Need to improve the service quality. I was there on Sunday 7pm. I sat upstairs where the lights were not switch on and they are out of chili sauce. So, I went downstairs and realised there is no chili sauce counter so I proceed to the take ready order counter, next to cashier. Infront of me there is a person also asking for chili sauce so the staff gave him few packs. Then when it's my turn and I also ask for the same thing, the staff also show his frustration then I told him because upstairs chili finished otherwise we would not have purposely come and disturb you. Then I told him upstairs lights not turn on or spoilt then he didnt tell me will check it out or apologise. He gave me the chili and then tuen away. After few minutes, the lights are ON. Since you know when is your busy time, refill when it's not crowded. So many tables were not even clean up. I hardly eat KFC nowdays due to small chicken piece and its so pricey compared to others fast food. The bread used to be my favorite but its not fresh and the look of it also will make you turn off. Now, the service also poor.

9pm Saturday night mostly all the chicken finished need to eat zinger and the rest don’t have . Come on guys it’s the weekend better just close KFC in Malaysia once for all , this is not the first time . You suck KFC

Hi guys welcome to Most unhygienic KFC Desa Sri Hartamas outlet. Please think twice before eat here. Not have single staff to clean the table and the floor. Full of trash and dirty. Also have so much flies around in the outlets.

Bad experience! Ordered Cheesy wedges but no cheesy sauce, nuggets without their "newly advertised" spicy BBQ sauce and given 6 sambal sauce for a pack of their nasi lemak for some reason.

We dine in. After ordering at kiosk, we went up to sit. I wiped the table as usual as its my routine I do where ever I go, guess what, many days or might be months didn't wipe the table. So dirty n after several times of wiping, the table still have so.much dirt. Pic attached. Need more attention on cleanliness.

Service slow, customers constantly waiting at the counter & nobody cares about them, I'm one of them. Food portion is sad, like a surprise box, you will never know what you'll get. When I open the box it surprised me with the size of the chicken wing, the salad box is bigger than the wing. The drink is warm & no gas at all without ice every time I've visited.

Water sink was clogged. No baby chair. Only few packs of chilli sauce were provided. Chicken tender was not crispy but hard and meatless.

One of the best service so far, among the KFC branches I've been to in KL/Klang valley. Ambience is good too upstairs. Quiet and clean. And most importantly, food was served fast.

Dont come here for late night craving or when the team is men only. ALL not wearing masks and close the outlet kitchen at 9. Didnt even get to order what I wanted cos sold out and the kitchen just closed 10 minutes before i got here, zero stars if possible!

Check your orders always before leaving this branch please, its either they forget something that you’ve ordered or they can even forget to put another bun to make a burger complete. 🤔

I takeaway Zinger Classic combo, The cola was no gas no ice and not cold, the fries and the burger are just room temperature. The whole experience was bad. I will not buy from this shop ever again !

Amazing Customer Service! Thank you to the lady cashier(didn’t get her name) who got me a milo instead when she saw that I’m pregnant. Semoga murah rezeki. The outlet is definitely cleaner than my last visit. Kudos!

A nice place for enjoying KFC. Recently they introduced self service kiosks and no more accept ordering at counters. With this the service should have become faster, but to my experience it was still slow as usual. Hope they can improve.

Fried chicken is tasteless and dry, please add more sauce

I went there just for one mission. To get the whole bird finger licking good meal as per their advertisement. Guess what, the one in particular I'm craving for just unavailable with an indefinite time frame. So much for that Grab ride to get my craving goes to the drain. Stop put up items that are not available anymore. Can you KFC..!

Staff was very experienced!

Poor and slow service. Keep waiting 45 minutes for take away. Order placed on 2.19pm, and got the food on 3.04pm.. The staff should inform customer the waiting duration when customer place order, so that customer can consider on it without wasting the time..

Of course i love this KFC! My most fav laaa! Bcoz the staff are quite friendly.. Feels so good to be there... Hahhaa I was on diet! So mine is cheesy twister a la carte with mineral water (bought from 99 speedmart) helloooo malaysian! Im trying to cut my sugar ... Let's cut our sugar intake daily! I cheat my diet hahhahahaha but at least I drank mineral water... Coz carbonated drink got LOTSSS of sugar... Feel guilty to drink pepsi... Hahahha

Large dinner crowd, 3 people working including 1 server doing all the assembly as well. KFC work practices should be illegal.

Look at the original chicken size. Service is alright.

Bad service. Request sources refill at level 1 but waited one hour still no one came out to add it. All tables had leftover plate boxes over the entire dining time also no staff came up to clean them The air con was turned off at level one.
