THE BIGGEST MINUS IS TOTAL ABSENCE OF PRAYER ROOMS!!! HOW COME THIS KIND OF BIG PLACE, WHERE 100S OF MUSLIMS COME EVERY DAY THERE IS NO SURAU!!! Shopping mall besides of LULU, where people used to pray is closed for already looooong time (more than one year). Good shopping centre where apt for shopping groceries and daily needs for Indians. The ground floor contains all the daily needs and all are arranged well. The first floor contains dress, electronics and home appliances but are costly compared to other shops. Parking is available and fresh vegetables and fruits are available from the shop. There is a small pantry in the ground floor but food quality is not good as earlier prepared food is served here.

A hypermarket is basically a supermarket and a department store. They sell groceries, clothes, shoes, toiletries and electronics. I can't think of anything they don't sell. It is multiple stories. Lulus is similar to other hypermarkets but I love that this location is central, and I love their deli counter options. I can purchase olive salad, tahini, fresh hummas, coffee beans and a hundred different fresh items for very cheap prices. Expats who only shop at the import stores are definitely missing out on quality goods at local prices.

Very bad services! I brought steam iron but it was leaking then i send back to them. They said cannot change to new one have to repair and i did ask for how long the repairing time they said 2weeks to 1 month till now i dont know the progress. Cheap supermarket in KL center area. Highly recommend for souvenir when u travel here. Their cake and pizza is nice and cheap. They even provide Saffron. Their grocery is fresh and cheap. The place have all what you need for a one stop shop with lots of grocery and household varieties. Prices are good. The HOT FOOD AREA IS A MESS and needs real organization and a second and third look. The hot food area is really inconvenient the way its current system is built. Also cleanliness specially the toilet area needs improvement otherwise its a very good hyper market.

As a Malayali , it’s a great place to find our regional ingredients. The food served is also quite good and affordable. Cleanliness has deteriorated overtime but still much better than other local Sups. Suggest to do on weekdays as it’s much less crowded.

It's great cause it's different, a dedicated deli and roastery makes Lulu unlike any other hyper. 2 major pain points however are the B2 parking and the cashier queue management. B2 parking isn't serviced by a travelator so if you're carrying hefty or a lot of items and you're alone, good luck to you. Also, at peak hours it's common to find oneself queueing for a good half an hour at checkout.

One of the best grocery and general store especially for Indian, Arabic and Pakistan made specials can be found here. Good variety of chocolates and promotional prices. Big variety of bakery items, dry fruits are its specialty. My big reason for visit every month is price of milk, wheat flour always cheaper here

The supermarket has a wide variety of products. I was surprised that it sells big blocks of paneer cheese. It even has a small Indian and Arabic food corner. The briyani was tasty and slightly spicy. The fried chicken is good and crispy. There was even a corner that sells nuts and Indian/Turkish sweets.

What you get in Dubai the same product is abailable here. The range of rice varieties is fabulous. I always buy my coconut oil from here. Vegetables are of good quality and reasonable price. Mens and laies garmens are on good offer during the discount season. Lulu is a jewel in the crown in Masjid Jamek area. Although we have Mydin and Hanifa in the neighbourhood, Lulu certsinly deserves the tag of a supermarket.

Grocery prices comparable/same to other hypermarkets. Some promotion items cheaper like sometimes you get vico 2kg for only RM23. Parking is free for purchase above rm80, but need to validate parking ticket at level 1 which is a hassle. If u bring a trolley to the car, never park at 2nd Lower Ground (1 level below LG) coz there will NO PROPER ACCESS and the route will be horrible. LuLu management, hope u can improve this route lower LG for grocery purchasing customers

As an Indian, a malayalaee , a lulu fan , I have visited this place many times and still visiting. I have bought groceries, essentials, shoes, electronics, meat , seafood. The only thing I found good at lulu KL is seafood. Rest of items from my expectations falls below the standard of Lulu. Few examples. 1. I am fan of de Chanel . I saw Blue de Chanel for 50rm. looks exactly original Asked the attender why am I seeing the price lower from market standards?. They replied all the fragrances here are A1 quality and not the original. 2. I saw a shirt two months before Eid Al fitr for 45rm.. Visited lulu again during Ramadan shopping..the same shirt is has price tag of 140 or 150 with 50% discount. 3. Bought sandals sometime in Dec 21. It doesn't even last two weeks..I kind of feel pain in legs already and chappals are leaving black marks where I press often. There are more,. It it's enough for time being. Foods are ok but not the other items in general. Usually I won't give this type of reviews but I had to. Because as an Indian , this wasn't the level of standard from giants like lulu I have been through.

Customer have to park motorcyle far away from this Hypermarket. Suggest to allocate some motorcyle parking bay at underground parking.

I bought my groceries here every week...they have pretty much everything you need on the 1st level, however shop the 2nd and 3rd floors for medicine, shampoo, foot powders, etc. Also they sell sporting goods, travel luggage and accessories, plus they have a Do It Yourself store with everything you need! When I lived in CapSquare, I used to visit LuLu to buy delicious salad from their salad bar every week, but that was in 2016. Now I live far away, and recently I rode 50km just to eat from their salad bar, but most of the salad had run out and the dishes were almost empty. The server chopped up some more fresh lettuce for us, but it was a little disappointing, especially after waiting 6 years for it. Still, I love LuLu and it will always hold a special place in my heart (and my stomach)?

The attitude of the security guard at here was very rude. We were waiting outside for not more than 5 minutes and very sure that we were not causing any traffic as there were no cars behind us. There’s this one guard came to us and tapped aggressively on our window and show us rude hand gestures. He did not warn us at all. Then went to clothing section and picked up sale item - marked down from R40 to R10. At till, charged R40. Manager then said sale finished but staff mistake to overlook removing prices.
