I'm a big fan of Korean BBQ, and this is my first time trying this restaurant. As I was eating alone, I ordered 1 portion of meat and cold tea only. The tea and meat was served in 10 minutes, but it took another 10 minutes before I was given charcoal. I could just wait in disbelief as they served coals to bigger tables that's just placed their orders (while my meat was chilling on my table); they even took their time to serve the side dishes. When the coal finally turned up, it was very weak and I could just continue waiting until they realized my meat wasn't cooking. Honestly, service quality is quite bad and the taste was just so-so. Personally, I would not consider coming back, and would opt for another restaurant under the same managing group, Apple Samyupsal instead.

Their bbq is recommended. Fried rice is delicious yet seafood pancake is crispy. However their kimchi jigae is so normal and not recommended. Personally hoping that their side dishes could have some improvements. I saw the reviews saying their service is very bad, but for me is okay.

Salad and side dish is good. Meat is fresh and well marinated. Will back again.

We did not made reservations and waited 40 minutes for a table. Fortunately, there were plenty of shopping to do in Mid Valley while waiting. We ordered a BBQ set for 2-3 pax (can't remember which set but it has chicken and pork but no beef) although there were only two of us. As it was the first time we were eating at the restaurant, we did not know what to expect. First came the standard Korean side dishes, the BBQ set and a pot of soup on a stove. The hot charcoal for the BBQ came much later. The overall waiting time was long. Could it because it took some time to fire up the charcoal? The eight side dishes were tasty and better than most Korean restaurants we had visited. It was good start. The server came to prepare the soup and the preparation was impressive. But the soup taste did not meet expectation. Not that it was bad, but we were expecting more after the impressive start. Next was the BBQ. The meat was well marinated and tasted excellent. We liked it. The mushrooms were average. Sweet potato, cooked inside the charcoal, was excellent, not too sweet nor sticky. Overall, it was a satisfying meal and would have been better had the soup lived up to its expectation and preparation time shorter.

Rating it 3 because of the experience, as to why? Only one of their staff as a front line servers can speak English, its so hard to explain and ask something to the staff. I am not criticising the staff nor degrading them however as a server we should at least know the basic in communicating in English because there are foreigners who are coming to the restaurant. I believe this is something that the restaurant owner can take a suggestion for the customer to have a better experience when dining in to the restaurant. The place is cool and not to discredit the food it's delicious.

This restaurant is not as good as Korean Palsaik restaurant at adjacent Mid Valley. The beef from the rib taste rubbery whereas pork meat is tastier. Not much choice of drinks actually. Only soju is available n normal beer. Service is not good. Probably pandemic caused staff shortage and it doesn't help when a local staff raised his voice at a Bangla waiter. This is not a good environment and doesn't fit the Garden image. I have been to Shinmapo USJ and the environment are the same. Service as bad too. Pancake is probably the best of all the food in the restaurant. Volcano fried rice taste worse than the Han's fried rice next door

Too lousy services and unhygienic food. i called waiter for order and refill but they pretend did not hear amy call from me. Secondly, bbq meat prepared by the waiters was placed on the used plate.

$$$ for the portion rendered and during CMCO time, there’s not enough servers thus service is poor. Waited 20 mins to get our heating plate after the meat arrived. Marination of meat still good however side dishes has been reduced to only 5 cheap vege.

I’m eating 5 stars for the service my boy gave, the food is Aight but his service is amazing. My boy Gerard gave us his time and patience and gently explained the steps to eating the meats and changing our plates and give full on class A service in full smiles and humility. No server in my life took my attention as much as Gerard did. And he’s new too! Kudos to his service Shout him out and show him some love next time u dine here. Amazing Gerard.

Great service from the staff, cook, refill dishes and attentive. Quality meat and variety of refillable side dish. Worth ordering the set meal, good portion with reasonable price.

Food was pretty good, clean and fresh. Friendly staffs and they're always present to do the BBQ meat grilling for you! Restaurant itself is also spacious with lots of seats!

I can say it's decent and relatively good, but not perfect. The food is great. I love the barbequed beef as it was cooked just nice! The meat had a bit of a burn taste which made it nicer especially with juice in the meat. Japchae is great, noodles a bit stuck together and the beef in the japchae was too dry until we couldn't chew the big pieces. Kimchi jjigae very good. Side dishes so-so. The staff there was kind and friendly, service is good. Restaurant's cleanliness could've been better, honestly. I will come back if I want to go to a Korean restaurant and shop in Mid Valley.

Have a very full lunch here. I love their marinated pork and chicken. They will help us to grill the meat on the charcoal grill. They provided a variety of food inside the BBQ package. That is rare when you will get sweet potato, pineapple, and enoki mushroom. They provided a big portion of cheese pot. I guess they mix mozzarella cheese and parmesan cheese. I dislike their side dishes personally.

It was my daughter birthday, looking for a decent Korean BBQ restaurant inside the mall with pork, and we are here after going through the reviews in google. We are happy with the food and service provided by Garard. He is patient, polite and kind in serving the food to us. Food taste good. Recommended to visit if u like classic Korean BBQ. I will advice you to make booking before visit, that’s a lot of people during dinner time.

Great food and environment here, would recommend the cold buck wheat noodle, korean pancake and BBQ here. Just a minor nitpick, some of the squid meat might be a bit burnt/ overcooked, but overall it's good.

Been here three times, satisfied with the service. Food is excellent all around and the people here are courteous. Helps that the side dishes are unlimited and the meats are cooked to near perfection 👍🏽 PS you must try the cheese pot, it’s literally to get hypercholesterolemia for.

Super great service from Gerard. Cook patiently with passion and explain well on the meat part. He is able to explain the menu and give good suggestion on ordering. He injured his finger but not giving any excuse and still working professionally. He gain my respect. 🫡🫡

I recently had the pleasure of dining here that left me thoroughly impressed. Not only was the food exceptional, but the service was truly remarkable. From the moment we walked in, the staff Jess greeted us with warm smiles and guided us to our table. Our server Ayron was attentive, knowledgeable about the menu, and helped us navigate the variety of cuts and flavors available for grilling. He patiently explained the cooking process and was very attentive to our needs to enhance our experience. The star of the show, of course, was the food. The quality of the meat was outstanding - tender, well-marinated, and full of flavor. The grill at our table was expertly set up, allowing us and/or server to cook the meat to perfection. It was evident that the kitchen took great care in sourcing their ingredients and preparing them with precision.

Generous servings of bottomless side dishes, pricey but great service. Meat are all well marinated. Kimchi pancake is good but a little oily. All in all a happy visit

Everything was just so so, for the same price you could get far more superior quality in other restaurants. And the side dishes were so sad, refillable but they don’t even provide sweet potato, anchovies, bean sprouts, baby spinach, seaweed soup which are normal pancan you can find in a kbbq restaurant. Staffs will do the cooking but personally I think it was slightly overcooked.

The server Gerard was so nice and patient. He helped us to cook the meat, explained the different parts of the meat and made sure that our side dishes are refilled when we asked. Loved it.

Grilled pork belly is the best ever belly that I ever had. It tastes incredible. Recommended place if you want to have Bbq pork belly. 100g portion is really not enough. Bbq Sweet potatoes would be perfect if restaurant gave some butter and salt

Understaffed currently. The SOP is food is ordered and the staff cook for you. With no staff to cook for you, it kinda fails. They are trying their best though, so okay lah.

3,5/5 Been here few times for lunch or dinner. Recommended to go here during lunch time. Value for money when you opt for lunch menu. More than enough for 2 peoples. Opt for add on mini pancake for only 8rm. Lunch menu pork platter (3,5/5) Huge portions for 2 persons. Generous amount of marinated pork meat. The mini panjeon or pancake pretty tasty and the size just nice for 2 persons eating.

Side dish is not good at all. Service was bad. We ordered pork and when it was served, we thought it was chicken and clarified with the waitress. However she just answered sternly 'it's pork and then walked away. Her attitude was unfriendly, unhelpful and arrogant. Food was below average and expensive. Dont come.

Brought parents here to try, were amazed by its food, in particular its pork belly, japchae and seafood pancake 😍 not forgetting to mention their friendly & attentive manager Mackoy 👍🏻who grilled our meat to perfection and is attentive to replace our side dishes with new one instantly without being asked. Overall great food with even more amazing service experience.
