Came here for brunch on a Sunday, right when they open at 11:30AM and we were the only table there, which was great. Environment was clean and cozy. Loved their mushroom fries! Price was a bit on the high side, but I felt it was reasonable as the portion was decent, and it’s coated with only a thin layer of bread crumbs. Their burgers were overall okay, I didn’t like their fried sharp cheddar cheese though, but I think it’s just a matter of personal preferences. Overall a great dining experience! Will return whenever I crave for a hearty burger meal again :)

Tried their nasi lemak burger and it was not bad. One of the better nasi lemak burger around. Wish they would fry the onions. Onion rings would have gone better with the burger. Fries is good but I feel like the price and the quantity does not justify. Fries itself is a price of a meal. It's getting quite pricey to eat at Burgerlab.

Drinks: Included in the set. Service: We ordered a delivery service instead of dine in. Price: Roughly RM30-40 for a burger set. Would I come back again: Definitely yes. Overall: The overall experience was really good. The food was delicious and satisfying.

Good as always. One of the better non commercialized burger chains around. First time trying this branch. Friendly staff. Not busy during lunch. Parking can be a pain. Had the In N Out Tribute this time. Freshly made. Juicy thick patties. Lovely combination of flavors. The bun could be better as it broke apart easily. Overall a great meal. Will surely return.

The burger is great but definitely not cheap. I was satisfied with the taste, most of the burgers can switch with the vegetarian option. This is one of the best burgers in town regardless of the pricing. The environment is okay, this is a self service restaurant. Parking can be found on the road side parking.

Nice burgers and free flow drinks. Price a bit premium though. They are kind enough to provide coway air filters to ensure the air is clean. They also have an app for discounts and stuff.

MyBurgerLab... they have got some amazing burgers in town. Service is always faster and staff are friendly. Parking around is easier in the evenings and weekends.

Today's my 3rd hit into this joint, and I would say my experiences have got better over time. Good staffs. The burgers are tasty, creamy and juicy. Can be regarded as much of an improved deviation from stereotypical MNC brands out there in market. Ya agree, gotta pay a few more bucks, but you get quite close to that you expect after seeing in pics & menu those entices your taste buds. The app-based customer retention and loyalty scheme is good too, but ought to be more frequent to keep people engaged. I would recommend this place - they also have a few outlets across Klang Valley. I went for a solo meal, but many people come here for a worthy friends or family time as well.. P.S.. I still rate it as 4, as cannot rate as 4.5 in G-maps, and so that, the service & product quality is kept up for good, without any sort of complacency.

Had their Lab Burger 2.0 RM17.90 and add-on RM9.90 set for soft drink and french fries. The burger portion is smaller compared to few years ago and prices have also increased. Come here for occasional treat.

this used to be my favourite burger from mbl. but today was a rather disappointing experience 🥲 i was looking forward to it only to have the chicken batter being TOO SALTY. as the other beef burgers have been oversalted as well lately. thankfully the egg saved it a bit but still not enough lol p.s i eat out often so it's not that my tastebuds are health lol. please reduce the amount of salt. it would be even more enjoyable and we don't need more preventable hypertension in our country lol the rendang was not as flavourful as i remember, it was rather mild and slightly sour.. same as the sambal being flat. it used to be sweeter which is the contrast i enjoyed to the savoury. hope you can attend to these and bring back that pleasurable experience of the nasi lemak burger i looked forward to each year 🙏🏻 mash potatoes are a good side option with the mushroom gravy from the usual fries that can also be salty lol

First visit at OUG branch, came here after lunch hours, around 2pm, it was totally empty. It can be difficult to find a parking spot nearby. Many opted for delivery as I saw plenty takeaway orders prepped during my visit. The menu was simple and one can quickly order at the front counter, collect your cup and self-service to your choice of drinks. The wait was worth it, as the burgers were cooked fresh, approximately 15minutes wait till our “UFO” began to buzz. The staff was however friendly, though it was slightly awkward having around 6 staffs and no customers except both of us. Though, the staff were having their meals (outside food lol) next to us… The burger was delightful. I especially loved the charcoal buns, it was soft and pillowy, but yet able to hold the beef patty securely and absorbs it’s lovely juice. The mushrooms were well seasoned, beef patty was solid yet tender. Overall, it was a lovely delicious burger that will surely satisfy a burger craving. The fries, oh my, was well seasoned with herbs and salt and also garlic! Even a whole clove of garlic can be found! My company especially enjoyed the dipping sauce provided with the fries, it gives a slight spicy kick. It was not oily and soggy, rather crispy and fragrant, just a good old classic delicious French fries. Would come back and try other items on the menu, especially curious about the vegetarian burger!

Sometimes good. Sometimes bad. But ever present for a glutinous burger fix. straight talk tho, why are the burgers getting smaller and the bread flaky and dry? Been a long time patron but It’s hard to vouch for the quality, especially with it being on the decline of late.

Visited on Labor Day around 5pm. Ample tables were available. Staff were super friendly, music selection was great. They also have free stickers at the cashier counter. Ordered a Chuck Norris and Salted Egg Yolk Burger as sets. They were very, very satisfying. Loved the salsa nachos.

My usual burger joint for cheat-day weekend, their taste quality maintained as I always visits their SS2 branch instead. Ordered Chuck Norris with extra patties and extra cheese, with sides of awesome fries and soda. Not cheap but I don't mind paying for a quality burger. This branch has a little difficulty if you're driving there as parking is a little hard to find.

We had same thing - Chuck Norris, and ohemgee the burger is soo goooooodd, as is all other variety. Chuck Norris gives you charcoal bun with very thicccc pulled meat, deep fried onion ring, charred cheese with meat patty, good amount of sauce and side of amazing tasting garlic fries. Ohh.. and bottomless soft drinks. Love that you don't have to worry about smelling like grease, the circ system is solid. And during lunch mid week, so few people because they cater mostly for Grabs and other take outs. Minus point - so susah find parking here, luckily I am am amazing carpark-er (?) and get good place to park. You may try to drive smoller car here, don't be stupid like me.

Finding good vegetarian burgers can be difficult. The menu had a decent variety, and the prices were reasonable for the quality of food. The staff was friendly, and the service was prompt. While it might not be the most outstanding burger joint I've been to, it's a solid option for a satisfying meal. The spot is generally really busy and might have to wait to sit down.

Enjoy wholesome, creatively crafted, Malaysian-made gourmet burgers. Premium priced but worth the money. Really yummy fries and their aoili sauces are the bomb

Ordered through GrabFood, nice packaging as burger and fries still in great condition. Burger is just superb, the beef patty is juicy and the bun is soft. Same goes to “Ultraman” as well, balanced taste on the salted egg sauce. Nothing much on the fries though, might try the mashed potato next round. Highly recommend for those looking for quality burger.

Food tasted great. Ingredients were good quality with lots of thought put into the menu. It wasn't crazy expensive but portions aren't huge. If you're a big eater, you might need to order a couple sides and a drink, which might cause the bill to rise. Overall, give this place a try if you like burgers.

Their burgers are definitely wonderful ! It is my first time here and will definitely come back again for more . Has bottomless soft drinks option. You will have to pick up your own food . I think the salted egg sauce for fries could be better . I would recommend this place for friends gathering !

I had the Lab Burger 2.0 together with some fries and drinks. As seen in the picture, the beef was very rare. Too rare for a burger and it tasted a bit bloody because of it. The fries were fine. A little bit lower than their normal standard.... I'm not sure what's going on with them because their food has always been pretty decently good but this time was just a real bummer

Recently takeaway burgers from this place. When comes to burger, this place consider one of my top choice. This time I tried out The In-and-Out Tribute, everything was great with the Salsa Nachos. Tasty and satisfied dinner with the takeaway. Thanks to myBurgerLab OUG outlet team, good job.

My favorite burger joint! I look forward to their seasonal flavors like Nasi Lemak Rendang Burger, Kaiju, Ivysaur and so on! So much creativity in their ingredients and naming too! On usual days i’d go do the classic Salted Egg Yolk burger (a must try) and for beef, I love their basic Lab Burger and In-and-out tribute! Every time the burger arrives, i cant help but to immediately dig in (hence the lack of photos)! But i managed to grab a quick one of the single tribute burger i had (u may not see it but their beef patties are amazing!!!!! Super juicy!!!!) Must try burger joint in Malaysia! Also they have a cool loyalty program with their own phone app where you can redeem cool rewards!

Food is super delicious, fresh burgers and fries. The sauce is delicious too. Taste excellent and not like cheap burgers. This place is halal and recommended for Muslim friends and families! Staff is very friendly and they serve our table! (maybe because we came as a family of 5 people). We ordered 5 burger sets and 1 appetizer, total is RM184.40. Quite pricey but the food experience is excellent! Will come again 🥰
