The shopping mall is easily access by MRT. There is a hallway connecting the MRT and shopping mall. Once you step in,the area is full of restaurants. They also have some brands like Muji,Zara,H&M,Uniqlo, obviously for those who are looking for IKEA and Decathlon. Here is the place. But for shopping, personally prefer KLCC and Mid-Valley Megamall are better. There are more variety of brands. There is a floor with beauty salons and hair cut. The shopping mall is quiet and there are 1/4 spaces are for rent.

This middle-sized shopping mall is a popular destination for both locals and tourists. This mall houses a variety of restaurants, a cinema, a gym, hair salons, two playgrounds for kids, lounging seats in various areas, and a message station, providing an enjoyable experience for everyone who visits. The restaurants in this mall offer a wide range of cuisine options, including local favorites and international dishes. Whether you're looking for a quick bite or a sit-down meal, there's something for everyone to enjoy. For families with young children, the two playgrounds in this mall are a great attraction. The indoor playground is perfect for younger children with its soft play structures, while the outdoor playground is ideal for older children with more challenging equipment such as climbing walls and slides. In addition to the playgrounds, there are other activities for families to enjoy. The cinema is a popular choice for movie-goers, while the gym is a great place to stay fit and healthy. For those looking to relax, there are lounging seats in various areas throughout the mall, where visitors can take a break and recharge. For those in need of some pampering, the mall has several hair salons, and a message station providing the perfect opportunity to unwind and rejuvenate. What's more, this mall is conveniently located near Cochran station, making it easily accessible via public transportation. Visitors can take The MRT train and get off at Cochran station, from which it's just a short walk to the mall. In conclusion, this middle-sized shopping mall near Cochran station is an excellent destination for anyone looking for a fun and enjoyable day out. With a wide range of restaurants, two playgrounds for kids, lounging seats, and a message station, there's something for everyone to enjoy. And with its convenient location, it's easy to get to from anywhere in the city. So why not plan a visit today and experience everything this mall has to offer?

This shopping mall feels spacious and safe. Its also quite big and you don't feel congested inside. There are many restaurants, cafΓ©s, eateries, convenient shops, clothing stores, and even a large book store. There are many security guards at the entrances of the building. The shopping centre is also connected to IKEA and the Cochrane MRT station, which makes it very convenient. There are ample benches for people to sit and take a quick break. My only issue with the shopping mall is that some of the self-service hand sanitisers are still empty.

Great shopping place. Complete shopping under one roof. From cineplex to restaurant and kids to the adult stuff. Wonderful place for family and friends. Spacious and plenty of shops to visit. The famous IKEA furniture also attached with this mall.

Visited Jun2022, about 2pm Car park well lit. Signage quite clear, although it can be a bit small. Bay occupancy are light indicated Shopping is quite relaxing. Aisles are quite wide, but layout can be a bit confusing for first time visitors Good variety of shops that include cinema and eateries. Having IKEA beside it a big plus

It's a pretty complete mall, connected to IKEA. You can find all the common brands here. Many restaurants too, mostly in basement. D'Laksa, Tealive, bread story, Starbucks, Gigi coffee, subway, McDonald's kiosk.. etc. Plenty of parking. The link between the mall and IKEA, the are are few playgrounds/slides, which are magnets for the kids. Crowded on a Saturday.

I enjoy walking around at this mall for window shopping. There are so many shops and restaurants to see. IKEA and Sunway Velocity mall are just next door. MyTown is connected to MRT Cochrane station so it is a lot easier for people to come in without walking under direct sunlight and humidity.

Everything is here.. Food, shop, groceries, clothing, phone, food court, cinema, kiddo place, surau, restaurant, nice restrooms, lift everywhere.. And don’t worry about car park.. Easy to go to IKEA, seems like in same building.. And if surau in IKEA close, the you need to come here to find a surau, at level 5 parking area..

My recent visit to MyTown shopping mall left me thoroughly impressed, and it's now a go-to spot for my shopping and leisure needs. One of the standout features is the remarkable variety of retail outlets available. From high-end fashion to unique boutiques and everything in between, the mall caters to diverse tastes, ensuring a satisfying shopping experience for everyone. The cleanliness of the mall is commendable. The well-maintained spaces and spotless corridors contribute to a pleasant and hygienic environment. It's evident that the management prioritizes cleanliness, creating a welcoming atmosphere for shoppers. Accessibility is another strong point. The mall's strategic layout and thoughtful design make navigation a breeze. Ample parking space and well-marked pathways enhance the overall convenience for visitors. It's refreshing to find a shopping destination that prioritizes accessibility, saving both time and effort. What truly sets MyTown apart is its kid-friendly ambiance. The mall not only offers a range of family-friendly stores but also incorporates play areas and activities for children. This thoughtful approach ensures that families can enjoy a day of shopping without compromising on their kids' entertainment and comfort. In conclusion, MyTown shopping mall stands out as a comprehensive and family-friendly destination. The variety of retail options, coupled with a commitment to cleanliness and accessibility, makes it a top choice for a diverse range of shoppers. I look forward to many more enjoyable visits with my family.

Set along Jalan Cochrane in KL, this mall is home to over 400 international retail and dining options, including the largest IKEA outlet in Malaysia. Open daily, there are also a variety of entertainment, beauty, and fitness centres within this expansive mall.Β Anchor tenants include H&M, Parkson Department Store, and Village Grocer - as well as the largest Zara outlet in Malaysia. Meanwhile, international fashion, beauty, jewellery, accessories, and sportswear brands are spread out throughout the mall.Β Parking is ample and convenient.

With Ikea at one end, this shopping centre concept is similar to the Toppen shopping centre in JB. The only difference is the basement 2 is connected to the tunnel to Cochrane MRT station which gives it high accessibility. Decathlon is also one of the anchor tenants.

It's a huge mall. However the food outlets shut at 8pm. Most of it at least. I did go during CMCO. But the mall shuts at 10. It is a rather put off when after dinner I couldn't get dessert but to only get groceries at village grocer. And dinner was burger king as nothing else was opened. Bummer.

Very comfortable mall to hang out or shop because of wide walk ways and high ceilings. There are shops for everyone from branded merchandise to personal care essentials. Basement food & beverage restaurants are a plenty to choose from. Perhaps their main attraction is the connected β€œanchor tenant” IKEA. In my observation during the few times I was in MyTOWN shopping centre, it’s never crowded. You can tell from my attached photos. Which may be a good thing for shoppers but not for their tenants. Still a relaxing mall to spend your time. Well recommended!

It is a huge mall, and if you are paranoid about the virus, do not go to malls periodt. It has everything that needs to be there, interactive Christmas snow experience built specifically for kids too. There's an entire level with just food shops. You'll find shops ranging from cheap to expensive, so it's basically for everybody. I would and have spent hours in one shop just browsing everything. But one fair warning, there will be long lines in front of a lot of places. IKEA had one, so did a lot of other restaurants like The Chicken Rice shop. It was a lot. But worth going to at this point if you have the time and patience.

I visit here regularly for my facial. Conveniently attached to IKEA. Ample parking but still can be a hassle during school holidays. I avoided parking at lower basement because of frequent flooding incidents. The building design is nice but concourse is not that impressive. Quite small of an area for festive season window display. Used to shop in Parkson but closed now. Many eateries and restaurants to choose from. The only Taobao outlet is interesting. My complaint is regarding the toilets. Water pressure has always been low for the toilets...since day one. This creates an inconvenience to keep certain toilets clean. Need to improve on the ventilation too. My recent visit to the toilet last month was a bad experience. I cannot imagine they ran out of toilet roll and soap for washing hands at 5pm on a Friday...in such a huge popular mall. Thank god I have my own hand sanitizer. To whoever is incharge, please improve on your service.

The mall is conveniently connected to IKEA Cheras. Parked at IKEA and got free 3 hours parking (can also claim if use T&Go card, just need to bring along the card with you to the counter)by validating the receipt. Decided to give the food hall a try but it didn't leave any yummylicious experience to our taste buds πŸ˜… Penang Asam Laksa (RM12.90) was a let down, don't bother trying. Nasi Beriani with Fried Chicken (RM 11.90) and Spagetthi Carbonara (RM11.90 or was it abit more, can't recall for sure), they are edible, but sorry, we won't be back for seconds. For claw machine fans, there's a huge space with rows and rows of claw machines for you to try your skill (or luck) to claw your prize 😜 There's children play area in between the mall and IKEA. The mall is clean and their toilets are maintained well.

Very poor parking management. Low emission and fuel efficiency vehicle parking are occupied by non related vehicles. Causing me hard times to find parking. I suggest the parking management to assign a person to take care of these parking spaces. Also provide a list of vehicles that meet the LEED Low Emitting and Fuel Efficient Vehicle to educate these drivers. 🧠🧠

The MyTown Shopping Centre must be one of the best shopping places in Kuala Lumpur. It has everything you could imagine a mall should have and a little bit more, such as a gym and more eateries than you can shake a stick at. Most of the restaurants and cafes are in the basement, but there are eateries dotted around the upper floors too. There is the usual array of shops, literally more than I’ve seen concentrated in one shopping centre. If you cannot find anything of interest here, then you’re likely very wealthy. The shopping is very convenient eve by public transport as the mall is connected to Cochrane MRT and there is also a bus station opposite on Jalan Cochrane Street. It gets quite busy in the evenings and the weekends. Although it’s especially pleasant to visit at this time of the year because of Chinese New Year and many parts of the mall are decorated to celebrate the year of the rat.

    1. Easy to park - got 3 hours discount if u do shopping at ikea. However some access door from escalator still being closed due to Covid-19 SOP. The rate is quite good for mall at city place. 2. Location is good. U can access here via MEX or from city center. Easy to find and near to housing area. 3. Lots of shops for your choice. Unfortunately less variety of food shops there so you have to settle with whatever they have currently πŸ˜… 4. Toilets and praying area (surau) is good and clean. Lifts and escalator also placed strategically around the mall.

Has improved in their tenant mix. Decathlon is opened! Need to improve their food courts. MCO has created a messy outlook and complacency in the kiosks. Eyesore and low ambience with the cluttered mess.

I like to come here for shopping because most of the brand are here, IKEA as well. Most importantly, accessible parking, and the trip to it from anywhere is smooth and not crowded even during the rush hour. Very recommended for any shopping ❣

One of the many stores that I loves to visit. Huge place with multi stories of parking spaces. Try please do not expect to get empty space if you come during peak days or hours. Easy to reach just between distance connected by the highway. Unfortunately the side of the highway still under construction therefore please be careful. Overall satisfied but still lots of room for improvement.

Worst Experience in Carpark Entered through open gate, not sure why it’s open. Only TnGo parking, need to topup physically. Tried to topup at inside marts, suddenly system down. Went to kiosk, which is located so far away. Long queue l, after waiting for so long, suddenly down as well. Good job! Managed to topup at Level4, all the way from B1. Another challenge to find the kiosk, definitely shortage of staff or understaffed carpark. To exit, queued for 1 hour. Reason, TnGo system hanged due to overloaded transaction. Good job TnGo. And Good Job Mytown management for not having alternative option. After 1hour, can’t exit at gate. No record of entry. Intercom to resolved, can’t be resolved, need to go Carpark Office cause can’t be attended by anyone due to staff shortage. 3 staff for whole 9storey carpark. Good job! Went to office, to resolve problem. Queued up again for 10minutes, cause I’m not alone with same trouble. Finally after 1 and half an hour exitted from hell. Mytown Management, please add your staff in carpark and payment option. Cause such poor service is disgrace to big name as IKEA. Last word, I am sorry for 3 carpark staff who got scolded by me. I know it’s not your fault and not in your capability to manage whole carpark with 3 of you.

Easy access with public transportation, got so many shops, just beside Ikea so you can go through the building. This place is very suitable for a family spot.

Enjoyed the times here as it is chillled and not congested but to shopping not the best option. However, mytown shopping centre is just side by side with ikea. So definitely a place to go.

Another β€˜me time’ place . We can go here by mrt line, and stop by at Cochrane station. Just find a way heading to my town instead of cochrane road . So convenience 😍

Not a bad place, I came during the singles market event for an event and had spent for 5 days straight here at this mall. Lots of eateries, shopping places and fast food restaurants.
