Update June 2022 The bad - the service was super slow (more than 30 mins wait after we ordered) and we were the first ones at the restaurant and it stayed pretty empty for bout an hour. The staff acted like they were forced to service us 🙄 and weren't really bothered to answer our questions, just directing us to order online. The prices have gone up a LOT, the ribs sampler are now RM120, used to be 90. Pastas are the most affordable RM25-30 but everything else now 40 and above...fried mushrooms appetisers are RM40 but good but RM40? The good - food has improved since our last visit and portion were pretty good especially for the fish and chips. Verdict - don't go if you are starving, want something more affordable or expect good service. Old review - The food at nusentral branch was surprisingly pretty good. The lamb sausage lunch spc was good. The fish and chips and asian chicken salad was ok. The burgers were quite big but all prices on their lunch menu has gone up. Used.to have some that were below RM20 now all RM25 and above. Service was good when we went.

My wife and I came yesterday for an early dinner, at around 530pm, to celebrate our anniversary. There were no other customers at the time. Tony Roma's is a sinking ship, it is nowhere near as good as it was 5-7 years ago. Very sad to see. They don't give out complimentary bread anymore. We ordered the BBQ half chicken and beef ribs. Beef ribs remain decent-to-good, but the BBQ half chicken was truly awful. It was so dry... I've never had anything more chewy. And it tasted like it'd been made 2 days ago and reheated repeatedly. The soup was so salty it was not edible. All this for ~145 ringgit of our hard earned money. Service seems a bit more professional than before but occasionally employees still laugh out loudly when they are sitting at the back near the hand wash station. We used to go to Tony Roma's once every 2 weeks at e-Curve but that went downhill too. We won't be coming back to TR ever. Chili's is better in every way. Food tastes better, service more professional, and the price is cheaper.

Are you kidding me? I think they hire school kids or something to be the waiter. There are no longer exclusiveness in this restaurant. My lamb ribs were burnt and the cake was not nice. I remember I was welcomed when I went to Mid Valley outlet, but unfortunately they’re no longer there. Worst experience ever eating at Tony Roma’s Nu Sentral. Wasting my money.

just wanted to test this TR's branch since it was rated only 3.7 ⭐ they do serve complementary bread, the portion is good, the fries were hot, the lamb and chicken were perfect. surprisingly better than the 'getting worse' melawati mall branch. perhaps nu sentral's manager does read the reviews. well done 👍 keep it up. will being my family next time.

I have to give 4 stars because of the service. My office booked a lunch here at 1230, pre-ordered, and the food was ready by the time we sit down at 1235. They gave us very good seats next to the windows too. I think this level of organisation is admirable. The food was decent without blowing anyone out of the water. I liked my premium burger that was as thick as my dancing on a Saturday night. However, the steaks and other dishes were passable. I find it overpriced for the quality and taste.

Had various experiences with this outlet. Earlier was good with friendly manager. The recent one was with less friendly staff, service and waiting time is tolerable, seems like they are understaff. The food so far so good

We went there for uni friend’s gathering. there is a-lot to options to eat. while eating found a baby cockroach on the coleslaw of my fish and chips. totally disappointed abt it. like i ate half of it already. the manager waived off the bill. however, they should consider the cleanliness for such western restaurant like Tony Romas. feel so disgusting and never want to dine in here anymore

We were looking for some place with more , let’s say “ international “ food . Unfortunately it wasn’t as expected …. We had pasta with shrimps - which was very very spicy, it wasn’t mentioned in menu, when I said that to the waiter that the dish was spicy , he answer : no, that dish is not spicy 🤷🏻‍♂️ I just had it and it was super spicy … Maybe the grilled dishes are better ….. I’m giving 3 stars because of one of waiters, was really helpful with menu and ordering.

The combination of great menu options made our lunch more enjoyable. We ordered TR Beef Ribs, Shrimp Flatbread, Roma's Sampler, Red Hot Buffalo Wings, French fries, Nachos. Along with 3 desserts Strawberry Shortcake, Mango Cheesecake and Premium Carrot Walnut Cake. Everything is very yummielicious. Plus point the best service!

Walked in excited for a steak, sat in the booth, was bitten by bugs almost instantly, killed about 3 to 4, said if I see one more I'm walking out, looked at the menu. Got given bread and instantly got bitten by another bug so I walked out. Didn't eat anything, didn't order anything I was out. The menu was off putting because shown at the front it was completely different to the menu at the table both prices and product, I'm just gonna order a steak at the Hilton for the same price delivered to my room that's 30g bigger 😂 Call Tony Roma Perth if you need help, thay do a decent job.

The ambience of the restaurant is ok. There are usually people holding birthday celebrations here as they can join their tables to make a long stretching set. The bench chairs are not fitting to the table. The height of the table and the seat is too high and it is uncomfortable to eat due to that. The service was slow. It took so long to serve the food. I used to go to this branch of Tony Roma’s before 2020. The food then was slightly above average though a little higher priced than others. Unfortunately, the food quality has dropped to abysmal levels. My lunch group ordered Lamb with BBQ Chicken and Beef with BBQ chicken. The beef is dry and overcooked. The chicken is also dry and overcooked. The lamb is all fat and the non fatty part is dry. What’s more the price has raised much since 3 years ago. Definitely not value for money nor money well spent.

After this dining experience, I’m surprised they have managed to still exist. Firstly they ran out of ribeye (and many other items on the menu) despite a large group of us pre-ordering. So we were offered the fillet medallion instead. Worst replacement ever. The meat was not well seasoned. Tasted dry and gammy which made for a great jaw workout but sadly a lot of wasted calories. Also the complimentary bread they offered was a hard af baguette 🥖 thank god I didn’t lose any teeth in the process.

This restaurant , there have a lot of ribs I really love ribs ! Suitable for family and also good for discussion because the service good . But too many people in public holiday. But so far okay .. I really love their ribs . Fries and so on ... oh yeah don’t forget about the price . The price reasonable... I really love that

food is expensive but taste bad. We come from overseas for traveling and were very disappointed with this restaurant. The steak and lamb are all overcooked, super chewy. The potato mash taste so awful. chicken quesadillas is just chicken and cheese, no seasoning and taste at all. We do not recommend this restaurant at all. Waste money and time.

There are understaff. No one greet you and bring you to the table. Have to find out by yourself where to order food, it was scan the bar code by yourself actually! Have to wait the waiter/staff to come out from kitchen to make payment. The worst service of restaurant I ever meet!

Nice restaurant. Attentive staff. Only deducted one star because I had an explosive diarrhoea right after.

I'm Honestly a Fan of Tony Roma's for years, I enjoyed eating at Mid Valley branch until it was closed. So I tried at NU twice, I think they need improvement on their Ribs. Just tasted so bad, just fats and nothing else. I just leave my plate as it is dint finish. But Rib Eye was awesome. Overall staff is good.

Ordered combo meals and romarita. Surprisingly they gave me a bread with butter as an appetizer. Service are great from the staffs. Thank you!

We used to frequent Tony Roma's umpteen years ago as Dad enjoys the beef and lamb ribs. To commemorate a special occasion for my parents, I decided to treat them and we had well, an okay experience. We ordered a Caesar salad and loaded potato skins as appetizers. Mum had fish and fries and dad had the Australian rib eye. The Caesar salad looked rather sad as it was just lettuce leaves and really big sized croutons with a hint of parmesan. (Should have had the croutons bite sized) Some of the potato skins were a little undercooked and as for the rib eye, it looked rather thin and sad. Taste factor was ok thanks to the sauces.

Good food, decent atmosphere. Staff are a little blur but otherwise quite prompt. Not a lot waiting time for food either. Will visit again!

The place is decent, there is a bit delay on the service, although not too many customers. But their friendliness makes up for it. Food review on the photos.

Good: Service is great. The waiter will ask from top to bottom which flavor of drink would you have, how would you like your steak to be done and even from time to time checking on how's your dining experience. Food is also great and small eater might have a problem in finishing it due to the large portion Bad: Probably price is on the higher side. Main course are on average RM60 each with drinks but there's also cheaper single servings that goes for RM20 with drinks. The waiter also missed out on giving me the assortment of sauces 😢 Ugly: None. Really enjoyed my trip here and will definitely come again 😂

Had their seafood pasta, I would rate it 2 out of 10. Totally difference look from the menu. I know photos are only for illustration, but restaurant cannot cheat by putting a nice photo but serving a nonsense. The photo shows at least 5 shrimps, but in actual there is only 1, plus the only 1 is hiding somewhere at the very bottom of the pasta. Perhaps they wanna hide it so the eaters would not notice. Super sad and disappointed. Better spend in another restaurant with this pricing.

Went for our anniversary and ordered the famous beef ribs. Delicious! Service was good, atmosphere was better. Loved the warm decor. Thank you for the complimentary bread. Will be coming back 👍🏻
