At the first time when I ordered my rib steak , the staff lady didn’t show good customer service. We waited our order and receipt came and realised the steak order was not in but the Captain Kamal came to me to double confirmed and apologised with the miscommunication and made sure that we had good dinner. He took care of us from the start til the end. Very good leader. 5 star rating for overall experience. Even the kitchen in charge came out to greet and asked for feedback. Very good Me’nate management 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 Also I want to thumb up to the waiter name mostafa. Thank you the great service and hospitality 👍🏻

first impressions were really good cuz of the nice deco, but the staff was not attentive. Price is around rm40-80 per pax, on the higher range, but unfortunately the taste doesnt justify the price. high quality ingredients used, but poor cooking skills that doesnt do justice to the ingredients. very unevenly fried potato fries, the burger was overcooked and tough, the buns were not properly seasoned, etc. Burgerlab, Burgertory, Chilli's, etc easily better than this. but probably will be back to try other things and revise rating in the future. for now, just 3 star

I ordered steak and it was my second time eating at Menate. Its really delicious and juicy. The best thing ive ever put in my mouth! However, this time my steak isnt cooked. Its raw. Luckily my friend noticed and asked for the waiter. They cook it again and the colour is perfect now! I am so happy. Although i wait a long time for my order, and its raw, and the waiter nor chef never apologized, i still eat happily because to me its a small matter and im just happy to be there and eat steak. I do dislike the free water though. It taste so sweet and the colour is so bright. Better pay a bit for drink rather than drink something unhealthy like that . Thats only my personal preference you do you ! Will definitely come again ! I like the garlic sauce! It taste so good with steak. I still cant believe such a delicious food is real! Worthh the money. But ill definitely save it for special occasion. My first time was at Menate Setapak and i recommend go there because the vibe is better!

Staff Mostofa was very kind and soft spoken. Overall, Good food, happy tummy. The food very delicious. The steak so yummy. Would repeat here again with my family.

My first visit to Me'nate (pronounced apparently as "Men Ate"). If you're ordering meat, you need to go to the freezer to select your own cut, tell the waitress your name and how you prefer your steak and what preparation (based on menu). Overall, the concept is unique but troublesome for elderly and kids. And if there's a large family there at the ordering station just before it's your turn, it can get annoying. There's no "system" and it depends on whether you're able to squeeze your way through if there's a crowd at the freezer. The meats were all yummy. I can consume a whole bowl of their blackpepper sauce. The fizzy cold fancy named drinks were not worth the price. Pizza is good, salads were not to my expectations. Lastly, I had not expected the prices to be so steep. Salmon was priced almost the same as a beef steak and lamb.

My family and I (13 of us) went to have dinner recently here. We booked prior to dinner. The staff had prepared our table to accomdate all of us. When ordering, the staff recommended us the set meal. Afraid that it was not sufficient, the staff informed us not to order more yet as she was definite it was enough for all of us! This was truly appreciated. Food was superb! Service was fast and the staff were very friendly with our kids!

Came here for birthday celebration, the staff affiq personally dropped a whatsapp message to assist me further on choosing the cake, table arrangement after i made a call to set up, kudos 👏🏻 The food *chef’s kiss* will definitely come back again

Sajjadur was our server for the night. No complaints from us absolutely good service. Polite 👍👍 On to the steaks - the best ive had in my life. chef (in 5th pic) has 10 over years of experience and it clearly shows. truly exceptional. highly recommend. please manage your expectations with the price point. you get what you pay for, and this was a superb dinner ❤️

I had a wonderful dining experience at Me'nate restaurant. I truly enjoyed the food, and the service was exceptional. Every staff member was incredibly friendly, making the overall atmosphere very welcoming. The food was not only delicious but also reasonably priced. The Lamb Shank was a standout dish with its delectable sauce, and the mashed potatoes were perfectly seasoned. The combination of flavors in this dish was truly outstanding. The salmon was another highlight of the meal. It was incredibly fresh and generously portioned. The sweetness of the salmon was delightful, and I couldn't have asked for a better fish dish. As for the Pesto Pizza, it was bursting with fantastic flavors. I particularly loved the huge amount of cheese on top. The pizza crust was perfectly crispy, adding to the overall delightful taste. In summary, Me'nate is a restaurant that I highly recommend. The combination of excellent food, top-notch service, and reasonable prices makes it a must-visit. I'll definitely be returning to savor more of their delectable dishes in the future.
