NOT
BOOK!!
This
apartment
was
a
nightmare
to
deal
with.
Firstly,
we
tried
calling
to
let
them
know
we
will
be
arriving
late,
someone
answered
but
wasnt
even
able
communicate
properly.
I
ended
up
messaging
the
property.
We
get
there
and
then
we
get
to
know
we
are
booked
with
Five
senses
(this
whole
building/apartment
has
a
lot
separate
owners
that
give
out
rooms).
The
owner
sends
us
a
staff
on
her
behalf
to
get
us
checked
in.
It
was
at
this
time
when
they
told
us
we
needed
to
pay
a
deposit
before
checking
and
we
needed
to
pay
using
cash
only.
We
didnt
have
cash
since
we
had
just
travelled
from
Singapore
by
bus
and
reached
around
11pm.
We
offered
to
pay
using
card
however
they
refused,
we
explained
the
situation/reason
about
us
not
having
cash
but
they
just
refused
to
cooperate.
Bear
in
mind
that
the
staff
that
was
sent
by
the
owner
didn't
speak
English
at
all
and
we
were
talking
to
the
owner
on
the
staff's
phone.
After
a
lot
of
back
&
forth
we
asked
them
to
wait
while
one
of
us
arranges
for
cash.
At
this
point
the
owner
started
yelling
over
the
phone
saying
"how
long
do
you
want
me
to
wait
for
you
my
staff
and
I
have
to
sleep
and
go
home"
Additionally
they
started
making
excuses
to
not
give
us
our
rooms,
first
they
said
to
pay
a
deposit,
after
we
offered
to
get
cash
they
said
we
were
taking
too
long
and
that
now
we
cant
check
in
because
we
came
in
after
the
check-in
time.
(The
staff
was
sent
to
us
after
check
in
time
anyway
which
showed
that
they
were
willing
to
check
us
in).
After
we
confronted
that
they
were
now
switching
reasons
to
not
check
us
in,
the
owner
told
us
to
cancel
the
booking
and
disconnected
the
call
while
the
staff
just
walked
away
from
reception
and
into
the
building.
I
then
called
up
Agoda
and
explained
the
situation,
Agoda
talked
to
the
owner
and
the
owner
refused
to
give
us
a
refund
even
though
it
wasn't
our
fault.
Agoda
kept
taking
the
owners
side
and
said
that
we
would
have
to
talk
to
the
owner
&
request
for
a
refund.
How
can
we
ask
for
a
refund
when
there
is
absolutely
no
one
to
talk
to?!
(Staff
had
walked
away
with
her
phone
which
was
the
only
means
of
communication
to
the
owner,
I
tried
calling
but
they
wouldn't
answer).
We
then
told
Agoda
to
let
us
check
in
for
the
remaining
nights
we
had
booked
and
the
owner
refused
to
do
that
as
well.
So
they
are
refusing
to
give
us
a
refund
and
refusing
to
let
us
stay.
It
was
only
when
we
said
that
they
can't
refuse
options
both
to
us,
then
Agoda
agreed
for
the
refund.
Most
likely
the
owners
had
given
our
rooms
to
someone
else
that's
why
they
didn't
let
us
stay
the
other
nights.
Also
note
that
while
i
was
contacting
Agoda
and
trying
to
book
another
hotel
they
kicked
us
out
of
the
reception
area
so
we
forced
on
the
street.
Absolutely
no
humanity
at
all!
So
we
were
forced
onto
the
street
from
11pm
night
to
3pm
the
following
day
(the
other
hotel's
check
in
time)
in
a
country
where
we
didnt
know
anyone
and
had
never
been
before.
TLDR:
DO
NOT
BOOK
THIS
APARTMENT
ESPECIALLY
WITH
FIVE
SENSES.
The
staff
is
incredibly
rude,
unhelpful
and
just
trash
in
general.
