Lift to the karaoke located to the right side of the entrance, next to the Sephora escalator. My first time visiting this place was on a weekday (Thursday) at around 2pm, and it cost RM21 per person with free-flow drinks. Mic covers were provided at RM1 per piece. Prices might vary depending on the time of visit. Our check-out time was at 6pm, so we sang for 4 hours! Which was well worth it. The room was spacious, one of the better sound quality karaoke places, although some of the songs weren't even karaoke & no way to mute the vocals. They even have an app where you can select songs to sing directly from your phone. The food quantity was good and the quality was ok. Overall, definitely a place I would visit again on a weekday. Good deal. Just add more song choices, and make sure all are karaoke and not live songs where you can't mute the vocals.

Wanted to celebrate my friend’s birthday but the waiter did not inform that it’s only applicable for that particular month (June). My friend’s birthday is just a week away (July). So can’t even celebrate it. Never mind then luckily I bought extra cake. Now, about the buffet. The menu is scrumptious for the price (RM78++ member price). Crabs, shrimps, mussels, oysters (nt very fresh), sushi, salmon, beef etc… but only bad thing is they don’t refill the crabs already afterwards. Same goes to oysters because by the time my friends who came at 7pm+, the oysters and crabs ran out. The buffet area is also very small and when it’s meal time, everybody is packed like sardine. They have free flow of drinks until 2am, which is good. We got a room with bathroom but the toilet bowl looks like it’s from over 20 years ago. The cover is already so worn out. Sound system is good, song choices too. My advice is if you wanna come for buffet, make sure you go to the food area early as soon as it starts.

brought my friends here for the first time. the ambience was spectacular and i was lucky to pay rm25 per head for a 3-hour karaoke session as they had some sort of like a happy hour promotion at that time. we even got a huge room with a private toilet inside!!! the song selections were also a lot and there were variety of songs from classic hits to the new pop modern hits. unfortunately, there were supposed to be mugs prepared inside the room by the worker for the customers to use to get drinks but apparently, there weren't. so, i had to ask the workers there for 3-4 times to come bring us the mugs which was so ridiculous. especially when my room was upstairs and i had to take the stairs back and forth just to get to the workers. but overall experience, it was fun and i wish to come here again and i wish the service will be improved by then.

Range from fried rice with several dishes like chicken, fish, beef, even smoked duck if lucky. Fresh oysters, prawns, sushis, hot soup, ice cream. Basically almost like a hotel buffet. And the karaoke rooms are big enough, good sound system and song lists. Per pax about 98++ inclusive of the buffet. Karaoke about 3 hours. Very satisfying dinner and karaoke session. Can't wait to go again. Recommended to book early by calling, don't walk in last minute.

We came here on a Wednesday evening for Ladies Night (inclusive free flow drinks + dinner buffet). The choices of the drinks and buffet are quite good but quality so so. Some of the food items are not fresh (especially the salad bar). Service is quite good but the cleanliness of the place is quite horrible and also getting run-down. The air-cond in our room is not working so they offered to change a new room for us which we gladly accepted. However, we found rubbish in the new room (used tissues, cigarette butts and so on…). Management need to be stricter with the non-smoking policy. The sofa/seating area is oily with foul smell in the room! We been here few times and it used to be good but now it’s getting worse and we will not be returning for now. Hope that they can do something about the cleanliness and smell in the room ASAP.

I came for karaoke dinner buffet. For me it is very affordable since we got big size room and long hours for karaoke while eating. This place is also easy to find. find the lift next to bbw(i guess) then go to level 4. Easy access to parking too. Great assistance from the staff. They got varieties of foods. Sushi, beef, chicken, salmon, u can get all of that from there. I wish we can get more cups since we need to keep on going down to refill the cups. But overall, this place is superb and fun!

The Karaoke room can easily accommodate 10 people on comfy pvc sofa.The Karaoke equipment is very comprehensive and and sound system OK but not understandably in hi-fi quality standard easy to use. We were given opportunity to fill once a big mug of cordial. The male toilet had 2 wc and a smelly standing bidet because flushing probably is not effective.

Had a terrible experience at this place. The service is the absolute worst. Firstly, when we got to the room the karaoke system wasn’t working. The songs couldn’t play and we asked for a staff to come and fix the issue but after 20 mins no one came. Mind you, we only had 1.5 hours to sing since they close at 3am, yet they still took their own sweet time. In the end they didn’t offer any compensation and still charged us the same price. Secondly, their staff seemed not to understand basic Malay. He told us that the Heineken/Guinness is part of the free flow drinks but after we ordered it, he came in and charged us for 2 bottles. He then denied that it was part of the free flow menu. Not sure why he has such poor communication skills. Ended up paying 292 RM for 2 bottles of beer and 1 hour of karaoke which is a total scam
