Very disappointed with food. Quality has gone down. We have not been to tony romas for 10 years and was hoping to see if the food was still good and relevant. But to our dismay, Chips was served cold, coleslaw was tasteless, food presentation was mediocre at best. Meat was average. Front line waitstaff was unprofessional except for the lady manager. For rm250 for two, we could have gone for other better alternatives. This would be my last dine at tony romas, i would not recommend Tony romas.

We ate the grilled lamb which was well grilled, marinated and seasoned. The meat was tender with subtle gaminess and tender texture well grilled to medium. The dish good for 2 pax was complimented with mashed sweet potato and arry of delightful sauce of your choice, mine was the chilli hot😋 Drown all the above with very refreshing non carbonated orange juice( which was refillable). Enjoy the food and the conversation with your guests under quiet and peaceful environment of the restaurant. A lovely place to enjoy good food, good company, good customer service and reasonable $$$.

All the dishes are delicious especially lamb and beef. They are tender. But the chicken BBQ was just ok. If wanna eat chicken better go to Nando's. The potato fries is so good. I love it!!!

This was not the typical Tony Roma's that I was used to. The furniture and food were OK and the service was fine. I ordered fillet medallions, but the meat was not fresh at all. We also ordered a burger, which was ok. The starters, nachos, and mushroom soup were delicious. The prices were very high for the food we ordered.

No alcoholic drinks. The food was just food. The starter Wings had too much BBQ sauce in it. The Pasta with seafood and tomatos was rather neutral in taste. No meditatian taste. Overall the starter and the pasta were served at the same time. That was probably my fault, since I just ordered and did not say in addition how it should be served. There are other places in the mall, you should look for. Trust the recessions.

The menu, a delightful fusion of classic American flavors with a modern twist. I opted for the Shrimp & Salmon Piccata which served with broccoli and rice, and they exceeded every expectation. The tender meat, coated in a flavorful sauce that struck the perfect balance between sweet and tangy, was a true delight for the taste buds. The dessert was the perfect finale—a slice of heaven that capped off the meal perfectly.

Everything about this dish is done, just right according to my liking... the pasta, the prawns, the fresh bell peppers... together in my mouth, burst goodness and satisfaction. On top of that, the service was impeccable. The staff were kind. They check on my experience but not in a bothersome way. They were kind to allow me to charge my phone, too. The price point is fair and I'd definitely dine back when I get a chance.

Went there for lunch with hubby. Decided to come here since food court was very crowded, we wanted to enjoy a meal in a quieter restaurant. Been visiting this restaurant since 2014, their food gets better each time. Menu improved, food taste better than before. Spare at least 20mins waiting time if you decide to dine at Tony Roma's, because they are not serving ready made food, it takes longer time to prepare them, but the taste food your meal is worth the wait. We ordered Mojo Chicken, Chicken tenderloin, and fried mushroom, bottomless ice lemon tea. Cost around RM120+ for all the above. Very satisfied with the meal. Staff very attentive.

Shopping Mall is chock-a-block , every outlets is very full with diners, this Restaurant is so busy thus service was a let down. No spoons were served for our float, the waiter said not enough cutleries, had to request kiddie spoon & fork few times for our little baby girl. Dessert Vanilla ice cream was melting on doughnut, surprisingly served before our main dish. Food is great except no chips was given but replaced by mash potatoes! The lamb ribs & bbq chicken are tender and juicy except prawns are off taste!!

The serve past 9pm. Which is really a good thing!! The other eateries have already closed at 9pm. The operating hour is until 10pm they should be serving at least until 945pm! The waitress and the attendant pupils especially Fatin work so fast moving so swiftly yet still manage to always smile and speak softly to customers! Good jobbbb!!! 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

We tried the lamb ribs with BBQ 1/4 chicken, grilled salmon and Chicken Alfredo Florentine Pasta with Nachos. The lamb ribs wasn't go very well with the BBQ sauce, it felt a little too greasy and fat, but the chicken were good. The salmon portion was generous. The pasta was creamy with chicken breasts. Both taste just nice. Perhaps the place was lack of manpower, the services weren't as responsive and friendly as we expect. Overall experience was average.

Staff were great, but not much too say about the food. Been going to Tony's since in my 20s but haven't been here since the pandemic. They removed the complimentary bread + butter (such a shame). Order through online, there was Medium option for meat doneness, but ours came Medium Rare. Had to wait a bit for the meat to set. Roma Sampler, the Potato Skin was good, but missing beef bacon + chives. The dips were good, just like old times. Ordered 4 dishes, all came differently, by the time our steak came, the ribs were cooled off, and my kid's meal and starter was all eaten already... For the price we are paying (well, it's not cheap food is it?), we were expecting to eat them together as a family, just like when dining at other restaurants. We are so disappointed last night... Such a shame... Maybe TR needs a revamp...

Great food great service .. and it was one of those outlets that was not too packed in Pavilion. Had the usual .. ribs, onion rings, fried mushrooms, chicken wings and the shrimp. Of course the meal here at Tony Roma comes with unlimited breadsticks

Not sure why there were bad reviews as I searched for the restaurant in Google. I on the other hand was delightful for one of the best ribs served. The food came at a timely manner upon ordering. The servers would even check with you occasionally if the food is to your liking or whether if it was cooked perfectly. The restaurant has a system which require you to use your mobile to order by scanning a QR code. However I had difficulties accessing it from my phone and the servers gladly took my order. Overall great place to dine in.

Ate at the Pavilion KL branch. Service was really good. Staff were friendly. They were busy and full house, but the staff did take the time to check on the customer and the food served. The food portion was just nice and taste wise was also good for me and my family. Price is also reasonably good. We will visit the place again when we visit KL. The desserts look small in photos, but the portion is really big. Delicious 😋

Staff were friendly, however food was poor prepared. Portions are either small for the paid price and were rather salty. Me and my wife wolfed down 2x bottles of water after the meal to wash off the saltiness. First & last visit

Major drop in their standard. Lamb ribs weren't bad, they were tender. Ribeye was average; only had toppings but no sauce. Meh. Who ate steak without additional sauce. Fish n chips were average too. Ordered rice pilaf add on; simply no flavor to it. Seems like basic rice were boiled with butter and turmeric lol. Vibes weren't that great. Family restaurant more like a diner now. Jb outlet so much more peaceful. Everything was very slow. But staffs were friendly though, the only positive thing I could mention.

[Tiny portions, slow service, and unwelcoming staff] We visited Tony Roma's for dinner on a public holiday and only one other table was occupied. So we thought service would be fast and efficient but boy - were we mistaken! We ordered one burger and three pieces of ribs at 5pm; they were served at 6.10pm. We tried numerous times to ask about our order but the staff actively avoided our table. Mostly, they were chatting close to the kitchen and away from us. Food wise, the burger was fine but the ribs were tiny and a far cry from before. They are not worth the price you pay. It was incredibly difficult to get the attention of staff there. They would be walking around but never glancing at customers even though there was hardly anyone there. From the reviews here, this is a common occurrence. Plus I found all the staff curt and lacking hospitality. We felt very unwelcome, especially by a lady wearing pink who kept giving us the side eye but never assisting us. With such terrible service, I'm not surprised the restaurant is deserted. I have been a fan of Tony Roma's since they came to Malaysia, but this is definitely our last visit.

Dining here for iftar, the service was top notch. The food was good. They are really still one of the best steak houses so far. Me and my partner were celebrating our birthday and they really made sure to give effort to make us smile. Keep up the good work.
