One of the high end shopping mall in KL. Located next to Midvalley megamall with walking connections within the mall. The garden shopping mall is accessible by LRT Abdullah Hukum station (Kelana Jaya Line) This shopping mall is clean and spacious. The design and decoration during festival is cool! Love the vibes here.

This mall gives a very luxury feeling to yourself. Very neat and tidy along with very spacious galleries. Even the washrooms are very clean and spacious, they have a nice sitting place outside which will help you to makeup the waiting time if your family members went for freshen up. This mall is just opposite of another mall named Mid valley mall. Gardens mall has a beautiful fountain at its entrance. Jaya grocers is also available and many japaneese restaurants nearby.

The Gardens Mall Kuala Lumpur is an upscale shopping complex that has all your shopping bases covered. Under its roof you will find approximately 200 stores, spread across its six floors, housing the world’s top fashion designers, clothing labels and chain department stores, making it easy to get whatever you need. Situated within The Gardens Hotel and Residences. Specialising in celebrity-worthy fashion finds, the six-storey The Gardens Mall is worthy of being considered a ‘destination mall’, by virtue of what it has to offer serious shoppers not only onsite, but in its vicinity. Just next door is Mid Valley Megamall, one of the city’s largest retail developments where you can find both a wide array of cost-effective marques. Many high class brands in The Garden like LV, Prada, Hermes, Hublot, Guess, Armani, and more. Great F&B restaurants like Wagyumore, Putien, Tealives, Alexis, and more.

Nice place to hang out with friends. They do have public transport that is attached to the mall. There are grab cars and taxis available as well. The mall is quite spacious and crowded. It is quite difficult to find parking especially during the weekend. There are lots of restaurants and shops inside the mall so you'll never get bored here.

The Gardens Mall is a high-end shopping centre with over 200 stores that is conveniently located next to the popular Midvalley Megamall. Midvalley Megamall is close enough to stroll to The Gardens Mall. The Gardens Mall is open daily from 10 AM to 10 PM. The Gardens Mall is a six-story shopping mall that features some of the world's most renowned fashion designers, well-known brands, and department store. Gucci, Versace, Louis Vuitton, Coach, Hermes, Armani Exchange, Michael Kors, Banana Republic, Prada, DKNY, and many other luxury brands are available. The Gardens Mall is similar to Pavilion Bukit Bintang, however it is smaller. At The Gardens Mall, you'll discover Iseten department store, a Japanese-owned huge retailer well-known in Malaysia. Pricing at Isetan may be a little pricier than at other larger stores like Metrojaya, Aeon, and Parkson, but you'll obtain high-quality products, which many local shoppers would attest to. On the lower ground of The Gardens Mall, you'll discover a fantastic food court as well as a variety of restaurants and eateries with cuisines ranging from Malaysian to Japanese to Korean to Indian to Western. The Gardens Mall is classified as an upmarket mall, hence the prices are a little higher than their neighbour Midvalley Megamall. On the fifth floor’s of The Gardens Mall is Golden Screen Cinema (GSC) which is Malaysia's only boutique cinema with seven halls, two of which are Gold Class (premium-class cinema). There's no need to worry if there's any unfortunate incidents happens as the security guards are always walking around to check if everything is alright and CCTVS are placed around for security purposes. For me, if I had to choose between The Gardens Mall and Pavilion Bukit Bintang for luxury shopping, I would choose The Gardens Mall since the shopping experience is more relaxing here because it is not as congested with people as it is at Pavilion, and the parking price is also much lower. If you have a 'big wallet', The Gardens Mall will not fail you, and it is also a favourite mall for Malaysian elites to shop at because it is close to hotels such as The Gardens Hotel, The Boulevard Hotel, and Cititel Mid Valley Hotel. My husband enjoys coming here solely for The Hour Glass store, where he acquired the majority of his Rolex and Patek Philippe timepieces, and the staff is extremely professional and courteous. The Gardens Mall is a must-visit for sybarites who appreciate the finer things in life.

Small neighbour to the megamall. But less crowded and maybe able to shop in peace better? Good walk around. Enjoy the atmosphere and linked to larger mall as well.

Selling all high end stuff. Crowded but has everything you need. Many choices for food too.

  • 5/5 Weng Choong C. 3 years ago on Google
This might be my favorite high end mall in KL, even above pavilion. The main reason why I place this above pavilion is the fact that parking here is much more affordable. The variety of shops available here is admirable as many of the shops here have ploughed through these tough Covid times with flying colors. The accessibility to this place from mid valley older wing is also an added bonus. There is a bright side to this pandemic and that is the availability of parking due to the smaller crowds. Hopefully it'll stay like this even after the vaccine is out.

A luxury mall. Located right next to Mid Valley. Has the largest Aurum theatre in Malaysia. The first floor is filled with several luxury shops such as The Hour Glass, Hermes, Louis Vuttion etc. There are also many restaurants on the Lower Ground floor and 3rd floor. Variety of shops can not be compared to Mid Valley Megamall. There are two department stores: Robinsons and Isetan

A nice mall with a few luxury brands here such as Louis Vuitton, Gucci, Cartier, Hermes, Burberry, and a few more branded outlets. There are also some cafes and eateries on different floors. The mall is not crowded even during weekends as the is mainly on the other side of the mall (old wing). The washrooms are really clean and well maintained.

a vast, sprawling mall containing a variety of retailers, from high-end to chain. By using the Kelana Jaya Line's LRT Abdullah Hukum station, you can travel here. It has an absurdly large number of eateries, including both independent restaurants and outlets for practically all major franchises. A movie theatre and a bowling alley were added to the top floor. No need to walk outside if it's raining because it is connected to Mid Valley Megamall by bridges and an underground passage.

February 3, 2024 @ 2200H. It's approaching Chinese lunar New year, big crowds spotted in the garden mall and also mid valley megamall. Restaurants has long queues, departmental store are the busiest especially in fashion sections. Chinese Lunar New year centerpiece decoration are very interesting with irresistible photo shooting spots. washroom cleanliness is highly maintained although the crowds is big. Almost all Chinese restaurants are fully booked for Chinese new year eve dinner. We went to mei Zhi hotpot, yu御 etc but all are fully booked. The worst ever experience I had with the garden mall is the traffic jam in the car park. Can buy mostly all the luxurious things here. Once in a while if I want to pamper myself after work, I will come here to spludge my cash and buy luxury handbag and clothes. All the food there is also tasty and delicious and good. Most of the staff is friendly and helpful too. At Gardens Can find hand phone shops, Maxis shop and department store.

It's adjacent to Mid valley mega mall, which is geared towards middle class shoppers. Garden caters tiward the more upmarket and luxury shoppers. You'll find some luxury stores open branches there such as gucci and LV etc. The mall is spacious and nicely designed, a good selection of fine coffee shops and eateries too. A sharp contrast to Mid valley, one can do both for a full experience.

A more "atas" shopping complex compared to Mid Valley....he..he..stayed at the Garden Residences because they offered RM208/a night for a single room apartment which is very very reasonable!! Came here to try the Fong Lye Taiwanese Restaurant. Secret tip.... asked for Taiwanese Ru Rou Fan which not in the menu!!! One bowl cost around RM4.45!! I ordered 2 bowls not knowing the price...bill showed RM9.50!! Other set meals cost from RM25-RM35....and they don't have Ru Rou Fan in the menu..!! The Ru Rou Fan is worth it and very tasty too!!! The pepper squid also very good....

Usually, seldom shop here because mostly branded shops, only good for window-shopping. Ever since, Lrt Abdullah Hukum station connected to here, become a must passage to me.😄 Although under CMCO, there are still many shops opened except my favourite department store, Robinson closed down.😪 Found out recently, 2nd Flrs and LGF got many good restaurants and cafes. What I like is Garden decorations for every festivals in M'sia....always impressive

The Gardens Mall is a high-end shopping mall opened in September, 2007. It is under the same management company as Mid Valley Megamall, and there is direct links between these two malls. Most of the global branded boutiques can be found here. Its a upscale shopping complex that has all your shopping bases covered. Located about seven km from the PETRONAS Twin Towers, on the outskirts of the Kuala Lumpur city centre, size-wise it is spread out over 9.7 acres and besides the mall, the mixed development complex has four towers – one houses a five-star hotel, two are residential blocks and the fourth is an office space. The Gardens Mall in Kuala Lumpur is not your typical, two-story atrium with moderately priced clothing and fast food restaurants: rather this Klang Valley staple is the perfect example of how understated and elegant some malls can be. Opened in 2007, it has a façade of classic-brown panelled walls and faux greenery. Inside its noticeable design features include solid colours and sleek, straight lines with sharp corners, with few accent fixtures, resulting in a clean and open look. Under its roof you will find some of the ritziest shops around, with anchor tenants including Japanese big-box retailer Isetan, US bookstore chain Borders, UK department giant Robinsons and Malaysia’s largest movie franchise Golden Screen Cinemas. The mall specialises in high end brands, with marques such as Banana Republic, Coach, DKNY, Hermes and Michael Kors well represented. More than just a shopping centre, The Gardens Mall Kuala Lumpur is a complete entertainment experience. Do not forget to check out the ground floor walkways outside the central courtyard - they are a great place to people-watch as people come and go between Mid Valley Megamall and The Gardens Mall. Movie enthusiasts can enjoy the fifth floor’s Golden Screen Cinema, Malaysia's only boutique cinema with seven halls, two of which are Gold Class. One floor up is Vertigo, one of the city’s most popular rooftop bars and dance clubs, plus there is also a branch of popular karaoke bar, Red Box on site. If you need to go to Mid Valley Megamall or The Gardens Mall, there’s now an easier way to get there without being stuck in traffic. After years of waiting, the link bridge between KL Eco City and The Gardens Mall is now open to the public, and it provides covered access to Abdullah Hukum station on the Kelana Jaya LRT line. It is also connected to the Abdullah Hukum station. In The Gardens Mall, the entrance to the link bridge is located on the 1st floor between Isetan and Ichiriki Japanese Restaurant.

Hi.. would like to comment; not to complaining anything here BUT this is very important for the sake of whole MV & the Gardens management & reputation… the thing - could be some cable hidden in the box - actually have caused some of the shoppers fallen down.. which is totally not safe.. I hope your management could take action as soon as possible which to prevent any touch-wood incident to be happened. I personally saw the few customers hit & one of the customers fallen down & make comment with the Gardens Mall staff.. they came & view & did something BUT seems the box covering the cable still causes some customers hit too & recently with one senior citizen (Lady) fallen down. The ‘Lady’ fallen down scolded by his Son that didn’t see properly.. please solve this situation & issue as soon as possible for Safety Purpose. Thank you..

The Gardens Mall stands as a beacon of luxury shopping, showcasing a sophisticated retail environment with its spacious layout and opulent ambiance. Boasting an impressive collection of designer boutiques, the mall caters to a discerning clientele seeking the latest in high-end fashion and lifestyle products. However, the luxury experience comes at a price, as The Gardens Mall targets a specific demographic willing to invest in exclusivity and prestige. While the upscale offerings may not align with the budget-conscious shopper, the mall's curated selection of boutiques, refined dining options, and overall ambiance make it a haven for those seeking a premium retail experience in the heart of the city.

The Gardens Mall is a magnanimous mall with every facility a mall should have along with clean bathrooms, money changers, and printing and office services. The mall has all kinds of stores ranging from grocery, make-up, clothing and electronic facilities etc.The shops are a pleasant assortment of top of the line brands such as Gucci, Dior and Prada along with moderately priced stores where good quality Malaysian clothes are available. The crowds are reasonably large depending on the time and the day of the visit. The mall is a component of the KL ECO CITY and truly lives up to its name. There are many wise-spread or long floors so it would be recommended that one wears their walking shoes to ensure a comfortable walking experience.

Isetan, Robinson's department stores and many up-market eateries. The majority of outlets are high end such as Dior, Armani, LV, Tiffanys, Hermes and so forth. The Garden four star hotel is part of the complex. In the LG floor is a Jaya Grocery Supermarket and a bunch more restaurants and a very popular walkway 'tunnel' leading to Mid Valley. AC is nice on any hot day and obviously very popular on weekends.

I always came to The Gardens mall on certain weekends. I walked around every single place and entered other stores and restaurants for dinner or lunch. It's just that I went shopping around here in the evening or afternoon. There is surely a lot of carparks at those basements, but it can be difficult to find parking slots even though there are some slots empty to be parked there.

Excellent place for windows shopping for family. Also excellent place to bring your lover where they either use their own purse or wallet or use yours only. Just remember to have enough money. There are 2 types of toilet, where it's either free or premium. Parking is ok only. Garden, Eco city and MV are known for "hard to find parking" title. As for the foods, there is no extra charges but the classy one is expensive. Their cinema is signature which is expensive. Oh well, you get my point.

Mall attached to Mid Valley megamall and some commercial building like IGB tower etc. Access to mall is very convenient, easily accessible via public transport like bus and train, Grab car, taxi and stuffs. Parking are plenty but never enough due to popularity of the mall. Parking rates for mid valley and gardens are the same. The mall mainly focuses on high end brands and carry brands like LV, gucci, etc.

I've been to this mall a lot can't remember how many times anymore. This place is considered as one of the high-ends mall and being there just window shopping, we just can't get enough. Yeah mostly branded stuff there, we can't afford we know but we don't care. At least we afford the parking fees and we love it hehe

After opening the mall for the first time after lockdown it was not that nice because some of the shops are still closed, restaurants separates group of people into 2s or 3s. It is disappointing but thats only because of the covid SOPs

SOP quite tight due to COVID guideline at each entry and exit to ensure each individual scan in and out, each time. Which is good...as it provide sense of security as contact tracing will be easier. Visual SOP on walk lane and crowded places as reminder allowing visitors to be constantly reminded.

Nice place, but, Why can't reach car parks at P1-4 by lift? My family and kids with trollies had to use escalators down to reach the car. I don't see any logic reason for that!

One of the main buildings in the Mid Valley business area. Has many branded item stores to serve customers. The parking is also neat and goes direct up to the mall. It's really easy to find stores. A good and decent mall for shopping and dine out.

Beware, shoppers. Third time this week having these ice suppliers shooing shoppers while pulling their cart in a risky manner. Not only are the ice packed dangerously high and the cart being pulled in a high speed, water dripped onto the floor without care. Not a guard in sight when this cart was pulled from Midvalley to The Gardens LG. Where is this mall heading i wonder.

  • 1/5 Kirtigan K. 1 year ago on Google
For one hour, waiting to move an inch. Poor parking management. When called, blaming the jam outside. Doesn’t make any sense. There’s no standstill jam outside. Pls do something about the peak hour congestion within the parking lot itself . U could learn from better malls like Sunway Pyramid or even MyTown.

  • 5/5 Adzahan S. 1 year ago on Google
Tried the premier washroom which you need to pay RM5 per day (you can use it as much as u want, and the ticket can be pass to other people as well). Located next the lift (cant remember which floor). To be honest, its quite similar with normal toilets in the mall except its abit spacious and less people (for obvious reason).

Linked to another Megamall, gardens and midvalley will guarantee your feet will be sore from all that walking. Gardens has most of the more high end stores like the pavilion but also has Isetan, a more upscale department store and a whole lot of restaurants both inside and immediately outside
