Sumptuous Le Goûter (afternoon tea) at The Lounge The newly launch afternoon tea set at Four Seasons includes an array of delicate patisseries, canapés and sandwiches to enjoy with The Lounge Tropical Signature blend. It is a blend of black and green tea leaves enhanced by Tropical flavours like coconut, guava, Hibiscus, strawberry, Marigold and corn flowers. I personally love this tea as the fruitiness and floral taste pair so well with the sweet and savoury delicacies. Some of the highlights of the savoury items include truffled egg salad in mustard seed soft roll and watercress, goat cheese with tomatoes on a toasted ash crostini topped with olive oil caviar, smoked salmon rolled in a whole wheat roulade with spinach and caviar (personal favourite) as well as carnation of chicken salad with fresh sprouts in a bun roll. Afternoon tea Pâtisseries include “Snicker bar” made out of 66% Callebaut dark chocolate, passion and coriander Religieuse (puff), very berries fruit tart, blsck forest gâteau with Valrhona chocolate ganache, macaron with rose crème, dulce de lèche and raspberry . Not to forget their freshly baked plain and raisin scones that are serve with British Devonshire clotted cream, Lescure butter and homemade raspberries coulis. Overall I think the afternoon tea set was well execute as I always trust the pastry chefs from Four Season ever since they open Decadent. Definitely worth trying! RM115 per person with unlimited refill of tea. But overall the service is slow and kind loss makes a few mistakes during our order and food is overall okay.

Loved the live piano player during afternoon tea. Tried the festive holiday tea and did not like the gingerbread scone/cream. Both scones were served cold/room temperature. They should be hot! Sandwiches were tasty.

Had a quick bite at the Lounge last Friday, and was pleasantly surprised with the great tasting food and excellent service by Heather. Definitely a recommended place to visit if you are in KLCC area.

Rate: 5/5 Best afternoon High tea. My favourite is the sandwich yum yum yum. Sweet & savoury treats. Elegant furnishings and floor ceiling windows that draws in plenty of natural sunlight. Will come back again.

We had hi tea at The Lounge for a private event. The sandwiches selection were pretty good but I didn’t taste the sweet desserts though. My companion said it was tasty. The scones must be one of the best I’ve had and it’s a little crisp to the edges and top, tender and flaky inside. Really nice. Service wise, it’s rather lacking as I requested hot water which didn’t come and had to keep reminding the wait staff.

We went for afternoon tea here. The lounge's atmosphere and live music by the pianist gave us a romantic ambience. Scones were freshly baked and the tea selection was good, especially the signature teh tarik.

Had mid autumn afternoon high tea here. Very nice ambience and good service from the staff. Tea and food was OK. Good 5 star high tea experience. They had live pianist playing piano who was super pleasant. However, the way they served the food was kind of weird. Instead of serving all at one go (all in the big tray), they served some of that after. We don't mind on the surprises and extra teh tarik they sent. But I still prefer a complete delivery in one go. It will be good if they also brief us on what were served on the tray. On top of that, this lounge is just next to the pub. They were having some practice and rehearsal that day and music was played too loud. We found that abit disturbing. The staff quickly informed and stopped that.

Pink October afternoon tea set for breast cancer cause and awareness 🙌 The colours of the pastries might catch attention of the fair ladies. Despite the very colourful outlook of the sandos and pastries, they did taste above expectations, especially all the sandos! Amazing services from the crews. The cappuccino which I ordered was great too ( usually not so in hotel dining)! Would come back for their high tea sets next round.

Had afternoon at the lounge, maybe I was just unlucky, the sandwiches and cakes from the afternoon tea set was hard and not delicious. On top of that ordered a lobster roll, again the brioche was hard also and the lobster were just spicy and not delicious as well.. the fries and fried pickles were also cold and soggy, the waiter did change the fries for me but the new one were more or less the same.. tbh KFC fries is way better. However the ambient were really good and waiter were very friendly and helpful too.. but the food quality were no where near the price paid.

The lounge, being among the prestigious Four Seasons group, offers a very relaxing and comfortable location for meals and afternoon tea. The afternoon tea is a combination of the classic British afternoon tea concept with the familiar finger sandwiches, sweets and scones with a more exotic twist. Overall, for the price they quoted the single pax (1 tier) offering is quite a premium price to pay for the amount and type of fare offered. While generally being adequate for two person if needed, comparative to other venues offerings, there are better deals for a couple, with more choice and portion than what was served. If you are a guy I can frankly say one portion isn't adequate. There were some gems such as the sandwiches and chocs but somehow the taste of each sometimes are muted or not as complementary with each other. Service and staff is excellent and no complaints there, they were attentive and sought to meet all our needs. In summary, it was a nice experience for a special occasion, but I would likely go elsewhere for afternoon tea than return. Food: 3/5 Ambiance: 5/5 Price: 3/5 Parking: 4/5 Service: 5/5

A classy high tea with great view and class ambiance that four seasons can offer. A very cozy and Christmassy environment with plenty of christmas special pastries available on their high tea set @ rm200+/ pax . Overall enjoyed it.

Brought my parents here for dinner on the 20th October 2019 and what a horrible experience. The food took hours to be served and the food weren't great at all given the amount of time taken to prepare. (Note: There were not many people) Bread and refills for warm water had to be requested. No servers were on standby to see what we needed. Serving plate was not given and we had to use the side plate (for bread and butter) for meals that were intended to share. My advice to others who would like to try it out here, splurge your money elsewhere! Not worth it!

We visited for the afternoon tea, which was complimentary from membership subscription, and it coincided with a mid-autumn festival theme. The service was attentive and friendly, complemented by a live pianist (we visited on a Saturday). The afternoon tea set was visually pleasing. While the food in the set had its moments, it was a mix of hits and misses for me. Some pastries were overly sweet, while others had a more subtle sweetness that suited my taste better. The savory items were well-seasoned, which I liked, but some were a bit too creamy to finish entirely. The scone wasn't to my liking as it was overly sweet and stuck to the teeth. However, the complimentary teh tarik was outstanding. My son ordered a steak and fries from the kids' menu, and we couldn't stop raving about the fries. Overall, it was a visually pleasing afternoon tea with decent flavors, surpassing a well-known place nearby.

Great place for dinner. Relax and good ambience. Had the wagyu mb6 which was cooked medium well for my liking. Salam, whom helped us in our choice of food and desert. Great job to him made our already good experience better. The team sang us a birthday song. Consider costly for mid income person like me. But will be back to celebrate occasions. Good job Salam and four seasons.

Ordered their afternoon tea set, Rm188/tier. 3 of us girls share 2 tier, which the portion is just right for us. We prefer their savory food over the dessert as some of it is too sweet for us. Staffs are attentive and good in taking pictures too. A good place to celebrate special occasion.

I was there to celebrate my husband’s recent accomplishment, and the restaurant staff made it much much better for us. Had a super wonderful dinner here. Food portion is huge and can be shared for 2 persons. Everything was perfect, especially the service. Will definitely come again and recommend this place to our family and friends. Biggest shout out to Miss Pui Teng, Miss Laily and one Malay gentleman (didn’t get his name) for making our dinner exceptionally memorable. They were so attentive and thoughtful. I’ve been to many hotel restaurants and fine dinings before, and I can easily say, these people captured my heart instantly and I already planned my next visit to The Lounge. Kudos to The Lounge team.

Had a great time at the lounge at four seasons, ordered an afternoon tea that consist 5 sweets + 2scones w jams and 5 savoury. The server was attentive and asked if we’re okay that one of the savouries had beef and offered to swap with chicken :) Midway through the tea they offered teh tarik and 2mini savouries (1 curry tart, 1 smoked salmon pastry?) They had a good amount for tea selections which was great. Food: 7/10 Atmosphere: 9/10 Service: 10/10 Price: 7/10

Came for Afternoon tea. A pleasant experience just two criticisms: 1) Of course establishments serving food have to cater for what I would call " food fads" BUT good light scones CAN only be made with White flour : wholeness flour makes them heavy and chaffy. Give customers a choice but don't inflict wholeness on !everyone! 2) Orange marmalade is restricted to BREAKFAST! - scones and cream must have STRAWBERRY JAM!

Service was very poor, after 30 minutes of being seated, we had to walk up to steward to ask for service. Vodka was served in a wine glass, I have not had that before in any similar category hotel lounge or bar. Payment took the same, walking up to the cashier to complete the credit card transaction. Definitely not even close to Four Seasons standards in other locations that I have visited and it was not busy.

We recently had the opportunity to visit the Lounge at Four Seasons Kuala Lumpur during our stay, and while there were certain aspects that stood out positively, overall, the experience was somewhat inconsistent. One of the main areas of concern was the service, which lacked consistency and efficiency. Throughout our three visits for lunch and coffee, it was evident that the staff seemed to be lacking in proper training, both in terms of service skills and effective communication with guests. Even when the lounge had only a few occupied tables, everything seemed to move at a slow pace, leading to delays in receiving orders and requests. On a positive note, as vegetarians, we were pleased with the quality and variety of the vegetarian dishes offered at the lounge. The culinary team managed to create interesting and flavorful options for us, which we appreciated. Unfortunately, we encountered an issue regarding the seating arrangements. We were repeatedly informed that the window seats were reserved, which turned out not to be true. This misinformation was disappointing and affected our overall experience. Additionally, we noticed that the cushions on the seats were not clean and had crumbs on them. When we brought this to the attention of the server, their response was unsatisfactory, as they simply stood there without taking any action to rectify the situation. However, amidst these shortcomings, there was one standout staff member, Marina. She displayed a pleasant and friendly demeanor, and her ability to remember guests, including what they wore, was impressive. Her attentiveness and personalized service added a touch of warmth to our visits to the lounge. In conclusion, while the lounge at Four Seasons Kuala Lumpur provided interesting vegetarian options and the presence of Marina brought a positive note to our experience, there were notable areas of improvement. The service lacked consistency and efficiency, communication regarding seating arrangements was misleading, and cleanliness issues were observed. I hope that the management takes these feedback points into consideration to enhance the overall guest experience at the lounge. Overall Rating: 3/5 stars

I got access to this as I was staying at Club level at the Four Seasons. I only stopped by a couple of times but it was spacious , there were some good snack at night during evening cocktails (from 6 to 8) and they also had various spirits to make your own cocktails. Some of the tables have a view towards the KLCC area. The service was great and there is a relaxed atmosphere in the lounge.

Seamless booking via tableapp. Big portion menu and attentive staff. Their Hainan Coffee Tarik is too sweet but I just add plain water. The Hokkaido Scallop has mix cauliflower and mango puree which create balance and unique taste. Cod tikka comes with naan and a bit overwhelming for small eater like me. Overall, good place to hang out and catch up with friends.

Had afternoon tea here last weekend. Was surprised at how filling the set was. The lemon curd tart was super good, smooth without being too sweet or too sour. The tea selection was good too. Ambience and service meet the standard of a hotel like Four Seasons. Would totally do afternoon tea here again.

Food that initially arrived was rather poor and took 50 minutes to arrive after ordering, for such simple food it was a bit of a long wait. Ordered: Special buttermilk fried chicken sandwich - what arrived was a cold grilled chicken wrap, that was not that nice. Buffalo wings - ok, but nothing special. Tomato/veggie pasta - had to be sent back, was bland and didn't taste of tomato. Fish Tacos - had to be sent back, fish didn't taste fresh and was overcooked. What I will say, was the response to dishes sent back was the Sous Chef making two dishes that were amazing. 180 degree turn around from what was served, but unsure why the food initially served wasn't the same quality, given this is the Four Seasons.

The Lounge at Four Seasons is a place to go for hi tea and to have a quiet luncheon with friends, family or clients. Slightly informal setting, you get to choose from a semi circle lounge chairs to low sofa and tables and a unique 7 seater table cut from a huge piece of marble. Service was excellent. Prompt, professional, helpful and friendly. The Nasi Lemak Surf and Turf was unique. Comes with beef rib rendang and half lobster cooked in sambal. The dish wasn't hot but well marinated and seasoned with spices. A good complex taste from the succulent beef rib rendang and tender meat from half a lobster cooked in sambal. The sambal coated the lobster meat well. The wagyu beef burger was also amazing. Cooked medium rare or to your liking, the marbelling or fat intertwined in the beef to make the burger moist enough but a layer of sauteed onions and mushrooms helped out with the taste. Portion was sizeable for one or if you're a small eater, share it with another. To get the most of the burger, you need to cut a slice of the burger with the bun and onions and mushroom, eat it while slicing a small piece of pickle and combining it with the burger and the taste comes together. The fatty Wagyu beef, the sauteed onions, the mushrooms and the pickle perfectly compliments each other. For dessert, if you love strawberry cheesecake, then this is the one for you. The best strawberry cheesecake I've tasted so far. The base is crunchy and tasty, the cheese wasn't too sweet and the imported fresh strawberries was juicy and sweet. Still salivating while I'm typing this. Truly an amazing experience at The Lounge with the live piano (apologies because I thought it was from a CD) as it was very good. Overall experience, loved it. Will definitely come back again.

Wonderful courteous service, as would be expected. Good high tea, savoury items served were average while desserts were nice. Enjoy the serene ambiance. May be too cold for some people even in the afternoon, having an extra layer on hand advisable; perhaps unless seated by the windows, I did not try.
