Called to ask about pricing before making reservation. Was told that smaller rooms were full so we had to take bigger room but they would charge member price and we could get free room upgrade due to loudspeaker membership. Someone else ended up paying because we went in different cars and it ended up being the full amount (non member price) bt loudspeaker staff nvr bothered to double check despite the conversation we alr had prior to making the reservation 💀 Feel so cheated... Ambience is nice but I hate the dishonesty.. Ended up paying more RM36+ per person divided by 7 pax in total.. Lesson learned...

Gotten a big room for 10. Paid 2 hours, get free 1 hour from membership. Great place! There's dynamic lightings. Provides some snacks n drinks.

This is a relatively new Loud Speaker KTV outlet in the city center. My friend and I thought of giving this outlet a try when the Loud Speaker outlet we initially wanted to go to was fully booked till night on a Sunday. When I called, the staff were quite responsive and patiently telling us the availability and the price charged. Upon entering the premise, the great design showcases the warmth and vitality of the place at the same time. Every corner is being maximized. Finally, my friend and I took the mini studio (RM 28 per room per hour, no discount for members, no drinks provided) as the other types of rooms are not available at that moment. After making payment with the machine with the guidance of helpful staff, we were brought into the mini studio. I would say the room is just good for two people (even it is up to 4 people are allowed). The sound system is good. Not much disturbance were heard from outside. Overall, it was a pleasant experience to try the mini studio here.

Overall, my team was happy with the 3 hours spent there. The place was new and clean. The small setback was, in my POV, we could not find a lot of songs so the establishment should look into getting a more extensive library.

My favourite karaoke place atm. It's a must go. Affordable price and decent selection of songs. I do hope they'd add latest songs too. Excellent ambient, nice decoration. The monitor isn't the most users friendly, nonetheless I love this particular place. Some of the songs came out weird though. I choose some songs and it only played halfway. Highly recommended. Would definitely come again soon.

The place is super Instagramable, nice chill and super cold!!! Service and sound is great. But we start at 11.11pm should end at 2.11am, 3 hours, but when it's 1.58am they lock the room dont let us sing, asked the reception she says is auto she also dunno

Decent sound selection and quality, however at times the audio would not sync with the song. Affordable karaoke spot, however food is overpriced for very poor quality; high chance it's microwaved - one of my colleagues ordered something off the menu and it came within 3-5 minutes. Staff were accommodating and there's free flow snacks, juices and teas outside; they also provide blankets since AC can't be adjusted.

Great atmosphere, family friendly karaoke. Good collection of English songs, Hindi song collection can be a bit better.

Relatively new hangout and sing karaoke place! This Loud Speaker 2.0 is a new franchise with new concept of experience. Unlike the affordable with student discount Load Speaker you know about, this is more cater to people who willing to spend more and experience different environment. For me I think price are the higher side due to the location but you get you paid for. If you are about experience, or catering business, give it a try.
