Foods: Order by ticking what dim sum you want on a piece of paper form available on the table, then pass it to one of the server will do. Freshly steamed and fried dim sum generally tastes good, except those fried dim sum that are readily available for some time already, it’s cold and soggy, can be pretty gross to get the soggy fried dim sum. Drinks: We ordered Chinese tea. Tea by pot or by cup, please make yourself clear. Or else they gonna just charge you the price by cup and not refillable. If tea by pot is charge per pax and hot water is refillable. Service: The service here is fine, workers are mostly foreigner, some don’t understand Chinese English or Malay, might have a hard time to communicate with them sometime. Ambience: Have air conditioner indoor. Morning, weekend and holidays generally have more people, sometime even have a little queue. Parking: Parking is pretty challenging and can be real hard to get one nearby. Can do a double park infront of the restaurant, they will announce your car plate no. if your car is blocking someone way out. Price: Price is around Rm35 per person, around Rm145 for 17 items. Would I come back again: Yes. Overall: The overall experience was really good. Decent portions and delicious.

Taste good. Fresh and generous ingredients. Most steamed dim sum could never go wrong here. HK chu cheong fun is a bit of let down on most of the occasions. Freshly fried dim sum generally tastes good too, except those that are readily available for some time. The same applies to the fried turnip cake and fried glutinous rice. Morning, especially weekend/holidays are packed with people. Dinner hours have way lesser patrons. Prices are reasonable.

A reliable branch of the popular Hong Kong dim sum chain. The staff are friendly, the food is acceptable quality, and the price is affordable. I recommend: Har Gao Siew Mai Spare ribs I didn’t enjoy the fried turnip cakes so I suggest steering clear of that dish.

Wonderful dim sum place intro by our Grab driver. The staff were all very friendly. The queuing process was systematic. Food was delicious.

This is my favourite dim sum restaurant. Whenever I crave for dim sum, I will think of this shop. Spacious, clean and service was great. The only complaint is its impossible to find street parking, whether you go on a weekday or weekend. I parked at NSK and walk 5 mins from there. I have tried almost everything on the menu. Used to lunch here very often before the pandaemic. There is a new addition to the shop...a cute robot waiter. My must have dim sum were har gow (prawn dumplings)...perfect translucent skin and prawn fillings were fresh, siu mai (pork dumplings), pot stickers, egg tarts with a hint of ginger and lava buns. All were fresh, delicious and with generous fillings. Of course prices have increased since but quality of taste still remain.

This is for sure not a high class dim sum restaurants. It has always been about decent prices, good portions, good taste. First come first serve tables (which can be annoying). Choices of dim sum is quite abundance. Sure...cleanliness can be upgraded since the pandemic has levelled up the cleanliness requirement.

Really yummy and good quality dimsum. Has some unique dimsum too. Egg tart is a must. Dimsum with prawn were fresh. Sunday 9.30 very full house. Line outside the door. 10.30, superrr long line. Not much distance between each table. Fast service.

No outdoor seating when we visited on Saturday. The restaurant will not accept reservations at this time, must queue up to wait for a number. Variety of dim sum served here. No kid's menu here. There's a wash room in the restaurant. This place require face mask and temperature check for all customers. Saw them clean and disinfect the tables when we were there. Recommended: Egg Tart, steam chicken claw, sesame ball, salad shrimp, Siu mai, Har gao. Food: Delicious Price: Moderate. RM6.50 to RM15 per plate + 10% service charge & 6% SST Service: Friendly foreign waitress & waiters Cleanliness: 4 stars Parking: Free parking outside the restaurant. Hard to find one. You may try your luck at the back of the restaurant.

One of my favourite dim sum place. Lots of variety. Great service. Very systematic waiting system. Parking is by luck but lots of spaces if you don't mind parking further. If you have children, this might not be a good place as a minimum of 15 minutes waiting especially during weekends. Many modes of payment are available. Don't expect it to be cozy and quiet as one could hardly hear what your shoulder partner is talking about.

Used to love this Dim Sum restaurant a lot but the quality seems slightly dropped. The dim sum looks very factory made and not much choices available now. Most of the steamed dim sum seems very similar taste, we ordered the chive dumpling and we barely taste the chive at all. Frankly, the dim sum here doesn't taste much like the dim sum in HK. We do enjoy the Yam pastry (Wu Kok), Siu Loong Bao and the fried paper wrapped prawn. The restaurant has a lot of flies flying around, staff saw the flies but seems like not bothered.

Had a dimsum craving to fix, and we were in the area. Ample tables on a late weekday afternoon. Interior design a bit outdated, but generally clean. Service was prompt. We ordered a pot of jasmine tea to go with our dimsum. The 生煎包 looked a bit dry, but was decent with ample meat filling. As for the lo mai kai, I would've preferred it to be unmolded, as it was almost impossible to eat while it was hot. Cheong fun was nice and smooth. Ma lai kou is definitely best served piping hot, and a little bland. The rest were standard.

Foods still okay but the service and hygiene really 👎👎 I’ve eaten at other branches and everything is fine just this branch really bad dining experience to me. I found a cockroach under my table and lot of flies 😌 Service is inattentive and nobody serve us as well since we need order. Please provide a good service and good hygiene because the price not cheap and it’s pricey.

Read the reviews from Google abt this place as not familiar with KL good foodie and decided to try since was craving for Dim Sum for breakfast. The menu has a wide variety of selection, food are fresh, tasty. The reviews are indeed trustworthy. The bean curd skin prawn roll and the BBQ pork bun is a must try. As for the parking, it is not as friendly as the area has load of cars and difficult to secure a parking spot.

No seats inside the AirCond room. Outside is slightly humid. Could do with better fan or circulation of air outside. Marmite spareribs slightly on the sweeter side.

Come here this (Monday) public holiday. 1. All food served (pau, fried prawn dumplings, wugok,...) is cold, especially the cheong fun, the oil is all floating on the surface, two of us also can't even finish it since the cheong fun is tasteless and cold. 2. Service is the most terrible part. When we first enter the restaurant, no one is willing to serve us. Keep on pushing the service call button around 5 times, nobody entertained us. At last, we stand and call the waiters. 3. The waiter takes the wrong food to our table. When we tell the waiter she serves us the wrong food, she is not checking anything and directly blames us rudely and clarifying this is our fault. But lastly, we show the evidence to her, and she says she finally wants to admit her mistake and change the food for us. 4. We order a drink at the beginning, and the drink is not served to us. We call a waiter and ask her why the drink is not served, then the waiter says order is not recorded is their system. When we pay the bill, the drink is included in our bill. Perhaps the waiter don't want to serve us with that drink. 5. Food quality so so. Compare to other outlets like damansara outlet and C180 outlet, this main store has poor food quality. Price is not worth for their food quality. I will not coming back again. Strongly not recommend!

The dim sum here is delicious but a little pricey. Prices for har gaw is RM6.50, siu mai RM6.50, fried sticky rice RM8, salted shrimp scallop RM18.00, Chee Cheong Fun RM7+, Salted egg custard bun. The restaurant has air conditioning and looks clean. Staff are attentive and friendly. Parking is challenging as the street carpark are limited.

Hubby had eaten at the Damansara outlet and found the food good so we thought we could try the Kuchai Lama outlet, which did not disappoint. The dim sum we ordered were delicious and service was efficient. Price reasonable.

The only dimsum place that I frequent! Jin Xuan has always been the go to place for my family and I. Their dimsum is of high quality and delicious! Hygiene is also very well observed! Be aware of the queues on weekends and limited parking.. We went at 10:20 on a Sunday and the wait was only a good 15 minutes! Even faster if you are willing to take a table outdoors. Spanning 4 shoplots, the restaurant is well staffed, taking care of your every needs. Definitely will continue to come here for years to come!

The dim sum here is not exquisite like those in expensive restaurants but they are quite generous with the fresh ingredients, the prawns are big, you have more chicken in the lor mai kai than the glutenous rice (even the mushroom is well flavoured), and I really love the shrimp scallop with salted egg yolk!

Long queue but definitely worth it. Sometimes foods were cold, but if it's hot and fresh, it'll be heavenly.

Second Jin Xuan branch that I tried. Food quality is the same with the Damansara branch. Shrimp quality is fresh. Food are served pretty fast. Visited on Saturday 1 PM, crowd is moderate.

v fast service. bus boy couldn't speak mandarin, cantonese or malay but yet he managed to recommend me great dim sum in his tray using body language and vocal tones. amazing staff. the only item that was not wow malaysian carrot cake cuz it was precooked n re-steamed upon ordering. hence it was too soggy for my liking.

👍👍 Good place with good halal food. The ambient is nice (with soothing music just like when I was visiting Spa) After ordering, we got bread and butter to snack on while waiting for food.
