very horrible experience at Pavilion KL outlet, went for the RM99 promo for HIFU and was told it was only for 20 shots, but not stated on their IG beforehand. NVM, when i went there, i was put into a room and got hardsold like crazy. Declined all and in the end settled for the promo i paid for with an additional facial because i wanted to do a facial also. you should be ashamed for the hardselling. bodoh!!

Tuesde Mid Valley - I bought the promotion trial package (for few visits). Come once and never comin back. Hard-selling, worst customer service. They warmly welcomed me when I first arrived at the place. Then, did short consultation and this was when they started to hard-selling their package. I refused to stick with the trial package to see the effectiveness before spend more money on other package. The consultant face changed from being friendly to seem cold and probably said "this lady here don't want to buy the package blablabla..." to his colleagues (in Chinese). When one lady started the treatment, she did it very roughly and half heartedly (i have experiences with facial treatments at other places, so i know this place is BAD BAD). After treatment, i need to sit and face the hardselling again and this time from another person, a lady. After what i experienced, do you think I will throw money for such a WORST place??? and what make it EVEN WORST, the lady who did my facial treatment FORCED me to give them 5 starts. MINDBLOWN! I told her that I will rate them later. She didn't care. So I rated them 5 stars but later deleted it. I JUST FKING WANTED TO GO HOME! AND YES THE TREATMENT CAUSED MY SKIN TO BREAK OUT. WORST WORST WORST!

Don’t come here hyper hard selling and non stop to push you to take the package 😡 make people feel damn angry. Some more after the treatment totally no result 👎 just wasting time !!

A promotion scam alert!! Being forced to take expensive package. Paid for promo price for two treatment but only allowed to do once

I just tried up my promo treatment here,after turn up to join the Member facial package,after the trial treatment I saw my pigment is definitely glowing,even the pores is smaller, wish to come next visit to have more improvement

Had 3 appointments here in Pavilion and all the staffs handle my skin real good! Had a nice conversations too during the process and overall it was a great experience in Tuesdè @ Pavilion KL! Would recommend to my friends to do their facial here👍🏻❤️

I’ll like to dedicate my review to Maggie, Candy and Janice for introducing the right treatment for my face condition, it has proven results even since the first treatment I felt my face smoother and hydrated. Their staff here are courteous and always serve with a smile. Overall really recommended and always come back. P.S. their city view room 🤩🤩

Since I start doing facial treatments here, my skin conditions are getting better and much more better. I have combination type of skin and on top of that I have a dry skin also uneven skin tone.. but after doing treatment here it changes drastically.. and the staff here also really nice and helpful..

This place is NOT focusing on customer's problem nor customer's satisfaction. Came in for the RM99 Pico laser promo but end up being force to pay RM799 for a 3 session of misleading name of treatment. They name the product so bougie but it was so basic. They are trying to sell so hard they came up with so many non-existing promotion and try to convince you it was approved by the Store Manager. I had a very bad breakout after the 1st treatment that they offer me a substitute on the second treatment but it's only for 1 time. The next session it will be back to the same skin damaging treatment. After the 3 treatment My skin is really damage that whenever i washed my face it's so painful. I have to get a dermatologist to help me to repair my skin. They don't care if you say you cant afford it. They will give you all kind of installment alternative as long as they can scoop out your money. If you have a sensitive skin, JUST DONT COME HERE. Even you don't have sensitive skin, just DONT COME!!

I had a great experience here, and it was my first time had a facial. the staffs are so friendly and very helpful whenever ask a question. they really help and willing to teach more. go and get your facial here girls at Pavilion KL, so worth it! 🌟🌟

Friendly staff ,good enviroment and treatment was effective , after i done my 6times treatment ,my acne skin getting better even smoother. will recommend friend and my family soon ❤️❤️
