When I saw the soft shell crab burger I was pretty hype with it, thinking it would be great. Turns out it was rather disappointing, the soft shell crab is a little bland and doesn't taste fresh. The crab itself had a pretty decent size but the freshness just wasn't giving. Fries taste okay though. Rm26 for this was not worth it at all. Still for now kenny hills' soft shell crab is the best

Nice burger joint. The logo reminds me of burger shack. Prices are quite affordable and the price is decent. The cashier is friendly too and good with his recommendations. The chicken burger was more to my liking as it had more flavour. The chicken burger was like mcd chicken burger but bigger !! The classic beef burgers were smaller in width but they were thick and juicy . The fries were nicely cooked as well and not overdone. Ice lemon tea wasn't overly sweet. Place was clean .

We ordered beef burger and the patty was delicious. It was thick, juicy, not overcooked and not overly-seasoned. The bun was ok. But I don’t prefer my burger sloppy which was the case with the sauce; however I don’t think that this is a big issue as you can always request minimal sauce. The service was very good, the lady at the counter waited patiently when I was ordering and explained one by one when my partner was asking her questions about the menu. To me, that’s a huge plus point. I was just hoping that they have more options for chicken burger that comes with thigh patty instead of the processed one. She also delivered our order straight to the table when she didn’t have to do that. The ambiance was really nice too and you got to choose to sit indoor or outdoor. When we were there, there were not many people so I was thankful that it was not noisy. It was overall a positive experience for me. Thank you.

Ordered delivery from this outlet to give it a try. Was really disappointed with the portion size. With the price of RM22 per combo, I didn't expect the patty to be smaller than a Ramly burger. For this kind of price, Carl's Junior is miles better. My first order and will definitely be my last.

MUMMIFIED FRIES 🍟 Fries so bad might be the WORST fries I ever tasted even worse than limpy fries. It tastes totally dry and not crispy fries. When I throw it back to the bowl it even make hard objects hitting noise. Either they made it and out there for too long it mummified.

Unfortunately, was disappointed with my experience at this Setapak outlet. I went to the PJ one first and loved the burgers.. Really tasty. Decided to try this outlet since I was nearby. I'm not sure if it was just that day, but the burgers were not cooked properly. The meat didn't have any char or grill marks, and almost no browning. Of course, colour = flavour so it wasn't that great. Also, the meat was falling apart as I was eating it. Another sign of not being cooked properly. The fries were also a little hard and not crunchy. Hope it was a one off experience, maybe an inexperienced staff. But i think I will stick to the PJ outlet from now on.

The "handcrafted patty" was crafted with zero love. The patty lacks seasoning and fat, don't use generic minced beef for patties! The patty was tasteless and dry as sand. The buns were not buttered and toasted. The sauce was questionable and the cheese is definitely comparable to cheese leleh tepi jalan. French fries have no seasoning. It's not about being critical but if you want to set your price point as such, make sure the quality justifies the price! Honestly I will recommend any ramlee burger over this place until major improvements are made. Was looking forward to a cheat day, got handcrafted disappointment instead.

We ordered the classic beef burger, Korean chicken burger (which was ok but not great), triple cheese beef burger, classic fried chicken sandwich and popcorn chicken. The popcorn chicken is a must along with the classic beef and fried chicken burger. The environment is great. The triple cheese beef burger wasn't that great but ok. I didn't like that amount of cheese in the burger. Over all was a great experience and I am definitely going to try it again since Grab food deliver to my place.

The place is not bad but not the best it's my first time I try it. Basically the bread was not fresh at all I felt like they made the bread few days ago then they pass it to me when I came. Moreover I tried 3 different burgers I mostly eat sauces I couldn't feel the taste of the beef or chicken specially that Cheezy sandwich maybe the shape is fine but the taste is not recommended at all. Only the classic beef was fine because it was with less sauce and well done but at the se time that bread wasn't the best.

Portion wise is alright. Handcrafted burger but shrunk a bit too much, and I would expect such a place to somehow tailor make their sauces instead of generic BBQ sauce. So it's an OK place. But the toilet is horrible, smelly unclean and really puts one off from eating.

What i love about this organization is, their environment and their vibe. i went here on weekdays night with my friend. he bring me here to eat burger that is worth my money to eat. I was very disappointed of the add on cheese I ordered for my fries.Did not meet my expectations. The cheese I ordered was very little and the price was RM 2 and it’s just a cheap cheese sos that I can easily buy from a normal grocery store. Wanted a quick dinner and it was around 10pm. Drovearound the area and saw this place burger joint still open and decided to try. Ordered a double patty Aus burger and Honey Mustard Chicken burger set. Taste wise acceptable and service was good too. The best thing was no waiting line. Comparing the pricing with McD’s I think this will be my go-to in future.

I don’t really remember which burger I ordered but, for me this one tastes just like any standard homemade patty one (3.5/5). Maybe I’ll need to try a different one next time though 😅 My favourite is the biscoff waffle. U can choose whether to have vanilla or caramel ice cream (if I’m not mistaken). Super crispy waffle with cream & ice cream, together with Biscoff drizzle and to top it off with a Biscoff cookie. Super tasty so gonna rate 5/5 for this. 😋

Overall burger is mediocre. what i got is just a reheat precooked chicken for the crispy chicken which is dry. while also normal chicken patty with sauce for the oozy woozy burger. Great burgers as always, my brother and I always get the dirty cheesy beef and the sweet and sour beef. Spicy korean burgers were unavailable today but that one is also pretty great. Ordered triple cheese burger, it was awesome for Rm20 (meal set with fries and drink). The cheese is sooo good. Oozy woozy burger looked good on the menu but it’s only thousand island sauce and ketchup, so I recommend you this Triple Cheese if you like cheesy burgers. Paid parking area.

My choice was Oozy Woozy, as I prefer moist burgers and it looks very tempting on the menu. Unfortunately, the real one was rather dry and plain. I ordered a single patty of Classic Australian Beef burger for Rm13.90 ala carte...Additional rm5 if you want an extra patty. Rm17.90 for set which comes with soft drinks + fries... Add rm1 for curly fries / wedges. I would say the beef patty is juicy and it comes with thousand island dressing instead of Mayo. Verdict: Value for money...
