Many local food fares can be seen at here...my favourite yong kee 三间庄 roasted intestine pork noodles, chicken rice, kuih, pastries, chee cheong fun, asam laksa, bbq char siew rice, etc. The best is the coffee is pretty up to standard too.

This place have many store which serve variety of hawker food . Taste ok and pricing reasonable. Must try the steam tilapia fish offer by one of the store.fly chicken also not bad. But the satay taste not so good. The fly hokkien mee and meehong must try also. This kopitam highly recomended clean..safe and fast services

Clean place. Looks organized. 23 April 2020 =========== Western food. A lot of choices. Even have boneless duck. Nice & friendly owner. Tried black pepper chicken. Comes with 2 piece bread + fries + gravy. Taste mediocre, but no complains as it's not too expensive , at RM 13. 24 April 2020 =========== Curry mee. Unfortunately, no siham. Mediocre curry taste, but no complains, as it comes with a lot of Mee hoon, at RM 7.

visited JC for late lunch-3pm. Most stalls are closed for the day bar claupot chicken rice, Penang Mee Yoke, Duck egg Char Kuey Teow, Fried rice and Warisan Nasi Kukus. We had:- 1) Penang Mee Yoke @ RM8 - ok but not great 2) Duck Egg CKT with sunny side up & raw cockles @ RM8.50 - pretty good and the owner a chatty uncle. 3) Warisan nasi kukus with ayam goreng berempah @ RM9.50 - whole ayam goreng berempah is well marinated, full of flavor. nasi kukus is mediocre, pretty wet and soggy. accompanying sambal and curry sauce is mediocre. Place is clean and air-conditioned. Parking is a nightmare as this place is well known for it.

3 shops slot join together. Still have many empty stalls not fully open yet. You can find varieties of breakfast choice here. Salty chicken tatse not bad but freaking expensive rm12 per plate. Clear soup fish head noodle taste good. Western food selling like hot cake as the price is affordable. Fatty black char siew sold out at 11plus. Will definitely revisit to try out this fatty char siew.

Surprisingly clean compared to other "kopitiams". Heard that the owner personally tastes the food before onboarding stalls/vendors so there's some form of QC. Went there for Fatty's Char Siu and roasted chicken. However parking is absolutely horrid in the area.

Restaurant is spacious. Place is clean.Variety of choice. Not necessary to go for food unless enroute. Good for breakfast.(Hungry Ghost Steak Hse) recommended.

To me, the prices are moderate and the portions served are reasonable with the prices. In terms of parking, it is a daunting task because the place is in the exact same location with 3 blocks of residence and also a school. Many of the patrons just park wherever they pleased and want and cause terrible jam at that area.
