Absolutely Korea...... missed original Korean food and taste? This restaurant definitely serves you what you need. The ingredients may not 100% same from actual Korean food you eat at any restaurant in Jeju island or Seoul but the taste absolutely same... suitable everyone anytime and any occasion. With my wife and friends here again on 1st April 2022. Getting busier at dinner compare at lunch hour. More verity menus offered and super spacious place for groups and great cozy dining ambiance. 1. Foods tasted good. 2. Sauces tastes good. 3. Service was okay. 4. Food portion is below expectation. 5. Personally I would suggest to go for the rm70 beef, than the rm115 beef that I had. Previous dinning experience at StarHill was a lot better before they moved here.

This restaurant that is located at Bukit Bintang, Kuala Lumpur, will give you a good first impression to you. It is operating by Korean owners. The local staffs were also friendly. I could have good Korean foods and soju at there. Though it is somewhat expensive compared to the other Korean restaurants; however, considering its location, it is reasonable. Its state-of-the-art interior made me feel good. I think this place is good for family. Clean and delicious. I want to visit again. Enjoy.

Authentic Korean BBQ. The sliced beef well marinated just right not over powering neither too salty πŸ‘. One of the best Korean kimchi I hv had

We wanted to try a korean bbq and came here. Fortunately, the staff were able to help us order and help us get the meal going. The food was absolutely terrific and the staff were very friendly. We weren't even dressed properly but were received like royalty. Can highly recommend this restaurant. The only comment was that there was no korean beer available, and orange juice was recommended as a korean drink, but I think that may have been a communication glitch :)

I've been to this restaurant several times for lunch and brought my husband here for dinner to try their grilled beef. Tender and tasty. My all time fav is their pancake Pa Jeon and soup dishes Jji Gae. Place is spacious and decent service .

A Tale of Two Soups: Delightful Broth Meets Blaring Diners While the food at Koryo-Won delivered a satisfying punch, the atmosphere left much to be desired. Let's dive into the delicious details: Bug O Guk (Pollack Fish Soup): This light and refreshing broth was a symphony of the sea. Chunks of dried fish danced in a clear, radish-infused broth, offering a depth of flavor that belied its simplicity. At RM35, it's a steal and a must-try for seafood lovers. Kimchi Jjigae Chicken: The vibrant red kimchi jjigae packed a sweet and spicy punch, thanks to a generous onion base. While the chicken portion felt a tad small for the RM30 price tag, the beef option promises similar value. The accompanying sticky rice and side dishes were a delightful bonus, especially the bright mango pickle and crunchy napa cabbage kimchi. Wash it Down: A frosty glass of beer (RM18++) was the perfect antidote to the kimchi's fiery heat. The Downside: Unfortunately, our enjoyment was marred by the next table's loud conversation. With no soft music to mask the noise, we were forced to eat in awkward silence. This dropped the atmosphere score to a disappointing 3/5. Verdict: If you're looking for a flavorful and affordable meal, Koryo-Won delivers. Just be wise to select seats away from potentially noisy diners.

It's extremely terrible and expensive. Order their tenderloin, which is frozen when served. They barbecued it while it was frozen in front of us, causing the meat to lose its flavour and taste like it had been boiled, not barbecued... The bibimbap is also tasteless. The only good thing about it is that the stone pot is still hot. Would STRONGLY DON'T recommend this restaurant, it's a daylight robbery and a scam.

Delicious korean food! Just ask for Tom and he will recommend the best for you. Very good service but a bit pricey. Expect to pay up to RM 100 per person if you want to have a great Korean BBQ meal.

Farenheit branch during weekdays is heaven. We have all the place for ourself. Ordered 2 meat, pajeon and sondubo jigae. The jigae is not the best for me. The rest are all good 😎

Perhaps I had chosen the wrong dish to try for my first time, but I wasn't blown away with the Kimchi Jigae set. Not that the food wasn't good, it's just I've had better ones elsewhere at a fraction of the price here. The portion was quite reasonable for a person, but the banchan that comes with the set including the kimchi was just bland. A cup of hot green tea in a small cup was also close to RM10 plus tax, which is exorbitant in my books. Perhaps they're charging higher to cover the higher rent at Fahrenheit and the ambiance which was made to look hotel-like. It had the vibe of the coffee house of an old hotel, with the butler-ish costume worn by the staff. I loved that it retained the quiet, relaxing ambiance but going with the food alone, I'd probably recommend elsewhere.

Bibimbap was amazing. Kimchi stew was okay but a small portion. Good side dishes. Also good service. Not the cheapest food in the area but worth it, especially if you get Bibimbap dish.

One of the best Korean food I had. Order bulgogi, oxtail soup and stone bibimbap and was impressed by the freshness, flavour, and size. The side dishes are equally tasty. At first, I was put off that refilling costs RM 5 per dish (there were 5). However, it was just the right amount and there wasn’t any need to refill. I ordered the stone bibimbap. Definitely piping hot and love the smokiness of the food !

The waiters there are friendly and the atmosphere is alright not noisy as for the food is very terrible and unwelfare . The kimchi jigae is very bad the chicken in the soup is small chunks and the beef stew is so sweet and less soup very unpleasant experience for a first time had to finish the food because of the price , expensive .the garlic rice was 28 ringgit and has no meat and nothing special all of the food is not worth the price and overrated fr .

I want to express my special gratitude to the branch manager who is willing to deliver himself the gochujang for bibimbap to my house. I ordered the food via grab. Upon noticing that there is no gochujang for the bibimbap, I called the restaurant and informed that I wanted the gochujang. The branch manager immediately agreed and I bet he put efforts to ensure complete meal is delivered. On a side note, Koryowon is one of my goto korean restaurants for its authenticity. My most fav are jumulung & yukgaejang. I always love the banchan.

Hv been patronising this restaurant for many years. They serve good authentic Korean food. Price wise, being in city centre, quite reasonable. But their BBQ beef is quite pricey. Ambience is good.

Very nice option of the Korean BBQ in the KL. I recommend to stick with their marinated parts of the beef. The wagyu is frozen so you can barely recognize the difference between regular beef. Also that is not the right place if you want to get a glass of red wine to your meat.

I would say it's one of the better Halal Korean BBQ in Malaysia though its slightly pricey.

Slow food service , ordered pancake with scallion and shrimp, amount of shrimp is less than a finger( not even exaggerating ) Also ordered cold noodles, in pictures and menu it states it has beef, none was present when served. Asked for reason, waiters said sometimes they have it sometime they don’t Offered 2 pierce of COLD rubber beef strips. Probably the worst experience.
