Best nature place for outdoor activities. You can choose to walk, run, cycle or jungle trekking. A lot of people will be here but you can still enjoy your run without feeling too crowded. The parking always full from 7.30am upwards. 1 round of running can be from 4.5km to 6km depending on the route. There are a lot of monkeys but don't be alarmed cause it will not getting close to you.

Very nice track, pretty well maintained and many trails inside so can walk for hours and come out at TTDI Taman Kiara park. Only misgiving is many quite reckless trail bikers in the weekend and can be very dangerous for hikers

For lovers of mountain biking, this is KL's premier spot. Great technical trails and downhill runs in an abandoned rubber plantation. We just have to keep the greedy developers hands off.

I used to visit Taman Kiara TTDI, which the track is surrounding the lake. This is a more challenging track on the other side of Bukit Kiara, which the track elevation is more. The track can lead to Hartamas, but I was unable to complete it due to raining.
