Smacked right in the middle of bt bintang town, we saw this karaoke joint. We gave it a try and was pleasantly surprised. Song selections were quite good. Sound system was not too bad either. Seats were comfortable. Staff were nice. Prices were quite reasonable maybe due to the time we were there. We sang from 1.30pm to 3.30pm. Drinks were included n free flow. If we were around the same place, we would visit again.

Good karaoke spot. You need to take the lift to the shop. There is student price for only RM8.10 (including taxes) for 1 hour on weekdays. The price including free flows of water/sodas and some snacks. The room and sound systems were decent. The music selections are quite good with all the popular songs in different languages. Cons, you can also hear other people singing from the other room. But it shouldn't be problem when your music are on. You can also order foods from your rooms via the QR. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. They will guide you on using the monitor.

If you’re looking for a place to have a good Karaoke experience, then you may consider this place. HOWEVER, if you want to have a decent food while having a Karaoke session, then have it elsewhere. The food is probably among the most unpleasant that I’ve had. From the serving time and its quality, its just really not worth it. The salted egg mac and cheese didn’t taste like a salted egg at all. And it’s soo dry! For the nachos, we weren’t sure what kind of nachos they’ve used. It felt like you’re eating a popiah wrapper. Finally, this 1kg cheesy fries. Gosh, the fries seemed like it has been stuck and waiting to be prepared for the whole day. It was cold and soggy already. All in all, the karaoke was nice. Plus the washroom. But other than that, it was meh.

The food is cooked effortlessly. Looks like cat foods lol. That day I came here we are 3pax and was given a huge room but today we are 5pax and were given a tiny room but there's a lot of empty rooms. I came here today coz I recommended your place to my friends but we're too disappointed with the attitude of your staff Khairi and the guy manager who don't even know what customer service is. We are at the reception area and I told Khairi 5pax we will get the RM28++ and I told him 2 four cheese but he is not responding at all just looking at the computer. Suddenly he handed us the settled bill and to my surprise it was written there 5 four cheese lol are we gonna have a pizza party??? I told him I said 2 four cheese, he told me that I said four cheese so all pizza. I told him I said 2 four cheese because you are not listening to me!!! And he has a very black face already and told the manager in "Malay" that I said 5 four cheese but I can understand him. Hello have some manners you are blaming the customer for your own fault and some more you are letting me hear that!!! Pls have training on customer service. We are paying customers not coming here for free!!!! I saw my receipt written there for 90mins but they told us it is 2hrs singing time and when I asked the manager about it he was so irritated and told the staff to bring us uptairs already. We are all working in f&b also and your place doesn't have any knowledge on how to communicate and handle customers queries. All the cups are dirty if not still have Milo stains it has lipstick on it. Disgusting! I saw it on YouTube about manekineko in Japan and it was amazing, but this outlet in Malaysia is ruining their name. I'll just find another outlet in KL maybe have better service or better just go to Redbox quite expensive but nicer even finding songs here is too hard. The music is not ngam to the beat lol. So disappointed coz it's cheap doesn't mean you guys should treat us like this!!!!!! Other young staffs are good and the girl. Other than that is so bad. The food is disgusting as well as the service!!!!!!

the have incredible platform with service ( they make me feel comfortable ), their price ( 25rm before tax for 3 hours including snack and coca buffet ), and their song menu diverse, updated; also the sound quality, room design, microphone, reasonably reasonable.

For the pricing, can't complain. They offer free soft drinks and titbits. Good place to hangout with friends to sing and enjoy the good time,

This is my first time visiting here. The atmosphere was good and the service given was excellent. All facilities are well maintained, and the free flow drinks are delightful. The only problem is that there are not many new songs in their system yet.

book a room for 5 person. only manage to get 1 good mic out of all 5. mic sound wasnt as expected. management should invest more on sound system. songs variety were not that much. system are hard use and instruction are not clear. but the snacking and sodas are free flow👍🏻👍🏻 just need to upgrade to a better karaoke system. environment is decent.

Been here twice, staff were great and good attitude, they will guide customer to the room, variety of songs and comfy room. Suitable for alone karaoke :) hope can add more snack option

Real Karaoke experience is here at Manekineko coz having a great mic and speaker sound is what I am looking for. Plus, the convenience of searching songs using our cellphones is a good tool, too. All the more, the place is super cool and cold at the same time. You will never worry about getting hot after all the singing and dancing with your friends and loved ones. Food is tasty and affordable and staff is accommodating. Overall, I can say that this is the best place to go when hanging out with friends.
