Still 1 of my favourite place for a coffee and breakfast. I give it a try on this savoury pancakes come with salad & bits bacon. I give it a thumbs-up👍.

Walked into the cafe in the afternoon, and the cafe was empty. The cashier lady was playing on her phone, and was super annoyed with me as I asked for her attention to order. It’s like I disturbed her playing her phone and she gave me a very rude service and attitude. No eye contact, and no thank you. Worst of all, quickly made my drink and handed it to me and continue with her phone. And the coffee is almost half filled only as per picture shown. With the price I paid, I don’t think I deserve for such service and product. Worst experience ever!

Love the food selection. Very attentive service. Cozy space but can be noise as the crowd grows. What i wish is for them to have more refreshing drink selections other than coffee tea and kombucha.

I have been patronising this cozy cafe since their presence in our neighbourhood in TTDI. I am glad they survived during C19. I think what makes them stand out solidly in the TTDI community is that they do serve artisan coffee artfully and wholeheartedly. I found that they are happy and comfortable when communicating with customers. Seating arrangement is applaud of, from solo coffee addict like me, to business discussion, or groups, they have outdoor for people do not like air-cond environment. Smoothing music, a bit loud for me but it is bearable.

There's a fair few coffee joints in the TTDI area and I think most of it serve up a decent cuppa, some are overrated (looking at you Mukha). But if you like a good drop of coffee, this is one of the most reliable places out there and seems to have been so since year dot. I don't think there's anything too fancy about the space. Whatever character is in the decor of the place centres back to the coffee. The old bricks have probably been around since the French Revolution. The cheesecake has that slight layer of chocolate on its base which separates it from other cheesecakes out there, and I liked it the more I smash it down my gullet. But the coffee is the main highlight - fruity, light roasted, crema. It's the type of coffee that should be available everywhere but not enough places serve them.

We were there for coffee. The place is chic and comfortable. There is an outdoor seating area as well as indoor. We chose indoor as the air was warm and bright outside. We ordered hot Caffè late and a long black. The coffee taste real nice and smooth. While making the order, I had a chat with the cashier, who is friendly and accommodating. She said that the place are patronized by stray cats and they feed them and post advertisement for the public to adopt the cats. We did see a cat lying comfortably on the sofa outside the shop. I like the shop as it exudes comfort and friendliness, and especially kind to animals.

Coffee was good and the environment was chill. Good spot to chill and just hang. The cheesecake however, was a disappointment. It was too milky to my liking. And the base wasn’t buttery enough. Probably won’t return for the food 😐 but I like the staff’s energy and attitude!

Nice place for breakfast. Recently visited this place for first time with my wife. We had our Flat White and Long Black with tasty Big Breakfast. Enjoyed our time there, nice and cozy place.

Came for quick breakfast and coffee on a Thursday morning after doing my things at Maybank which is right next door. Food? Just nice! Finding a parking at this area is crazy though.

Ice Mocha was meh, with lumpy coffee inside, so i have to chew my drink instead. This for rm16. No fancy packaging for the price and it was only filled up to 3/4 of the way. Dunkin donuts make better coffee with cheaper price tag. Girl at the cashier was rude not only to me, but to my toddler. If she's a special needs person, could at least wear a tag to indicate so, i wanted to pay by cash and she buzzed me like a buzzer "Eeeeeeeekkkkk! No cash" and made a cross sign with her arms. And she went off hopping and dancing at the bar while looking at her phone. First and last time here.

A dear friend once told me, the founder of Artisan Roast Coffee was the pioneer (or one of them) who changed the landscape of Malaysia's coffee industry forever. Words coming out from his mouth weighed a lot as Kelvin is a big shot in the coffee industry. Lucky for me, Artisan Roast is located a stone throw away from where I live plus the fact that they open early for morning crowds. Parking in TTDI is definitely easier in the morning. ◾Egg & Toast consisted of 2 pieces of Sourdough, kampung scrambled egg & spinach + homemade tomato relish on the side. Avocado was an extra option. ◾Savoury Pancakes with scrambled eggs & crispy bacon bits, sauteed spinach, & corn, cherry tomatoes & jalapeno on the side. The hungry sonny polished the entire plate by himself.. ◾Coffee in Artisan Roast has always been one of my favourite.. love their fruity and slightly acidic black that made my morning everytime. ◾Kombucha was an option for non-coffee drinker. Take advantage of the early morning and come to enjoy your coffee (and food) vere before the traffic starts to get busier.

Great filter coffee! I like the Kenya beans used, it tastes floral that reminds me of a Geisha coffee I had the other day. Also good ambience to chill or just a chit-chat.

The lady cashier were rude. As for the coffee it cost RM16 and not even full to the top. Taste wise .. same as making my own aik cheong coffee and add milk. Now I know why people rather go to the big big franchise.

Nice place to hangouts after a tired day. Their coffee was so refreshing and delicious. Price was okay for a hipster cafe.

Came for dinner but the kitchen closed @ 5.30pm Having latte hot for me & lonh blackfor my husband, salted choc cookies & mud choc cake. Delicious & satisfied. May come again for breakfast/lunch. The waiter is nice & humble.

Cozy neighborhood cafe. As they roast their beans, they serve good quality cup of coffee. If you are coffee lover, try their Filter coffee (V60 Pour over). Usually they have 2 to 3 different beans to choose for hand drip coffee. Food menu was recently upgraded and they are really good. Even a simple dish such as Eggs & Toast is not boring. You can tell that ingredients are high quality.

Came here for breakfast. The place is older and I'd been here many many years ago but more for the coffee than for food. Firstly, coffee is still good! Had a long black which was one of the better long blacks in a cafe (well pulled shot and not too much water) though it was on the slightly acidic side which I like. Wife had a piccolo which was also good though the espresso shot in hers seemed more acidic than mine. Food wise we had a big breakfast and savoury pancakes. Food presentation was good though food was underseasoned (which all things considered is better than over-seasoned). We especially liked the pancakes and I liked that it came with chickpeas (cooked and not from a can) instead of baked beans from a can. One downside, ordering a side of pancakes is expensive! Would suggest either a reduction in price or more pancake for the same. Will be back

Came on a PH. Staff are cheerful and courteous. We had big breakfast and savoury pancakes. Food is well presented and wholesome in taste. They do not have options for customisation of meals eg extra bacon, substitution, exclusion. Interesting they have chick pea side which is their version of baked beans (better than from the can). Pancakes as you can see (cross section photo) is under the savoury items. slightly stodgy in nature but otherwise ok. for those who like crispy fluffy pancakes it may not satisfy your palate. I do like that the food feels home prepared and not industrially or mass produced (eg defrosted and microwaved). Coffee is good. Overall I was pleasantly surprised.

Stumbled my way here after a little shopping in the area. Pleasantly surprised! I didn't get a chance to try a coffee but the aromas were wonderful. I got a lovely chicken salad that had the most delightful presentation and a delicious dressing! Very happy with my meal, will definitely be returning for their coffees and other menu items! Also they have breakfast but only until 12PM!!

It was my second time there and I still love the place. The atmosphere is chill, I was so productive with my work, the coffee is really good, and the snacks there are just right. Friendly staffs. Unfortunately I heard that they are moving soon to a nearby location, I hope they receive equal if not more support. :)

The coffee isn't as good as it used to be. The cake selection is not bad. The breakfast offerings are for me the main highlight. Parking in TTDI is simply horrible!

It is my go to coffee joint. The people here are always nice and friendly. The coffee is good and consistent. This is important as this makes me comfortable having the same cuppa every time i come here! Ambiance is also nice and quiet when in the morning. Food here is fresh and good too.

Have been asked to leave the shop just because they have to make room for walk-ins. Very unprofessional and rude.

Probably one of the best coffee I had. Here's my view: 1. Coffee was served in perfect temperature for consumption. It wasn't boiling hot, I can sip it right away when the latte is served to me. 2. Milk wasn't too sweet, mixture of coffee and milk is quite on point. 3. WIFI is fast and table settings are perfect for working. Run errands and needed a place to stopby to read some emails and check some files. Artisan is the right place.

I'm all the way from subang, just want to have one of my favourite bread, by right the bread had to be crispy and hot, i had it more than 5 times, but the one they served me today was too soft and warm. The staff told me "maybe the oven is new"，😅 This is what i thought, the bread not really cheap (about Rm20), the baking time in oven was too short. Please keep the food standard like drinks. The recipe have to be the same, what i feel is “different staff different standard ”, please train all the staffs is same conclusion ：the place is very nice and relax，the staff nice and polite，the Drinks very nice ，but the food taste every time is different😩

Love the vibe here, not too crowded, but almost full consistently. Love the hot chai chocolate drink. Apparently a lot of people do take away with their coffee.

Coffee is their speciality here, no doubt about it. Strong coffee and cozy ambience. Their place is a bit small but enough. They have inside and outside table.

Staff are friendly and the interior is tastefully decorated. Seating could be made more comfortable. The quality of the coffee is very good. Would be nice to see more vegan options on the menu.

Great coffee and loved the carrot cake that I got. Customer service was great too. The cashier was very nice and accommodating. Only downside is parking, of course. If you know TTDI, you'll know that parking close to the shop will be nearly impossible.

One of the very few places in town that serves Red Latte made from Rooibos Tea. A cold version with apple juice is called Long Red. Both are excellent and this is my go-to when I need a fix after a long day. Plenty of cakes to choose from. All good.

Very fine espresso coffee; smooth, rich and served at the correct temperature ( not burnt hot). Very fast and efficient service by a team of delightful young ladies. The dragon-i fruit bowl was pretty darn good also.

Its very kopitiam vibe kind of cafe (with aircond), so you can be relax and chat with pals and enjoy their proud roast. Theres stray cats around which you will either love it (yes people cuddle and feed them) or not so like it due to hygine. Up to you or you can just sit inside the indoor space.
