very bad service by one of the older looking sales rep. he probably judged us based on our look. walked into the store and was completely ignored even though he is not doing anything other than standing there and staring. asked to take a look at a handbag but his attitude were as if we owe him money or what, showing us the annoyed look and doesn't even want to answer any questions. then another customer walked in, he immediately went over to the customer and left us hanging there. in the end, we went over to Dior that provided way better services so we bought bags from Dior instead. will never ever return to this particular Prada store anymore

Second trip to the store, Paco and Stephen are very friendly and greetings were excellent. Love how they gave advice on which bag suits me best. End up buying 2 beautiful bags.

I went to Prada in early April just to browse around. Saw a cute green bag but did not purchase it. A few later, I went back to Prada again but the colour I liked was sold out. This is when I was served by Forgus Foo. He was very polite and patient. Once I confirmed that I wanted the bag, Forgus proceeded to have the bag delivered from another branch overseas. I went back to prada a few days to make my payment, thinking that I would need to wait for my bag. What a pleasant I got when Forgus told me that he had my precious bag in hand! I couldn’t believe that I got my bag in few day. Such excellent service. Keep it up and Tq☺️

There was a male sales who refused us directly, and didn't let us in when someone came out, as if she didn't want to pay attention to us, obviously already saw us but she ignored to serve, this kind of staff please train well before coming to work, it is a bit rude to customers

SA very rude, could have talk very nicely to ask us to wait outside because it's full, literally put the chain and lock to not let us in as if we cannot understand what he said. Will not buy from here, KLCC is better.

Just called to this branch yesterday enquire some products avaibility at store. A female staff answered the call and she was lack of customer service skill and being rude and irresponsible while she answered my questions. Bad customer service experience with this store. So lousy. Please provide more training to those sales staff to meet the standard of greeting and service the customer.
