Was sending my tag heuer for service here but tgey no longer open for public since 2020. You need to drop the watch to the outlet at pavilion 3rd floor.

I wanted to change battery of my watch at Mid Valley outlet. But being told need to send d watch to Wisma Chuang. I'm not staying nearby Mid Valley hence it's not convenient to come back Mid Valley to collect. Then came to Wisma Chuang service centre personally. But being told they don't accept walk in and need to send to their outlet. D outlet will send it to Wisma Chuang to service. Isn't it absurd!!!!??? I'm already here at your service centre. And why didn't your Mid Valley outlet staff tell me that u don't entertain walk in????

Drive all the way to come here but couldn’t get any services!! 😡😡🤬🤬 Was told their stupid SOP is enforce every customer send the watch to their stupid boutique shop, then boutique shop to send them only!!!!!! What the…. Was told need also wait at least 1 month….. damnnnnn Your customer purposely spend time come to your service centre due to want get the the watch on the same day if it’s possible, but now you ask us F off… the lady who served at the front also rude and no manner, no smiling face, like owe her few million…. Very very terrible experience with Tag Heuer service centre!!! Highly not recommended as created a lot of hassle to customers!!! Will not support this brand anymore!!!! 👎🏿👎🏿

LVMH malaysia service is excellent! Had a Zenith watch with issue and they went all the way with their support. Initially came across some problems with sending my watch to them through the ADs in malaysia which I was about to give up on and just live with it but when I told them of the problems I had, they contacted me and asked me to send the watch directly to their service center. After that, it was smooth sailing and my watch issue was fixed within a week. Definitely recommended to contact them for any issues with your watches from LVMH group (Zenith, etc.).

There a lot high end watches.The most challenging is too convince and is more valuable.Also have lot of choices with reasonable price.

For luxury watch dealers, what happened to your customer care phone line? Really disappointing no one is answering even i am keep dialling…better sort your phone line lar …i wasted my time to come all the way to this office hearing that after pendamic i cant personally sent watch for service…it wouldn’t have happened if your customer care answered the phone and explained it…

Sent my Tag Heuer F1 recently to LVMH thru Tag Heuer Boutique The Gardens for battery replacement, strap replacement and partial service. My F1 was in perfect condition before it reaches LVMH. Sadly after the service, i received my F1 with many scratches on the case back and strap clasp. As an authorized service center, LVMH should take good care of clients’ valuable timepieces. Very bad workmanship!
