This mall is just opposite of another mall named Mid valley mall. Gardens mall has a beautiful fountain at its entrance. Jaya grocers is also available and many japaneese restaurants nearby.

Nice place to hang out with friends. They do have public transport that is attached to the mall. There are grab cars and taxis available as well. The mall is quite spacious and crowded. It is quite difficult to find parking especially during the weekend. There are lots of restaurants and shops inside the mall so you'll never get bored here.

This might be my favorite high end mall in KL, even above pavilion. The main reason why I place this above pavilion is the fact that parking here is much more affordable. The variety of shops available here is admirable as many of the shops here have ploughed through these tough Covid times with flying colors. The accessibility to this place from mid valley older wing is also an added bonus. There is a bright side to this pandemic and that is the availability of parking due to the smaller crowds. Hopefully it'll stay like this even after the vaccine is out.

Chinese Lunar New year centerpiece decoration are very interesting with irresistible photo shooting spots. washroom cleanliness is highly maintained although the crowds is big. Almost all Chinese restaurants are fully booked for Chinese new year eve dinner. We went to mei Zhi hotpot, yu御 etc but all are fully booked. The worst ever experience I had with the garden mall is the traffic jam in the car park. I ordered 2 bowls not knowing the price...bill showed RM9.50!! Other set meals cost from RM25-RM35....and they don't have Ru Rou Fan in the menu..!! The Ru Rou Fan is worth it and very tasty too!!! Hi.. would like to comment; not to complaining anything here BUT this is very important for the sake of whole MV & the Gardens management & reputation… the thing - could be some cable hidden in the box - actually have caused some of the shoppers fallen down.. which is totally not safe.. I hope your management could take action as soon as possible which to prevent any touch-wood incident to be happened. I personally saw the few customers hit & one of the customers fallen down & make comment with the Gardens Mall staff.. they came & view & did something BUT seems the box covering the cable still causes some customers hit too & recently with one senior citizen (Lady) fallen down. The ‘Lady’ fallen down scolded by his Son that didn’t see properly.. please solve this situation & issue as soon as possible for Safety Purpose. Thank you..

A lot of shops have closed down for good including my favourite shorts shop Key Sports. Moo Cow, a busy Yoghurt ice cream shop have closed. TWG, the speciality tea shop have closed its dining space and now it's a small retail outlet

Plenty of parking spaces, easy to navigate around with availability of escalators and bridges every corner. Lots of premium shops and cafes inside.

Cozy and basically i can find all the things that i need under one roof.

High end shopping mall, best place to buy luxurious brand at here. LV, Gucci, Rolex, AP, Dyson, B&R, Fred perry, coach.

A Luxurious Mall With big branded luxury names.A whole day is advisable to cover this stunning one shop haven. A total stunner with Gardens Hotel located within close proximity. 1st December,we are back again...look at the incredible decorations that promise to take your breath away.

Brilliant experience, this place has everything you need under one roof, customer service desk was extremely helpful and even give me a map. Easy access, cheap parking spots and eating shops. 5 stars all round !!

Clean, nice place to shopping and window shopping. You can go karaoke here too, the prayer rooms also clean..

Nice upmarket mall for branded goods and restaurants. I usually park there and walk over to the Mid Valley mall. The Maybank card centre was closed though and I didn't manage to redeem my treatpoints.

I've been to this mall a lot can't remember how many times anymore. This place is considered as one of the high-ends mall and being there just window shopping, we just can't get enough. Yeah mostly branded stuff there, we can't afford we know but we don't care. At least we afford the parking fees and we love it hehe

After opening the mall for the first time after lockdown it was not that nice because some of the shops are still closed, restaurants separates group of people into 2s or 3s. It is disappointing but thats only because of the covid SOPs

Provide entertainment and have a lot shopping outlets ... Premium place to have any occasion with loved one💕

So many food choices and nice place to shop. Keep to SOP and if can, go on weekdays to avoid crowds.

Many store for hobbies and essentials item to buy with nice interior and a lot of restaurants...i sure there will be able to pick a restaurant that satisfied everyone👍👍👍👍👍

Great mall for upmarket shopping. Not too crowded even on weekends. Good selection of shops.

I likey. Upscale products, fashionable crowd, just the antidote i needed for a weekend shopping spree.

SOP quite tight due to COVID guideline at each entry and exit to ensure each individual scan in and out, each time. Which is good...as it provide sense of security as contact tracing will be easier. Visual SOP on walk lane and crowded places as reminder allowing visitors to be constantly reminded.

This mall is targeted for high class people. Most of the store here are luxury brand. So recommended for those rich people to spend money here.

Brighter interior which i prefer compares to mid valley side is darker interior, that has to depends on lighting.

Clean. Tidy. sop system is good too. And not crowded, but usually i went on weekday so i am not sure about weekend.

Glad that still doing well after the pandemic, easy to get carpark and one stop for all stuff (groceries, pharmacies, beauty care, electronic appliances, computer accessories, clothes and foods).

Its at a good location. Its less crowded than mid valley. Thus, I prefer it.

High market shopping mall, girls, women love it😃, i love the coffee ☕ at nyonya color, vy nice kopi compare to oth hainan style kopitiam, men shld come here & have a cup, instead of wandering around...

Gardens Mall is enjoyable but entry and exit still remains the biggest drawback. This is especially so after the working day ends. Hope that a better solution comes, soon!

Nice place, but, Why can't reach car parks at P1-4 by lift? My family and kids with trollies had to use escalators down to reach the car. I don't see any logic reason for that!

Kinda crowded earlier today. Still one of the best shopping malls around. The pictures have less people as the mall was about to close 😹

A calm place to walk around, special CNY installations. LV, Hermes, Dyson got queues for them. Nespresso was busy.

One of the main buildings in the Mid Valley business area. Has many branded item stores to serve customers. The parking is also neat and goes direct up to the mall. It's really easy to find stores. A good and decent mall for shopping and dine out.

Beware, shoppers. Third time this week having these ice suppliers shooing shoppers while pulling their cart in a risky manner. Not only are the ice packed dangerously high and the cart being pulled in a high speed, water dripped onto the floor without care. Not a guard in sight when this cart was pulled from Midvalley to The Gardens LG. Where is this mall heading i wonder.

For one hour, waiting to move an inch. Poor parking management. When called, blaming the jam outside. Doesn’t make any sense. There’s no standstill jam outside. Pls do something about the peak hour congestion within the parking lot itself . U could learn from better malls like Sunway Pyramid or even MyTown.

Tried the premier washroom which you need to pay RM5 per day (you can use it as much as u want, and the ticket can be pass to other people as well). Located next the lift (cant remember which floor). To be honest, its quite similar with normal toilets in the mall except its abit spacious and less people (for obvious reason).

An upmarket mall with branded luxury goods, department store and restaurants. They have attractive Chinese New Year decorations that we visit every year to take photos with.

The gardens mall joined with Megamall placed in the midvalley KL. A lot of shops gathered in these places. Expected need to spend a long time to explore all the shops in this super mega mall in KL.

Nice high end mall. You know it's high end with popular affordable luxury brands LV and Gucci

Linked to another Megamall, gardens and midvalley will guarantee your feet will be sore from all that walking. Gardens has most of the more high end stores like the pavilion but also has Isetan, a more upscale department store and a whole lot of restaurants both inside and immediately outside

A very big mall of Kuala Lumpur. This mall has almost all world famous brands for shopping. It also have restaurants, corporate offices, hospitals, cafes etc. One can reach by LRT and it's near LRT Abdullah Hukum station. In every festival they decorate it with attractive designs. It is well connected via a bridge from LRT Abdullah Hukum station and Mid Valley KMUTER.

Upscale shopping mall. They have direct access to mid valley mall. Easy parking and clear way finding.

Premium shopping mall with many world famous fashion brands stores in it. It is located at the vicinity of the Mid Valley Shopping Mall and there is a connection underground.

This is a fantastic mall and it's very large with lots of high end stores and excellent restaurants. There are two additional malls attached and if you like to take the LRT it will bring you right there. It is now one of my favorite places in KL.
