Worst experience. 09.00am: A receptionist called my friend saying that his PCR test result was negative, and my friend was told to checkout from the hotel at 10.00am. 10.00am: I was in front of the hotel waiting for my friend. Three calls to receptionist and all the answers were the same, "just wait for awhile". The 4th, 5th, and 6th calls were not picked up by the receptionist. I asked the receptionist at the front of the hotel and he did not give any assistance. "Just wait", referring to his statement. So, I waited 4 hours for nothing! Again, four hours. The service is very poor, I won't recommend it for quarantine.

We had a great stay. They have one of the best handicapped rooms I have seen (and a loaner wheelchair). Nice pool. Helpful staff. Fantastic breakfast. Reasonably priced. I'll look for a Swiss Garden hotel on my next travels in Asia. Wish they had worldwide locations.

I usually do not give 1-star rating unless I experienced something grievous. Overall, unbelievably horrible customer service. It says on Agoda that I can check in at 2PM. I arrived at around 2:50PM and was told that my room with a king-size bed is not yet ready and asked me if I am willing to stay in a room with two single beds instead. I declined the offer since that is different from what I booked. They said I will need to wait until 3:30PM to go in my desired room as it is still being cleaned, and promised to signal me once the room is ready. Unfortunately, I needed to prompt the customer service at 3:45PM to let them know that I am still waiting and they reluctantly provided me with my room key. Finally, I went in the room at around 4PM to find the floor being very wet and slippery. The story does not end here though. After resting for some time in the room, another guest came into my room! How secured is this hotel when others can simply enter your room? I told the other guest that I just checked in, and they went down to ask the counter. I called the customer service for several times for clarification on who the room actually belongs to, and whether or not I can stay safely in the room without having to worry about someone barging into the room. After that, the hotel manager did personally come to apologize, as an opportune turn of event.

The Swiss Garden Hotel offers a delightful blend of luxury and comfort. The rooms are elegantly designed, and the staff is attentive and friendly. The hotel's amenities, including the spa and dining options, add to the overall experience. However, some guests may find the pricing on the higher side. Overall, a great choice for those seeking a refined stay in a convenient location.

This is an average place to live, though hotel staff is less responsive but they made some automated system for check ins and check outs. House keeping guys don't bother to visit ur room for cleaning unless you call them several times. However one of the positive point is surrounding area or nearby places, one can easily find several restaurants, shopping malls, and beautiful places for entertainment.

Hotel is in a good location. Room was spacious with a large bed and with all necessary amenities. Toiletries were well replaced frequently and housekeeping was on a regular basis. Place was mostly booked due to the Thaipusam. Breakfast is not at par with the 4 star rating, still it’s manageable. Overall it’s ok.

Worst worst worst quarantine experience that gave me a trauma. Got to check in the room at 5pm and the moment when I entered the room, I could smell a strong cigarette smell. As I myself have asthma, i find it so difficult to breathe. Had to call the concierge several times to request to change my room but it took them so long to answer my call. After they answered my call, they mentioned that they will get back to me but it took them so long to call me back. After changing my room, the hotel did not update my room number therefore I did not receive my food until 8:30pm. I realised that my friend has already received her food at 6pm therefore I decided to give them a call at 7pm but still their reply was they will get back to me. At around 7:30pm I called them again because my food still wasnt here and they said will get someone to send it to me. Till then my food only arrive at 8:30pm. While waiting for my food to come, that is where I got a shocked of my life, someone suddenly open the door, and the person was also checking in to the same room as me. From what he mentioned, the receptionist gave him the exact same room that I was staying in and I also realised that the door could not be locked. Really so so bad. How can the receptionist who change my room did not update in their system the room that I am staying is being occupied???

Two stars just only for the decoration. Other than that i extremely advise you Do Not spend your Quarantine here. Since your are in the room you will not be able to choose your food. Believe it or not but you will have noodles as breakfast and it’s ok for locals because this is what they like. But as foreigner, I don’t think that they will like having a noodles for breakfast. The same with lunch and dinner usually asian food. Also You Are Only Allowed to order from a listed outside restaurants just only from 3pm to 5pm and not that all, then they will deliver it to your room after 6pm. So you will have a cold meal with no microwave in the room. Other thing is my room wasn’t clean. It’s like a room that hasn’t been used for years. Save your money and find another hotel that is really a HOTEL not like what we have. Oh I forgot, also I found a gecko 🦎 in my room.

Fantastic location in Bukit Bintang. It's just far enough away from the hustle and bustle but close enough if you need to get to the shopping centers or somewhere to eat. Also very close to the night market which is also amazing. Rooms and service were great with ample space and really comfortable beds. The gym is slightly on the smaller side and simple but it had enough in there to get some form of a work out done.

I have recently made many deliveries to a variety of hotels around the city to people doing their 14-day quarantine. All have been well efficient, helpful and polite ... except Swiss-Garden. Everything about the delivery process was less than satisfactory. 1. You cannot drive onto the property at all so you're forced to pull up on a busy main road. 2. Every possible way up to the building is taped off. It's impossible to enter without climbing over a 'Do Not Enter' tape, or moving some road cones out of the way. 3. Arrogant staff, very unpleasant, totally unhelpful. 4. Items are only delivered to rooms very late in the evening. Delivering something of high value is extremely risky, as it will sit on a table in the middle of the foyer all day, along with all the takeaway junk food and cold coffee. Compared to all the other hotels, this is quite simply appalling.

Just finished a stay here. Great hotel in a great location close to Bukit Bintang attractions...food street and good restaurants etc. Cheap grab taxi rides to other attractions also e.g. Petronas towers. The rooms were clean and everything functional, the gym was adequate and usable. The breakfast buffet was better than others I've experienced recently and notably it had a 'bean to cup' coffee machine that made reasonably good coffee... Staff all friendly and helpful. There was a 24 hour store across the road with an ATM machine. Would stay here again on a future visit.

A bad bad place to stay as quarantine hotel. 1. Basic necessity such as drinking water is provided in limited quantity. 24 bottles of 500litres is barely enough for 2 weeks of quarantine and guests are forced to pay Rm2 per bottle for additional. Not allowed to buy from outside. 2. I understand that laundry service is not provided during quarantine. But again, forced to pay rm10 for washing detergent with no bucket provided. Upon inqury from reception, was told that detergent has to be bought from hotel, the bucket you can order online from outside. What logic is this?! Drinking water cost Rm1.50 or cheaper for 1.2litres per bottle. While you guys are buying in bulks. This is money extortion in broad daylight!

When you walk in ,and it's really nice on the outside . When truly , they don't do any cleaning at all . There's hair, pubic hair ,bugs underneath the unwashed bedsheets, inside blanket , inside pillow covers and what's worse it's a really long hair which doesn't belong to me at all . Manager didn't manage properly, should've ask worker to do properly their job and check it. I hope this reviews you guys read it because it causes my skin to gone itchy and I can't sleep well at night .

Good hotel. Good location. Good facilities. Good amenities. Good staff. The hotel is perfectly located, within walking distance to malls, local markets, and tourist attractions. Train, Grab/Taxis easy access. I would definitely recommend staying at Swiss Garden Hotel.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. Most importantly, the staffs are very accommodating, any request is one call away. This hotel also provides excellent and delicious in room services. Even though the hotel doesnt provide direct lift to the basement parking, but you can drop your luggage because the staff will always in standby to assist you.

One of the best quarantine hotel in Malaysia Certainly 5-star quarantine hotel The organisation, booking & arrangement feel chaotic but it only slower at day time and happening at late night The arrival process is smooth, driver is prompt, check in process is thorough. So do departure process The Swiss-Garden medical team is great, responsive, responsible, flexible but yet stick to the regulations… without them life would have been a lot tougher Food is cold but you can rent a microwave oven which is highly recommended Swiss-Garden did make your quarantine live but than what it would have been

Would never recommend this hotel. No doubt very good rooms but that is the only good part. Room service pathetic. You can call but no one replies & if someone replies service is not delivered. Also, they don't have any Indian chef, so no Indian dishes in breakfast. We could only have bread butter & fruits. However, one of the days there was no plain butter (they had peanut butter only), I asked for plain butter after a long time waiter said out of stock. The most common breakfast item is out of stock. I checked with receptionist at restaurant, chef no replies then in 5 minutes they did get butter but it was smelling really bad. Very bad experience for myself with this hotel.

Pretty good location, very close to restaurants and pubs area. We booked a premium 1 bedroom suite which was good size, with living room and full kitchen. Pool, bar and kids play area on level 6 are pretty nice for relaxing and escaping the heat. Restaurant is also good, but you can find cheaper, less nice but more authentic options in the food strip just across the road. Nothing outstanding but good experience overall, I'd be happy to come back.

Poor rooms and maintenance. Cockroaches 🪳 in the room. On the last day had to repack my bag …. To avoid any cockroaches being transported back home. The charges are at par with any star hotel but they deliberately avoided creamer and body lotion in the room. Not worth the price is my opinion. But location and proximity to important places is the very good.

We stayed here as part of quarantine. I have to commend the food staff as they were very nice and very accommodating. They did what they could to make this process as easy. We were here for 7 days and they went by easily than we had anticipated. Everyone in the support staff was very courteous. Food choices had plenty of options to choose from and also they added room service menu. They gave us a microwave as well so heating food was not an issue. Thank you Swiss Garden Team for making this visit very comfortable.

The apartment room we stayed at had a spectacular view. The location of this hotel is excellent, KLCC is within walking distance! There are also nearby convenience stores and restaurants. Swimming pool is also available but you need to pay for it. Around RM20 or so, not really fair.

The reception staff was untrained and slow. After 20 mins of searching, she said we have no booking. I called my son to get the booking reference, another person came and said we have the booking. Paid for three breakfasts, I asked for half fried eggs for the child. The chefs frying eggs insisted to take the full fried eggs lying there. After waisting 20 mins in discussion, a senior chef appeared from inside. He said we don't fry fresh eggs. There were no fruits, and some of the dishes were finished. When asked, they said we came at 930, and the time is almost finishing. The behaviour of course was very rude.

Clean room and toilet. During quarantine period, ww are offered 3 meals per day. Rest assured they meals are different everyday. You could order foods from hotel/outside but only limited time. Often the foods are cold serving at 7:30am, 11:30am and 5:30pm. However you could request for a microwave from hotel.

Worth the money you spend! The majority of the shopping malls are extremely close to the hotel, and some are reachable on foot. The staff is helpful and kind. Every day they cleaned our room, replaced the water bottles, tea, and coffee, and restocked the bathroom supplies during our three nights there. Yes, they serve a breakfast buffet. However, there is less variety in the meals. Every day, the menu is nearly the same! All things considered, this location is highly recommended if you're seeking a hotel close to the malls.

The room was more than i expected. I booked it during mid august which is 2 weeks bfr Malaysia National day (31st august) therefore most of the time are sales and lots of discount including accomodation. The price for my room is about 40bnd per night which is quite cheap with lots of facility such as gym, sauna and swimming pool. The place are secure due to have their own private security around the accomodation. The view from my room is breathtaking(lvl 30). Overall, this place is highly recommend ✅ however the location is a bit far to shopping mall, about 1.5km.

Room is spacious and refreshing. Their buffet breakfast only had the same dishes every morning. So for 4 days I ate almost the same. Their drinking glasses wasnt thoroughly cleaned so it still had residues and white stains. Checked all glasses and its almost the same for each one. Good thing here is across the street there are convience stores and money exchange. Also it is walking distance from Jalan Alor Streetfood, shopping malls and Petronas Twin Tower.

Good experience at the hotel. Good parking But service is not as I expected. Thought about warm welcoming while entering. But it not happens. Food is good. Nice service in case of food. Veriety foods available but not Malaysian foods. More is Indian foods. But not bad everyone can eat it. Room service is happening but not always. Toilet is good. Couple can enjoy.

Some rooms do not have a clothes dryer and it is difficult to find a place to dry the clothes. Beautiful room, TV style, I like it. Ideally, being able to use the internet to play on the TV would be perfect.

Closer proximity to the food street - the stay was pleasant.Buffet had wide spread and Indian dishes were available too.Rooms were spacious and everything was sparkljng clean.Though our checktime was over by 12pm, they had allowed us to keep our luggages in the cloak room till 9.30 PM - so we could visit some places without having to carry our trolleys.

  • 5/5 Yana A. 7 months ago on Google
The room is very clean and spotless. We requested for baby cot & it was placed upon our arrival. The breakfast spreads are wide and delicious. Had the best idli in here. Service from front table is top notch. Check in and check out are done less than 3 minutes. No deposit needed is a super plus point considering we are going cashless most of the time. The concierge & bell boys are great. Upon arrival, the bell boys helps with the luggage and brings them straight to the room. Also help me with the parking! Although it is situated in the heart of Bukit Bintang & Pudu, the hotel itself is very quiet. The sound proofs works wonder. So, if you are staying with baby/kids, it is nothing to worry about. The downside is parking. The parking is not a very good looking parking area. But it serves the purpose just fine. Lack of signage for stairs to lobby (only stairs to the lobby from parking you can drop your belongings and park afterwards). They use touch and go card with RM20 as minumum. The 7e and KK mart in front of the hotel are offline so we have to circle the neighbourhood and topup the tng card. Hope they can find solution to this and have different options upon entering. WILL I BE STAYING HERE AGAIN??? A BIG FAT YES!!! (We already planned our next visit 😆)

I don't see how this was a 5 star Hotel. Breakfast was good. The location is excellent, very central. The room... Maybe a 3.5 star? But the price is good. Just don't expect it to be a 5 star room. Good though, no complaints.

I was here for quarantine after an international business trip, I had my expectations very low to begin with. My expectations are still misplaced and I am very disappointed. Tired, stressed, hungry, was my state of mind upon arriving at the hotel, greeted at the back door and having to fill up forms on a table outside of a hotel wasn't a pleasure but I just wanted to get to my room and rest as quickly as I could. That's where the bad things began. By day 2 my stress level is almost above the charts. Apart from having to deal with Jet lag, the first thing I had to deal with was the lack of fresh air ventilation in the hotel. My room is facing a side where I never have any direct sunlight and the windows are locked and sealed shut for "Safety and Protection". This means with me not being able to go outside of my room, I need to deal with the smell of the carpet and toilet plus all the smell caused by yesterday's food. Then there's noise. I have been here for 4 days. Each day I have been more tired than the day before, with constant fluctuation of the aircon for no apparent reason, there's also this noise of drilling and knocking for a couple of hours for the passed 2 days. Then there's food. I was asked to choose my menu the day I entered the Hotel. The food served for quarantine are not exactly fine cuisine but they are ok. However today's food was supposedly curry chicken with rice but only the chickens are just 2 pieces of bones and 1 small piece of potato. It's not enough portion for a grown man, let alone a middle aged one. So I ordered delivery that arrived at 12pm. However while the food was delivered around 1230pm, the reception insisted to only send me my food at 6pm. stating it's policy for outside food delivery. The food delivery policy makes no sense. No matter how hungry you are, they will insist they will only delivery your outside delivery food after 6pm. even if it's breakfast or lunch. There's no food available between lunch at 12pm and dinner at 6pm. I couldn't handle the hunger, I'm stressed, tired, hungry and depressed. I wanted to see whether they are willing to deliver faster if I order their in house menu. I rang the reception at 3pm, it rang for 5 minutes until 3:05pm. No pick up. 5 minutes no pick up for a supposedly 5 star hotel reception. I've never had that in my life. I gave up. The quarantine package called Premium Stay is not exactly cheap. Including 3 meals a day but minus the service, the INT Quarantine Packaged is RM338 per night and comes down to a gross price of RM 2,366 for 7 nights. They also charge extra for the mandatory PCR Test before you leave the hotel. In reality it's nothing near premium at all, it feels like a prison stay. I have no idea whether I will have the right mental state of mind when I leave this hotel in another 4 nights time. While I choose Swiss Garden to reduce my stress of being have to be in quarantine from my travel, I am truly disappointed with what I am getting. I hardly sit down to write my disappointing experience, I usually think only good experiences are worth elaborating, yet I did this.

The hotel itself has a visually nice appearance, including the foyer and the rooms. However, I have an issue with cleaniness, the management style and staff attitudes. When I first entered the room, I could smell the bathroom sewage, I looked down and it was moldy at the bottom of the sink. Attached is a picture of the 'clean' cup in the bathroom we were given. Secondly, the heater does not work, there is only an air-conditioned option. The biggest thing I am upset about is how I had booked a 'deluxe room' via Agoda with the request of a 'king bed' for my partner and I but instead were given twin beds. I had bought it up and the staff and manager said it was not their problem and it was Agoda's. They did not offer any compensation and weren't very apologetic. The bed moved at night so there was a massive gap in between us and my arm and head would slip in.. worse sleep. On our second night, we decided to eat at the 'garden terrace' restaurant. Our chicken was undercooked.. We literally had to ask for it to be cooked again. Thirdly, our neighbours were extremely noisy, we had someone ring out doorbell at 11:45PM, mistaking it for the wrong room. Walls are definitely not soundproof here. The gym and pool are nice, nothing wrong with them and breakfast options were plentiful. Machine coffee is okay standard but nothing delicious.

The room was not hygienic I would say. The rug was dirty and I have to call the agent to remove it from my room. The washed plate is still dirty (the picture was in my camera and not in my phone so I can't show it). The sofa has a cello tape. And another one sofa look dirty and has a mark of glue (maybe). The toilet tiles also not very clean. The bed is OK just a minor stain on the sheet. The good side is the view of KL tower and the amenities such as gym. As I read in the booking apps, the swimming pool is open with SOP applied but when we are there it was closed due to CMCO. I am not sure that will us come again or not. I do not recommend this place for those who are particular about cleanliness. There are a lot of immigrants too here from the workers to the cleaner and also the groceries worker.

A lovely room with lovely furnitures, comfortable bed with comfortable pillows, clean and quiet. The only consolation out of the 14-day quarantine is the hotel room.

On 22nd August 2021 I had to personally go to hotel to investigate why a package that I send via Grab Express on 21st August was not send to my brother who is on quarantine there. Called night of 21st August, spoke to Nurul and was informed no item was received by Rela team on duty. But I had proof of delivery by the Grab rider. Low and behold, when I there to ask and check on 22nd August afternoon, the package was place at table for hotel to pick up and deliver after 5pm daily. Rela on duty checked and package WAS NOT REGISTRED AT ALL. What frustrate me the most, hotel staff just assume, did not check thoroughly. Wasted my time and payment for Grab. I will officially write to hotel on this matter. Service is very poor at Front Desk.

Stayed here during 14 days quarantine. Room very clean, bathroom very clean and modern. Bed and pillows so comfortable. Lightings are adequate, although not enough lights when you need to do some serious reading. Open concept wardrobe is very practical, especially for long stay. Not much decorations, as the room is more on practicality rather than luxury. Food served are good, although a bit cold, but this is not a major problem for me. Towels are fresh when I first came, but I think they need to change another fresh towels at least once every week. Stay 2 weeks with the same towels is not really a good hygiene practice. Room a bit small, as I expect a bigger room since I paid for a premium package. Overall, a good stay.

The hotel was good. But there was no water provided in the room, neither coffee or towel provided. The bathroom lock was not working properly. By size, it was big. Easily 3-4 persons can stay here in one room

I have been to this hotel previous year and I was satisfied with the service. The rooms were spacious and well equipped. Everywhere was also very clean. The break fasts variety was good and I enjoyed my breakfasts there. At first, I also asked them for a room with a good view and they gave me a room in top floors which had a good view to the city. The pool and gym was also clean. The location was in one of the best part of the city where u had a great acced to bukit bintang and petaling street. I could visit many parts of the city like kl towers, china town and many local temples on foot. In addition, there were many shopping centers nearby. Staffs behavior was friendly and they were so helpful whenever I asked them a question about either the city or hotel. I enjoyed my stay in this hotel.

Everything is fine about this hotel however one serious issue. …the sound proofing. The sound proofing is very poor. You can hear a lot of activities from other rooms. Dragging chairs, vacuum, etc. Too bad. Other issues :- Car park $10 per day. Wi-Fi is hopeless. No lift to car park.

Location is convenient. Nearby is Alor area which is a nice place to have dinner. Surprisingly, the room is spacious and well renovated, it's comfortable. However, the breakfast is poor. But I would strongly suggest you to get breakfast outside, so many famous local restaurants are available.

  • 4/5 Terence T. 1 year ago on Google
Centrally located. Walking distance to most of the street markets. The Mediterranean food at the hotel was fully booked. We did not get a chance to savour it. The breakfast is not buffet style but enough to start your engines for the morning outings.

Very bad experience. This hotel is a very famous hotel but the service is very sickening. Just for parking fee RM10 per night they are causing too much trouble. They could just include it in the hotel fee. Even after we pay the fee, they are still requiring the TouchNgo card which seems unnecessary. And on the day I have to leave to airport to catch a flight, they don't have a security guard to open the gate which is very unprofessional thing to do. The hotel rate per night was so expensive and there service is no standard. Even for the towel, we have to call for it at the reception. And that also they only provide 1 towel for 2 people for the whole 3 days that we stayed there. They did had the housekeeping works everyday but never change the towel. They will just fold the old towel and left. We never tried to call again for towel because we don't have time for this drama. They suppose to know how to do their job.

Rooms were nice and spacious... Really liked them! They also had sofa if you're sleeping extra pax. We had the membership to stay in the swiss garden residences. If you have the membership...please. please. Book at least 6 months in advance. If school holiday probably 8 months. It is very very difficult to book, it is always full if you book too late. The stay was worth it... They have swimming pool. It's a rather convenient location and has nearby train stations! Rooms were clean.

Probably one of the worst hotels I've had the displeasure of staying at. The rooms are tiny. The staff clearly doesn't understand the meaning of clean floors, ours was dirty when we arrived and stayed dirty over multiple requests and room services. Nobody answers the phone so you HAVE to go to the lobby and the front desk to request for anything. The breakfast was just ok. The location was good though. In conclusion I've stayed at 2 star hotels better than this one so I'm struggling to see what about this hotel is 4 star.

I am already turn off by the fact that the carpark don’t have lift. Thus need to drop off your luggage at the lobby first then park your car. B1 is reserve parking and can only park at b2. The front desk service weren’t good too. However, the doorman is great. Helpful with luggage and quick to attend. Bed wasn’t comfortable too. Room service order a spaghetti and it’s bad. I won’t come back again and will not recommend it to any of my friends.

One of the worst ever hotel breakfast I would claim, food is not nice at all, very limited option but claim to be 4star, no proper coffee is prepared, both machines are slow and long queue, they serve full apple and not in cut version to serve as salad, no desert, food finish took too long to refill, cups and plate are gone and nobody tend to refill, overall such a worst experience and not worth for the price at all. Room is good but request for city view, but given hotel facing room view. Overall not worth to stay.

When you book a room and specify a queen bed... For two people. Only to arrive and not be informed at any time before that the room has two singles.. what do you do ? Poor service before I entered the room. Could not change the situation. I don't believe them at all ... 15 ? Floors of rooms....and not a Queen bed available ? TV .... Barely one channel of poor quality picture. Why advertise a room with a TV as a feature if it doesn't work? I bet they would never fix that problem. Breakfast is quite average. For 48rm per person. Best to go for a walk and find something open. Room had a poor view. They never mention your room will be blocked by an even bigger building next to it. Poor service. Overall. I would not stay there again or recommend anyone does.

Great hospitality from the very first encounter to the last..every aspect of the stay was enjoyable and rooms were clean. The restaurant was a little bit disappointing as they didn’t have many options to choose from due to unavailability of items in the menu. If you are in KL for business or personal shopping the area is great and close to many attractions.

All is well accept for toilet not so clean in shower area. Nice bed. The main concern was insufficient parking & need to park illegally on top of parking fee that I need to pay ( 1 night stay - 1 spent RM20 in total for parking). Valet booked for wedding. So not recommended to bring own car if you would like to stay here on weekends. Or else you may walk or use public transport once u have parked & only bring out the car during checkout.

Hotel room is just average. Bed is a bit soft. Should provide extra towels. Biggest set back is the "Once a day at 6pm only the delivery of outside food to the room" and lack of information how to check out on the final day of quarantine. Reception was unsure of the procedure! Otherwise, easily survive the 5 days quarantine in this hotel.

Fairly decent city hotel. The extra large family room is a one of a kind. Very comfortable for a family of 4-5. The view is not great but the location is quite good.

Used to be very good. Now there are newer affordable hotels nearer to the centre of Bukit Bintang. Parking is free for the "hotel". It is 12RM a day for parking at the "residences". Book carefully. The cheap food at nearby Alor is not cheap anymore. Prices are up by about 30 to 100%.

Affordable hotel with its location nearby with everything around especially at Bukit Bintang area. The room was spacious too, and clean enough. The staff was also very friendly when I asked about changing to another room. One thing I was uncomfortable about the smell of the room itself, it's true that the building is so luxurious from the outside but the inside like not well maintained.

Room size is great but room facilities are poor - linens are dirty, bath water pressure is weak, drainage is poor causing flooding at bath area and toilet bowl water turned brown during flushing. Service at breakfast and Reception is great though. The worst is the carpark, narrow and cars parking haphazardly, making it difficult for big cars to manoeuvre in and out.
