KL, Malaysia whenever I travel there. The hotel buffet is amazing , the service is top notch from reception to dining to security (I fell once in the bathroom) and to housekeeping. The room is fresh and has broad range of cable chancels. The pool is nice retreat. What surprises me is the reasonable pricing The executive lounge is worth the upgrade. Great job Hilton KL Can’t wait to be back. All my local friends know I rave about you and turn down their offers to host because I wish to stay with you instead.

An excellent 5 star hotel with wonderful overall experience. Great & tasty breakfast varities were appetizing and a must try. Cleanliness was good and comforting. The pillows were too soft for my type but can ask for different pillow from room service. Parking is flat RM3 for hotel guest.

Had our wedding reception here, and stayed here for a week along with family. Hotel staff were friendly, and we would like to thank Danial and team who helped make our wedding reception a success. It was really nice that the hotel staff knew us from the wedding reception and we were greeted at breakfast and around the hotel. Great breakfast spread and excellent location by being connected to KL Sentral. It was also really easy to get a taxi arranged via the concierge desk. Swimming pool was nice - although the changing room seemed a bit dark and small, only a tiny blemish however.

Amazing as always. The Hilton KL Sentral is great. Rooms are well equipped, bathrooms are very nice, and there are a bunch of restaurant/ food options located on the property. My only request to Hilton would be to step up your in-room coffee game- every hotel I’ve stayed in KL uses the standard Nescafé instant… I was hoping to find something a little nicer here. Maybe in the future;) everything else was amazing during my stay, especially the cafe in the lobby. I’ll be back again for sure.

An amazing place for a gateway retreat with your family, friends or loved ones. This is definitely a worth mentioned place for either family with children or married couple who aimed for a paradise experience honeymoon or quiet holiday trip away from home. Its very cozy and the ambient is very welcoming. Its suitable for guest or people that need to relax their mind from the hectic world. The hotel is beautiful with great landscaping , They have gym facilities as well.This place deserves a five star rating. Impeccable service and location. Excellent additional service for Hilton members too. Love the bar. Also cannot get any more convenient than this, unless you can deal with the traffic jam at Bukit Bintang. Connection to KL Sentral and Nu Sentral is a blessing for food lovers.

What a fantastic hotel! Everything was wonderful—from the room (look at the views and two showers!), to the staff, to the location (central and near a train/bus station). This hotel has some of the best hotel/customer service I’ve ever had the pleasure of receiving. An employee even asked us (in person) if there was anything the hotel could do better to improve our stay as we were leaving (our answer was honestly no)—but have you ever heard a hotel employee earnestly do that? We hadn’t! Do yourself a favor and stay here if you have a couple of days in Kuala Lumpur!!

From check-in to check-out, they were consistently professional. Facility Cleanliness: ⭐ Unfortunately, I must address the issue of cleanliness. The hotel room was quite dusty, which impacted my overall impression. It's disheartening to see a beautiful hotel marred by what seems to be a lack of attention to cleaning details. Despite the cleanliness issue, I appreciated the effort put into making guests feel welcome. I hope the management can address the cleanliness concerns to enhance the overall experience for future guests.

It's a 5 stars hotel, with great service that probably deserved more than 4 stars. Room is great, the Junior Suite is spacious with nice bathtub. The executive lounge is great. The breakfast is good with great options. The pool, shared with Le Meridian, is great with a big wading/kid pool, and a long adult pool. There is a slide which is great for the kids, they absolutely love it. The concern is actually the crowd. End up queuing for the room, the lounge access, for the breakfast.

Rooms may show some sign of age, but the room size, price, and degree of comfort more than compensates for this. Its convenient location right above KL airport express railway also makes it an easy winner. Staff were very friendly.

The room is super comfortable and spacious. The ambience surrounding make me calm and happy. I love that I had a very beautiful lake view from the room. Very tranquilizing view indeed. The staffs are super nice. Nonetheless, the breakfast buffet is a let down. The buffet foods is not to my taste and the quality is not to the par. I hope the hotel can make changes on this.

KL Hilton is definitely in 'my go-to staycation list'. Spacious rooms complete with bath tub, 5 min walk to Nu sentral (various option for eateries & shopping), good SOP during the use of their pool. Kids enjoyed our 3D2N stay. Its nice to have some good memories for my children, with whats left for them in 2021. We shall return, this time hopefully your pool slides can be used :)

Superb 5 star hotel, checked in recently. Strict SOPs but it was for the sake of their customers. Varieties of menus for breakfast but not as varieties as before the Covid pandemic. All hotel staffs are friendly abd work professionally.

Once in a while, I would bring my children for staycation in this hotel. We would get the executive room and utilise their executive lounge facility, as we were lazy to venture out of the hotel to look for food or drink. The room was spacious, tidy and well kept after all these years. The personnel in the Executive Lounge were friendly, attentive and helpful. The kids were well taken care of on their needs while the adults enjoyed the free-flow bubbly and other alcohols.. and at the same time enjoyed the food. Definitely recommend this hotel as it stays true to Hilton standard

I booked King Deluxe Plus Room via Hilton app. The room was so spacious and the view was superb. FYI, if you are staying there, you need an authorized letter from MITI or other government agencies. They will request upon check in. It is advisable to bring one copy as they need one for their record due to KL is still under MCO Phase 1. If you are fully vaccinated, you may request for appointment to use swimming pool and gym. You are also allowed to dine in when breakfast. Breakfast are applicable from 6 am until 10.30 am. Then, they will close for sanitization. Breakfast only served 2 menu either Nasi Lemak or Scramble egg. The swimming pool is open by appointment from 8am to 6pm and its actually shared with Le Meridien Hotel. Just don't confuse when you go back to your room. The staffs also being so fantastically nice . If paying by card, they will pre-authorized RM 500.00 before check in. I came by motorcycle, so can park at level P3 (premium car park) for free if you are the hotel guess. Just need to inform the guard there. P3 is the same level with KL Sentral entrance.

Disappointing experience due to the Moon cakes counter staff was totally clueless about the 3+1 promotion. Was collecting the pre-order moon cakes sets and when made inquiry about the 3+1 promotion the staff at the Moon cakes counter explain the promotion was over but fact is contrary.

Each and everyone I met gave us a perfect service. However I have to mention Omar who is an iconic ambassador of Hilton. Overall, all of you have impressed me besides the outstanding room and etc.

I decided to booked Hilton for a stay vacation , It was a great hotel but as 5star hotel you really need to improve on the cleanliness. I understand you have full house guest but still cleanliness is something important and I cant tolerate with. My room is full with hair , on the carpet , on the couch and the toss pillow , in the tub . I stay in room 2112 . But the facilities is good , the food is awesome and your staff is friendly and well trained but not the house keeping and yes I know you only respond to the good review and left unpleasant review unattended . Please accept the fact and improved .Bye

Overall is good. However, when I reach there to check in at 3pm, the staff told us the room is not ready yet and that they will call us once the room is ready. However, I never receive the call at all and I went back to the hotel to ask. Room arrangement wise, I requested two single bed room, and I get one king size bed in the end. And also the staff did not told us that you must use parking ticket to validate the parking fees and I had to pay more. The breakfast is also great by the way!

Stayed here for several days during the country's full lockdown. Had a pleasant stay. Would love to be back when breakfast is served straight from the open kitchen, when the pool and gym and bar is open, when live music is back in the lobby lounge.

Always kind staff. The water in the swimming pool is clean. The water pressure in the bathtub and shower is strong, so it's good. It's a pity that the noodle station in the breakfast restaurant has disappeared. The Executive Lounge is also closed. I hope it opens soon. But it's such a nice hotel.

Hilton, no doubt created an owned ambiance presented in ways you will satisfy. Though almost 20 years of age, the interior still pleasant. Nevertheless, they need to upgrade their rooms facilities.

Everything were great.. except for pool.. kids need to use float... No swimming pool for kids.. and a bit afraid when going to buffet breakfast because too many people at the time..

I have always loved staying at Hilton KL. The staffs are never disappointing, and they always made me feel welcomed. The breakfast buffet has improved in it's food selection and I believe more selection will be added as we are recovering from the pandemic. Looking forward to my next stay there.

Good deals where the rate paid includes buffet breakfast and dinner set for two. Buffet breakfast spread at Vasco restaurant is huge. There are few SOPs implemented such as picking time slot for buffet breakfast and utilising swimming pool due to Covid19. However, the experience was good nevertheless and will definitely come again. Sharing with you view from my room, garden view.

Had a blast weekend here. Recommended to everyone having staycation and business matter in Kuala Lumpur. It has everything you need from a comfortable bed, hot shower to access to public transport that will get you to a lot of place quickly. If I had another opportunity here, definitely considering here again.

The room was spacious and clean. The bathroom was huge with strong water pressure. The hotel follows straight SOP where you have to choose time slot for breakfast and also on request house keeping. The breakfast selections were amazing with different types of cuisine. The location is great just above KL Sentral station. Hilton honor membership is worth to join where you can collect points towards free nights.

Had a nice dinner with family and friends. Food was delicious, ambience nice, service was good. Enjoyed the outing after so long because of COVID restrictions.

Breakfast was good, but no cereals. Very nice pool with slide but no kids pool. Jacuzzi not functioning. Staff were very helpful from the cleaner, front desk, breakfast crew and the floor manager. Create small talk when in the same lift. Must pay RM200 deposit upon check-in. Will be returned back on your check-out if paid by cash.

I spent in recent years around 30-40 nights in Kuala Lumpur. As a returning client, Hilton staff treats you really well. I really enjoyed working and eating in the Lounge upstairs. Pool and Fitness area are really top. And of course it is very easy to reach via train from the airport.

The room is superb. Breakfast is great, but it feels so repetitive. It lacks excitement if you stay for 3 days straight. Think the front desk needs more staff too. Check in was really slow when it's check-in time around 3-4pm.

I loved the bed in my room - it was so comfortable and I slept very well. The whole hotel was lovely and the staff were great. The Christmas decorations were very impressive, too! There are two downsides as far as I'm concerned: - The location. It did take a while to get to other areas of KL and it's not the easiest for cars to find the lobby. - Check in time. It took ages and didn't look like the most efficient process. All in all, I would recommend this place for a relaxing break.

After a minor confusion with the room got upgraded to a suite. However, I wish I would have kept the first room which was on the highest floor because the soundproofing (especially from the floor above) turned out to be pretty underwhelming in this hotel, together with somewhat noisy AC. Other than that truly worthy of the 5 star rating, especially the breakfast, but the issue with uncomfortable poor soundproofing just makes it a hotel where I wouldn't want to return. Other issues that could be improved. The seating in the executive lounge wasn’t very comfortable at all (more or less uncomfortable seating seems to be a common theme in Hilton hotels, I wonder why), secondly there isn’t much space to choose from given the size of the hotel and the amount of guests eligible to visit the lounge. Also I was expecting a bit more variety from the food servings, I’ve had quite a lot better experiences in airport lounges in that regard to be honest.

I have no complain about the food quality, but the burger I had need to improve on presentation, the burger itself taste very nice, however I don't eat the Vasco's papers when I eat the burger with fork and knife. Or has the Hilton Burger Brand Standards changed? I will return for sure. 👍🙏🏼

Stayed at Hilton Kuala Lumpur twice for the month of January 2022 and received excellent service by the Hilton employees throughout my stay at both times! We received excellent hospitality service right upon entering the premise until we leave the entrance door. Breakfast spread at Vasco's was excellent and Chinese dinner set menu at Chynna was also scrumptious and in big portion! Great variety with great taste as well as excellent service by the chefs and cafe employees. Swimming pool is massive with water slide and man-made waterfall, and kids (as well as adults) will surely enjoy it! Will definitely repeat my stay here!

Excellent selection of food for the dinner menu. Well arranged for easy access. My favourite was the Japanese selection and Seafood. Service level by staff was excellent ! Includes a 10% discount for Maybank/CIMB card holders.

Had Carrot Cake at the lobby Lounge. Cake was not bad, strong lemon taste akin to Red Velvet. Just wished the waiters were more attentive..but can't blame them as only 1 or 2 waiters to cover a huge area. Need to walk up to them or wave vigorously to catch their attention.

This was my 4th stay with the hotel. Room is clean and comfortable as usual.. The only downside with their room design is there is no master switch to off all the available lights. The spa is worth checking out with jacuzzi, steam room an sauna. The most impressive part is the breakfast buffet spread. It is massive and the food quality was good. I don't mind coming back with breakfast inclusive again with the hotel.

We had the Lake View King rooms. The rooms were large and very well set up, with very comfortable bed and linen as well as a lot of good storage space. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Location of the hotel was fantastic as we took the KL Ekspres train from the airport to Sentral, and it's just a short walk through the undercover walkway through to the hotel. It is also very close to the Bird Park which is a great spot to run at (the streets around KL city isn't very good for running). It is also close to Little India with lots of great food. We would definitely go back and stay again :)

One star less for service as it took 1 hour for our request to refill the shower gel in the toilet as it runs out on our 2nd day of stay (out of 3 days) Pool is great with slides for children. Stayed here for 5 days for a business trip. Staff were very friendly and always never fail to greet you with a smile, no matter in the morning or evening. Room is super clean, free from insects unlike some hotels which has ants. Gym is big and spacious with at least 8 threadmill for running. Breakfast is awesome with so much choice. Allow me to post a sunset view from the gym level. Definitely a 5 star experience!

Always passed by this hotel, outside looks a bit old but inside is what suprised me. My wife and I booked Hilton KL sentral for 2 nights. We truly enjoyed the whole experienced. The room is clean and the bathtub is awesome. The water pressure is strong, we enjoyed the shower. one day at least 3-5 times. Morning breakfast is variety. Overall I must said is worth the price that you're paying. Will definitely stay again.

The service is exceptional, the staff was attentive and helpful. The room, although not the most spacious (I booked the King Deluxe) has an interesting layout that maximize the space. Pool was a blast with the slides and open till night. Truly feels like a holiday without any of the hassle. Great for a short getaway and easy to commute around KL.

Excellent hotel! Equipped with amenities. Steam room is divided for men and women so you are comfortable. Rooms are great. Staff from housekeeping to the busy food restaurants are simply excellent. They listen and understand what you need and make it work. Front desk Sanjeeta is very lovely in her manners and professionalism. Overall great, already booked back my stay in a week. See you soon. If you expect the price is cheap you can just pass it. But the price is affordable. If you want to celebrate any event such as family or office event, this is the exact place to go. The place is so nice. The room is so comfortable. The service of the hotel is excellent. The worker are so nice.

Service quality is dropping.. back in mid feb 2023 , stayed 3d2n and the front desk is kind to assigned a top floor (34/ 33) BUT… the room just stink with chemical renovation smell. We are happy to have top floor but not a just renovated room and stink and bad for health to inhale the chemical. Finally…changed on 3rd room only the check in day was settled… supported KL Hilton dining and some stays in last 15 yrs and very disappointed with this stay.

Ive stayed in this hotel more than 30 times probably in the past 5 years and i would say it feels like home. The service, rooms and food are all excellent! they always go the extra mile to make me feel special once i step foot inside the hotel.

However, I wanted to provide some feedback regarding the customer service, particularly at the lobby entrance. While some staff members provided a friendly and genuine welcoming vibe with a warm smile, I also noticed that there were others who seemed to lack that friendly demeanor, giving off an arrogant impression. This difference in service quality created an uncomfortable atmosphere for me as a guest. I would recommend that Hilton management pays closer attention to the staff stationed at the entrance to ensure they consistently offer a pleasant and welcoming experience to all guests, regardless of their age or profile. It's essential to make every guest feel valued, regardless of their background, and maintain Hilton's reputation for high standards of service.

I had a nice three night stay. All the staff were courteous and friendly, some addressed me by name, and when I went back after a dinner outside, said “welcome back sir”. Very nice touch. Rooms were somewhat outdated, but spacious, well maintained, and the bed was comfortable, so no issues. Location was also conveniently near the central station so airport connectivity is just so seamless.

Perfect location in KL central. Very convenient from the airport direct by train. To get to Hilton you can either walk outside entrance or indoor. Staff are well trained to greet everyone passing through. Very clean through and through. Several very good restaurants. Chinese Japanese etc. We stayed i Hilton many times and they never disappoint me. Thanks to Raj who always keep our room very neat and tidy. Lovely decor with FRESH FLOWERS.

I was at the lobby of the hotel waiting for my guests for a city tour, felt very nice because everyone was really polite and cheerful 😄. Was greeted with a smile as I was walking around to view the place. The smell of the hotel is sensational and amazing. They even have an extraordinary dining experience which is a piece of art that will be presented on your dining plate.

Wonderful hotel. Han, the front desk powerman, was very polite and friendly. However, the breakfast was a little all over the place.The small black guy helped us get our table was helpful. Food wise, great 👍 👌. The dinner was good with the seafood and many more,i really appreciated the floor attendance. always smiling. Good job.The floor manager, I assume that is what he is,should greet more guests with different ethnic. Not direct himself to the white people only.Please push the standards aside. Treat everyone equally.

Best hotel stay in MY. They have really good breakfast buffet and their staff services are top notch. Definitely worth coming back to this hotel again if visiting KL. Only problem we encountered is from Grab drivers not knowing where to pick us up since there's different levels. Need to let them know to go up.

We stayed there for 3 days during our KL trip in Sept, I was very impressed by their staff's attentiveness, no matter those serving breakfast in the morning or the guy called Hasan cleaning our room every day with a beautiful warm note along with a towel folded swan dropped at our room after our first day stay which really made our day. Besides, their breakfast were fantastic with a wide variety of choices, I especially loved their papaya served at their fruit station which were so fresh and sweet. I would highly recommend this hotel to those who want to enjoy good hotel service and breakfast during their stay in KL.

No wonder this hotel is rated very highly. Checking-in was a breeze gf straightforward. Breakfast was brilliant with lots of choices and very tasty too. Just a reminder to go early as there were quite a few waiting to be seated during the busy hours. The rooms are brilliant - a nice supportive mattress, teamed up with luxurious huge pillows. That's a combo that will guarantee a good night's sleep for almost everyone. The rooms were clean and tidy, and the decor certainly helps the ambience.. Feels luxurious at this price range. A really relaxing shower with a few choices, and the Crabtree & Evelyn gel and shampoo does seem to be just right. The fact that it's smack in Central KL, with lots of options for transport and travel, really helps too. You'll definitely enjoy your stay!

It's a great hotel to stay when you are in Kulalampur. Walkable distance from KL Sentral. Everything is functional, and it is a walking distance to malls and a lot of restaurants. The hotel by itself has a few restaurants which are also well rated. I had the breakfast buffet, and it was decent. The bedding was firm the way I like it, and you have multiple pillow options.

Central and easy access from KL central station. Room are comfy except the king size bed are bit under maintenance, the bed sink. Like the gym, provides complete equipment & sufficient.

Great location if visiting for work, unsure for leisure. It’s directly connected to the KLIA express KL Sentral terminal so you can just take the 28min train in from the airport. Rooms were nice but noticed a few metal parts in the bathroom were rusty. Great service and friendly staff.

Looks beautiful and dining area eclectic Food esp at dinner included fresh oysters and smoked salmon. Very good. Wide array of many cuisines (Japanese, Malay, Chinese) even pizza!

Staff is awesome, been to many hotel but this is the best hotel with best service. Khairul concierge is very helpful! Would recommend this hotel as the environment is clean and also fancy. Good breakfast variety. Convenient

Firstly, the service is outstanding. We definitely feel welcomed during the stays. Front desk Omar is amazing. We are so happy to have him check us in. Secondly, the breakfast is epic! You can’t believe how many choices of cuisine you can find here. We definitely enjoy the food. Staffs are very friendly and attentive. About location, it’s 10 out of 10. It’s just right next to sentral station. It’s super convenient for public transportation. We couldn’t be happier about it. The facility of hotel is very good, big gym and pool. One of my fav places to stay in KL. Amenities are awesome, gyms well equipped with branded tools, cozy room with bathtub, delicious breakfast and well-trained staffs. The only drawback is valet too far away from lobby, so I cant pick my things easily from the car and need to wait for the jockey to bring it to me.

Convenient location, short 10 mins walk from the train station to the hotel. And the direct express train from the airport takes about half an hour avoiding the traffic jam to the airport. The service is great, friendly and always there whenever you need anything. The room was clean and spacious.

This is the BEST hotel in the world. The staff are exceptional and I stay here whenever I am in KL, which has not been as often as I would like over the past few years. Thanks to all of the team. 100% perfect.
