I came here with my husband and paid for premium menu around 120 for 2. We both feel disappointed with the menu choices it's very sad to see the menu. There's only 3 type of ready meal which is nasi goreng kampung mee goreng and fried chicken lol the premium menu that most people pay for it is Lamb, slice beef, salmon etc is a disappointment. All lamb and sliced beef are frozen!! They didn't mention that both lamb and beef are unavailable at the moment. Not only that... the menu for the steamboat also very sad.. nothing special..also the beef on non premium section very liat rasa nak tercabut gigi kunyah.. kunyah chewing gum pun tk seliat ni (on 2nd picture). i doubt it worth rm50 price per head. We can hear the table next to us complaining saying "it's that all?" While making face. I wish i can go and snap picture of all the frozen food available but dah malas as i was so kecewa. My advise to owner here... Please la nak meniaga tu meniaga la elok2.. rm 50 nowadays not murah. People want to spend good time with their loves one but balik dgn hati hampa.. we won't comeback.

They served wide spread of food ready either to be steamboat into your favourite soup or grilled on your own according to your liking. Can really feast from choices of vege, seafood, poutry, noodles, beef, and desserts. Love the spicy and milky clam soup. Eat till you drop. Dine in comfort with your loved ones and let them choose their favourite buffet and condiments. Discounted rate for senior citizen( (60 above). Love the cleanliness of the restaurant and staff were helpful

This is my first time here.. Served by service crew mia during lunch. The selections of food was good, price also reasonable n perfect location for event. Will come again.

Provide good ambience for those craving for bbq & steamboat. The crab wasnt fresh, the ice cream was a bit icy (not smooth) and the fried rice was a bit dry. Otherwise, it has varieties of choices and some premium meat (if you pay the premium price)

Less variety. No hot drinks. No section for nata de cocos and all. Papaya were hard, not cooked. Hmm. Eggs were not there, not in the QR code too. However can request. But who dont know can request wont get it?

this was a good seoul garden .. i this is was good for people who really love korean food... there a lot of seafood .. its like buffet the service was good.. the restaurant clean and clear . there also have dessert...

Came here on 23.01.2023 around 11.40am. The notice outside states that the opening hour is 11.30 but the female staff said its 12. She dissapeared and went back to the kitchen & a male staff came out probably thinking that the female staff needs some back-up to state that opening hours is 12. Made me & family wait outside lucky it was only about 20 minutes to 12. Service with a smile is non-existent here. Only 2 staff manning the place. The beef was chewy and the chicken was stale like it was leftovers from yesterday. No more seoul garden for me at least not here in wangsa walk. Staff very unfriendly and sombre. Taking my money elsewhere next time. Goodbye Seoul Garden WW.

Had a pleasant lunch there last weekend. Not too crowded and the poultry/meat/seafood selection are good. They even have premium beef offerings now (u can just go over the counter and ask). Overall, it was good. Could do better with pricing but still i think it was worth the bargain for the things they offer. Good luck.

Frequent customer here! They have a lot of good choices of meat. The premise is always very clean and family friendly. The crab is also delicious and fresh! Worth the money.

Had my late lunch here, staffs are friendly and have patience, tables and equipment are all very clean. the staff in charge Deepak is pretty friendly too.

Wangsawalk’s Seoul Garden is a standout dining spot. The staffs were really friendly and attentive. Easy to ask for service anytime like changing the temperature for the grill. The food, especially the superior tier dishes like the teriyaki beef, was super delicious i kid you not. They serve fresh prawns and squid, and there's a wide range of choices and tasty sauces. What's great about today was that they deliver the superior tier meals directly to my table, unlike other outlets where you have to pick it up at the collection point. Plus, they serve a good variety of fruits and ice creams. Overall, it's been my best seoul garden experience at Seoul Garden so far. I don't know if I'm just very hungry at the beginning, but I know I left this place with a very big smile on my face and a full tummy 🤣

The quality of food is very good.. but the service should be improved… almost all the food and drinks already packed by 9pm…..eventhough the customer still eating in the restaurant…we as a customer should be informed earlier…if the staff want to pack the food @ 9pm……the worst part is bilamana staff menghempas pinggan mangkuk di singki…membuatkan customer x selesa… it seems like diorg halau customer… the management should aware of all the customer’s feedback…. Komen bkn utk menghentam.. but pleasee improve your attitude…thank you …

Grab the superior tier (adult) and pay RM81.90 per person. ngl, the price a bit high but worth the good food and experience. Oh also can get 20% or 25% off (I forgot the exact amount lol) if it's your birthday month! Also got soft drink choices, fried chicken (it's good), carbs, desserts etc.

the place is very comfortable to chill and grill. food is decent. the kimchi taste authentic just like the ones i had in korea. both waitresses ellysha and mia were accommodative and sporting ! helped us carry food to the table and take pictures ! loved the vibe 😄

The quality of food has improved with premium meat & fish for dinner buffet. The increase in price per pax is worth it. Staff is also friendly. Discount for senior over 55yo and promo for bday month customers.

The restaurant is pretty good - pan, pot, table and chair set up is good compared to few years back. Unfortunately the varieties of food are lesser compared to few years back (no lamb apparently, fried bean curd skin etc etc) Souces like sweet sauce, black pepper sauce are missing as well. But overall it's still a better BBQ offered in the market.

ive been here 3 times and every time there is no improvement on services provided. we need to call the staff to top up the food every time the food has finished. 2 of their staff wearing red uniform are laughing loudly at the back with no intention to help their black shirt staff. this is the closest seoul garden to my house which is why i keep coming back. but really please make some improvements

Came on weekdays and we are the only customer in the house! Sadly the menu was not well maintained and they dont bother to top-up those low in stock. I paid for premium buffet but meats and seafood were not fresh. Staff also not friendly and really helpful. Bad experience eating here!

The customer service was so bad. After waited for them in front of the store to be serve for 10mins, we got scolded just because we try called them. It is understandable they're busy with other customers but literally waited in front of their store FOR 10 MINS OF BEING IGNORED and they're mad when we called for them is pure disrespect. Asked to put our number in the book so they can call us for seat but until the next day they didn't called. Better go to other Seoul Garden than here.

Came here during dinner time, on a weekend. Price-point: They have three tiers of pricing; Basic, Medium, Superior with different pricing for Child, Adult and Senior Citizen. The funny thing is if you opt for Superior tier, no special pricing for Senior Citizen anymore. It's about RM 88 (including Service Tax etc) per pax for the Superior tier. Food: They serve cooked food, some fruits and desserts and drinks. The rest you'll need to take yourself, and others (Medium / Superior) you'll need to order via app and collect from counter. Variety wise it's okay but very very limited choices for vegetables (they don't look too fresh). Drinks are mostly soft drinks, coffee, plain water or this detox-like drink (some mint). Service: Seems like it's a common opinion that the service can do with some improvements. The services are pretty slow and you'll need to keep requesting for food refill.

Food is good but it has become lesser from few years ago. Used to have all in price but now if u would like to hv lamb u hv to choose either regular or superior package which offers more spread of beff/lamb/salmon etc with higher price which is understandable... overall, still okay i think 😉

Sadly, it's far from my expectation. Been eating Seoul Garden a lot back then but now, everything is no longer the same. The taste for the marinades is not like the old one. The side dishes (like fried rice, fried egg noodles) is cold. The seafood is not fresh, theres no white rice as well.

This is my first experience dining in Seoul Garden at Wangsa Walk after long time. My first experience was so good because the staff were very helping and welcoming. The foods are good and fresh. The taste are still the same as before which is delish. I am so in love with the marinated lamb/beef because of it taste is pop at every munch. Good job Seoul Garden @ Wangsa Walk Mall. Keep up the good work!
