Check in was painful. They informed us about needing to transfer a deposit at least 1 day before check-in, we were notified of this a couple hours before check in time... The WiFi only worked half the time. When we went to reception during the opening hours, the lady there was not friendly and welcoming. Any communication with them was unnecessarily painful. Check out was equally painful with the lady mucking around when we had already pre organised our departure time, she had the people skills of a rock. The people in the upstairs apartment seemed to think midnight was an appropriate time to start jumping and dancing making it difficult to sleep. At times I thought they had a herd of elephants performing some kind of tribal dance. Other nights there was loud drum and bass music until 6am from neighbours, it was thumping like I was at a rave - it only got louder later into the night. I am a heavy sleeper but this kept me awake. The location is good with proximity to several shopping centres and MRT. The showers were hot with great pressure. Large spacious apartment. Tidy gym and the pool was large and clean. Although the pool security spent his day staring at people as if he wants them to be uncomfortable

Great location. Just a few minutes from MRT Maluri, Aeon Mall, and LRT Maluri. The unit I stayed in was managed by Maya. Very clean and the response from their on-site team was excellent! However, it would be much better if they provide washing powder and cooking essentials.

Stayed for 4 night paid very reasonable price. Nice view from balcony and only 10 minutes distance from Bukit Bintang area. And very very short distance from big shopping malls nearby about 5 minutes on foot. And it has a clean and big size pool on the 9th floor. It also has a kids pool as well. Overall I can definitely give them 5 stars!! ☆☆☆☆☆

Good location in the heart of the city. Also ideal for people wanting to visit the city during transit. Sunway velocity is also next door and has a variety of both local and international food and shopping.

The best stay ever for my family trip. Good location since it was just a walk away from Sunway Velocity. Ms. Imah was very helpful during our stay at UNA serviced apartment. Will look to stay at here again.

Car park is nightmare! The assigned lots always occupied by others. The entrance/exit of all parking floor are nightmare too! Was told to bring the rubbish away when check out then what’s the cleaning fee for? The space from entrance to the parking lots for waiting and check in/out purpose to actual parking lots are all very narrow. Bad sound proof. Can hear neighbours noise when they open door or talking at corridor, can hear the noise from surrounding too.

Great service from host. 1) Room with 2 large double bed which quite comfortable and good. Has large living room, cooking place and also washing machine. 2) The pool is quite long and peaceful. Very good for people that want healing moment to stay at chill place. 3) You need access card to access every floor. They have pool, gym and also surau. They also opened till 10pm and its not too deep. 4) Its near to Sunway velocity mall, and MRT which quite accessible for public transport and also sight seeing.

DO NOT BOOK!! This apartment was a nightmare to deal with. Firstly, we tried calling to let them know we will be arriving late, someone answered but wasnt even able communicate properly. I ended up messaging the property. We get there and then we get to know we are booked with Five senses (this whole building/apartment has a lot separate owners that give out rooms). The owner sends us a staff on her behalf to get us checked in. It was at this time when they told us we needed to pay a deposit before checking and we needed to pay using cash only. We didnt have cash since we had just travelled from Singapore by bus and reached around 11pm. We offered to pay using card however they refused, we explained the situation/reason about us not having cash but they just refused to cooperate. Bear in mind that the staff that was sent by the owner didn't speak English at all and we were talking to the owner on the staff's phone. After a lot of back & forth we asked them to wait while one of us arranges for cash. At this point the owner started yelling over the phone saying "how long do you want me to wait for you my staff and I have to sleep and go home" Additionally they started making excuses to not give us our rooms, first they said to pay a deposit, after we offered to get cash they said we were taking too long and that now we cant check in because we came in after the check-in time. (The staff was sent to us after check in time anyway which showed that they were willing to check us in). After we confronted that they were now switching reasons to not check us in, the owner told us to cancel the booking and disconnected the call while the staff just walked away from reception and into the building. I then called up Agoda and explained the situation, Agoda talked to the owner and the owner refused to give us a refund even though it wasn't our fault. Agoda kept taking the owners side and said that we would have to talk to the owner & request for a refund. How can we ask for a refund when there is absolutely no one to talk to?! (Staff had walked away with her phone which was the only means of communication to the owner, I tried calling but they wouldn't answer). We then told Agoda to let us check in for the remaining nights we had booked and the owner refused to do that as well. So they are refusing to give us a refund and refusing to let us stay. It was only when we said that they can't refuse options both to us, then Agoda agreed for the refund. Most likely the owners had given our rooms to someone else that's why they didn't let us stay the other nights. Also note that while i was contacting Agoda and trying to book another hotel they kicked us out of the reception area so we forced on the street. Absolutely no humanity at all! So we were forced onto the street from 11pm night to 3pm the following day (the other hotel's check in time) in a country where we didnt know anyone and had never been before. TLDR: DO NOT BOOK THIS APARTMENT ESPECIALLY WITH FIVE SENSES. The staff is incredibly rude, unhelpful and just trash in general. I would give 0 stars if it was possible
