Was pretty disappointed. Read a lot of reviews praising the flavour and taste (even comparing to burgerlab). If the prices were a lot cheaper, I think I wouldn't be this critical. Ordered a classic American + set + strawberry milkshake which was around RM 40. That's quite a lot for fast food. The patty was thin, dry with hardly any flavour. The buns were equally tasteless and dry. Hardly tasted the cheese. But in its favour, for a gourmet burger, it was pretty big. But as a staple, basic American beef burger (which every burger store should do good), this was a disappointment. Ala carte it was RM 19.90. The fried were no help either. At an additional RM 6.90 for fries and a can of coke, it figured the fries would be seasoned nicely. But they tasted like generic frozen fries. No flavour and hard (not crunchy, hard to chew.) The milkshake is a little subjective. Is it the BEST? No, but it's pretty decent. I ordered a strawberry and banana milkshake which tasted alright as best. I do wish it was a little colder and thicker in consistency but that's my preference. What i don't agree with is how much they give you in relation to the price. The glass looks tall, but it's not a lot of drink in it. Take it as you will. The redeeming factor is their special sauce. It's really really good. I do like the slight spice and kick (I think it's like a spicy mayo). I pretty much drenched my burger and fries with it to give my meal some flavour. Ambience is very nice too! Loads of plug points so if you wanted to do work here, there's that. And multiple cashless payments options too. I do think taste is subjective but for the prices you are getting, I do wish it would have been better. Their motto is let our burgers do the talking. It said a lot, but nothing at all. 2 stars for the ambience, special sauce and okay service.

Delicious, hot, and fresh! The beef is very juicy. The sauces are really good too. Very happy they have jalapeños, I was able to add some to my burger. ^^ The strawberry and banana shake was really yummy. It wasn't a powdered drink but real fruit and whipped cream. Fries were crispy and right out of the fryer. It was the perfect anniversary lunch.

Ordered takeaway for one of their signature, Cheese Loaders burger with fries and can drink combo. Like many said, the burger here taste very good. The bun is fluffy, the meat patty is juicy, the cheese is creamy af. The portion is slightly larger than typical local burger servings (which is great). The fries even after few hours still taste good and not soggy. The price is expectedly of mid to high-end range but for the total package (taste, portion, service) is very reasonable. Can pay with cash, cards and e-wallet. The place has great hip vibe with beautiful mural of iconic figure and stars of popular show on the wall. The staffs offer good service and my order didn't take too long time to finish. Definitely will go again to try out their other menu. Extremely recommended.

The mushroom Swiss was oozing with juice living up to the reputation of one of the best burgers in town. I like it had the lettuce and a thick slice of tomato. Would love to come back to try the vegetarian options. The other orders were New York smash and Chipotle and Mad cheese. Only the mad cheese didn't live up to it's name without any madness (or rather cheese). It was good to go for a la cart and order a side of fries if you don't like to fill up with a soda... They do need a bit of a spring clean and a revamp of the place though. It's kind of run down and not very clean (sticky table with uneven legs)

There is quite a selection of burgers on the menu. I ordered the American Classic, Chipotle burger, fries and jalapeño poppers. The burgers are OK. Nothing outstanding. Best thing is the pattie does not taste cheap. The fries needs improvement. It does not taste freshly made nor crispy.

Order their signature california cheese skirt, recommended by the counter staff. Taste kinda salty as it is cheese. The beef patty is from Australia and it is super good. The burger cost around RM33 and add on RM7/8 to get a set with drink and fries. The fries taste soso.

We took Mad Cheese and Double Cheese, the latter appeared to be much juicier but keep in mind the portion is pretty big, so the Double is pretty heavy compared to Mad Cheese. You should stop eating at McDonald's or any other chain fast food restaurants. Cause burger joints like these are very underrated. They're very very good, and also provide different flavors. Most of the food on the menu are unique. The service is good, price are reasonable and the service is good! So we have the Big 3 in our local burger joints scene: KGB, MyBurgerLab and now this. The only downside I can think of is the patty isn't as juicy as the other 2 burger joints I've listed here. But other than that, very solid and good. Highly recommended. Come one, come all.

Overrated and overpriced burgers. The margarine taste on the burger buns were pretty distinct. Probably would’ve been a whole lot better if they use butter. Their beef patty is similar to the ones you’d get at Carl’s Junior - huge but thin. Don’t waste your money here. Try Burgerlab or KGB instead.

I'm delighted with the size and taste of the Double Cheese Burger 240g & the Cheese Loaders burger. Double Cheese Burger 240g was so thick and juicy. I can taste the freshness of the ingredients. Cheese Loaders burger was so deliciously cheesy with the thick fresh sliced tomatoes adding to the goodness. The fries that comes with the combo meal were good too. There is no better place in town then burger on 16. This is THE best burger in town. Place is lil down but the burger choices, and the patty which makes the burger is absolutely amazing. I remember that this place was way better when we visited back in 2019. Unfortunately, this time my burger was just bad. Well, everything in it was wrong. The patty was dry and almost cold. The bun was soggy like it was microwaved. The burger sauce was lacking the taste, maybe if it had some pickles at least it won't be so bland. The 'cheese skirt' was interesting, I can give it that, but couldn't have possibly improved the complete failure of other parts of the burger.

Chickpea burger not good. Dry and not enough vegetables—2 slices of tasteless tomato, one thin leave of lettuce, and literally one piece of small onion haha so it just tasted like bread and chickpea. The condiments were good (and free), sweet potatoes were yummy, and place is clean. I would come back to try another burger but they definitely need to improve the chickpea burger.

However, they take a service charge and honestly, I don’t understand what for. The service sucks and this is not deserved. You have to order (and directly pay) at the counter, but you don’t see that, when you’re sitting outside. And no one tells you, although they bring the menu. Paid almost 70 MYR for two burger incl fries and sweet potato fries, as well as two drinks. Sauces are included and you can choose between sweet chili, ketchup and a very nice Smokey sauce.

Totally LOVE this place! From the kinda rustic feel of the place overlooked by none other than Khaleesi herself 😉😉, to the amazing sized burgers with their thick patties. Great experience! Service was fairly quick as well. We tried the Hot & spicy wings, the Mad Cheese Burger, the American Classic and the Double Smash Burger. All combos. I have to say it's all a plus with these. Wooww I really like the burger!! I bought Newyork swag and my husband ordered Chipotle burger. At the first bite I was surprised because the bun is veeeryy soft! Newyork swag had nano nano taste and texture inside. There were soft patties, crunchy onion ring, and chewy Mozarella. The bbq sause match well with the burger. The meat in chipotle burger was so incredible, feel fresh! But I feel little bit bored when eating chipotel because the taste was quite plain compared to Newyork swag.

This is the Best Burger in KL from chef with recipes from New York. I recommend to you "Classican American" but with double patty!!! Only Beef with double, who is very hungry or big Guy with triple patty. You Mast try it. And for sure pass my Regards to the chef.😎👍

I saw the good reviews and I made order…. But I was disappointed. The beef patty was so dry and no where to find the juiciness.

Cheap quick meal but not very good quality. The quality of burger patties was especially low. Sweet potato fries were OK.

Pros: Portion size is good, fries are pretty good too. Cons: I ordered double smash burger and New York Swag Double Burger. Both are way too dry and there's literally no sauce . The patties are way too lean and there's no browning at all. Not sure why they choose to go for smash patties if there's no browning.

Since I'm staying at Bukit Bintang this Christmas I've decided to go burger joint hunting and found this place. Totally deserved my 5 star rating as the burgers are deliciously tender and it's beef patty are cooked to perfection! The fries are crispy fried!

There you have it, a piece of extremely salty chicken meat with two breads at the price of RM 24.90. seriously over price and I have to drink tonnes of water in order to swallow it. You should look into the taste. I have tried most burgers in Penang island, KL and Selangor. It is my last visit and will never ever come back. I shouldn't have trusted the Google review by others.

Didn’t expect anything from this place. It was such a pleasant surprise. I ordered the double cheese burger. Burger patty was big, juicy, and had taste. Highly recommend it.

Perhaps one of the best burger shops in Kuala lumpur, tried eating at this location several times and they never disappointed me. Food is great and their French fries are exceptional. Prices are pretty good and I would absolutely recommend this restaurant.

Overall I think the meal was alright but the price is a bit on the high side. Double patty cheese burger priced at RM27.90 (size was reasonably big), fries and coke light combo priced at RM6.90 but I think the biggest disappointment is the onion rings at RM10.90. Taste wise for the burger is good but the bun was a bit soggy. Otherwise its all good.

Really excellent burgers and sweet potato fries with great service. They granted all my extra wishes and the burger was made exactly as I requested. The beef is juicy and the ingredients seem to be of high quality. Way better than any imported fast food chains and probably the same price. Also loved the burger buns and sauces. Highly recommended!

First time trying and I love it. Ordered the Cheesey Loaders and Beef NY Swag Double. Both taste super good. Both burgers had beef patties that was so juicy & full of flavour. The highlight of the Beef NY Swag burger was the crunchy mozarella. Also tried their Chocolate Milkshake. It was good and tasted like Napoleon chocolate ice cream. The ambience and food was overall good. Just the pricing was slightly expensive.

I had New York Swag burger and was happy with the soft burger patty. Caramelized onion was a but sweet but the beef is juicy and tender. It would be much better if they have better sauce for this burger. The fries was also good. The restaurant atmosphere was so-so, and the service was just okay, 10 minutes to get our burger served.

I'm surprised that their cheese stick is bigger than 4fingers cheese stick. Make your stomach very full. Their milkshake taste good too. I notice that there's lots paintings of game of the thrones on walls. I think the owner of the restaurant is a fan of game of thrones maybe 😂

We stumbled upon this great burger place in KL by chance, thanks to Google Maps. It's strategically located behind Berjaya Times Square. We ordered the Cheese Loaders set and a California Cheese Skirt set. The beef patty was impressively BIG, juicy, and simply delicious. The fries were equally delightful. If you're in the area, it's a definite MUST GO, and I believe they also offer delivery service. Happy munching!

Finding it by chance on Google, we ate there to try it and it was so good that we came back the next day!!! Absolutely the best burger I've ever tasted in my life! The staff is very friendly, fast, the virgin mojitos are excellent, the famous “Cowboy Fries Chicken” has an extremely exceptional flavor! I recommend without hesitation
