Worst is that gate to upper level car park is closed, customer needs to use stairs, imagine that when you have a full trolley of stuffs. Forget about this place, there are many other better places.

The place is being upgrading hence there is a little bit of mess. The environment is getting better. Good experience gained when doing shopping at there. The management may consider to be strict to the ladies parking and family parking lots. It’s quite difficult for me to look for a secure parking spot if I do shopping with my two young children. Attached the photo of new restroom, quite clean. Updated in 2023, the space in the store is limited. Besides that, the staff here require more training on customer services.

Quiet place to lounge around and not crowded even during lunch. Food court is clean and tidy with typical food and drinks offerings. Really nice and friendly staff and parking was free.

The new layout is more compact and efficient especially all the things now are concentrated within the same floor without depending on the travellator. The replenishment of stock are generally fast.

Varieties of food at foodcourt, we have tried Rojak buah, yong tau fu, sizzling yee mee, fish and chips and fruit juice. There is buskers singing Raya song so we're still feeling the Raya mood. Today there is Blood donation centre infront of the post office.

Formerly known as Tesco, I like it better now because apart from the hypermarket has to offer, it had become more children friendly, easy to park & has better food at the food court compared to before. So you can do many things under 1 roof including bringing kids to the play land or arcade. And when you're hungry just head to the food court, as they have varieties & the food is quite good

Many expired foods such as tofu, chocolate, and coconut water are still on the shelves. Yesterday I bought coconut water that smelled sour. Always check expiration dates on food before buying. I really don’t know how to describe the staff here…Management, don’t wait until someone gets poisoned from your food and is sued to the Ministry of Health

What good about all Lotus is the parking availability. Not sure if all Lotus offer same price on all branch. Family oriented place. You can go shopping, going to cinema(example Kepong), having lunch or dinner in one place...

Ample parking space. Easy to go with. Cheap price comparing to the others... They even have lotus scan and shop for quick check out :) But pls ensure scan and shop counter is meant for scan and shop user only. Sometimes, have to wait for non scan and shop user at the same counter 😑

Got time to use phone and chit chat with other workers, no time to open new counters. When asked- only said counting customer goods. Your colleagues don’t know how to count, need you to assist?

Groceries are in abundance, would prefer easier way to shop to line up once to weigh the groceries and another to pay for it, why can't we weight and pay at the same time

Got such a creepy car park. Most of the lights in the car park been switched of. Don't have a proper street light. My nephew even fall down at the drainage behind the car park since its to dark even to realize there is a drainage there. Please fix it since I can see the most customers that come there comes with their kids.

This place is loaded by groceries and stationaries that i need. The cleanliness is great. The coolnes inside it makes me more interested to actually shopping w family and friends. Last but not least, there are Medan Selera which is the first thing you'll see when you enter Lotus... so you don't need to go outside the mall in case you're hungry.Love it!

i come here at least once a month for the past 10 years (was Tesco back then). glad that Lotus's continue packing common goods under their own brand as their predecessor, because that's what i keep coming back for; milk, spices, 3-in1s, etc priced reasonably for quality. this particular outlet is a favorite because of the ample free roofed parking, attraction of other stores in the same building, laid back food court and of course the wonderful staff there
