POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE Unprofessional staff managing customer reservations. They cancelled my reservation and decided to inform me via email one day ahead of appointment. You will have appointment cancelled upon arriving on door step without any good reason aside from “no slot””staff went for training “ Booking your appointment few days ahead doesn’t mean anything to them at all. The staffs are unapologetic and will do nothing about your wasted time. They don’t care. Book at your own risk.

Hi I just had facial yesterday, it cost me close to Rm 600 . It was the Secret treatment. My facial was with Annie , she was lovely. But after the treatment, almost immediately infact, my eyes were stinging. It was very irritated. She gave me a wet cotton pad to wipe my eyes. It was not working . Irritation got worse . Annie then offered me her eye drops and she said I was the second client who asked her for eye drops.( imagine that???!) The irritation never really went away. I had to wash off everything at home a few hours later, as it was intolerable. I am convinced some product was just not suitable for me. I am not allergic to anything as far as I know and have tried Thalgo, Marie France, Korean facials etc and there was never really a strong reaction. I what’s apped Sothys but there was no reply Funny how they chase you when they want to confirm that you show up. But after that, they dont seem to care ! Am quite disgusted.

Purposely came to Bangsar for my appt and they informed that they had canceled my appt via email. My appt was at 1pm and they sent out the email at 1130am !!! And I really cannot tahan the way that tied hair Chinese lady spoke to me so impolitely . You canceled my appt last minute somemore didn’t show nice face to me, like I am the one that do thing wrong.
