There is a nice selection of Western and Asian food to choose from at the lunch buffet. The variety includes salad bar, seafood bar, Indian station, roast dinners, pasta station, fried station, cheese selection and dessert bar. For food, the seafood is nice and fresh. It was hard to enjoy the crab claws though. Would have been better if they hard cracked the hard shells open prior to serving. As the toilet is far away, please make sure you request for a hand-wash bowl or wet towel to clean your hands. I didn't try much of the other food options. Of all the food tried, I think the fresh naan bread is nice.

Bought a promotion buffet 1+1 to test their foods. All foods' taste is really normal, not must excited. There is fresh seafood available, and dessert areas also have variety. Parking is easy but not cheap. This is expected because it is a hotel. Due to having a meal here, flat rate parking is available.

There was a large variety of food from a Seafood Bar to local Malaysian dishes. The King Prawns were super fresh as were the Oysters. The mud crab was good but not at the same quality as the Prawns. The Sashimi was very good too. I tasted a range of other foods which were all okay without being outstanding before trying the impressive looking dessert bar. I had Ice Kacang before trying some interesting hot local Desserts. One was stewed Durian in coconut milk on Glutinous Rice. An enjoyable Buffet!

We stayed in Hilton hotel and had breakfast buffet. I must say itโ€™s really good. Especially love the croissants and roti canai.

Fantastic dinning experience. Variety of choices. Value for the money. Fresh Seafood are remarkable. Especially steamed Barramundi. Malaysian, Indian, Western and Japanese corners; Sashimi! canโ€™t missed out. And, last but not least, the staff attitude. Very polite and salute their service. Canโ€™t mention particularly anyone, because all staff, chefs and reception admin are very friendly. Loved this place.

PSA : if you are a hotel guest, pay at the front desk reception to get $58 pax. Otherwise they will charge you $98 if you pay from the makan place. The staffs are friendly and highly efficient. The choices is huge. I sincerely doubt any normal person can eat everything on display in their spread in one visit. Their food encompasses Indian, Chinese, Japanese, the usual bread and fruits with much much more. The taste is good as expected from a hotel of this caliber. I had a fun breakfast and definitely recommend you trying it if you are staying here.

The hotel stay was awesome, but the breakfast was just average. There was a lot of varieties of food as you would expect in a asian 5-star hotel, but nothing worth drooling for. I tasted a little bit of most things out there, and it was all quite ok. There was a scramble for tables and can build up quite a queue. I have definitely had much better when you compare it for a hotel this class a ND size.

The restaurant has a grand and cosy vibe. We visited on a weekday lunch hour, it was not so crowded. Taste-wise, it was pretty average and a bit bland. The only thing that was special about the buffet was the fresh fruits, as they served plenty of local and imported fruits. Itโ€™s super fresh. The staff were friendly and nice.

Great spread for the seafood dinner buffet. Seafood were all fresh! It's all worth it. The chefs and crews were all friendly too. Some of them include Chef Jamsari, Chef Rashdan, Chef Wai Lun, Sanjai, Azu, Adani, Aiman and Hariny. Thank you for the great service

The average rating at the time of me writing this is 3.9 stars which is absolutely criminal. This place is absolutely phenomenal simple as that. To be fair I did go during their Ramadan buffet, perhaps that is better than normal? But if that's just the usual variety and standard, then this is an easy 5 stars. The food here was just absolutely delicious. Most things cooked fresh, interesting variety, and the service was good. There was even a wide variety of drinks, which some upscale luxury buffets don't consider. The only things missing were sushi/sashimi options (but not really a must have), as well as a great soup (they served pumpkin which was just eh). The only real negative I have is that the seafood just wasn't that great, particularly the crab. I never expect buffet seafood to be good, but yea this just wasn't anything special either. They did have razor clams though, which I think is quite rare to find, and those were tasty. Dessert selection was very good and I certainly thought that was better than luxury buffet average. They had donuts and churros which tasted freshly fried in fact, and overall the cakes were of a decent standard. Without a doubt an excellent buffet, and highly recommended unless your sole purpose is to eat crab and only crab.

I arranged 12 pax dinner buffet for my colleagues. All of my colleagues are very happy. The hotel location is very good. It is very convenient to access and some colleagues can go back home by train. The restaurant arranged table for us near the corner and gave us privacy. I book the buffet through their f&b sales staff and they provide corporate discounts. It is wonderful experience to have corporate dining in Hilton hotel.

Located in the heart of KL, Hilton Vasco environment was grand and comfortable. The ambience and service was great. The food choices here are just alright and there were some hit and quite some misses. The seafood corner was fresh especially the prawns and clams but crabs were slight off. Salad corner fresh and tasty. Hot food wise, western side was dry and under seasoned. Japanese was disappointing but the Asian corner was not bad and Indian cuisine was good. Dessert was ok and all in all there's room for improvement food wise and hope it can be better with the next visit.

The buffet offers a variety of seafood as well as various selection of food from western grills to Japanese sushi! The prawns were very fresh however, the oysters seems not appetizing, king crab size were a bit small but acceptable, muzzles were great though! Seafood pie is a must try! The dessert section was great as well as they offers quite a number of delicious cakes and always cleared out.

Went for their Friday evening buffet dinner and I will say their food spread is quite good. Lots of seafood choices and aglio olio is cook onnthe spot. You may customize by bringing seafood over to be added to your pasta. Ice cream choices are strawberry, green tea, vanilla and melon. It seems like they are using a better quality brand (more milky for vanilla) cos it did not taste like Nes***. Ice kacang is a little dissapointing because it is not well shaved (taste like tiny rocks in every bite). Parking in the hotel is a flat RM9. I am pretty happy with the choices and yes I will return again given the chance.

Just wanna say that the ramadhan buffet spread in 2022 is simply amazing. There are so many dishes from so many different countries; Singapore Chilli Crabs, Philippines Chicken Adobo etc etc. But if you're talking about taste, I could say everything tasted like a good hotel catering food. I think the quality of the ingredients are premium and that they are all delicious and well presented. The sad truth is, I couldn't really say much on the authenticity of most of these dishes since I haven't tasted the original ones in their respective countries but the Singapore chilli crab may need a little "modification". Here comes the less fun part. This restaurant is packed full on the day of my dinner. I'm a bit concerned on the safety and wellbeing of the diners since there are so many people in such a small enclosed area. The restaurant should also realise that their floor area isn't that large. It's not convenient for diners to walk around carrying food in such a crowded buffet service. Limiting guest numbers and tables in return for larger space could be well appreciated.

Interesting dine in experience. Vasco does amazed me and my family with their very own custom Malay menu. Chef Kazi, Chef Jamsari & his team goes the extra mile: preparing food from heart. Super friendly and attentive. The team of Host lead by Mr Annuar is great at making everyone feels comfort and relax. Even their ambiance is cozy and relaxing. Give a try: be it breakfast, lunch or dinner!

It was a disaster buffet from a 5 stars hotel. I understand the CMCO - Conditioned Movement Control Order (partial lockdown) impacted the business and hotel may need to limit the choice of food for the buffet to reduce waste. BUT please ensure QUALITY food provide. Hilton provided padat malam (night market) food quality but charge premium! Picture attached were all the food serve on Oct 22, 2020. All the waiters totally Q attentive and not helpful. 1. I stood at the restaurant entrance for 1 min to get assistance. (It's Hilton, not 3 star hotel) 2. No envelope given to keep the mask. As a 5 star hotel, you may want to promote green but you have to tell the customer too. (btw, Hilton is not promoting green). 3. I believe it's a standard for the waiter to inform the customer how to order the buffet as it's different from the previous buffet style. My last visit was table buffet due to CMCO. Now they changed to self service but the chef will serve the food at each of the food counter. The waiter didn't bother to inform at all. However, the chef at food counter were attentive and helpful. 4. If it's self service, I think the waiter should remind customer to wear mask when leave the table. I saw customers came in with mask pulled down and 1 no mask when left the table (I supposed he forgot) but Non of the waiter stop this! 5. Disaster food choice and quality as mentioned above. 6. Hilton Emphasize clean stay but take a look at the stainlessness steel pot (milk for coffee) on the dining table during breakfast, it was dirty with all the water stain, and they don't change it. Means the next customer will see the same stainless steel pot, it seems like Hilton is promoting Covid-19 spread. 7. Again, it took me another 1 min to wait for someone to attend to me at cashier counter. Hilton KL is definitely NOT qualified as 5 star hotel for sure. 3 star is more appropriate.

It is a buffet restaurant. There are many kinds of food and it is impossible to taste every one of them. The cheese section was very good. Sushi section should have been more varied. Overall, it is a place I recommend to visit.

Delightful selection of premium meats and fresh seafood, catering to a variety of tastes. Great ambiance with spacious seating and private rooms that make it ideal for both gatherings and larger celebrations or meetings. The attention to detail in the decor and layout truly enhances the overall dining experience. What stood out even more was the special discount for Hilton's members, which significantly added to the overall value. It's a thoughtful touch that makes the experience even more enjoyable for loyal patrons. The team at Vasco's deserves high praise for their impeccable service. Kudos to the staff for their attentiveness and professionalismโ€”they truly know how to make guests feel special. Top-notch choice for team celebration / company gatherings - the combination of exceptional food, inviting ambiance, and the added benefits for Hilton members make it stand out. And of course, Hilton's commitment to prestige is evident in every aspect. Keep up the good work! Highly recommended.

There are many choices and the food especially seafood is fresh. Comfortable environment, just a little bit of comment that air-conditioning is not cold enough, otherwise it is perfect. We went for dinner on weekday, there is not much people there. With this price range, would say value for money

Stayed at Hilton for 3D2N and we chose to have Ramadhan buffet for our dinner. Wide variety of foods offered and they refilled them multiple times. I loved their steamed fish, so tasty! But if they could add more selection to desserts, then it will hit double pleasure.

Nice environment and very good service, staffs and friendly and helpful. We went for buffet lunch, must say that choice is pretty limited, but understandable during covid-19 period. Food tastes okay. However, couldn't understand why they don't serve fruits.

There is Peking Duck now for dinner and maybe because of Chinese New Year. Pasta, sashimi & Chinese food are good. Cakes & desserts may not so impressive. I consider the taste & choices are average. Some spaces for private meeting or gathering. Tourist friendly but it is quite difficult to reach to hotel by car.

One of our favourite breakfast buffets in Kuala Lumpur. For our recent stay at Hilton KL, we opted to have our breakfast at Vasco's instead of the Executive Lounge simply because we are foodies at heart. We need good foods in a generous portion to start our day. Fortunately, the breakfast here never disappoints, with a variety of choices to savour. They were all a delight for our fastidious senses. We absolutely enjoyed the huge spread of Asian and international foods, from nasi lemak and poori to miso soup and croissants. The variety of drinks was impressive as well, with fresh juices, coffee, teh tarik, etc. The hosts were warm and hospitable, making us feel welcome and comfortable. Special shout out to Jai, Waran, Baidah and Navin. They truly reflect Hilton's famed hospitality. We appreciate their warm hospitality. Other than that, Vasco's ambiance was nice and exclusive, with a spacious dining area and decent views. It is easy to access from the elevator, and is just o few steps away from the Front Desk. You won't get lost! We would recommend this buffet for anyone looking for a satisfying and enjoyable breakfast.

Great place for breakfast in Hilton KL Sentral, offering a wide selection of delectables and cuisine covering Chinese, Indian, Malay, Western and Japanese along with some exquisite local produce. Bright and cool, his place offers a relaxing ambience to enjoy oneโ€™s breakfast without the fear of being overwhelmed by reality. Nevertheless given that this is part of a hotel, do expect heavy crowd during peak period. Recommended to all!

Good variety. The sashimi and oysters were replenished well. The steamed fish has always been a must have and is a wow factor. They had the Sarawakian speciality dishes on as promotion which was a delight. Waiting staff were very nice and attentive.

Am only giving 3 stars for the excellent service by all the kitchen and floor staff. Was overcharged and the person in charge was nonchalant and non apologetic when I called to make a complain. This is totally not acceptable for a restaurant in Hilton. Never will return and also will never advise anyone to unless they have no expectations of Hilton. And mind you, the buffet isn't cheap.

Wide range of cuisines available from East to West. Majority of food looked clean and fresh. It's a very nice place for family occasions or events I'd say. Despite its appealing looks and exquisite service, I must admit the food weren't as good as it looked. Most meats were dry and bland, seafood too cold and tasteless. Ironically their Caesar Salad was the best in the menu (for me) out of 100 menus in the buffet. I feel like they could really work on its taste rather than its appearance.

Compared to other hotels' buffet I believe Vascos Restaurant situated in Hilton Kuala Lumpur have the better and various choice of breakfast spread ranging from asian to international cuisine. It is a worth your money type of breakfast buffet in my opinion. I was a Hilton guest,so breakfast per pax(adult) was about RM48 while if you are just coming for breakfast without staying in then it would be about RM88 approx. But this prices may vary so I would strongly advise to give a call to the hotel if you want to make any table reservation at Vasco's restaurant.

Quite a variety selection of buffet spread. From appetiser, main course to dessert. Only issue that waiter should not hand over a scissor to ask us to cut off crabโ€™s shell which impossible.l for me. It should invest a crab crawl cracker and let customer to remove crabโ€™s shell. Did observe that the container of bread crumbs, small flies flying around.
