Beautiful shopping mall with a lot of high end goods I’ll never be able to afford. Still a good place to walk stroll around, suck up air conditioning and use the restroom. Biggest draw is the food court in the basements. Lots of choices in a clean setting.

(Detailed review below) Food ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Ambiance ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Accessibility ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Cost ⭐⭐⭐ I guess this is the pinnacle of shopping in Kuala Lumpur, if not the whole of Malaysia. A beautiful mall that is spacious, extravagant and luxurious. Lots of premium, expensive brands and even if you can't afford to shop here, it draws in the crowd who come to ogle and soak in the atmosphere. There are plenty of F&B outlets. The more cost conscious folks would head down to the basement for the food court but be mindful that it's still mall prices. There is also an outdoor area (shaded avenue to keep the rain out) that is lined with cafes, bars and restaurants. Perfect for those who love people watching! And there are also more restaurants in the higher floors. You can certainly shop or eat till you drop! Tip: The main hall is usually a magnet for photos and selfies because they normally have exquisite decorations up to mark the many celebrations in Malaysia. Christmas is without doubt a great reason to visit, just to enjoy the decor!

Overall, I don't have any bad experience during the trip. The toilet have bidet which that's good for us who loves using that. Plus, they also have dadi cinema (suitable for u guys who loves cinemas) . There are so many types of food u can get here such as japanese, Korean, western, Malay, Arabic cuisine.. just choose whatever you want👍🏾 Please bear in mind, you need to take a good care of your belongings as there are many people here. That's all from me. Thank you for reading.😃

One of the finest mall in Malaysia I would say. They maintained it well all these years. Also they give their best decorations for every festive season. My favourite is their Christmas decorations with the snow effect. Varities of stores and f&b inside the mall. Also have cinema and karaoke nearby. Good place to hang out with friends and family.

It's another grand shopping centre, right in the heart of the city. It basically has everything you need, all the major brands. It's nicely designed, and so far we'll maintained. Parking is usually a little challenging but I guess that's a norm. The decoration for Christmas is always grand. Hope for something practical, sustainable and reasonable.

One of the most popular malls in Malaysia and its strategic location at the bustling Bukit Bintang has always attracted big crowd of visitors to come by. Officially opened in September 2007, the mall complex also consists of 2 blocks of serviced apartments, an office block and a 5 star hotel. The most significant expansion happened in late 2016, the 10 storeys Pavilion Elite that's built adjacent to the original mall block. THE GOOD • Massive shopping mall brimmed with loads of retailers, amenities and facilities • Impressive array of premium brand stores (Rolex, Armani, Coach, Chanel, CK) • Strong list of sports stores (Nike, Adidas, Under Armour, JD) • Lavish and luxurious interior decor, akin to 5 stars hotel • Parkson department store and Dadi Cinema as the premier screening hall in the mall • Less than 5 min walk to Bukit Bintang MRT and monorail station • Kitchen-sink list of restaurants, fast food chains and assorted food courts located at L1 • Themed shopping precincts such as Tokyo Street, Connection and Couture • The Centre Court is the place where many large-scale events happen such as KL Fashion Week • Grand-themed decorations for seasonal celebrations (Christmas, CNY, Hari Raya, Deepavali) featured at the front courtyard and the centre court • Excellent amenities and facilities (ATM, toilets, surau, valet) • Close proximity to Starhill mall, Fahrenheit 88 mall, Berjaya Times Square and Lowyat Plaza THE NOT-SO-GOOD • Due to its popularity, the mall can get very busy with visitors

Super hype place yet people flock it from all walks of life. Design for the people who intend to hang around and chill at the cafe, bar or restaurant on one side and the other side for shoppers and window shoppers. The entrance main attraction which is the fountain - can be really crowded even at almost midnight.

Being a premier shopping mall in the capital city, Pavilion is synonymous with splurging on festive decorations. There's no exception when ushering in the year of the tiger. The centre court is decked out with mainly lanterns and flowers in the unmistakable auspicious red. Plenty of foto-op hotspots.

This shopping mall is impressively clean and spacious, providing a welcoming atmosphere for visitors. It boasts a diverse range of stores, catering to all budgets, with options ranging from affordable brands to high-end luxury boutiques. Moreover, I was thrilled to discover some delightful Japanese food restaurants within the mall, fulfilling my culinary desires. One highlight for me was finding a Gindako outlet in the shopping mall, which was a pleasant surprise. My overall experience here left me completely satisfied, and I can't help but wear a contented smile on my face. 😁

Shopping mall at Bukit Bintang. Tip top place to go for shopping and taking photos. Branded shops and big bucks. Lots of eatery in the mall. On the top floor of the mall ... there are Japanese stalls and restaurant. Weekend will be lots of people. Nice deco during festive festival like Chinese New Year ... Hari Raya ... and Christmas. Never miss the festive photos. You need to spend min 4hours in the mall and yet with big steps ... if smaller steps you might spend a whole day. Have a nice day and enjoy the weekend.

We were there prior to Lunar New Year, so the centre was decorated beautifully. A hub of activity with lots of beautiful shops and plenty of food choices. I needed a small repair done to my spectacles and the optometry shop replaced the nose pieces, tightened all the screws and cleaned them for me. The declined any payment. What a wonderful way to experience KL for our first visit.

It is definitely the best mall in Kuala Lumpur. The shops are pricey as they are all top brands of the world. Great selection of restaurants, cafes and bars. Multiple food courts with every possible kind of cuisine. Very very clean and well designed. Staff is also very helpful. They are supposed to have free wifi there but for some time now it's not been working properly. To enjoy all restaurants make sure you have mobile phone with a data connection as they require you to scan QR code for menu and ordering. Many restaurants are also cashless now and only accept payments by cards.

An incredibly large shopping mall. If you want to visit the whole thing, you have to come in the morning and leave in the evening. An escape spot on hot days. There are countless options for both eating and drinking places and clothing stores. The decorations made for the Chinese New Year were very successful.

Always a nice and happening place to walk around, take pictures and tagged in the sights. Every year the mall decoration is pretty grand with lots of places and corners to get IG worthy shots, even the shops will look nicer compared to other branches. The shops inside are mostly luxury shops, but you can find some nice and affordable restaurants to eat too like Sukiya steamboat.

The winter wonderland with animals to the huge golden Christmas tree and the big star, its really a place to invoke the Christmas mood. Come early to avoid the crowd. Pavilion Mall is an exceptional shopping mall near the bustling Bukit Bintang district of Kuala Lumpur. The mall offers a wide variety of shopping options from high end luxury brands to popular street stores, and it is an excellent place to spend an entire evening. The mall is spotlessly clean, impeccably maintained that adds to the overall shopping experience. Apart from the shopping the Mall offers fantastic selection of restaurants, from casual eateries to upscale dining experiences. There is everything from fast food chains to high end cafes that suits every taste and budget. For entertainment, there are also cinema halls and a range of other leisure options like karaoke and an arcade. The mall has ample parking space and is easily accessible by public transport with bus stations right opposite the mall. The road leading to the mall is always crowded and hence the traffic around this mall is worse. Pavilion Mall is definitely worth a visit especially in the evenings.

A huge place to shop around and fill the belly. We can spend 1 day here for (window) shopping and tasting different kinds of delicacies. Note that the 3/F is the floor linking the ground so don't get lost in this organized maze. Located conveniently at Bukit Bintang so there are still lots of places to visit around here in walking distance after stepping out of the mall.

Pavilion Kuala Lumpur, undoubtedly one of the city's iconic shopping centers, offers a shopping experience that's both vibrant and bustling. However, it's essential to acknowledge the full picture. While it attracts a diverse range of visitors, you'll often find a substantial presence of Middle East tourists. This international blend contributes to its unique atmosphere. One thing to keep in mind is that Pavilion can get exceptionally crowded. The popularity of this shopping destination means that it's frequently teeming with shoppers and tourists alike. As a result, some might argue that it's somewhat overrated, especially if you're seeking a more relaxed shopping environment. The buzz and activity within Pavilion can sometimes create a sense of chaos and havoc, particularly during peak hours or busy seasons. So, if you prefer a quieter shopping experience, you might want to consider visiting during off-peak hours or exploring other shopping centers in Kuala Lumpur. While it has its drawbacks, Pavilion Kuala Lumpur remains an integral part of the city's shopping scene, offering a diverse range of retail options, dining choices, and entertainment, making it a worthwhile destination for those who appreciate the lively and bustling side of city life.

Situated in the district of Bukit Bintang within KL, this trendy and upmarket mall features 7 floors of retail and F&B outlets to serve your shopping whims and fancy. Keeping the city’s fashionistas looking polished, this KL staple is the perfect example of how extravagant some malls can be. There is a supermarket on the basement called Mercato. The top level restaurant from the Indian and Chinese restaurant is great. The western steak house is quite good too. not a mega mall fan. would rather strolling in smaller local favorites. why go. food, wc and bargain goods only or movie if fonding of cinematic experiences, lousy snacks service n choices. only look for quality both material and place of origin when buy branded products and of course seek discounts and bring receipts to mall customer service for extra promotions such car park or vouchers.

Part of pavilion shopping mall which has many floors. Most of the people come here for haidilao steamboat, dip&dip, hansang korean BBQ and Nan Yang. There is a spacious Huawei official store here and Muji.

A very nice shopping mall with the best Chinese New Year and Christmas decorations! The mall has many luxury brands such as LV, YSL, Gucci, Prada, Channel, and many more! There are also many eateries and nice cafes in this Mall. Pavilion mall is situated just within a very short walking distance from Bukit Bintang MRT station and a few other malls! The mall is visited by many locals and tourist respect during the weekend.

Pavilion is a massive mall located in the busy KL centre. The mall has a wide variety of international brands to shop from. Every season is accompanied by a beautiful set up and decor that is an absolute feast to the eyes. Fantastic experience. It was simply gorgeous during the Christmas time when we visited.

Pavilion in Bukit Bintang is an absolute gem that left me thoroughly impressed with every aspect of my visit. This iconic shopping destination offers a world-class experience that caters to all your needs. The location of Pavilion is unbeatable, right in the heart of Bukit Bintang, making it easily accessible and a must-visit for both locals and tourists. The stunning architecture and modern design create a luxurious ambiance that adds to the overall experience. The range of shops and boutiques is extensive, providing a fantastic selection of high-end and popular brands. I found myself lost in a shopper's paradise, surrounded by a variety of fashion, beauty, and lifestyle stores, making it a one-stop destination for all my shopping desires. Moreover, the dining options at Pavilion are unparalleled. From local delights to international cuisine, the array of restaurants and eateries cater to all tastes. Whether you crave a quick snack or a sumptuous meal, you'll find something to delight your palate. One of my favorite aspects of Pavilion is the beautiful connection to the green outdoors with the rooftop garden. It provides a serene escape from the bustling city, offering a perfect spot to relax and enjoy the breathtaking views of Kuala Lumpur. Whether you're a shopaholic, a foodie, or simply looking for a delightful place to spend your day, Pavilion has it all!

This is a high end, classy and premium shopping mall in downtown Kuala Lumpur. For every major festivities, they would have decoration and exhibitions which is nice to visit. As the mall is located in an area famous with tourists and visitors, the crowd can be quite messy and loud, so this might affect service and hygiene. Parking also can be quite challenging, especially during peak hours.

I recently visited Pavilion Kuala Lumpur and was completely captivated by the experience. This iconic shopping center is not just a retail destination but a paradise for anyone who appreciates a blend of luxury, variety, and convenience. From the moment I stepped in, the grandeur of the place struck me. The design and layout are impeccable, creating a welcoming and upscale atmosphere. Each floor offers a unique shopping experience, with a wide range of both international and local brands. What sets Pavilion apart is its diverse array of dining options. From local delicacies to international cuisine, there’s something to satisfy every palate. The food court is particularly impressive, offering an array of choices in a clean and comfortable setting. The customer service here is top-notch. Staff members are friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to help, enhancing the overall shopping experience. Whether you're there for shopping, dining, or just to soak in the vibrant ambiance, Pavilion Kuala Lumpur is a must-visit destination that truly embodies the spirit of modern Malaysia. It's an experience that combines luxury, culture, and hospitality in the most delightful way.

EVERYTHING YOU NEED AT ONE PLACE. Excellent shopping Center, where you can find everything needed: high end fashion stores (such as Dior, LV, Cartier, Chloe etc.), mass market shops (Zara, Pull & Bear, etc.), official Apple distributor, local brands, homeware shops and more. There are also services available such as SPA and beauty salons. On the bottom floor there is an excellent food court. I have tried there several places and everywhere it was very delicious and, compared to European prices, not expensive at all. On the top floor, there is a Tokyo-style corner with various restaurants - each of them is a must visit as well. And also I would recommend to visit Oriental Signature SPA for a full body massage

So what is the big signage posted at such a High end mall dont even knw what they are offering. Free 2 hrs car park with minimum of RM 100 spending !!! The leading shopping mall in Bukit Bintang, along with the likes of Lot 10, Starhill and the antique Sg Wang. Located sprallingly along the trendy Bukit Bintang Rd. Home to all the elites and posh brands and most of the famous and popular foreign or local F&B are located in its popular food court known as "Food Republic". Its a mall one can spend a whole day without realising how time flies. Especially, during festive seasons like now Christmas time and the coming New Year and the vibrant Lunar New Year, the central court is the pulse of activities and celebrative decorations. One can just be transformed into the thematic story of each festival.

Lots to delight shopaholics, especially those who crave brands. Plenty of restaurants too if you just want to eat. Location on Bukit Bintang is perfect, being walking distance from other malls too. Downside: It's a big mall that gets a little too crowded. And at the moment with all the Xmas blings out, expect double the crowd.

Pavillion is not so good for KL-goers even they have many bistros and pubs at the side. The shops are not many and it is not well organized. Watson is one corner and Guardian is far another place. Walkways is too shiny and slippery and lifts are in the middle. Designer things are too expensive and it is located at ground floor. Everywhere is sharp and dangerous for shoppers to mingle during weekends. No sign boards or directory of the shops are assessible at every corner. Car park is far and not properly directed outside to inside the underground parking and parking to mall. Hopefully, Pavilion Shopping Mall can improve bacause the people come from different parts of Kuala Lumpur or Malaysia. So far, the food floor is okay but the Won Ton Mee is sticky even I bought it early when it is opened. I hope it can be improved because it is still our Shopping Mall in Kuala Lumpur. So, like our Shopping Mall, like Kuala Lumpur

Although the glamorous design is there. Express tepanyaki in the food court are not up to standard. A dangerous place to dine it with overate price all together.

One of the favourite shopping destination in KL. During this opening phase 2, the store operations is bit confusing. Some close earlier, some close late. FnB at level 5 close ealier while FnB in basement closed late.

Great place to check-in! Beautiful Christmas decoration brings a lot of crowd. Mostly the luxury retails and wide walk way between shoppers. On Top level are for those Japanese act shoppers such as Suki-Ya, Daiso, BearBrick, etc. At the basement are restaurants and food court. We went to the Republic Food to settle our dinner. Variety food to choose from Nasi lemak to Yakiniku. More surprisingly there is a link bridge to the KLCC which is covered shelter. Probably the genius constructs for those hate Sunlight and walkahoric.

It's been 2 years since I last step foot into Pavilion area. The Christmas decor is very nice this year but beware of the crowd. We managed to park in Ritz-Carlton and took a 5 minutes stroll to Pavilion which was okay. Beware of many road construction and unnecessary detours..

Their Christmas decorations was amazing. Never seen before. Premium shopping mall with many high-end brands.

The mall is new and most of the shops have not started yet. Food court is not open too. There is only a starbucks which is open and few other outtlets are open like parksons, mr dyi etc

Here to check out their Chinese New Year decorations. Pavilion KL always have one of the most splendid CNY decorations, and 2022 is no exception! The large 3D screen outside added some sort of attractions to the mall as well. It was quite interesting to stop by to catch some interactive 3D advertisements. Pavilion KL is also the home to a large variety of high end retailers and eateries. It just keeps getting better (and bigger).

Wonderful shopping center that comes alive at night. Pretty night lights with fashion icons studding the streets. I often walk this street when I return to KL!

Big luxury mall. Lots of high end brands. Some good eating and drinking places right outside. Must check out the 3d billboard and fountain outside the mall.

  • 5/5 Shuja K. 1 year ago on Google
A shopping mall in the hustling and bustling area of Bukit Bintang. It has pretty much all the brands, some of the high end brands too. A food court namely food republic having variety of local, western and eastern cuisines. It’s connect to the train station and other malls nearby. Just like the other malls, Christmas decoration is top notch.

Super clean and nice mall with lots of branded shopping and good food. We tried Para Thai at basement and it was good. Worth coming to this place and hang around with family and friends. Recommend this place to visit if you are in KL.

A huge shopping center that is located in the middle of downtown Kuala Lumpur or the biggest street you can find in the area. If you want to visit all the shops in the center, it will likely take you hours. You can shop until ur legs are broken, and it just goes on and on with one floor to another that feels like no end. Restaurants are located on the upper floors, and there are escalators around taking u up and down. Most portion of the center is indoor with AC, but parts are connected to the outside and quite toasty

There is everything from fast food chains to high end cafes that suits every taste.

  • 4/5 Jeevan 9 months ago on Google
Luxury mall with several options for everyone. Problem was the traffic leading up to the mall. Absolutely terrible and they need to do something about it. The mall itself was good, clean and had a very good vibe to it.

If you are looking for branded clothes, this is the best place to go. I think this is also the biggest mall in KL. Smells good inside. It seems that everyone wears their best perfume just to stroll around. t is fun to visit each store and try some of your fav brands. You may never know, you might get the best deals on your visit.

  • 5/5 Gerard B. 8 months ago on Google
Well. If you want to shop big time. This is where you can go. The quality of the shops and the food court are superb. Do not forget to go to the japan street on the top level. It is so much fun and very nice small shops. And do not forget the bookstore. Amazing what they have in store for english readers.

  • 5/5 Danie van A. 7 months ago on Google
It is a large mall that has most international stores, including high-profile retail brands. There are several places to eat and you should be able to find something you like. The prices are good if compared to Eurpean and US prices. I come from South Africa and prices comapre well with our local price for the same items. The mall is air-conditioned. It is basically a couple of buildings linked together that make up the bigger mall. Worthwhile to explore if you like retail therapy.

  • 4/5 Michael P. 5 months ago on Google
Full of designer store on some seven floors. Good food hall on lowest level serving food for most tastes including vegitarian dishes. Bars and cafes on what I would consider the ground floor but I think it's level 3.

This mall has extensive food options and makes for a perfect place to get breakfast or stop for a quick snack or even have. A nice meal as a traveler. I stayed at the nearby Fort Canning hotel and I found it convenient and easy for me to be able to come here in the mornings for some brunch.

  • 5/5 Food B. 4 months ago on Google
Impressive shopping mall with a wide selection of retail shops. There is also an extensive range of eating outlets catering to both budget and high-end dining. The food court at basement is extensive. The highlight is the foyer with amazing decorations during festive periods. A must stop place for any locals or tourists visiting the Bukit Bintang area.

One of the most famous and popular shopping mall in Malaysia. It is a really huge and modern shopping mall with countless shops and boutiques of all world most famous brands. They always have the most fancy fascinating decoration at central area. It is easy to access with multiple MRT and monorail train stations around it.
