I
was
here
for
quarantine
after
an
international
business
trip,
I
had
my
expectations
very
low
to
begin
with.
My
expectations
are
still
misplaced
and
I
am
very
disappointed.
Tired,
stressed,
hungry,
was
my
state
of
mind
upon
arriving
at
the
hotel,
greeted
at
the
back
door
and
having
to
fill
up
forms
on
a
table
outside
of
a
hotel
wasn't
a
pleasure
but
I
just
wanted
to
get
to
my
room
and
rest
as
quickly
as
I
could.
That's
where
the
bad
things
began.
By
day
2
my
stress
level
is
almost
above
the
charts.
Apart
from
having
to
deal
with
Jet
lag,
the
first
thing
I
had
to
deal
with
was
the
lack
of
fresh
air
ventilation
in
the
hotel.
My
room
is
facing
a
side
where
I
never
have
any
direct
sunlight
and
the
windows
are
locked
and
sealed
shut
for
"Safety
and
Protection".
This
means
with
me
not
being
able
to
go
outside
of
my
room,
I
need
to
deal
with
the
smell
of
the
carpet
and
toilet
plus
all
the
smell
caused
by
yesterday's
food.
Then
there's
noise.
I
have
been
here
for
4
days.
Each
day
I
have
been
more
tired
than
the
day
before,
with
constant
fluctuation
of
the
aircon
for
no
apparent
reason,
there's
also
this
noise
of
drilling
and
knocking
for
a
couple
of
hours
for
the
passed
2
days.
Then
there's
food.
I
was
asked
to
choose
my
menu
the
day
I
entered
the
Hotel.
The
food
served
for
quarantine
are
not
exactly
fine
cuisine
but
they
are
ok.
However
today's
food
was
supposedly
curry
chicken
with
rice
but
only
the
chickens
are
just
2
pieces
of
bones
and
1
small
piece
of
potato.
It's
not
enough
portion
for
a
grown
man,
let
alone
a
middle
aged
one.
So
I
ordered
delivery
that
arrived
at
12pm.
However
while
the
food
was
delivered
around
1230pm,
the
reception
insisted
to
only
send
me
my
food
at
6pm.
stating
it's
policy
for
outside
food
delivery.
The
food
delivery
policy
makes
no
sense.
No
matter
how
hungry
you
are,
they
will
insist
they
will
only
delivery
your
outside
delivery
food
after
6pm.
even
if
it's
breakfast
or
lunch.
There's
no
food
available
between
lunch
at
12pm
and
dinner
at
6pm.
I
couldn't
handle
the
hunger,
I'm
stressed,
tired,
hungry
and
depressed.
I
wanted
to
see
whether
they
are
willing
to
deliver
faster
if
I
order
their
in
house
menu.
I
rang
the
reception
at
3pm,
it
rang
for
5
minutes
until
3:05pm.
No
pick
up.
5
minutes
no
pick
up
for
a
supposedly
5
star
hotel
reception.
I've
never
had
that
in
my
life.
I
gave
up.
The
quarantine
package
called
Premium
Stay
is
not
exactly
cheap.
Including
3
meals
a
day
but
minus
the
service,
the
INT
Quarantine
Packaged
is
RM338
per
night
and
comes
down
to
a
gross
price
of
RM
2,366
for
7
nights.
They
also
charge
extra
for
the
mandatory
PCR
Test
before
you
leave
the
hotel.
In
reality
it's
nothing
near
premium
at
all,
it
feels
like
a
prison
stay.
I
have
no
idea
whether
I
will
have
the
right
mental
state
of
mind
when
I
leave
this
hotel
in
another
4
nights
time.
While
I
choose
Swiss
Garden
to
reduce
my
stress
of
being
have
to
be
in
quarantine
from
my
travel,
I
am
truly
disappointed
with
what
I
am
getting.
I
hardly
sit
down
to
write
my
disappointing
experience,
I
usually
think
only
good
experiences
are
worth
elaborating,
yet
I
did
this.
