I was tested positive for Covid-19 since a week ago. Just wanted to visit a doctor to get some proper treatment for my fever. The old Aunty receptionist refuse to let me in when I told her about my condition. she chased me away as if like I’m a zombie or ghost. That’s very rude actually. She even mentioned that no doctor can treat me. That’s practically spreading wrong information.

Doctors refuse to SEE covid patient. The elderly Chinese receptionist is exceptionally terrible in her job. The most rude person and unempathic person to be sitting at the frontdesk.

Very good there is This clinic that is opened 24 hours. Due to 24 hours opening off course the doctor changes due to shift. You won't know which doctor is on duty unless you call in. Difficult to find parking during working hours but no issue in the evening. Overall clinic is clean and at night there is security guard just to take care in case any robbery. However downside doctor seems to use traditional glass thermometer which you have to put into your mouth which seems not so hygienic.

Didn't really check the symptoms, and the doctor opened full medicine for me and charges RM 140.00, didn't open mouth to check if inflammation exist, the dcotor just asked u to take the full dose of antibiotics. 37.1 celcous is considered fever, according to the doctor... Think again when visiting this clinic!

After seeing doctor when come to payment the chinese lady said only cash but I remember can pay by transfer then i ask but she forces me to take cash the reason is because today not enough cash what kind of reason is that?? And also that day I was in high fever the chinese lady was very rude and not respest patient at all The bill was charges 105

Surprised to see so many bad reviews. Visited many times and seems good, Doctors are friendly and patient as well. However, waiting time may be slightly longer but still acceptable.

Dr Zahari is very nice and good doctor. He can even speak Chinese. However this doctor is not always in. Need to call before you go there. He is the only doctor I will see in this clinic.

Went visit last 2 days due to sore throat, bad cough and fever. treated by a mid age chinese lady doctor, she only check my breath, not even care to see my throat nor check my fever degree. The frontdesk malay girl and indian girl, also both not so friendly, do you aware we are a patient?? The indian wrote my MC for 1 day where I only MC for second half day (noon), when i request for half day she was not even care to know the differences of 1 day and half day and told me no they cant change. Can I pay you half day when u worked for 1 day? Now you get the meaning?? I urge you doctors and front desk please be more professional and caring , be responsible especially for the profession you are involved in. We were being charged and you should provide your service at least average. RM115 for the bill.

very rude and inconsiderate staff, only accept cash? what generation ady? due to insufficient cash, i can only pay consultation fee and few medicines but she forced me to go bank and withdraw cash? and the bank was like so far away? and so sick cant even speak due to infectious tonsilitis and was whole body ache. disappointed! not professional. kindly improve your management

Dr. Muhamad Zainol was very rude, I said that I'm having constipation and I asked for MC for a day cause I just want to rest cause my stomach is cramping. He literally said it's not considered as sickness and don't go here anymore. I never experience like this in any other clinic. It is my right and I'm the one who's feeling it. I understand that you are doing your job but being so rude is not acceptable. Good thing the girl at the counter was accomodating somehow.

The counter fat Chinese lady was extremely rude n the attitude is like she owns the clinic. Just an employee, why the attitude so bad, I'm on severe flu and serious cough and she just ignoring me while I standing in front of the counter trying to register to see doc. What a rude old fat lady
